1000 lb Sisters Amy Slaton SHOCKING Arrest

all righty welcome back to the channnel thank you so much for clicking on today's video today we have quite the update from the 1,000 lb sister Camp uh we are going to be talking about Amy and apparently she is actually in jail right now or was arrested um yesterday as of recording this video and there is a lot of information that has been coming out uh about that arrest so we're going to be going over this article from ews um and it kind of goes over everything so it goes on to say 1000b Sisters star Amy arrested for possession and child endangerment um ,000 Sisters star Amy Slayton was arrested in a Tennessee zoo September 2nd and faces charges of possession and child endangerment local law enfor enforcement confirmed um so it goes on to say Amy Lane is facing legal trouble the 1,000 PB uh sister star was arrested alongside Brian Scott lavorn on September 2nd Tennessee for illegal possession of schedule 1 and schedule six substances with two counts of CH endangerment per the court um the local crock Crockett County Sheriff's Department so if we um go and click on these so schedule one what it says here what a schedule one drug is if you don't know um substances or chemicals as are defined as drugs with no currently accepted medical use and a high potential for abuse some examp examples of schedule ones are I don't know exactly I I think in Tennessee uh THD is still illegal so it might be that or it could be something else right and then as far as a schedule six um because schedule six substances are at the bottom of the list of Highly addictive drugs they do not typically include any prescriptions or medicines most commonly known uh schedule six substances is marijuana so I think it kind of depends on maybe if it's legal and where you live or not I don't I don't really know because apparently it's a schedule one and six someone that knows more about this please let me know but I just wanted to share this information though other unconv natural recreational drugs also included as twirling and spray paint Amal nitrate poppers and uh nitrous oxide um and so apparently people have been speculating that poppers was most likely the the cause and so if you don't know what poppers are um it says poppers are a group of chemicals that people breathe in I think this this kind of reminds me of when people did whipits back when I was younger I remember people used to talk about that um breathe in to get high these party drugs are typically made with Amal nitrate or a similar substance people uh sniff the nitrite Vapors to get a fast feeling of euphoria or M relaxation often during sexy time so um that's what those you know substances are you know that's what could be included in those right we don't know exactly what those things are um but so those substances and two counts of child endangerment per the local Crockett County Sheriff's Department um according to the Department's statement posted to Facebook along with Amy and Bryan's mug shots authorities were requested to respond to a local safari park where a guest had been allegedly bitten by a camel upon arrival it continued deputies were immediately overtaken by suspicious odors coming from the guest Vehicles so obviously that could be marijuana or it could be those poppers but if we look at what this uh Department's Facebook post is this is it right here actually and it goes on to say this is 18 hours ago from from feeding a camel to The Slammer is what they have titled this post um and it says Alamo Tennessee um September 2nd 2024 it it um it was no ordinary Labor Day in Crockett County deputies were requested to respond to Safari Park where a guest allegedly was bitten by a camel upon arriv arrival deputies were immediately overtaken by suspicious odors coming from the guest vehicle Amy Slayton thousand PB sisters reality TV star was arrested on illegal possession of schedule one illegal possession of schedule six and two counts of child endangerment Brian Scott lavorn was in the vehicle as well and is facing the same charges both subjects have been booked into the Crockett County Jail this uh charges and allegations referen um in this release are merely accusations of criminal conduct and not evidence the defendant is Presumed Innocent unless um and until proven guilty beyond the Reasonable Doubt and convicted through the due process of law okay so that's the entire post that they made and uh so authorities were requested to respond yeah we already read that blah blah blah okay um the statement also noted the charges and allegations reference in yeah so that's basically what we read at the end so it seems kind of what happen and what I'm understanding is so they're at a safari safari park if you're not familiar with how those work most of the time you kind of stay in your car and you're able to see the animals outside of your car in more of a natural habitat and so they're not like in cages or like in small enclosures like they would be in a zoo a lot of people really like kind of how those work and I'm sure a lot of a lot of people have probably seen clips of people like trying to feed the different animals and they stick their head in the car and people get freaked out so again I don't know exactly what happened it doesn't seem like it says like you know maybe Amy was bit maybe one of her kids were bit we don't really know exactly why the police were called exactly right um but they were and it seems like they smelled some weird stuff and then that's when they decided to do some investiga they found some stuff that they probably shouldn't have had but the issue that I have and that what really bums me out is the fact that the kids were there right because regardless of what whatever you're doing like if you want to do what you want to do on your own time that's fine I mean if you're driving a vehicle that's definitely a problem but the fact that the kids were there and it just it really bums me out because I think for a lot of people that had watched 1,000 pound sisters it seemed like Amy had made really big strides and a lot of changes in her life and was on um a positive path right things have gone on recently but like she was the one that was doing really well at the start of the show a lot of people were behind her and they were really excited for her and and I know that a big reason why she wanted to go on this weight loss journey and lose weight was because she wanted to have kids and be a mother completely understandable and it just really bums me out seeing this because this can be such like I know it's like people might be laughing but this is a huge event to happen to her but more importantly to the kids and this is going to affect them probably for a very long time and it just for those of you that don't know like when I was young I was taken away from my mother because of drugs and we ended up living luckily we were only in foster care for a very short amount of time and then we lived with a family member for about a year and my mom got clean when we got put back with her but very easily she could have not and my entire life would have been incredibly different right and so that's something that has still affects me to this day and I know that I have issues from that and so I just it really bums me out that the kids have been kind of caught in the crossfire here like obviously if this situation is terrible and they need to get out of there I hope they do but more than anything I hope that Amy sees like sees this as a rock bottom moment and she makes some changes going forward because at the end of the day the kids are the most important thing the TV show doesn't matter you know her boyfriend doesn't matter the kids are what matter and like they're the ones that don't have any control over the situation and that now they are you know their mom is basically this Sideshow almost that people are kind of laughing at that was just the first thing that I thought of when I heard this and it's really is sad right it really really is sad um and it goes on to say okay en has reached out to local police as well as reps and attorneys for Amy who shares kids with Gage Halterman and Glenn Halterman um oh who shares kids no Gage and Glenn are the kids with ex-husband Michael Halterman for comment but not but has not heard back yet so I do hope that the husband is able to take care of them so they don't have to go you know away yeah uh the sheriff's department did not provide context and child engangement card uh charges and did not confirm if am kids were with her at the time of the arrest so maybe they weren't even there but I I mean it I don't really understand why they would why those charges would be there if the kids weren't there maybe they found them somewhere they shouldn't be I don't I don't know I don't I'm not exactly sure why they would get those charges if the kids weren't with her at the time or you know something wasn't happening with them right since Michael filed for divorce in March 2023 after four years of marriage Amy has shared details of sub quent relationships with her fans on social media though it is unclear what her relationship to Brian is most recently the TLC star slammed her ex-boyfriend Kevin who was first linked in um into February for dating her because he wanted fame um I love y'all been a rough few days and F him Amy wrote in the comments of a March 11 Tik Tok not crying over his loser loser ass prior to dating Kevin Amy had gone social media official with a man named Tony Rogers in December and and while that relationship wasn't meant to be it did teach the 36-year-old an important lesson on how she wants to navigate introducing her children to suitors moving forward she says you got to meet my kids daddy first and build that Bond she explained in February 25th Tik Tok and um maybe in a year but amid the ups and downs in her love life there's been one person Amy can always count on is her sister and co-star Tammy Slayton as Amy told e in December this season on the show you will see that Tammy let me move move in with her she gave me and my kids a PL a safe place to stay all of my siblings have been there for me um with whatever I needed so that's the entire the entire article so it seems like from especially the end of what is being said there it seems that Amy has is going through a rough patch right if she has to move in with Tammy it seems that things have been pretty difficult and like you know it's really easy to sit here and be like you know you know take the kids away and you know you're a terrible person for this thing that you did and I definitely like there should be consequences because I think that that teaches you you know to do to do things or to not do things and I think that you know it shouldn't be just like oh nothing happens but you I don't want to see this be like oh well now you your whole life is over and now you have nothing you know you don't you don't you don't get to have anything I think that there's there's a lesson that can be learned here and as long as that lesson is learned this could be a positive thing in the long run it could would be but I understand that that is usually the exception to what usually happens like like when I think about my life and my mom being taken away from her and the issues that that we went through as a family when I was very young the fact that she was able to get clean and stay clean is not normal it's just not right so I don't know like obviously it's like my mom was severely addicted severely right and like it it messed up our entire life it messed up our lives it was a horrible situation that we had to get out of I don't know exactly what is going on with Tammy right or with Amy I don't know and I don't think anyone does other than that someone that's close like how far gone she is or if maybe she just was trying to have a good time and those drugs like I don't know exactly what she had on her I don't know exactly what the extent is how much it's messed with their head how much it's messed with their life because there are different levels to that I understand that and so I just hope that this is there is a positive ending in this and it's not just well the kids are taken away and now they're living in foster care right I hope that at least the father can take care of them because at the end of the that's what matters like at least to me that's what matters it's the kids um what happen what happens with Amy obviously I hope that she gets better but like the kids have nothing to do with this and they can't make any decisions and that's what really that's what where my mind goes immediately but I would love to know what
