DÉBUT DU MATCH | START OF THE GAME [Applause] FAITS SAILLANTS DU MATCH | MATCH HIGHLIGHTS J doesn't R [Applause] [Applause] Sal e [Applause] [Applause] COMMENTAIRES D'APRÈS MATCH | POST-MATCH COMMENTS 66 well hogga many congratulations it's been a few weeks since you've since you've played um how happy were you with the way your your body held up and with the tennis that you produced tonight it was uh you know it was a challenge for sure um it's never easy coming back after a little little break it was not the longest break but for me that's young and luckily I haven't been much into it it was a it was difficult but uh I think I managed to find the Rhythm you know quickly and uh you know didn't manage to to sustain it in the second set but again he he played good he was feeling free I think and uh you know it's kind of an extra chance that he got to to play a match so you know happy that I could get through can't be easy too finding out so late that you're going to play an entirely different match Milos Ric couldn't play all of a sudden you're playing against a wall in Roberto how much does that change things how disruptive is that it was very difficult to be honest like uh 5 minutes 10 minutes before the match uh they told me that Milos pulled out and first they told me menake and then they told me Bautista so it was kind of tricky you know it's a two completely different games style so I kind of had to adjust from one tactic to another in like 5 minutes luckily I played Bautista before so I had a clue and obviously he's been on the tour for many years so I know him very well but uh it was not easy you know expecting a big server and and you know trying to you know manage to get in the relies with Milas and now it was completely different story I I needed to attack much more and play on my terms so but it was great I'm happy with the first round yeah that was one mental challenge overcome before the match and then you had plenty to overcome during the match how happy were you with the way you kept your composure especially in the the the third set because you really seemed to reset well yeah I was resetting well I I tried to fight fight back in the in the second set but uh didn't manage to do it I had a break point at 53 didn't convert it so a little bit disappointing but at the same time you know I I couldn't allow myself to think too much back I just had to move on and and try to change my game plan a little bit I tried to stay a bit closer to the Baseline uh have my you know be patient in a rally and uh you know not to you know overit you know obviously I'm a I'm a strong player so it's very tempting to to hit hard and hit big shots but you know you have to be patient and you don't win by only hitting winners you also win on the opening mistakes so it was a good challenge btia is's a hell of a player so yeah credit to him and I'm just happy to move on thank you thanks
