Thursday and in the process made NFL history officially offix fixated AIX it a fixed excuse me a top the lineup briset becomes the 15th black quarterback projected to open a 2024 season under Center the most ever since the NFL's Inception the historic feat comes one year after 14 different black quarterbacks started in week one of the 2023 campaign breaking the record of 11 set the year prior the record for black representation at the game's most important position has now been broken four times in the last five years and black quot s account for almost 40% of all starting jobs at the position brisette joining the club comes two years after Jaylen Herz and Patrick Mahomes became the first Duo of black quarterbacks to square off in the Super Bowl here's a list of the black center callers set to open to 2024 season uh jacobe brassette for the Patriots Jaden Daniels for the Washington commanders Jaylen Herz for the Philadelphia Eagles Lamar Jackson Baltimore Ravens Jordan love Green Bay Marcus for that story I will take the next story Tyreek Hill and jayen Wadd returned to practice Monday a positive sign for the Miami Dolphins top wide receivers from a season ago wad has battled undisclosed injuries throughout the summer did not play in any of the preseason games and wore a red non- contct jersey during the final week of the preseason Hill too was hold was held out of the three preseason games while also missing the team's joint practice with the Tampa Bay buck with a thumb injury Dolphins coach Mike McDaniel said there weren't any setbacks for either player neither wore a non-con jersey during the portion of Monday's practice that was open to the media so it looks like that high powerered offense is going to be at full uh full strength from um opening weekend I will toss this one over to Brian all right well after suffering cardiac arrest in 2020 23 veteran safety Demar Hamlin will be starting for the Buffalo Bill Sunday Hamlin's doctor stated he was remarkable after being released from the hospital a week after his incident Hamlin was also allowed to return to football four months after his injury Hamlin only played five games last year and will now be starting for the bills on Sunday against the Cardinals so congratulations that's a wonderful comeback for Demar Hamil definitely absolutely absolutely and Mark you can finish us off with your Homer story for the week gladly the Pittsburgh Steelers signed franchise and Pro Bowl defensive tackle cam Haywood to a three-year contract on Tuesday the deal is is for 45 million over three years with 29 million in new money and 16 million guaranteed at 35 years old Haywood doesn't project a play out the life of the deal but the contract sets Haywood up to retire with the Steelers after 13 Seasons with the franchise I'm happy about that all right so those are our news stories for this week we will roll right into our hot topics all right so for our first Hot Topic we are going to take the the eight teams that finished last in the division and we're going to rank him 8 to one one being most likely eight being Le least likely to finish last in their division Finish First oh wait did I do what yeah eight being least likely to finish first yes I didn't read that right and one being most likely to finish to finish first so finish first or finish last yeah I thought it was finished last I got my rankings are I'm G be winging this one okay so basically uh statistically uh at least five team no no statistically at least one team every year that finish last in the division the previous season will finish first in the next season so that's is what they're saying so from E to one rank How likely it is for these eight teams to finish last last season that they might they might finish first this season okay I I kind of did it right then but I didn't do it right on purpose well I'm gonna let Marcus start since he he put the confusing thing up anyway I tried to word it as best I could I can't I'm not responsible your lack of reading comprehension three are are having a hard time comprehending that it's not that means the one person who exactly you should have verified with me before show talk so just on just for the record the teams that we're going to discuss the eight teams that came in last and division last season with the commanders Cardinal Cardinals Titans Panthers Bears Bengals Chargers and Patriots how did how did how did y'all let the Giants do better than y'all last year we're not discussing that I'm just curious Jesus how how how' you let the team with a rust record knock you out of the playoffs and blew you out oh you said you said how did we win a division is that what you asked no I ask it was easy okay so number eight the team least likely in my opinion to win the division are the Patriots oh back okay so number one because he got three other better teams in the division the Chets Dolphins and the bills I just don't see any way that you're going to overcome those three teams to win your your division uh considering that last last season uh was it Mii scored the most points of anybody in the uh League uh and the bills uh four time defending a division Champions and the Jets you know hope they'll have Aaron Rogers back for the entire season I just don't see it pat doesn't have the talent that the other three teams have so they're number eight number seven for me are the Chargers simply for one reason one reason only you have the Kansas City Chiefs in your division uh number six are the Cardinals uh for good reason you have the 49ers and the Rams in your division two in my opinion much better teams you you might if if only one of them was good you might be able to overcome it but two in front of you don't think it's going to happen number five the Titans you have Houston in your league in your Division I think you want to win and the Jaguars that might put I don't think the think they have a chance of winning but I think they're better than the Titans they have a more confident quarterback I don't think you're going to defeat those odds next up are the panther I chose the panther at number four because I believe the who the Panthers Panthers yes the Panthers okay because they they have the uh they're number four they're so high up because I think they're the probably in the worst division in the NFL um I don't think it would be that easy to to maybe overcome those odds I don't think they'll do it but I think they're in the veral vision number three I put the commanders uh simply because I I you're a homer no can I talk shut up yes because simply because I wasn't I I wasn't going to put them as number two or number one and I thought they would had a better chance than than the previous ones so that's why I did number three number two are the Bears uh I didn't put much stock in the Bears in my preseason picks but everybody else seems to think they have a good team that uh they might do a they they have a possibility to win a Division I don't see it with the Packers and the uh Lions there but and the Lions but everybody else uh you watch the media seems to be very high up on the Bears and number one I think is pretty easy the Bengals Joe burough will be back if he's healthy All Season he can definitely uh bring the Bengals up to compete he's done it before he can do it again that's the easy pick yeah I don't like your rankings you have the Panthers way too high way too high they didn't do anything in my opinion to uh to get better say division they were terrible I just couldn't put I just couldn't I couldn't put them in the lore they got a kid out of high school playing football for them how small he is you know I mean you put the Chargers and then the P you had the Panthers higher than the Chargers yeah only chargers only biggest is is Kansas City right that's that's that's a big that's a big obstacle I know but the other teams had you you picked the the the ners and the uh the Cardinal because of the ners and the Rams yeah they got one yeah but that's a huge one go ahead no I'll go into my rankings I didn't really consider the the teams in the division that they were playing against I just considered the team themselves really in my way I look at so number eight I have the Panthers I think that I don't see any hope for them I didn't see any Improvement for them in the off season that I saw they didn't really have no draft picks I don't think to to really get that much and yeah the south is a bad division but they are the baddest of bad in the division so I got the Panthers at number eight um number seven I got the Cardinals at number seven um only because Call of Duty's coming out soon no but uh I just don't trust the Panthers and yeah you know the West does have the 49ers and and the Rams and they're going to be battling for that so I think it's going to take maybe another year before the Panthers I mean before the yeah get uh get uh get going I got the Titans at number six um that AFC South division can always go in any direction we know that uh I mean Houston did look good and you know last year but you just never know what that division that the AFC South does weird stuff so I got Titans at six um Patriots at five the only reason the Patriots at five is because uh I think they'll get a little injection with uh the new head coach um and I think that the other teams I listed before them are worse than them so that's why the Patriots at five uh believe it or not I got the Chargers at four um gonna take a year to gel into into uh Harbaugh's offense and his his his coaching style I think I probably should have rearranged this one I actually got the the commanders at three don't ask me why um I think they did I think you did good with your quarterback situation um your head coach I don't know about him because not I'm not hating on him because of Dallas but he wasn't a good head coach really in Atlanta you know for the most part I mean yeah they went to the Super Bowl but that was Atlanta um I got the Bears at number two and not because I'm really buying into the Bears only because Green Bay is probably the only only other team in the division that I think the Lions oh I'm tripping yeah okay I was hating on the Lions but I feel like that division could be wide open too because everybody's giving the Lions props but the Lions have not played a first place schedule before I'm G keep saying that until they show me so I got the lions at number two I mean the Bears at number two and then number one of course is the Bengals uh m one of the main reasons was because Joe burrow was hurt and Chase I think uh Jamar Chase was too I believe right but last year um I think they're going to bounce back I expect the Bengals to be good I think I might have picked them in the division I can't really remember so that's my that's my ranking Panthers Cardinals Titans Patriots Chargers commanders Bears Bengals Mark yeah I've got the I've got the Patriots at number eight um I'm not I'm not seeing a lot per I don't think he has some some top wi outs to throw to in New England I don't I don't see them coming out of the basement in that division number seven I have the Cardinals um the Cardinals um like you said the Herman Call of Duty uh you got to show me something about what the Cardinals for me to uh give him a pushup uh number six the Panthers one of the worst divisions uh uh in the NFL um they didn't do much in the offseason to improve that team either I'm not buying them the Bears at number five I think the Bears will make a little bit of noise on it but because of the Lions and Green Bay uh they're not gonna overcome those two um number four I've got the Chargers um I think you see Improvement um uh with the Chargers with hallar um they gonna definitely run the ball we'll see what come with that um I got the Titans at three um I think the only team that that that would that division that'll dominate will probably be Houston they can slide in there under that number two I've got the commanders um as you guys know as as my yes yes sir yes sir my prediction I have them beating out another team to make it to the playoffs this year so I got commanders in it and of course number one who I am pretty much worried about and that's the Bengals in our division I think Burrows G come back on venge it so I got Bengals at number one yeah your ranking [Laughter] suck Brian how about yours all right so Herman right y'all sucks um I got the Patriots at number eight um I agree I I just don't see it um I don't see brassette doing anything um I can't even tell you who they watch receivers are um I just I just don't see them making that substantial leap especially in the division they're in uh number seven is the Panthers um again um they just were really a bad team last year um I seen no no no growth in that team and I I just think they're gonna suck again number uh I'm sorry yeah number six um I got the Titans um I don't know what y'all see in the Titans um I can't even tell you who the Titans head coach is right now I me Callahan okay yeah so I don't see the Titans doing anything um next I got the Bears um again like like y'all was saying I think the Bears will make a little bit of noise but but not that much to be you know taking the division out of out of that in an NFC uh north um I didn't have the Cardinals um I do think the Cardinals did make some some rapid Improvement um hopefully Kyler is outgrown um you know the video games you know maybe he wants to play football now um next I have the commanders um like Herman said y'all I think y'all did a pretty good job you know with the with the quarterback biggest question is how healthy he can stay you know he could be another RG3 I then have the Chargers I think the Chargers are going to make the most dramatic leap I think that they were a good team with a bad head coach all these years and I think they're gonna show somebody something this year and we're all in agreement I can that bad OC too remember they had he was only there for what one season season too and we're we're all in agreement with the Bengals the Bengals have the most upside on this list yeah good rankings yours were definitely way better than theirs I don't I you know considering me and you were a little confused we had the best rankings so yeah yeah it a something I don't know how you get come to that conclusion you know I don't know all right so let's move on to another ranking topic we going to rank from one to five see how I put mine in parenthesis one being worse I put that there okay being the least likely one being the most likely mine was was definitely more clear instructions okay so from one to five one being worse list the worst QB situation uh at the start of this season so we're going five QBs I'm Mark I will let you go first in this one we starting at the worst or we starting at the well you can start start with the worst no no start with the five and up five up least worst yeah least worst okay my fifth worst quarterback in situation in the NFL are the Minnesota Vikings Sam Donald I mean I tell you this out of his out of his career this probably the best um environment he's been in to have talent around him to do something but I don't see it happening um you know after being drafted number three in 2018 he's he's not it it's Sam Donald Nick Mullins and Brett Brett uh ripping who only started one game for the ram but got cut four days later so the Vikings is number five for me number four is the Titans the Titans have to find out if Will levit is gonna be a franchise quarterback or not um they did sign Calvin Ridley they did sign um T Tyler boy but um I'm I'm thinking and and Herman you say this all the time this is a new coach I think Bill Brian kylean is looking for another quarterback in 2025 I don't think Titans will levit is going to be there um as as a quarterback and they got will lit and and Mason Rudolph as the backup um number three you guys might be surprised about this one I have the Cleveland Browns only because they restructured uh restructured uh uh Watson's contract for fully guaranteed for the you know play off for the rest of his of his contract but this team is they strapped I mean they all they need is a quarterback to play average the way that team is set up talented defense talented offense they just need an average Quarterback to do it and I don't think you can get it out of out out of Wilson uh uh I mean out of Desa Watson this year um that's all he has to do DeShaun Watson backup is jamus Wilson um Dorian Thompson Robinson is the third Stringer but uh they through number three number two it hurts me to the hard to say it but it's Steelers neither one of these two quarterbacks was impressive in preseason um Phils probably offers the most upside of the two but him as a perer passer is what I question I don't I I really don't see it right now um but Wilson offers him you know for Mike Tomlin being conservative Wilson give him that conservative choice but um I tell you what before it's over with both these quarterbacks gonna probably be starting this year when it when it's all said and done and at my number one the New York football Giants Daniel Jones Drew luck Tommy DeVito The D the Giants tried to trade up and get a quarterback but they couldn't find anybody that would take it this dude 23 uh million injury guarantee I guarantee you when it comes time when they get eliminated from the playoffs uh Daniels will be sitting on the bench because they don't want they don't want to pay that man that money when it's all said and done but the giants has the worst right now interesting very interesting uh I like I like you know DeShaun Watson the number three I think it was right yeah I like that one but uh that contract is a the Vikings you play this thing again hater my opinion okay I'm just gonna move on go ahead let's hear yours Brian all right so I I was somewhat impressed with marks 2 I'm not gonna lie he kind of went out the box mine's a little more normal um number five I had uh the guy we just talked about jobi brassette with the Patriots um number four I'm agreeing with Mark I had Sam darn on there with Minnesota also agree with Mark with Will Levis with the Titans number two I had Gard M Garder muu and the ra him and with Aiden oconnell was garbage on top of garbage um and then me and marker in total agreement I have Daniel Jones as the worst quarterback in the NFL bar nut uh he sucks and he's injury Pro so you you can't get no worse than that uh Brian you know we have a a a first time uh guest watching the show maybe don't don't offend them maybe we don't offend them so Brian he I didn't know he was gonna be on to show when I made my Brian you didn't have the Vikings on your list yeah I what number was the Vikings uh two two two well well yeah four number four number four all right go ahead sorry real quick the only two teams you got in differently is the the ra the Raiders and who uh the Raiders and um the Patriots okay that's it okay all right go ahead Marcus I'm I'm GNA let you go next I'll go last on this okay for for number five okay he could you just real quick he did not take y'all to the playoffs okay he did not do that don't start but he all [Laughter] the number five I have the Steelers uh you know like I said a couple weeks ago uh I don't believe Russell Wilson or Justin Fields will be on this team next year so and like Mark said they they didn't show any anything in preseason so I I just the number five number four I also have the Titans uh I didn't even when I made this I didn't even know who the quarterback was and now I know it will LZ which uh which makes me confident in my choice at number four uh number three Giants uh number two number three it's the Giants St Jones is is is is not that great uh number two I have the Raiders uh Gardner muu he he did he was pretty decent in Jacksonville I don't know I'm not sure what he did Indianapolis but nothing but yeah it's G mu and then his backup is some dude I don't even know they defin have a bad situation Aid o Conor was actually better was halfway decent last year I'm G say and then number one the Vikings with JJ McCarthy got hurt I think this season is pretty much blown um yeah I have no confidence who who we Sam darn we said yeah Sam darnold Mr Mr uh I see Ghost Yes Man absolutely number one worst quarterback situation uh and what what makes it so bad is they got very they got one of the best I received in the league and a very good back I forget his name very good Back At One Addison yes very good number two yeah you got really good wide receivers and they got a and they got a fantastic um coaching staff up there for him too they they develop they do well with young quarterbacks also but yeah okay we finally got a good ranking thank you Marcus thank you because how y'all Brian and Mark did not have the Vikings at number one is beyond me Daniel Jones is bad I'm gonna give him a little bit of respect on this one but my number five is going to be a little little different y'all gonna be like what but my number five is is the Seahawks really and I'm worried about Gino Smith because he was a little banged up in the in the preseason and their backup is Sam how and we seen we've seen Sam how Okay so enough said on that one I think just the backup alone is gets me there on that one so number five so number four I have um the Raiders I have M you know mchu and oconnell um Devonte Adams is gonna punch a a quarterback in the face this half this season on the sideline I'm telling you with these two as the quarterback he's gonna lose his mind uh did y'all watch receiver yeah yeah yeah he was frustrated he he was beyond frustrated um number three I'm gonna say Daniel Jones because he's right there with with it but uh he he's better than than than in my opinion than the Raiders and and the Seahawks uh quarterback situation you know I'll give Danel Jones this this credit he can run Mo he can run tackle himself is what he can do yeah hey look with that office line you better learn how to run uh so my number two is and I can't believe that y'all left this out the Panthers did did y'all have the Panthers did I hear anybody say they're Panthers no cuz he it's his second he was just drafted and he's terrible but he had nothing last year he's terrible I don't think he's bad I don't think he's bad any ones I put on my list I agree with you I don't think he is bad I see High School quarterbacks bigger than this dude and play better he is little he's little but I got the Panthers at number two and then of course number one it should have been unanimous across the board it's the Vikings Sam darnal is trash he's terrible Sam darn almost started for the ners last year Sam darnold is he almost started for the Niners last year yeah he almost he almost out seated pie we know P's not good we already talk P was hurt so him oh exactly well anyway Sam Shanahan is a is a is a quarterback Guru he had to be one he had to be why is s darn in in Minnesota then he couldn't beat out U Brock he couldn't beat him out that's why yeah so that that that's how I have it I think the Vikings in my opinion the worst because they really had no contingency behind you know behind the the rookie uh what was his name they got hurt JJ mcarthy Marth yeah they they really they should have had a a better veteran you know what I mean just Dam Dar is not the like you don't even want him teaching your rookie you just you don't like it was just a bad situation in my opinion from the get-go so go ahead go ahead JJ mccar acting like he Bruce Willis in the six cents I yeah you know I see dead people but I think for the most part we we we allate y desecrating Sam darn so much he's terrible Brian come on now I'm back in be Herman he's been in the leag for a long time now a long time is he on your fantasy team he doesn't start now what do you mean supposed to I don't thinking I don't think so I haven't looked at it to be hon with good G this autografting dude all right let's move on to our last topic that we're going to do and this is the uh Power Rankings uh to start the season off um top five start with five and work your way to the number one um Marcus I'll let you start this one number five the Detroit Lions don't need to say much else number five number four the Texans uh there's a lot of spec out of Texans this year they did good last year spec a lot this year I think that the they theyve they've definitely improved their roster uh they deserve to be number four number three San San Francisco um they they finally they got everybody back they signed everybody um this could be this could be the year number two uh the Baltimore Ravens until someone proves me wrong they they're number two same as they were last year well not number three last year but then uh the number two I put them above San Fran I have more faith in the Ravens than I do San Franciso uh and number one of course no surprise is the Chiefs the reigning Super Bowl champions looking for a three peat that's that's my number one all right I'm not too mad at those hate those uh rankings um I'll do mine I wanted to hate Ernie's ranking so bad I wanted to I was going to leave all so many teams but but uh I you know I hate with my order y'all are probably say hate me anyway so number five I got the 49ers all right yeah um 49ers you are a hater 49ers aren't even going to win a division this year I've already I've already said that I've already said it it was in my predictions already said it you know that so don't be surprised they're not gonna win the division this year um number four and this is where I'm not hati see I got the Lions um they haven't played a first place schedule but right now power ranking wide going off what they did last year they didn't lose too much as you know their team so I got the of the lines of number four I actually have the Texans at number three um I was very impressed with the Texans uh what they did last year it's hard to say because you know Cowboys fan we're not supposed to say that about the Texans but uh Texans they look like they're definitely young up and cominging team uh number two Marcus I'm right there with you I got the Ravens uh Ravens are always right there at the top of the power rankings and I I don't see any reason why they shouldn't be this high and number one I have the Kansas City Chiefs they are the Super Bowl champions and until they get knocked off or until they look really bad they are the number one power power uh Power Ranking team um I almost put the the Packers in place of the 49ers but y'all would have really had a fit and told me I was hating so uh Mark you can go ahead go next at number five five I've have the Houston Texans at number four I've got the Baltimore Ravens at number three I have the Kansas City Chiefs at number two I've got the Detroit Lions my number one power ranking for this upcoming season are the San Francisco 49ers you somebody said it earlier they signed everybody back in there they they they're G to be a tough team to take down they will no they're not but I want you to think about the regular season stuff all one other thing note I'm gonna say about the Detroit Lions them jokers got a rack of they've got home games and playoff I mean and um visiting games inside domes and stadiums watch out for them watch out the 49ers ship has sailed we see Bri maybe maybe next season but not this season the pumpkin p is G is gonna finally [Music] [Laughter] earn all right my my list is different than most of y'alls I have number five as America's team the Dallas Cowboys I have number four day stay Homer Homer I I have number four as the Green Bay Packers I actually think the green B Packers are a younger better team than the Lions and I think that they're actually going to have a better season number three I have the Kansas City Chiefs I think that when you go to the Super Bowl so many times when you go to the Champs so many times I think I think there's a hangover I think no team has ever done it has done the three peat um I don't see the Packers doing it I'm sorry the Chiefs doing it either number two I have the 49ers for the similar reasons again you just played the whole season you you just got some of your players back but you haven't had a good uh preseason so I'm just is not filling the 49ers again this year my number one ranking is actually the Baltimore Ravens I think they have the best chance this year I was liking how you started off with your rankings but I think you had the 49ers too high but I agree with you about Green Bay because what we forget there is Green Bay had a lot of injuries last year too he did did they did and they still they still I mean we saw you know they made the playoff they they peaked at the best time they did so I'm not mad at you with with Green Bay saying Green Bay could be better than the Lions it might be real interesting um so but yeah Brian I think you and I had the best rankings Mark and Marcus yeah I don't know I don't even know we have them on the show her how our rank is not good sometimes I'm just thinking maybe maybe Marcus should just run the show from the from behind get host y go to hell how about that this is a Marcus don't you go nowhere don't go nowhere oh man all right so uh that wraps up our hot topics for this week I think that that was good ranking getting rank in there all right we're gonna switch in and go ahead and move over to picking the games this week so we're picking six games I wish we had had the uh the spreads on here but oh man somebody slipping I wish somebody would have asked before the show we have to ask for that now all right all right they just came automatic last year right first game had ass first game we're picking is the Thursday night game we got the Baltimore Ravens traveling into Kansas City to take on the Kansas City Chiefs um let's get into the pick since we don't have the spreads uh mark Mark who you got ah I'm I'm gonna have to go for the hometown I'm I'm gonna take the Kansas City Chiefs on this one um you know it's gonna be a low scoring game I think from the beginning um so I'm taking the Chiefs I'm taking the Chiefs on this Brian who you got I totally disagree with Mark I think it's G to be a high scoring game but I think Baltimore pulls this one out give me the Ravens Marcus who you got uh I'm G have to agree with Mark I'm have to go with the home team um you know tell us Swift's Gonna Be There Be Live is gonna be there they gonna be hyped up they gon be un uh UNF foring a banner I'mma have to go with the Chiefs a lot of people been saying this gonna be the Ravens Revenge game it's game one of the season this is not a Revenge game Revenge game Revenge game is in the playoffs right G in the playoffs this yeah this going to be a good one um nice matchup you know uh the Chiefs got embarrassed last year to open the season they did yeah they got embarrassed they W supposed to lose that game okay they will not get embarrassed again this year so give me the Chiefs and looks like we got our first one of the Season he ain't ready he ain't ready ow you're not the Lone Wolf though I am but I guess I don't give that oh my are are you in the show like I I was distracted for a hot second I was distracted yeah see what are you looking at oh never mind all right don't don't look at that while we doing the show block moving on to the next game we have the Green Bay Packers uh traveling to Brazil to take on the Philadelphia Eagles um Eagles will be unleashing their new offense under new offensive coordinator Kell Moore you are a hater can I finish my my line first who we all know is trash now you just play it he definitely knows how to M are uh but I'm actually gonna go with the Eagles this game only because the Packers start a little slow at the beginning of the year as bad as the Eagles offense is gonna be with Kell Moore and this one will be a low-scoring game Mark I'm going to go ahead and pick the Eagles I think the Eagles will pull this one out give me the Eagles Brian who you got in this one yeah Herman I'm in agreement with you but I don't like the pick um the only reason I really gave the Eagles though is just because they they're playing in Brazil on a Friday I just think it's just a weird game anyway so give me the Eagles all right Mark who you got I'm G have to disagree with you are and and I'm surprised both of y'all took the Eagles uh all this you know talk about uh uh Kell I mean about Moore's though what I just said at the beginning of the show I believe some of these Eagles gonna be distracted in Brazil they go to sneak out see some Brazilian hotties they not no they not allowed to leave want to live they gonna bring some into the hotel Al I am going to go with the Packers all right so we split on that one fellas two for two all right next game we got the Jaguars traveling into Miami to take on the Dolphins Mark who do you have in this one no the Chev uh Lawrence has looked good in preseason so far we've seen him um we just we just talked about earlier that Dolphins got everybody back uh I'm gonna take I'm gonna take the Dolphins in this one give me give me Miami high scoring a low scoring Mark high scoring high scoring Marcus who you got I'm also going to take the Dolphins uh over the Jags I think the Jags would be decent this year they might put a they might put a scare into the Texans but this beginning of the season the Dolphins you know it's gonna be hot uh it's gonna be in Miami you know they uh the offense is gonna the offense is Really Gonna Shine I agree Mark it's probably gonna be a high scoring game but I'm might have to go with the dolphins this might be this might be the best game of the week be honest nah slow you roll there Brian yeah I'm in agreement with the fellas I'm going go also with the dolphins um that highflying offense they're at home I think the Jags will put up a fight but I think when it's all said and done I think the Dolphins will blow them up so you just you you're expecting a blowout I I think I think they in the fourth quarter I think they're gonna start lighting it up oh okay all right well I'm also going with the dolphins so we're all for an agreement on this one um Dolphins you know they got their the story I read earlier they got their top two wide receivers back in practice they haven't had any setbacks um uh I think that you know two is into this offense more now so he should have it down should have it mastered uh I'm just you know the Jags I'm just I don't know I don't know what to to think of the Jags they look like they should be so good but it just never pans out you know throughout the season um if the Jags have a bad year this year are we labeling Trevor Lawrence we might have to especially if the the two rookies if Jon Daniels and cayb Williams Show out this year I believe you got because every time a rookie rookie comes in and and and and plays really well and you've already been here what this is third season he hasn't really done much we might have I mean he won the division the year before yeah we might have to label him so so you say no Brian you say it's not not label time I mean he would have to be it would have to be marketly bad for me to do that I think I think he's gonna have a good season I think they're a good team it it all depends if he stays healthy he's got to stay healthy again okay all right let's move into the next game this one ought to be interesting we got the Vikings traveling into New York to take on the Giants you know it was such a a fun idea to pick this game until you Tock um who wants that anybody want to volunteer to give their pick on this one first I'll go first no no no no no no let me go first Marcus let me go first all right unpopular opinion hold on remember we got new people I know I know I'm I'm going with the gmen on this one just because I think they may have a better defense than Minnesota but I don't see a high scoring I see like a three to nothing score going with the Giants Marcus I'm also going with the Giants you know before we R the worst quarterback situations I had Giants number three and K vikers number one so of course I'm gonna go with the better quarterback and overall I think a better team uh I just have no faith in the Vikings at all the season so I'm definitely going with the Giants on this they if they can't beat the Vikings Lord Mark I think one of these quarterbacks is going surpr Rises I'm taking the Giants we're all in agreement fellas uh I agree with the giant I need to see your list I don't think you had the Giants at first I think just you just did what L come on you man um I can't I I kind of give me 49ers give me 49ers no no no you kind of what I kind of think that I wouldn't be surprised to see the Jets pull this one out to be honest with you I wouldn't be surprised I'm taking I think Jess are coming in there with a better defense def definitely I I can agree with that but it's just the it's just the aura of Aaron roders is what makes his think this pass his prime uh it might be a close game but I doubt it I think the 49 gonna blow the Jets out so one one injured season Aaron Rogers needs to be on the on the scrap heat his last season Green Bay wasn't that great okay he had no offensive line doesn't matter he had one one wide receiver they not gonna beat the 49ers at home simple as that 49ers a better team give me 49ers all day Brian who you got a unfortunately I'm going with the 49ers as well I think I think it's take I think I think it's going to take a while for them to get that offense and I don't know it's been a lot of turmoil with the Jets this off season him and the quarterback not getting along with the coach and yeah yeah unfortunately I'm with you guys on this one I also took the 49ers I may be a hater supposedly but I pick these games for real um and I think that yeah the Jets the Jets aren't going to be right away if this was later on in the season might be a little bit worried but I will say this Brock pie is gonna be in for a big challenge because that Jets defense is good we might see a little bit of pumpkin spice come uh come this Sunday hey speaking of the 49ers is that linebacker that got hurt in the Super Bowl uh did he come back is he back talking about Green law green law thank you if he got hurt in the Super Bowl it's probably was it ACL I can't remember what he got where he got hurt back I remember they don't play other team they play each other and the position was decided on upon that listen man there was there was three teams over the over Saturday that that that uh won the game by like 50 some points okay they play cupcakes they do play cupcakes that's their sometimes them cupcakes jump up and bite them too though sometimes but not very often now you win I think Alabama won 60 something to zero okay there was hey there was one college game that they beat him 70 to nothing by halftime so they they had him they quit the rest of the game wow yeah if you're scoring if you're
