the best way to start weightlifting where do you start and how do you get better honestly um when I started I had a teacher it was at it was a sports team in middle school I think having a a teacher is good if you've never lifted before because there's always the concern that you're going to hurt yourself it's call as a confidence booster but if you can't find a teacher and it's it's the easy to find someone to show you what to do in the gym you go to the gym and you ask some random random dude who's doing a workout you want to do hey can you show me how to do that 90% of them will take their time out of their day to show you that guaranteed you don't have to pay a personal trainer a gym personal trainer you don't have to pay for like really anything online like there's nothing online to pay for Fitness wise that's you know the secret sauce unless you're paying to have um you know juice sent to your house or something I mean if if you can't find a trainer let's say you're alone in the woods most of every single exercise form has been documented in pictures and video online I know the bodybuilding forms I've heard good things about there's a bunch of stuff on YouTube but if you're trying to act like start for a beginner plan like a beginner plan I would just lift four days a week okay do legs one day do back one day do uh chest and shoulders one day and then do arms and abs one day that's what I would do do it for like 30 minutes to 45 minutes if you're starting if like I I don't know what position you're in bro but that's what I would uh that's what I would tell someone who's asking how to get into it let's see dror fourth wall says chronic I remember you in the Twitter space the other day and this guy bombing hard RN words dude I was doing the same thing it was it memes dating profiles I saw a someone sent me a screenshot I'm trying to think of the dating app it wasn't hinge it wasn't no it was Bumble of course it was Bumble of course it was Bumble this it's a bumble sent out like a news alert a news whatever and it was um it was like attention men in your or attention profiles in your area have been subjected to screenshotting for the purposes of online misogyny and hate speech if you are found to be screenshotting profiles you'll get better some some [ __ ] like that because people are making these dating accounts and just screenshotting the female accounts just roasting them online I mean I'm guilty of doing that myself it's so funny you see 35-year-old tatted up they got multicolored hair just saying I deserve I deserve I deserve like don't come at me with games y y yada and if you have the audacity to point and laugh oh oh you're the problem can you imagine Chaz how much fun Freedom would be imagine if we allowed on YouTube to stream like you just make a make a dating profile whatever you can have buy like free unlimited swipes for that session and then just for an hour swipe roast roast roast roast roast no you just exactly but that that that kind of content I did a couple videos of it it was like within the same month back in 2017 2018 they basically shut that down they're like no cannot do that big issue with that kind of content is that although like it's not actually doxing right because it's a it's a public profile I wouldn't be surprised if you know people are would try to say oh you're doxing these profiles and y y y so oh it's funny because they be like you can't make fun of people's dating profiles because it's mean-spirited what do you think women do when they're together what do you think they do I last time I was at a bar it was grp like multiple groups of women just showing each other their dating profile matches and making fun of them oh chronic chronic so for my uh 6K sub stream I had another little session of watching my big fat fabulous life and literally one of the segments I went over is them talking about this big fat 40-year-old woman's dating preferences it's so funny that's pretty good we got super chat from scurvy ROM he says I wanted to take your co-host virginity I'm sorry scurvy you got cucked you got cucked today um let's see here jogger left oh dude there was a I'll say this for another ucw show but I got a story I think it was in Southeast Asia I don't know what she is uh Malaysian or taii or Philippino but this Asian girl was jogging and she got attacked by a war party of otter she was like left confused and bleeding on the ground and like the the New York Post picture was like this woman on the ground like like suffering and the other picture was like like because personal stuff that happened in the past if we just go straight into it everybody's gonna be confused right so I just ask you a couple questions what do you do for work uh right now I work at a strip club and then also uh I like on the side I do business stuff so I do mostly Google my business and like rep management for local businesses and then online I do mostly ghost writing but I still help a couple YouTube channels and an Instagram person a Tik Tok person so it's not strictly just Twitter and ghost writing it I do a little bit of marketing just in general so is marketing to online people online personas is that a good definition yeah most of the people who I worked for like already have growing businesses and I'm just helping their businesses scale more um it's very rarely somebody that's I'm trying to get into helping anybody start a personal brand and like give them like the package of everything but I'm still building it right now right now like I'll give somebody access to my CRM for $5 a month and that makes it where they can build their own website like they can do whatever like basically it's a $500 CRM and I just give it to them for $5 a month so it's just it's just for them to practice doing their own stuff and I do like free videos that teach how to like use the CRM but none of it is paid it's all it's all free stuff do you sell any courses that's like the like I'll do ghost writing if you consider that like a course but that's not it's not really a course like I I'll sell that I'll do all their automation for them yeah consider that of course um let's go through the list here working on a night a strip club no that's just a job working for businesses to help them get more hits on Google is that a fair definition yeah just Google my business stuff and rep management I wouldn't consider that grifting um showing people or Consulting with people to get more hits online um it's closer to the grifter scale but just that that definition I don't consider grifting um let's see here is that did I did I hit all your or I guess selling a c CRM use for $5 a month right yeah yeah that's not grifting that's just selling access to a $500 product uh I think I called you grifter before because I was under the impression that you sold courses on how to grow your personal brand because it it's not really if if you consider the $5 a month you know like it's all part of that package like and I and and like I'll be starting to do spaces soon that are just personal branding spaces and how to grow a business like and that's going to be like you could say that that's why I guess my question is is that grifting because I'm trying to teach normal people to start doing that type of stuff so at the best on the best end of the scale right do you think people would pay Arnold Schwarz Ander his prime to teach him how to LIF yes of course people would pay it do you think people would pay Boogie the the fat gaming YouTuber on how to get jacked no I'm not saying you're Boogie I'm not saying you're Arnold where you land on the scale from Boogie to Arnold on the actual skill of what it is kind of determines of what you're a grifter or not a little bit but another part is what you're actually giving them producing for them I might have called you grifter last time we spoke because I think we were arguing about something else and I got pissed off but what you describe today I don't I wouldn't I wouldn't put you on the definite grifter scale if that makes sense and then you don't consider yourself a grifter correct I guess we have to I guess to make it clear it's good for us to Define grifter because it's a very um me mized word it's like on the internet like people will call Trump grifter for asking for donations for his political campaign it's like okay now I think what I would Define as a grifter is I would say someone who doesn't believe it's it's much more like beliefs right like people who sell a belief a mindset whereas if you're selling this is how you get views there's at least something tangible but if someone's saying this is how you get women to like you that's very broad right so I would say a grifter is someone who will change their beliefs will switch what they talk about switch what they're quote unquote expert in for the purposes of lying to an audience to get money I think that's my best definition of grifter right now what what do you think uh I mean that's based off of like everybody's calling sneo a grifter and stuff so like I think products evolve like if I find out if like 6 months ago I thought the best way to like do my program was not giving people access to my serum which was true that's how I was doing it before for $5 a month then and I evolved and I realized oh it would be better if I just gave them yeah I take a hit on this but it's better it's easier for me to teach them if I just give them access to all this and let them practice on it and so like it some people do evolved and then same like I I got to be honest with you uh if somebody buys like my expensive stuff that like where I'm automating all their stuff I do also push that they're supposed to learn like uh pre-election and and know and learn how to become social again because part of building a business or a personal brand is being very social like I I'm I understand if you're not an if you're antisocial when you first start working with me like I can work with somebody who's faceless like you because you have a faceless account and that's fine I think that's totally fine but I want people to work towards autonomy and autonomy gives you the power to be able to show yourself so I I really do think that the the like like what I really want to teach you know pre-selection it's only I always say it's 25% of what I teach but it is a big deal and like would you consider that grifting because I have evolved that to the point where uh you know what I'm talking about in that that no I think Natural Evolution from responding to the market responding to what works what doesn't that's that's not that's not grifting per se it's more like um like what Andrew tap goes from watching guys beat off for money to teaching young men how to be free within the span of a year I don't think you can make that kind of evolution naturally I think that's that decision is primarily based off of money right but what's the most expensive package you sell is it um like is it a monthly base is it like a onetime fee what is it yeah monthly like 1,500 to 2,000 depending on like what it is it's because it's it's m it's social media management basically yeah that and that's if you're working under someone you're basically working under someone else's social media logins and accounts right you're doing all the stuff that they're too lazy or unwilling or unskilled to do oh yeah you know you know how much work it is just you doing your posting and you know volume is like the best way to grow so yeah it's just doing all their posting and and getting their volume stuff made yeah I mean look I don't think social media management works so I wouldn't consider that I don't know I wouldn't consider that Consulting I mean it is but yeah I never said Consulting I think you had kind of just said that earlier but not it's definitely not consult like the the $5 a month is where you get free consulting or like if you my school like I'll have a school server soon if people join it that's all free [ __ ] but the bottom line is like it you know how this is when it comes to selling a package for marketing like you can help people for free you know and it's no big deal but sooner or later those people come back to you because they're like I just want to pay somebody to do all this for me like I I have a job I have all this that I'm doing like I only have time to stream I need somebody to manage all the other [ __ ] for me I have the Thousand do a month but I just need somebody to do it all for me you know yeah so the argument there is what's the actual value of the services you provide and I have never hired a social media um manager I think that's the best title to give it I wouldn't I wouldn't hire one for $1,000 a month but then again I wouldn't hire one for $20 a month so I'm not really in the in the customer base that you're seeking I think it's a bit high but again it's like you uh come to me it's just not just posting though I want to make it clear like that's because like they're getting ghost writing they're getting newsletters written they're getting blogs written if that's what is is in their genre they're getting uh Clips made Just Clips alone you know this if to get three Clips made a day like posted a day which ensures growth like you you for th% grow when you do three shorts a day or three reals a day or three uh Tik Tok videos a day that that alone can come out to $500 to $1,000 a month just for that like I have a really good deal on it because I've been doing it with a couple people for over a year now and uh so I get good deals on it and that's how I'm able to offer it to other people like a lot of the [ __ ] that I do I'm a middleman for I found out a youber if I found if I found an online personality that I enjoy was um posting let's say text posts because if you're ghost writing that's what you're writing clipping is you're taking already made content and clipping it out but if I found out someone that wrote a bunch of stuff was using Ghost Riders then I would ass then I would be more willing to call that person who uses that service a grifter it's like oh you're not actually [ __ ] writing any of this you're hiring someone else to write it and using it under your purview your name your identity because if this person who's ghost writing let's say for some history content is just so good at it I'd rather go listen or read his work with his name so I I guess I'd have more issue with a Content producer that uses a lot of ghost writing but clipping everything out you know doing email lists doing newsletters that's I don't really have a problem with that it's just whether or not it's worth it for the person I think I would proba I would probably um have more of an issue with someone who spends $22,000 a month trying to build a personal brand because I'm like what's the deal with that right like I would I would kind of ask if you have $2,000 a month of disposable income what career field are you in what are you doing are you an only fans thought are you an engineer is it is it like some nerdy engineer guy with a lot of money who's trying to build like a like a gim bro personality online cuz he has a dream of making it rich online as a social media personality it's that's an expensive hobby I find that to be a waste of time and money I would I would you know encourage the man to further his career in engineering but you offering a service to clip videos for a price I think is too high that's not crfting yeah it's just because like I like my big thing bro is I really push autonomy I really think that everybody is a slave to the system and I I think that what worked for our parents and our grandparents it's just it's unrealistic to think that we're going to be able to retire with our for1 case unless you're putting $26,000 every month into your savings for the next 20 30 years and most people aren't going to do that so I really I really push autonomy so people don't work into the grave well when it comes to men at least once you're over the age of 7 I think it's 72 the biggest risk factor for dying within a year is quitting their job it's it sounds really weird it's oh I could retire I could hang out all day I can watch Fox News and drink Miller White golf but most men most men who worked a lot their entire life as soon as they get to the point where they have no purpose for some reason I can't explain it they're much more likely to die within a year yeah and I agree you should I'm not saying to retire I'm saying to gain autonomy so like I I agree with you that that that whenever guys stop doing stuff yes you will die but but but the but the goal is is when you gain autonomy it's because you are working every day you are doing stuff but you're working for yourself you took the power back like you if you did have know slave if you did have some like chains on you at least broke them off or you removed some of them yeah I mean I really don't think anybody's going to be free from the system because as long as never totally bro but it's just like it's just taking power dude most people are not spending time with their kids today I really believe in having kids like it's it's something that's very like powerful in my opinion and I think that that whenever you take care of your own kids it's a big deal like that's what's problem today is most kids are not being taken care of by their parents because they're working too much now you started as didn't you start as purple pill podcast was that what it was yeah yeah yeah okay and then you switch to um just splur splur I mean I I still do like like my podcast and I still talk about the exact same things from my podcast that I do now like I've still judge women I'm very big about judging men and women equally all I do is I post relationships because whenever I got into purple pill it was because AMS I'm sure you know who AMS is um he used to talk about somewhat familiar yes alpha male strategies he he would talk about purple pill was just being red pill in a relationship and and I was said he wasn't doing manosphere stuff manosphere stuff manosphere stuff and it was very clear to me it was like Hey this guy got big on YouTube good for him he got big by pushing manosphere stuff and then he got a striker two and then he was just like I'm dropping it I'm walking away from the man I think that's what it was I'm walking away from the manosphere okay he's walking away from his fan base what made him big because he had money and he didn't have a career outside of YouTube that can compare to YouTube so when I see that that's a sign of weakness that's not like oh I hate you because you walked away from the man sphere no it's I think you we I think you're weak because you can't live the lifestyle you want without YouTube yeah I don't know if that's him like maybe like I think that's him I I'm unsure but there was definitely I'm I'm 80% sure ass black dude who like looks like a like he's like a 64 black guy that's like 45 years old oh that's definitely not him that I think it's a young guy I no but but all purple pill is to me is I just push relationships bro and I believe in like using red pill using dread you know using intersexual Dynamics knowledge to have a good relationship like and I want guys like for me personally I do better in relationship I think most people do better in relationships so I'm that's what I push is mostly that like I know marriage trust like if I was put in a situation where I had to solve a problem at work something with some deep science the men I would trust the most are the ones without a partner to work hard and get it done because not it really everything depends on the man you can have a dude in a relationship who can feel inspired because he has a wife wife or girlfriend a family kids whatever but most of the single men I know in their mid to late 20s that are the the smartest individuals when it comes to the field of science when they get home yeah they'll game yeah they'll left but along their free time they're working on their career they're very career focused whereas a lot of the guys with the girlfriends are such they got to go to brunch they got to they got to entertain their woman you're basically acting like a a constant gesture to keep a woman entertained to keep her around so you can get puni every now and then um I've never heard the purple pill defined as pushing for relationships but then again the purple pill is like I said he's the only guy who ever said that and I was new to the red pill space and like I just liked him because he was one of the few guys I agreed with yeah it's definitely not something everybody says I agree that probably everybody thinks purple pill is like in between red and blue like I totally get that and like I'm not trying to there's red pill dudes that still date chicks there's red pill dudes I mean Ro tamasi calls himself god of the red pill he's married for 20 years yeah it's just most of them don't really talk about a lot of people are mostly pickup artists in red pill and they kind of preach Pua game and spinning plates yeah and the people and the people who say or who um capture an audience based off of hey you do this this and this you're going to get a bunch of um women with high high body counts that bar and to sleep with you that to me that's equivalent to like a crackhead behind a 7-Eleven saying if you listen to me I'll teach you how to get the best crack rock in Detroit it's it's it's meaningless you know having sex with a bunch of low value women that's a meaningless purpose if that's someone's purpose if that's a man's purpose he's an he's basically an animal to me it's like okay so if I pluged you into a simulation and you got to have sex with all of wom you dreamed of would you be happy with that experience would that be a happy life for you and they say yeah it's like well you're just you're a very simple animal at that point so the guys who make their money off of telling dudes this is the game this is how you pick up pick up pickup roaches basically John Anthony lifestyle Anthony dream Johnson uh Mr locario there's a [ __ ] ton of them they are pathetic to me um I can't friends and let say you don't get any girls that go to that church that's still going to help you out being able to ask a girl say hey I go to barbecue I'm going to on Saturday do you want to be my date to it that's much more appealing for the girl than hey do you want to go get coffee for the fifth time alone just me and you so I think the social status is kind of it's becoming more diff
