3 Keys to Success: Connection, Alignment, and Commitment with John "Gucci" Foley

there's three things first off human beings we need to connect so if you think about why is this meeting so important it's not just because we're launching the new brand and you all are are are now forming new teams that's absolutely critical but really what you're doing is connecting as humans so connection is absolutely critical and you know this you got to connect to your customers right second alignment getting aligned as an organization as a new team and then the third one is what I call commitment now the first two [Music] we can we can work on you know we can do things like this have a great event get the leadership together and we'll continue to do that because you got to continue it's not a one-time thing right so be able to connect in a line that we can we can kind of orchestrate but the third one you can't you can't force anybody but you can ask and here's the beautiful part you you get to choose each and every one of us gets a choice to what level of commitment are we willing to bring every single day
