the preseason game by uh Minnesota 26-3 yesterday that was like one of the worst games trying to watch bro you got can he pick it trying to do some [ __ ] that he can't do which is be a quarterback uh tanneri played all right but towards the end kind of struggled a little bit everybody was off sync um you're talking about playing like the back of the back of the back of the back of the roster um so the way that we lost the game was pretty expected um the one thing I wanted to talk about about though that I'm really really concerned I'm I'm concerned about a couple of things you know what I'm saying but the one thing that's concerning me the most right now is not really concerning me but I have my my questions about this the starters not playing in the preseason at all and we have a game coming up against the Green Bay Packers in Brazil and I'm just trying to figure out like how that that's going to affect the team because this now this is something that the Eagles have been doing for like the past two seasons now they don't play the starters you know I mean but and it hasn't really affected us yet okay but you never know from season to season things can change okay so the starters didn't get no work in nothing and here's what Nick serani had to say about it y'all go ahead check this out always take everything into account of how many reps you got you know um I say this week we had two you know we didn't have a joint practice this week but um we had two joint practices two inner Squad practices uh that were scrimmages um and again everything up front is live the only thing that's not live is is the tackling to the ground so the receivers are are live except for they're not getting tackled it's it's every everything is completely Al um and so we felt like the work that we got in the in the in the joint practice versus the Patriots the inner Squad that we had at the stadium um prior to our first preseason games and then the two uh inner squads uh scrimmages that we had um you know were were was our was our work for the ones and that's why we decided that way um to go that way um and I get it that's that's everybody's job is to say what if they should they have played should they not have played you know what I have to make the decision and I and I get that I understand that I have to make the decision that I feel is best for our team and if our team and if I feel our team is ready and I felt that I felt that we were getting a lot of good back and forth um again hard practices out there for you know for two hours um you know which has been more than what we've been and and so I felt like we got enough work to to be ready to go and all right so Nick serani just basically said he feels as though the starters are good enough to wear that's basically what he's saying they're good enough he's seen enough out of them to we they don't need to play and I'm looking around the league and I'm like everybody is playing preseason you I mean CJ Stout playing preseason Jordan love the guy that we're F to face off against in Brazil he played in the preseason so I just I just want to see those guys out there just for if it would have been nice to see them out there for like a series or two just so they can get acclimated back into the speed of the the NFL game and being tackled getting hit that NFL contact and I and I think it when you put them out there for at least a series or two it kind of helps them when it comes to the injury bug cuz you know you're used to contact again I mean these guys ain't had these guys ain't played contact football ever since the Tampa Bay Bucks game okay so I don't know what to expect you know what I mean um but overall though this game not really much to break down here um 263 Molly whopping um in my opinion I still think that Tanner mcke should get the nod to be the backup quarterback but I'm not so sure that's going to happen I think I think for some reason I still think Kenny picket might win that job or the Eagles might trade for somebody you just never know um apparently Dallas Goddard is injured with an oblique injury he could be out for weeks could be out for days who the [ __ ] knows at this point um so is jayx hunt jayx Hunton is always is is also injured uh Johnny Wilson has a concussion there a lot going on with this Philadelphia Eagles team bro and it's crazy that Dallas Goddard is being is injured and he hasn't even play he hasn't he didn't play a single down in preseason him and his roommate ivante Maddox have the same issue they can't stay healthy and I did not see ivante madx play in this preseason so that's giving me the indication that Avante might actually make this team which is very shocking to me um Cooper Dee played a little bit but didn't really do too much uh he was his debut playing or whatever so I wasn't expecting to see too much out of Coupe um the Eagles tied end room for me is a little concerning because you have Dallas gdd here that can't stay healthy to save his life um behind him you have Grant calcatera who has concussion problems we traded dra Jack stall away you got Albert o that you don't use and I don't even think that [ __ ] is good let's just be real that's the reason why the Eagles aren't using him because he's not [ __ ] good and then you got EJ Jenkins and then you just uh cut CJ oama that [ __ ] was trash he ain't been good since the since he been in uh he ain't been good since his uh Bengals days I'mma just I'm just leave it at that and I was actually expecting more from him uh you know this offseason and camp but he hasn't shown us anything uh the running backs were kind of mid today obviously gainwell didn't play uh so you know gainwell is on the team and [ __ ] obviously um if I if it were me today Tyron Davis price makes this team as the forth running back none of those guys man besides him really stepped up today uh the wide receivers we kind of already know who the wide receivers are going to make the team I think annias Smith makes the team as a fifth round pick because I don't think the Eagles want to lose him and I still feel like there's potential there with a ni Smith you just got to give him a little time you know what I'm saying Nolan Smith however though Nolan Smith actually played in this game you guys uh this is a game nocoe Dean didn't play Jordan Davis didn't play uh Jaylen Carter didn't play you know what I'm saying but Nolan Smith was out there and I'm I'm a little concerned with Nolan Smith man Nolan Smith um um I think he only had like what one sack throughout the entire preseason he hasn't really done anything and for the 30th pick in the first round of the draft man I was excited for Nolan you know what I'm saying uh trading Hassan reic away I I'm hoping that Nolan Smith could semi somewhat replace some of that production I don't think it's gonna happen you guys I just don't think Nolan Smith has it right now man I just don't think he has it um we lose Hassan reck to the to uh to the New York Jets over the new contract you sign Bryce Huff Vic fangio is even saying he he's not sure if Bryce Huff is a is a uh uh what all down tight all down defensive end or whatever the case may be um so there's a lot of concerns with the edge okay the the the the uh defensive tackles you're set with Jordan Davis and Jaylen Carter barring injury and barring any conditioning problems with Jordan Davis you're good in the inside it's just the defensive ends man that I I'm concerned about you know Josh sweat haven't heard haven't heard his name being called very much this preseason this Camp nobody's talking about him Bryce Huff like I just said he's still trying to learn how to be a all down defensive end Nolan Smith he ain't showing you [ __ ] Brandon Graham old as hell you know what I'm saying so it's like who the hell do you rely on you know what I mean to get a pass rush do you trade for a pass rusher you know what I'm saying uh your linebackers are decent you know what I mean uh Devon white is pretty good Nico be Dean I want to see what he does today uh not today uh in this season Zack boom we'll see what happens you know what I mean um now before I let y'all go man uh Jan doson spoke to the media after being traded from the Washington commanders and he he he he he he wants all the smoke sad to say man he wants all the smoke y'all go ahead check this video it was uh it was a shock you know um just because you know all I know in the NFL is Wasington commanders um but you know at the end of the day you know it's a business um and I understand that very much so I talked to Coach Dan Quinn and Mr Adam Peters um and you know they told me they think very highly of me um it was kind of just something that happens you know uh these things happen all the time in the NFL um you know so I didn't I didn't I'm not going to take it personal until I see Washington uh but you know I'm it's exciting I'm excited to be here um I I can't wait to to put on the the black and green um and I can't wait to get to work W so boom that's as you can hear from uh Jan doson man the trade came as a surprise to him you know what I'm saying uh the the people were you know raving about him in the building and you know next thing you know he looks up and he's in Philly um good for us U to see what Johan doson does against the Washington commanders I think he's going to have a big game I expect him to have over a 100 yards and two touchdowns um y'all remember what happened when uh AJ Brown uh got his revenge on the Tennessee Titans and then the GM got fired so I think the same thing is going to happen here I I I think um I think JD is gonna uh he's gonna he's gonna do his thing in Washington when he plays them facts uh yeah man that's pretty much all I have for y'all though man uh listen the season is right around the corner um I wouldn't be shocked if this team came out Rusty in Brazil against the Green Bay because of the lack of reps we got in preseason but um at the same time though I don't really think it's going to hinder us too too much cuz the team is stacked man the team is stacked and I expect nothing less from this team than to make it to the NFC Championship Game this this year um more videos on the way man you know what I mean it's time to get ready for Green Bay you know what I'm saying but that's pretty
