hi from Expo day we're just heading over to well we're at ESPN we just got a bus from contemporary resort we're at Magic Kingdom today it's taking 20 minutes to get here 15 to 20 minutes to get here we have no idea where we're going or what we're doing we're going to follow everybody else you need to pick up a bib you need ID for a bib we've got a UK driving license and a picture of a passport so hopefully that's okay um and then then have a look at merchandise and stuff I think we'll take you along with us hopefully we can show you what it is that you need to do and um you can learn with us we've never actually been here before you drive past the signs for it don't you it never actually been in's running the akuna matata 10mile to go we can take a ride we can take it slow We my I'mma let you be the boss cuz I go where you go I take you to a place we can see it all step off the edge I can break your fall your will is my law I'mma let you be the B I go where you go when you fall down it I think I want to say it was like 20 20 25 doesn't tell you how much they are but they're course schol which I think is quite expensive [Music] yeah yeah we it depends if you want something that's got like the Disney characters on [Music] them quite a big choice of just run Disney not event specific there's even more stuff on this side that's the the front and then that's the back that is $94.99 hats we've got t-shirts this t-shirt is $44.99 okay so what have you decided to buy not the spirit jerseys no the kids I can't justify spending $8 it's a lot of money plus you adds tax on to it so tight and you're not really like looking for a spirit Jaz at the moment CU you've got a few p y and mug what I yeah I think that's good and then you get the bib and I think you get a shirt with it as well so that's all good merchandise purchased now we're looking for the bibs and I believe you get finish t-shirt we don't know if the Finish t-shirt is the same one that they were selling in the merchandise I don't know really not sure but I guess we'll find out in a minute we're just following everyone else at the moment have we signed the digital wa oh my God no you haven't you haven't signed the digital waiver he picking up his bib you come in that door here and then you've got the 10 Mile there the neverland 5K which is already done today and the 10K there now we're from the UK obviously and so we couldn't sign a digital waiver so we meant to have printed it and brought it but I forgot how good that one is oh look there's your bib number I for your name c c okay that c a b c e oh there's two behind I don't know if is e someone said something about e so yeah so you're like in the middle that's perfect that's good that's good that's what I wanted yeah let's see cuz we're from the UK we couldn't do a digital waiver and you had to print it and I completely forgot about it and then Ian's not been getting the email through from them so didn't remember either and we got him oh my God we haven't done it but as we came in there was a whole desk of waivers to sign so he signed that and then it asked for his bib number and we just looked at them and said we haven't got bib number cuz oh it would have been on the email I like I haven't had an email she's like are you from the us're like no she oh okay yeah apparently there's not been coming through so that's why so we come down into here and then we've gone over there to run a relations just showed photo ID and they accepted a driving license they didn't need a passport or anything like that or any reference numbers um they found him they gave him his pin number bib number not pin number and then we went over to the desk and he picked up his bib so so on the bib so you can see here in the corner is c c is um the area that you're going to start running in so they're called Coral so you have coral a which will be the one at the front so I think if you registered that you know you're going to complete in a certain period of time let's say you a really fast runner you would be in a b c and so on um someone said that they had e so we know there's definitely five corals if you're a and you're at the front when the race starts obviously you're going to go I've heard there quite a few people in each one so that means that it's going to take quite a while to get through the first set then the second set so I guess we'll find out on Sunday at what point it actually starts running through the start line so because say it starts at 5: you might not get to the actual start line to begin until maybe halfast 5 and then your race will start from there and it will clock it on your bib so yeah that's exciting we' got to pick up a t-shirt um but over there are characters and we're not going to get in the queue for the characters because it is a massive CU but we will show you who there is remember this is the second day of the Expo and it is what time is it 1:00 1:00 opened an hour ago love the way they do the que line they literally just put tape down on the floor so this is a really popular one I think that's the characters from up over there I'm going to guess the one in the middle is going to be yeah Stitch we've got done over there and Russell zo very popular but they're the people that are running the 10K and then this one's going to be for the challenge which is doing all three of them and there Hi I don't even know if you can see it hi Abby do you miss us we don't get this excitement from Jake do we no own F yeah it's our little fan group is it how is it back in in the UK cold it's hot we're going in here Abby's FaceTiming us she's sleeping at her friend's house today then we're go mad it's cold in here all right let's put this down this is where all the Expo is everyone trying to advertise their stuff give for your T-shirt oh are they there they're handing out bags oh I like a bag thank you oh love a new bag oh yeah so we're looking for a race t-shirt initially um and then have a look around if you want to as well but there like a bar there's popcorn loads of stuff going on in here way you design formul on oh yeah recognize that name that's what I do when I run is it oh okay yeah let's have a look at the map so this is a map of the run that Ian in which is the 10 Mile so yeah starts in the Epcot car park pull it around into uh Epcot around the world showcase then back out and around on some roads and then you end up through Hollywood Studios and you even go through Galaxy's Edge which is pretty cool then you go around the boardwalk this little store here I don't know if it is running dry but they've got these really cool magnets you can get as magnets right magnets or stickers and then they've got running hats I got this one I am running yeah really funny you going to get a sticker yeah if you see me clap towards my garment there is so much here from running Gils to trainers to massages to fancy dress socks shoed um get your hair done free biscuits hi thank you thank you so free biscuits so much stuff so if you've forgotten anything don't worry about it because uh they've got you covered whole yeah you could you could come in here with nothing and just get everything you need running TR yep do Eliz yep everything everything we're going to go wait for the bus we going go back to the hotel drop all this off I just thought I'd show you what we got from the Expo for run Disney so get so everybody gets a shirt and so obviously whichever one you are running is doing the 10 Mile and you select when you book what size shirt you want help me am um they were giving these away for free so we grabbed one of those each love those love those for um food shopping they're great then he's got his bib number number there so we bought this it's quite expensive W it $22.99 very expensive $22.99 what I wanted to get yeah I know that was kind of on your on your wish list wasn't it this is a mug that was $16.99 so that mug was cheaper than the pin ignore the Dollar on the bed that's part of the tip for the housekeeping that um they haven't come around yet um so we got these that were just included in like one of the bags which just got all the different events on there if I just do that and then if you want to see when the Run Disney events are it may come up on that otherwise it's just run disney.com and we got some free biscuits and some free stickers and then Ian's bought this sticker cuz he has a Garin and I've seen this before and it says if you see me collapse pause straa you've seen that one but this is the Garmin one and we've got these little anti- Chief sticks just as samples for free in tried one out now just to see how he gets on for the rest of the day um and then he actually bought one because the Florida heat it always suffers from chafing sorry if that's too much information but I'm sure there are many of you out there who would agree so we'll see how this is never heard of it not sure where you can buy it from but we'll definitely give it a go if not on this trip then on the very next one and then we'll talk about it and if it's good we'll recommend it and see if we can try and find out where it is that you can buy it um is that it that's it I think isn't it from the Expo yeah so you could have spent like ages there actually we were there for a little while going from one to the other but you definitely could have spent a lot longer there yeah 100% we've got some good photos think oh yeah we've got some good photos as well good morning from race day it's 3:30 in the morning he just had his banana you ready to go mhm M just heading over towards the bus of there's a few other people going as well this is Allstar movies there's already two coaches there waiting to collect people so that's good race starts at 5:00 you need to be in epot for around 4: need to go through security and so on there's all your coach drop off over there and then you walk in through Epcot the toilets there's the ball and then you could have walked through this way free to security so I thought all the transport to get over here would have been the Disney buses but they're not they're all coaches they seem to be operated by a company called Academy yeah coach after coach great thing about going out this time in the morning there's no traffic also car situation people coming and driving there was no queue trying to get through Epcot if you were driving so that was about 10 to 4: so if that's when if you're driving here maybe you're not staying at the hotel on site staying offsite I wouldn't worry too much about it so you do have to go through security to get in but it is literally just normal Bean Park security I don't know why I expected it to be different [Music] sure I want to Pace it cuz it only does this with you bodies me I you feel thetion move us into the next so there was a big Hue at the toilet as you get off the buses and right here our p and there is to come with me now and see where I go spectator viewing is this way for the start line we're gonna Wander over there so today you're going to get footage from me as a spectator and what it is that I'm going to be doing when I'm here and then obviously you're going to get footage from in doing his run seeing the characters seeing the entertainment and so on on the way so you're going to get a bit of both it's still pretty busy it's um half four now in thank you guys so much they've CH they've closed off the character lines the characters have now gone so there are still quite a few people around oh and it's yes so 4:00 4 in the morning and it's 20° it's April the 21st we've not actually seen that many Spectators wandering around so I'm not sure how busy it's going to be over here but it is a start line so I imagine a lot of people will want to watch must be quite wide because like the coral letters are right over there but these guys are all all over here like squashed in once they're all set off I will show you what happening over in the um starting area before you go into the race I did see some food trucks over there and you can also get some merchandise over there as well so we'll definitely go and have a look the start line again out on the hey going to go find some way to stand [Music] the dly light for the land of the free and the home bra [Applause] the C certain amount of number a certain amount that go through at time so it's actually quite difficult to um track which corals going through at that stage cuz obviously they're running and I'm not right you can't really see it I'm assuming he's I can't drag him because he doesn't have any signals still quite a few people to go so I'm going to assume that's E Group and he has gone okay let's see what's going on over here then see what there is to entertain me as a spectator whil I's off running I have absolutely no idea where he is all I can do is guess like a guess the of what time I think he's going to come in and be at the Finish Line okay so this tent here is merchandise and food I believe so let's go and have a little look in there I imagine it be the exact same merchandise as it would have been at the Expo NOA I wouldn't worry too much about not being able to get the merchandise there's quite a bit even Lounge [Music] flybacks they've even got some of the pins as well okay Matata and that's the one that we've [Music] got so we've got a section of food over here it's not hot food but looks it let's have a quick look and see what we got bananas donut holes some crisps like protein bars oranges and beer and wine everything seems to be focused and aimed at the runners but then you've got beer and wine as well we've got an information tent a baby care tent self treatment we've got some food trucks over here there is some seating um like benches in the middle not a lot a little food truck breakfast bowls smoothies and coffees and then we've got pretzels pretzel bites coffee andant ham and cheese turkey and cheese and they come with potato sacks Pizza ronic the new way to eat pizza oh how weird you got a scrambled egg cheese cone add bacon and sausage cheese Pizza Cone pepperoni pizza cone water parade coffee 5:30 in the morning pizza so many toilets over there as well loads of toilet definitely wait until you get into this area to use the L they are Po and it was dark in there which I found out earlier but it say queuing up over there we got some characters back out beautiful Stitch look like oh we can go and get those characters pictures as well even though we're not doing the Race so I'm definitely going get that all through today I want you to take a step by step for your entire season no okay I don't want you to do that but give us a information what is season been like for you brother it's been amazing um I only envisioned doing wiing D and that was in 2022 and here we are now and I'm doing a Four Season well we're so glad you're a part of this family love you Joshua love I'm it's like no cue either to be able to go and get your picture there were really big hes here early obviously for the runners but yeah now we get to do it only a few in front of me for B also COC and Ry get hi they are yeah we're getting into a rhythm and again I thought that was such a great move you to go over there and acknowledge those folks shaved ice from there got $4 for a small a light shining on it $5 for a medium $6 for a large and then you get your flavor [Music] come here it's pretty cool I haven't seen any water stations or anything anywhere for like Spectators I did bring a bottle but I didn't bring any drink in it the bus was already there when we got there so I didn't go over there right just one running there Finish just run on a banana I didn't eat the baby morning no so I think 10 mil is it's a comfort run Comfort run at 20° at 6 at 5: in the morning if you didn't have the heat you could cuz it theart from the two you had to do the M way highway bridges twice yeah they're the only Hills so where we live is really hilly so that was nothing very flat yeah apart from them two beds what was it like running through Hollywood Studios Goosebumps yeah Goosebumps even through like around um well showcas you go around the world showcase right yeah it's all dark and they the Flames up LS around the water and are on yeah I just gooseb you just run around mive grin on the face they look music and things around there as well music were there Cass members and that like cheering you on around there yeah there there's actually not loads there were spectators just normal people random um oh yeah I suppose yeah Boardwalk you could could you I didn't think about that yeah it's really good cast members are amazing yeah Che one loads of characters fans music and people running friendly so friendly yeah even here like on the screens they like commentary of that the guys are over at the Finish Line literally they were taking turns but they were just constantly talking like all the way through like cheering people on and stuff it's definitely an atmosphere really good atmosphere I would say is which I didn't no one's ever mentioned on fors of if you want to walk put your arm up as you're running okay and go to the white okay and then so you leave the left side for the runners Runners so many people didn't do that and you're trying to they to stop wet so crowed but that's not something you knew so you wouldn't have done that unless you saw was telling you telling people to do it okay so that was really good I've done a couple of stop walk just cuz I was overheating yeah cu the heat um there was a p i was following um and they were doing how you run the run walk and they were placing at 210 okay yeah I don't know what that means they're doing in 2 hour 10 minutes okay they're doing the Jeff Jeff Galloway he was at the um Finish Line oh was he yeah not before I got there I heard that he was at the Finish Line cuz he was here earlier wasn't he big person when it comes to running yeah he's what did they say he's done the very the fastest ever 10 Mile must be the Disney one 40 did you say 47 minutes 48 seconds something like that yeah I don't know who the quickest was today they come in you can't get unless you're right in the front you don't see characters it's not the sort of Run for the speed no CU it's so I said that though it's it's fun isn't it and you're going to have people so many people walking I can run 10 miles in 2 hours yeah I've R 2 hours 15 yeah so it's was very slow Hast throughout cuz you can't get there's so many people you can't can't necessarily get around yeah they should be rude and push yeah so like the first T going off the Tre through car park up there yeah that was so crowded people were walking people were walking already over there people were walking but then they might have been doing the run walk so they might have already run for 4 minutes it looks like they've stopped already and given up but they haven't cuz that's just the technique tempted to try your way run walking you did give it a go didn't you you say you didn't like it if I stop I find it hard go I think if you can run then I don't think I would bother but if you're not it's a good way to get into it just an enjoy run but all the runs I've done this is my seven it seven is it seven competition maybe yeah the ones the six I've done they're all like whistle go go it's all proper Runners whereas this is just all about enjoyment enjoyment and fun the atmosphere taking part taking part definitely you know it just makes you quite emotionally as well you're running around you're you're flid R in the Disney park yeah no when everyone's here for a good time yeah and how hard they work to try and get these tickets it's so difficult I was thinking what is that every Aid patient they're handing out LLY things right I what is that so on the for front I've pulled over I thought maybe it's you know thick for gel energy or something that's Vaseline Vel Vaseline theck take that Ching yeah s anywhere you didn't try and eat it did you I picked it up oh were people when you had the little cups were people just throwing them on the floor no so it's not like that to marathan oneit no unless someone's there picking all up God you need get hit by a bottle people just Chuck it at you if you're watching nothing like that right should we go in a jump on the bus then yeah yeah apparently where the big balloons are in the distance that is where the buses are to take back to the hotel I haven't seen these soal blue ladies I saw them go on the screen cuz I watched the last one go they got like blue and uh know green and white balloons I think they had I'll tell you what's really weird about it run I'm not kned after no like normally so H like I just watched people come through they were just sweating and I was like oh my God yeah I'm hot here you can't see well you can see I can see especially your back as well you look like you've been in the pool well I didn't wear fre top no you didn't but you did wear an auna Matata top which was very fitting right so what do we get in this goodie box so what we got we got a pack of tasty baited M don't know what they are but they look nice a M&M's I love M&M's getting scary what's we got some fruit fruit packet of fruit we got did get a banana as well oh that's in the bag isn't it yeah then we got crackers peanut but crackers oh it's not focusing then I got cheese put cheese not natural cheese it's a bit strange oh I saw people eating these in the key line in the line before running so I don't know if they're like gives you energy or something I don't know that's a thing isn't it we're from the UK so this stuff oh what else we got a wi baby wi so did you enjoy the Run J you know what as a spectator I was a little bit worried about you know what am I going to do in that time is there anything that's going to be happening um and it was a really good atmosphere actually I quite enjoyed being a spectator yeah it was kind of quite exciting to see everybody and to watch it start and do the characters was great cuz I never expected characters and what I saw I know I couldn't believe the characters were still out afterwards I was like oh my God that's no cute so yeah love that you could just go R and around when it's a meet and greet but not like oh my God how are you I love your ears anything like that meet and greet it was a like hi pH go see on every q line for the meet and greet the run the the cues were gigantic was it like that though did you see were there case people getting photo moving on or yeah yeah it was and I really wanted to get a photo of Captain jck barl that would be amazing yeah we saw him didn't we he walked past us and you thought he was dressed up for the race but I think that was and tiger I I saw tiger and I wanted to get F tiger you see any rare characters um yeah some characters I didn't even know okay I was like is that character or someone dressed up there a key line I'm like okay so yeah but I wouldn't be a to tell you what I did record every time I went past characters when IIT I might see it I know they are yeah a spectator I really enjoyed it as well so it's roughly like 2 hours that you were gone for or longer because you left me about half an hour before the race yeah started so but I absolutely fine on my own um I pretty much walked around most of it and then I sat down on the ground I did take like a blanket with me but they were chairs but just not massive amount of what you could have done saw me off at the start and then quickly power to Boardwalk cuz on the bridge I don't you know where we watch I don't think you can get the boardwalk from the well how were people there people were staying in the hotel you know the bridge last year we watch fireworks that bridge yeah but that is the international Gateway so to get to there you've got to go through Epcot or be staying at Boardwalk so people that are in Beach Club Boardwalk York club they can all come out and right so I'm recording I'm not great I going steady hand so I wouldn't have been able to get over to there your batter is flashing yeah I know it's flashing but yeah as a spectator I really enjoyed that actually um and it was absolutely fine it was such a great atmosphere all the music the cheering the people were motivating people and that was just that's just us that's not we're not even part of it it seeing people's costumes all dressed up yeah I really liked it actually and yeah if you want to do another one it's fun by me I've got that recorded doing another one if well I did try to get into the marathon but still just couldn't get in it so all I can do is try all I do is try and my next one I would like to do a challenge a challenge cuz honestly T Mar isn't a challenge for it's just a nice run yeah you normally do half yeah I want to do the challenge we will see watch this face maybe you'll see another one cool right I'm going to have a shower so we have some [Music] breakfast live your life within the moment moment and
