*FINAL* EURO 2024 ROUND OF 16 PREDICTION

Intro hello ladies and gentlemen welcome to my round of 16 predictions for Euro 2024 yes the group stage has officially been concluded and I reacted to all of my predictions that I made for that part of the tournament so if you missed it make sure you check it out I'll leave a link in the description below but today we're going to be advancing to the round of 16 a lot of incredible matchups here to go over and before I forget massive congratulations to every single one of these sides that have advanced to the round of 16 some clear favorites on paper in some of these fixtures but of course as we've already seen upsets can happen so as always let me know your predictions in the comments below drop an early like let's try to hit 4,000 likes on this video and let's get into it in the order of this bracket starting off with Georgia versus Spain Georgia Georgia vs Spain have been looked at as one of the biggest underdogs in Euro 2024 as this is their debut of the tournament and on their first go they have made it to the round of 16 they did so in some interesting fashion as well where they have only Built momentum as the group stage went on started off with a loss against turkey where they still showed hard in that match a 1-1 draw to Czech Republic after Marv masterclass and then they defeated Portugal 2-n Portugal a side that most people are saying are the favorites of the tournament have lost to the debutants who are also the lowest ranked side according to the FIFA rankings in this tournament even when Georgia failed to be clinical you saw that they played with a lot of heart in every single one of their matches and they definitely threw each of their sides off will they be able to continue their incredible Road in Euro 2024 of course it's going to be difficult they are now facing Spain who just like Portugal are also deemed to be one of the favorites in in this tournament especially after their group stage display they achieved 9 for9 points in one of the most difficult groups hammering Croatia 3-0 at the beginning showing complete domination against Italy that score line does not suggest how dominant Spain were and then they played a lot of their second team against Albania still got a 1-nil victory too many great talking points about this side but a new Evolution to this team is their Wingers yamal and Williams have been electric and yamal will probably be searching for his first yearo goal against Georgia now on paper obviously Spain were already the heavy favorites in this match but but actually these sides have recently played one another in the Euro qualifiers they were in the same group and Spain were able to get two very convincing victories against them one time they were able to score seven goals against these guys I'm loving what Georgia have been doing so far though and I'm very happy that they proved their worth especially since I predicted them to get third place in advance of The Knockouts they made it a reality although many people still counted them out of course I want to continue to believe in them but against Spain a side that they've already faced and struggled against I'm sorry Georgia I think it's going to be too tough please prove me wrong but I going for a Spain 41 Victory no matter the score line this has been a debut to remember for Georgia uro 2024 hopefully they continue to make more history in this tournament but I think it's going to end here best of luck to them though now who will potentially be playing Spain Germany or Denmark the next matchup we're looking at Denmark were part of the most dull Euro group so far as they failed to get a single win but also haven't lost yet they are still undefeated with three draws Germany on the other hand have built some incredible momentum going into this tournament massive statement on the opening day getting the most one-sided score line so far against Scotland 5-1 defeating Hungary and then drawing with Switzerland which secured them that first play spot now of course they should not rule out Denmark they had a fantastic run in the last yearo tournament definitely the dark Hors is there they made it to the semi-finals with the same coach they have now Casper Hilman but I got to say since that tournament Denmark have not looked the same they've crashed out in the World Cup fourth place and even in their yo qualifier campaign along with this Euro group they look a bit more lost and disorganized compared to before at times also Toothless in some matches ironically this time around they look to have a better Striker up top but so far he's not scored a goal yet in this Euro campaign regardless anything's possible here both teams are undefeated at the end of the day so Germany definitely should not underestimate this side but I do think that they will advance the quarterfinals especially on their own home ground I definitely see them having a Deep Run even if they don't win the whole thing I don't see them being knocked out this early maybe we'll see more goals but I'm going to go for a Germany 2-1 Victory against Denmark meaning yes my first quarterfinal matchup predicted is Spain versus Germany which would be insane as both of these sides are deemed to be the favorites of the competition based off of how the group stage wents anyway let's move on to a match that looks to have a clear winner but definitely do not rule out this Underdog Portugal versus Slovenia now Portugal top their group yes secured that top spot after the second match day so maybe they didn't truly give it their all against Georgia but the fact stands they lost to the debutants of the tournament the worst ranked side according to the FIFA rankings in this competition and it wasn't a narrow loss either it was 2-n sure there were some questionable calls in that match Ronaldo maybe should have had a penalty but yeah despite Portugal getting top of this group I definitely don't think they have shown to be the biggest threat that people made them out to be don't get me wrong a fantastic side with so much great individuality they just squeezed through against Czech Republic one of their goals being an own goal yes they demolished turkey 3-0 but but in my opinion turkey's coach Montella put out a very questionable lineup of course Portugal outclassed him but still I don't think that was the best turkey we could have been seeing in the tournament and then yes they did lose to Georgia and a very important factor to mention is that both of these sides had a friendly scheduled against each other in March or Slovenia did beat Portugal there a score line Portugal are once again familiar to in this tournament already against an underdog 2 nil now slovania just like Denmark failed to grab a single win in their group they only got draws but still remain undefeated I personally think it's a bigger achievement than what Denmark had because Denmark have a lot more expectation and Slovenia this is their second Euro tournament the first time they've ever qualified for Knockouts in their history since becoming independent I just don't see Slovenia making this easy for them potentially Portugal win but I'm going to say it's just a 1-nil victory moving France vs Belgium on to France versus Belgium these two sides have some interesting history against one another as in the World Cup 2018 they faced in the semi-finals the perfect opportunity for Belgium to win the world World Cup was squandered there as France scored that one corner goal from MTI now going into this Tournament of course on paper France look like a more complete side but both of these sides have been quite underwhelming Belgium looked to be clear favorites at top their group they finished second sure sharing points but at the end of the day still falling under Romania France also finished second in obviously a difficult group but there's always so much expectation with this side for them to perform at their highest and they haven't scored a single goal from open play yet one own goal against Austria and an mbappe penalty against Poland that's it given mbappe was not playing against the Netherlands but still with the depth they have you'd expect more Belgium also only scored two goals in the Euro campaign so far and both of them were against Romania they lost one nil to Slovakia and played for a nil-nil draw against Ukraine at the end there's no denying that both sides have so much more expectations to base on how they're playing so this match really could go either way despite this low for France though mbappe will be returning to more normal Fitness and they also only conceded one goal in the group stage it was a penalty from Poland of course they got lucky against the Netherlands with chavy Simmons strike but that's a different story Belgium's only goal conceded was to Slovakia but it was obviously a massive goal that defied the game and it did expose this side defensively very poor goal to concede and a complete disaster from the back line maybe we could see Lukaku finally turn up but I am going to favor France to advance to the quarterfinals despite the flaws it's not like Belgium are so innocent either I'm going to say it's once again just like the World Cup 2018 a narrow 1 nil Victory we'll see though best of luck to Belgium let's move on to the other side of the bracket now with a match where we 100% could see this going out of the way despite judging off of the quality on paper you never know what these teams Romania versus Netherlands Romania a side that I have doubted in my other prediction videos have climbed to the top first place in their group and despite them sharing points with all the other teams in the group they deserved it mainly due to demolishing Ukraine on the first matched a 3-0 that's when they made their stance that you cannot mess with this side while Romania finished first Netherlands finished third and obviously a very difficult group but I think this side got exposed at times narrow match against Poland where we saw a late winner from weor a nil-nil draw to France which of course they could have won if their goal wasn't disallowed but I said in my reaction video the fans got confident that they could do it against Austria and they flopped 3-2 loss now of course it's difficult to compare because Netherlands definitely had a more difficult group than Romania and Austria have been phenomenal themselves I'll talk about them later obviously but Romania are going to go into this match with a lot of confidence their fans already are obviously they've been confident ever since they qualified for this tournament that they were going to make a Deep Run and in the last tournament Netherlands have slipped at this exact stage to another Underdog the Czech Republic if you were to ask me at the beginning of this tournament which of these sides will win if they were paired up against each other in the round of 16 I would have said Netherlands all day but based on the way Romania are playing I think it's a lot more 5050 50 now Romania's defense can definitely frustrate Netherlands they didn't frustrate Belgium too much but I don't think Romania is going to make this easy for the Dutch and you know what I'm going for a quote unquote upset here Romania do the job against the Netherlands they beat them 1 nil based on the comments I got from both of these fan bases in my previous prediction videos I'm going to get hate no matter what it's just silly to rule out either of them at this point but yeah let's Austria vs Turkey move on to the next match Austria versus Turkey now turkey obviously have been playing some very exciting football they scored some absolute Beauties against Georgia we saw them having a thrilling match against Czech Republic with loads of yellow cards like I mentioned they got hammered by Portugal 3-0 but I don't know what monel was thinking selecting that lineup for that match this Turkish side without a doubt have quality but going into this match it's going to be difficult for them because number one Austria have been in fantastic form topping one of the most difficult groups and in my opinion are playing some of the best football in this tournament number two these sides already met in a recent friendly this year where Austria annihilated turkey 61 Austria without a doubt are playing some more organized football than turkey turkey loved their attacking football and they're going to make this exciting but I definitely think Austria has what it takes to score quite a few goals against this Turkish side but another huge loss for turkey going into this match is that hakan is suspended due to the amount of yellow cards he accumulated turkey are obviously way too unpredictable Montel is even throwing out unpredictable lineup so who knows how this match Up's going to go and there have been moments where we have seen sides absolutely sell in the group stage and then fall instantly at this round in the last tournament I remember very well it happened to Sweden but judging off of the football both of these sides have been playing lately I think it's safe to bank on Austria I'm going to be rooting for turkey here actually but I think Austria have what it takes to grab a 3-1 Victory against turkey Montella is too unpredictable ragn has been excelling with this side that's the main difference here now moving on to England England vs Slovakia versus Slovakia England without a doubt the favorites here but many people are disappointed with the football they've been playing despite them topping their group they have been one of the most boring sides to watch and it's a huge shame with all of the incredible Talent they possess Southgate just is not getting the best out of the side and an upset is possible here as like I already mentioned Slovakia did beat Belgium 1 nil they have what it takes to frustrate a dull English side but I think England defensively despite all the criticism they get at least are looking a bit more organized than Belgium now England only got one win in the group stage against Serbia which finished 1 nil and the other two matches were draws 1-1 with Dem nil nil to slovania so them squeezing by in this group that they just should have been dominating I definitely don't see this being a high-scoring match I'm going to go for another boring Southgate score line of 1 nil maybe we'll see them pick up the pace who knows but at this point I think it's safe cuz it doesn't look like they're changing much and the final Switzerland vs Italy match up we're looking at Switzerland versus Italy very tough one to call actually unlike Italy despite finishing second Switzerland still finished their group undefeated going toe-to-toe with the host Germany and did have a convincing to display against Hungary I promise you I'm not bitter when I say this because they knocked out Croatia but Italy have not had any convincing display so far squeeze through against Albania got dominated by Spain and then scored that last second goal against Croatia to just put them here that being said there are definitely some positives on this team donaruma has been something else in this tournament but a player that's been talked about so much Kell fotti will not be playing in this match as he's picked up too many yellows Italy obviously being the previous Euro Champions despite missing the last two World Cups you can't rule out the side but also Switzerland do have recent history of advancing to the quarterfinals against some favorites we saw it against France last time another interesting fact is these guys were in the same Euro group last time around where Italy definitely showed domination there but this Italian site is obviously looking very different compared to 3 years ago I see this match finishing 1-1 and going to penalties and even then I am so unsure who to pick I already gave some praise to donaruma but Switzerland Keepers obviously have some incredible Legacy no matter who they choose summer or cobal of course can a fantastic display so I really think this one's going to go down to the wire but I'm just edging Italy to advance this one's probably the toughest one to call in my opinion but let me know what you think along with all the other matchups we have bound to get some wrong of
