2v2 me and Drew Aller versus Tyler waren and Dom deuca so we're about to get after see what goes down we got we got some decent golfers with us so let's see what happens [Music] oh let's go that was that off oh no oh no not a good start for me at Le breakfast good breakfast ball great is that you yeah hard like with the basically like learning an entire new offense like I know obviously tries to make like as easy as possible for you but what's that like uh the the most difficult part about it is the terminology uh I'd say this offense has a lot more language to it um a lot more tag shifts and motions so that stuff was hard and getting back into it it's like kind of refreshing to like go back through everything but the way they installed it I think it made it really easy on us like they sent out formation shifts and formation adjustments first so I like we were able to study that for like the first month and a half like literally before spring we didn't get our plays until like two days before Spring ball or like no more like a week and a half right week and a half so we had like a week and a half to learn the plays but well that's nice you you separate for like you said like the formations from the plays and like get that down pet for so alignment like the biggest thing if your alignment isn't right you're going to you're going to be messed up yeah and those are the those player of the scheme anything I'd just say the overall scheme I I really like what Coach K does um in terms of like the pass game and the Run game and how stressful it is for defenses to prepare for it um but I think the best thing about Coach K is he's going to get the the ball to our best players um and it's going to be really easy for for me to get it to them uh I think this the game game planning is going to be really good this year like we've done a couple mock game plans and just kind of talking through about how he is going to um let's go 12 for 12 how he's going to game plan for teams I think that's cool to talk about right now just kind of get it out get out and early instead of waiting until we W West Virginia to talk about what he does for game plans how we like the game plan so we're having a lot lot of good dialogue right now about that stuff that's great yeah I thought that's I mean that's like the biggest thing watch like Andy Reid and all these guys in the NFL like you have the ability to put defense at a disadvantage like put them in awkward positions and make them have to make them have to react yeah that's the biggest thing like watching KC uh really the whole Shanahan McVey McVey tree you got the the Rams the 49ers Dolphins Minnesota Texans now uh Atlanta now I think they just hired a OC from that tree and I think Carolina uh has a OC from that tree even like you don't like I still have a relationship like with a lot of guys that I met on other visits that I didn't end up going to school with but it's just like cool to have that connection with dud you remember that yeah that's that's how the Elite 11 was for me um still there was a decent amount of us still in the Big 10 at least last year a couple of them couple of them transferred Tru ranks and just like come like four or five star and you were you already committed like a lot did a lot of schools start to reach back out uh there were there was only a couple honestly um that started reaching back out and that was mainly during my senior season and some of it kind of played into like some kids reclass right yeah I remember so that's they were just trying to grab a quarterback for their 22 class at that point all right here we go hey dmer need to down this go field our back are against the wall we need to win we win next four or else we lose I'm I'm feeling receivers get it's pretty insane like they're it's a really talented group and it's been fun to work with them this off seon I'm excited Julian too he came in and like I feel he's he's definely a end of my sophomore year right before Co so like January or January February of 2020 okay yeah I've been with him for a while now no that's awesome that Danny uh lets him like come into the facility though and do stuff it's a lot it's nice a lot of coaches don't let other trainers come in but that's that's awesome that he lets Brad come in and do some stuff for you guys yeah Danny Danny's really passionate about football in general and he he's always eager to learn something D those are those are definitely the best coaches that are always like are willing to learn stuff from other guys too like I love having coaches like that yeah no no doubt about that D Danny's going to be I don't know what level he's going to end up at but he's going to be huge coordinator at one spot college or or
