don't you just don't want to get stuck at the end in my draft right now you got Tyreek Devonte chra Stevenson how you think you're doing great you just got to finish the draft my boy finish the draft that baitman snipe is crazy it's like you have to reach pretty far for baitman but like you gotta get him appreciate you for letting everybody else cook bro how do you r mclen Reed and Godwin they're all very similar tier to me I got Godwin the highest I think I got Reed above mclen but it's to me they're all similar like right after George pickings and and Ridley you got Godwin Reed McClaren I want to say like Keenan Allen and T Higgins that's kind of those same five I feel like they all got different things like mcen I love his floor Reed I think has upside God when I like the floor Higgins is is going to be like any range of outcomes from top 12 receiver to top 40 and a Keenan Allen is just going to be a floor play so I like them all for different reasons they're in the same tier I might rank them one day different than the other I like God one the most though rate yours jge I'm not rating him bro luy dog but I ain't rating him Gabe said it ain't letting me join these mocks you normally join are able to join the mocks right I wonder why I wonder why yeah I I ain't doing the right the 14 team is too much and normally I don't even do three uh three three mocks man and our so that's good to see I like seeing some different Strategies employed in the drafts because it kind of feels like sometimes we I take the same a lot of the same players too but receivers are going early I feel like in our drafts the receivers go early I don't know how they go in your guys's drafts is it like that too or do you feel like there's more running backs that go like do you guys find more value in your own drafts or not I want I gotta mock draft in some different communities too I gotta I feel like I want to go mock draft in somebody keeps telling me the Smitty guy I want to go Mo I gotta go mock draft in some of these other communities bro what other ones be mock drafting like frequently so I can join them because that's what I gotta do I gotta join some of these other ones I want to see how these teams turn out all right coming up on this pick I got beon early I'm noticing all the receivers are going so depending on what receivers come here I might grab a running back and receiver and just load up but receivers are going early in this draft no I'm going to receiver here definitely going to receiver here a you can digs a you can digs in home leagues RB's fly off the board yeah that's the benefit and like the thing is in our league in these leagues Kiren Travis etn Devon hhan they never go off the board in the second and I would say in your most of your leagues those three are going to go off the board almost every time Kiren aan and Travis etn so maybe even Josh Jacobs depending on your league um I would say those are like the most likely candidates for sure those three will probably go off the board in the second round obviously and then our drafts too puka and Marvin Harrison and a slit I would be more willing to bet that those three go off the board in your home leagues too so just know that as you're going through your p you might be able to find better value than in these mocks and these mocks should prepare you for your other drafts they should especially in like your home leagues oh yeah Jan I forgot to ask if cidi had a deal would you have gone with him over Jets simply because CD don't got a deal or what no I like Jefferson now CD obviously has extra appeal if he signs he's right there with me but I still like Jefferson and I'm not worried about the quarterback I know Dak is tied to cidi which makes things a little lighter but I still think Jettas has like 1700 yard floor like he's gonna be 100 yards a game I think he's just a better receiver than CD so cidd out really hot after like week three or week four last year it probably continues but I still have Jefferson over cidi I don't mind if you put cidi over Jefferson though I do think uh Chase needs to be down I think almond Ross St Brown needs to be down and for the second half schedule for Tyreek Hill and what that team is probably going to go through I think he's the third I I think he's the third I I'll probably drop some Fantasy Playoff content here too won't be live but that schedule's nothing to play with I'm not saying it's the absolute and I wouldn't rank him down lower than that but like it's bad for and that Cleveland game in week 17 I'm out on that as of now you think auk stays with the ners yes I think auk does stay with the ners um as of now and I think they would have dealt him already there was just too much smoke out there with the trades I thought for sure he would have been gone but because a trade didn't happen it sounds like the two sides are trying to work something else so they're close enough to get a deal done it doesn't make sense to me to trade them at this point because you've kind of lost a little bit of your leverage like The Season's getting closer the Steelers aren't giving up any players I think I you just wants to get paid and he will the fantasy football show doesn't mock but you would love watching his content he loves MJ Karens the kirn yeah I'm good off I won't even watch that that's not my kind of you did you do better last year if you applied anything I said or maybe you you thought of the game a little differently do you think you're a better player now or before that's a curious thought I have that's that's a curious thought I have how do you feel about taking Garrett and etn from the 10 spot I don't like it personally it's not bad but I don't like it at the 10 spot I think you can do better start Jaden Reed or Christian Kirk at the flex uh Jaden Reed's the play for now why are we starting players we got two weeks left starting sit questions we got two weeks Jack do we got we got two weeks CD schedule looks amazing they have a really tough matchup I want to say I want to say there a tougher match up on the 15 on the week 15 and then it gets easy for him in 16117 I want to say that I can't remember what the teams are for Dallas I'll take a look again but I want to say it was like week 15 they got a challenging matchup and then 16 and 17 they got cake matchups I want to say it's a really nice Fantasy Playoff schedule for cd2 in my real leagues I constantly get one or two of the Reed wide receiver range oh yeah yeah that those five I feel like those are those are easy got to kind of assess your lineup too like the only one I was thinking here I was like all right maybe I could grab Keenan but it felt like it was a little too early for Keenan right I was looking for T Higgins because I kind of wanted some upside felt like I had good floor with auk and digs so I was looking for the upside so that's why I went with Ridley and Godwin over Keenan Allen um and even over Terry McClaren is because iel like Ridley and Godwin both have like 12 1200 yard upside whereas Keenan I think is a safer play 100 catch 1100 yards and I kind of think Terry McClaren is like thousand yard five yards so in my head I'm just processing like what kind of team build do I have um do I want upside and which players am I going after so that's typically why I go Ridley Godwin over McClaren and Keenan Allen and that's probably why I think I have T I probably have t Higgins ahead of both of those guys it's floor upside and most of the time I'm GNA take the higher upside if the floor is similar but good good that's a good point there is really good value in this range I think there's a lot of good value he does Midnight streams yeah maybe maybe I'll maybe I'll uh you know what I'm saying I'll tap in and on the drafting question I drafted the heavy rookies in a few leagues and I drafted players I believed in probably two leagues and I won one all right well let's get you more wins this year let's get you more wins this year homie thank you for answering this I was just curious curious because I don't know who you like I don't know like how many leagues you've ever been in or like if you typically win because what I find is like there's certain types of players there's certain players who like just almost every League they're in they like just trying to fight to make the playoffs maybe they'll like luckily win it one year but a lot of times they're like not really a threat then there's like the there's always like a team or two that looks really good throughout the regular the regular season and then for whatever reason they always end up in like fourth place always like fourth place fifth place like something happens to them in the fantasy playoffs and then there's always a person in your league no matter which year you're drafting no matter what you're like that guy's probably gonna win the league even if he doesn't win it that's there's one player who you're like damn everybody's kind of looking at that person as like they are GNA win the league so I always kind of know you can always tell like in a fantasy league who is who and for me um it's just funny seeing that man it's funny seeing that it's it's interesting to hear if like you change how you are because I'm so much the guy that's like any League I step into I get eyes on me any League like it's just how it is any League I I find Value and I get eyes on me but it's I want like it's always interesting for me to know if you guys are watching and retaining the information do you become that person or were you already that person and you just enhanced it like that's what that's what's interesting to me the if the the analysis is good enough to like make you sharper players which that's what my whole goal is J I usually have three receivers before I get to that range there's no way I don't take one of them even though I don't have an rb2 and stuff it's tough like I don't have an rb2 right now either but it all depends on your draft like if I was concerned if I didn't have the receivers I had right now I might have been a little bit more concerned but I think running backs are slipping and I'm I'm probably G to get like a Naji moster raand I don't know if he's I don't know who's gone but rre is gone that's about where I'm at respect cheers I the stream and asking the question so um rbrb is tough I would say it's tougher to navigate this year more so than a lot of years but you could do it especially if your leag mates are drafting running backs it makes it easier me too not going to lie answered so ask so many questions it's cool asking questions I I remember it was uh for yeetman it was more so like why did you take this play or like especially I remember we were talking about the rookies last year like bejon Robinson and I was telling him like I don't like him in the first round and I remember he was questioning on me on him and there was a like somebody else there was another like high rookie that was being taken and I was like dog he's going too early I just remember going back and forth with him on that but he was really respectful that's the thing like I think you could come at somebody in a respectful way and there's a there's a way you could disagree where like you could be a [ __ ] so Yan has always been respectful man I used to be full upside rookie kind of guy and used to burn me so much but since I switched some more floor and vets it's been a lot better it's I would say this it's it's one of those things where like it's fun to draft rookies I'm not gonna lie like it's fun to draft a new players but that's why their ADP is so high and that's the thing is like you can draft you can have players you can win your league you know and it's fun when the rookie hits like if Harrison goes for 1,800 yards and 15 touchdowns that's a fun player to have but the chances of that happening are just so slim so if you're in it to just like I want to just get my guy in fantasy and just have fun and play the upside then yeah take hen take Harrison like that's why you take the Malik neighbors you take stuff that's unknown because it could work out it's more of like a lottery ticket right it's the same reason why everybody does parlays instead of betting straight you bet straight you're going to win more money you bet parlays you're gonna maybe you'll have the big win but you'll also lose right you're going to lose more often than not the odds are not in your favor with parlays they're more in your favor with straight bets so that's the same thing that applies here it's like you can have your you can have your guys that you know the value or you can go play the parlays I choose to win money I choose to win the league I don't care about being right on the take how many years do you think you've been playing Fant do you think I've been playing I if I had to guess I'll say like three three years of fantasy football I think three years if I were to take a guess I'd say three years and I'd say you're probably like in your early 20s would be just a guess like early 20s maybe late teens that'd be my guess like three years three years of fantasy football maybe four or five like three to five would be my guess three to five you taking Devonte Adams or Mike Evans first I feel like it's one I'm thinking of olave Ridley or Godwin I prefer Ridley over Godwin just because he's probably going to be the one in that offense a lot of people think and I'm not just wearing I'm not a Titans fan by the way I'm a Niners fan um but I think dehop is probably gonna have to be a number two here this year he's already hurt but Ridley's the guy they signed and they paid him what it was like just 125 million to be their guy I think he's the one there even though de Hop's probably the better receiver overall so sometimes you got to realize like you got to realize that they're going to put the the younger Talent ahead so I think Ridley's the guy they want to build around that seems to be the guy that uh that seems to be the guy that they're going to take did I call that or did I call that there been fine but for the sake of this mock draft I took jayen Daniels I already took Dak in the previous mock just for those who are watching in Curious you think Judy does better or is still mid playing in Cleveland man you you got to know the receivers just aren't going to be up to par right Amari Cooper a lot of people thought he did well last year he was still outside the top 20 receivers last year I think he'll be good but what it depends on is he's playing Outdoors he's the clear number two behind Amari Cooper and deshun Watson has to be good so I I think he's kind of mid but he had 700 yards last year which would have put him in like the wide receiver 40 range I want to say he'll probably be around there again at at floor so for me I got Jerry Judy as like a wide receiver four or five I I think he's mid he's a good back up in a good play in case something happens my first year I was a casual Then I then last year I was lost thinking what I wanted and listening to the fantasy football show he turned around homie if anyone drafts all the young players there from that show I'll say they're from that Twitter too Twitter because you get a lot of Dynasty guys and a lot of guys that make content because and this is I want this to come out the right way this is not hate but it's gonna come like call it hate call it whatever you want but a lot of times when people draft young players or if they're content creators and they only talk about young players it's because they care about being the smartest in the room they know the young guys coming in from college better than the people who are you know fantasy guys they want to be known as like the guys who have done all the homework they've watched these players and I think it's not just they want to be the guys that know all they do know more about these players but almost to a fault they know they've been watching all these college guys and how Elite they were in college and I think sometimes it's easy to think that that's just going to translate not remembering that all of the players in the NFL were Elite in college so that's why I think we get the bump up on players like kamani VI doll we get the bump up on players like Javon Baker it's because they perform well in college and we're always looking for Dart throws but then they come to the NFL and it's a whole different breed like Damen Pierce is another name I I know I faded so I think you I think it's easy to be like man this guy was so productive in college all he needed was another opportunity but there's a reason why guys going to Fourth to seventh round and there's a reason why most of those guys don't pan out David njoku and Ferguson I prefer David njoku and PPR leagues in standard leagues I probably go Ferguson the five leagues I drafted rookies uh in three I did what I wanted in two and one1 who who said datson over Mike Evans who said that is this last year the the fantasy football show guy yeah like I said people are people are always trying to be like forward thinking you know like trying to trying to call things out and a lot of times the easiest play place to go as young players so it might seem old and dry just an old team you drafted all the old guys to me that means I found value the right way so yes there's a couple telltale signs of a strong team a lot of them for me is when when the masses don't like my team I think I drafted a pretty good team that means I I got good value because think about it I drafted the players that nobody else wanted so a lot of times when people say it's a bad team I actually think that's a good thing when people are like oh man that's such a great team and you know oh that that has all the young players all the players I wanted you're probably going the wrong direction damn for me all I did all I did was go off Tik Tok and then I stumbled upon you midseason last year then started studying more to a point where I came back to make the playoffs and my league called me a tri it's crazy because like with FY there's different levels like you got your casual League your free leagues right your eight team leagues then you got like your a little bit more challenging like 10 team leagues or 12 team Leagues with single quarterbacks then you start to dive into like your super Flex leagues or maybe you go from standard to PPR then you got like your 16 leagues your 14 team leagues there's levels to this [ __ ] you know and like it's just funny seeing seeing comments like you just got good what happened was you got good people called you try hard but you just got good and they don't like to see that you probably were in a little bit more of a casual league and they're going to be like yeah I see this dude doing well you're a try hard people might call my content try hard but I'm all I'm all about winning so if you're about winning [ __ ] I'll be called a try hard if it ends up and wins call me whatever you want just call me a winner call me a winner in a league where defenses start start with 15 points is it worth reaching on a team like the ners or the Jets uh you're talking the only thing is they start with 15 points what is the next level so I would say this yes I like that idea I like getting a defense a little bit earlier but how many times are teams going to get shut out because most of the time it starts with 15 points based on yardage and shutouts there's rarely any shutouts in the NFL May less than five every year out of every game there's less than five shutouts every year I think that's got to be accurate number I don't know if that's completely accurate but there's rarely shutouts so what is the next tier for you like when they score three points or when they get six or seven points that would determine like how what's the average scoring defense then I would if it's higher then I would take a defense earlier I hate out non pprr cross yeah it should be called PBR is should be the standard my family league but it's for for money yeah for money like that's the thing they CA you a try hard because you took you started taking a chance away at money that's what it is for that money I'm a try hard all right rankings before you go also hope you have a good one looking forward to drafting you you guys know my Cadence huh y'all already know my Cadence I am about to get ready I'm probably not gon I'm not gonna rate these teams man not gonna rate these teams and plus a lot of late quarterbacks I would have rated these higher because there's a lot of late quarterbacks you guys found there's a lot of good value I can already tell on the board I kind of want to start a fantasy football side hustle where I draft money leagues then I assign those teams to good players and if they win what do you mean you draft a team for them and then just take like a portion of they do all the work that's crazy little bit that's a way for people to to get in but that's the the season is how you win more so than the draft you drafting the team is not even 50% of the work what up Jay you believe in muu I believe in muu enough to be the starter to hold up Devonte Adams value that's about the most I believe in him I don't think he's a good uh I don't think he's a good quarterback I think he's good enough to do the job good enough yes I got him with the last pick Rashad baitman y'all left him for me if I draft AR early should I reach on someone like Tila or Gino just in case AR gets hurt uh yeah I I I would get another floor guy if you can chances are there might be one on waivers but I don't mind
