Did Isaiah Likely TAKE Mark Andrews Job?

Mark Andrews Concerns welcome back to Fourth andol fantasy what the hell is going on in the tight end room in Baltimore I mean I mean oh man all right I mean like what like okay so here you go ahead Wes you you want me to start had some yeah you had some some foresight on this throughing the offseason we and we had some good discussions we our debate episode was heavily about Mark Andrews it was we included him in the thumbnail because yeah and and and now I I'll lead off by saying this I'm not concerned about uh Mark Andrews falling out of the top 10 because he's too important of a player in Lamar Jackson's history in his career however the the concern I had was that Derrik Henry was going to take away too much of the it was going to be another cook in the kitchen Z flowers was going to uh begin to Blossom more as a wide receiver he's going to take a bigger leap and I likely was going to be involved in this offense and and we've already missed one Mark by saying uh Xavier wor was too risky of a start I said Isaiah likely should not be started because we should wait to see what he does Thursday night against the Chiefs to determine his actual role in the offense okay so start him I think we're Start Isaiah Likely? so what is this Ro the off we're probably at that point where we actually need to consider is he is starting tight end because it's not just that he caught the Red Zone touchdowns he had deep targets he had chain moving 12 targets and then just 12 targets is unbelievable 111 yards and it wasn't just the one play run after the catch on his touchdown really really he was almost he was a toe one big toe away from having a 35 Point game that is unreal I we have to we have to actually consider two Ravens finishing the top 10 for the tight end position when you start out like that I'm not even kidding yeah no we do it's it's genuinely we do I think there's a piece of this that is like we always knew isah likele was a very talented dude yeah he just never saw the opportunity outside of Mark Andrews getting hurt and when when he would when he would come in and be the be the guy for that offense called out he'd be great he'd be he'd be like a top easily like a usual like a safe like top eight tight end on a week like but but I remember you saying to me early in the offseason that like what like like what there's a genuine chance that they saw really good things that they liked from Isaiah likeley to the point where he now they they they utilize both these guys they do well they surely utilize Isaiah likely yeah yeah now Mark Andrews had Panic Button two Targets like that's my like that's where my concern lies I know we don't want to overreact I know it's week one I don't I I don't think I'm gonna like Panic sell Mark Andrews I don't think you but like in a big game against the against the Chiefs he went to let me it's a good defense yeah Lamar Jackson targeted Isaiah likely targets back to back plays to win the game I like likely got hurt he made contact with the ground took a play off because he was he like Leed 45 feet in the air to make this catch and he didn't come down with it and then he took a play off and they came back in and then he threw it and likely caught it and he was one big toe away from at least scoring a touchdown they were going to try to go for two but here's one thing I want to just reassure Mark Andrew's owners including ourselves in one leag that we have together Noah uh he is is still recovering from an injury it's been a long time but this can take that long so they may be warming him up to in-game action at this pace they even highlighted it during the game Mike too actually was talking over some of the uh the b-roll footage of him practicing back in Scottdale Arizona where he went home to rehab maybe he's still just a little bit injured maybe he's going to be better and fully fully healthy next week but the point is Isaiah Isaiah Likely Will Finish Top... likele will likely be top 10 boo hold on let me so bad let me say it let me say it I'll say I'll say with my chest out Isaiah likely will be top 12 in tight end this year mark my words yeah duh well you say duh but like this is a guy that wasn't even drafted by every no I was saying dog I said I said dog oh oh okay cuz dog like yes like absolutely okay um it it's it is a I don't I don't know if he's like I don't know if there's an owner in I don't know how rostered he is to be honest um I got him in like I don't know if an owner in your league is like just GNA think this is a this is a crap shoot this is a one-off it's not we've seen when he's involved he's great so they're clearly involving him I think you're right Wes I think uh he he was in a spot where um like a few weeks ago he was in a car accident and he was like he was fine like many people heard about this he was fine but he like didn't practice for a few days on just like an right on an undisclosed injury and um and like it wasn't like a big deal but I truly am wondering I'm like maybe he isn't maybe he's not 100% I don't know how much of it is lingering from the injury last season cuz he came back and didn't play play a full snap count but he came back and played in the playoffs last year so like we saw him at game speed last year um but I don't know yeah hold strong I mean yeah you never you don't want to overreact too hard a week one but it's safe to say Isaiah like it's gonna be very involved and um yeah Andrew should be fine you should be all right we should we should be good wishful thinking I hope we're okay please save me I'm a [Music]
