[Music] there's nobody on this team who works harder or cares more than tight end Mark Andrews he's an incredibly motivated player who gives everything that he has to the game so when he went down with that ankle injury last year was sidelined in the middle of the Season it just killed him he did everything he could to get back by the end of the season but that run was cut short of course after he returned in the AFC Championship game as he heads into this season Mark talked about his mentality and it's clear in listening to him today at organized team activities that he is very motivated maybe even more than ever going into this season just hungry you know it's a it's tough to be around for the last six years and you know play almost every snap every game and um really haven't missed much and then you know have that happen and um have the type of team that we've had last year and um probably you know playing the biggest games that we've ever played in and not be able to play in those games and um you know that's tough to look at you know especially for me you know guys that been here for a long time and um so I'm hungry I'm excited and um very motivated to continue to help this team win games um be there for the guys stay healthy you know God willing and um keep it going now Mark worked tirelessly to get himself back on the field at the end of the season when that injury first happened everybody said he's done for the year but he was able to come back like I said way earlier than everybody expected and play in that AFC Championship now as he went to the off season he still had to get healthy and he discussed today how the injury impacted his training this off season yeah there was still you know some things I was probably battling through you know that time of year you obviously wasn't you know full 100% in that game but um you I worked really hard to get to that point and uh it set me up for a really good offseason to work hard um been running a ton of routes non-stop routes you know with my family working out and um I feel really good right now I feel fast explosive um but yeah I think it set me up for a really good offseason Mark's training is next level and you can just tell on looking at him here today at otaa that he is in great shape and ready for a big upcoming season now if you want to check out the full press conference with him as well as Isaiah likeley Rashad baitman and wide receivers coach Greg Lewis those are all posted in their entirety on our app our website and our YouTube channel thanks so much for watching see you again tomorrow [Music]
