Me by Jennie Garth Calico Knit Blouse with Crochet Detail on QVC

here's what we're going to talk about next this is also Me by Jenny G and this is the Calico knit blouse it has and I love that she said she crochets she and her daughters crochet um you know it's funny I was like Jane Tracy and Susan Graver both tried to teach me how to knit oh no epic fail on my part I was not a good student yeah I have a basket I need somebody to teach me do you have a b dok of needles and and the yarn yeah I know yeah well we're GNA we're that maybe that'll be a project we're GNA yeah I don't know um but I will tell you the crochet touches that Jenny has done on this blouse are so pretty and it goes back to just what we were talking about we love texture in Fall we also love Rich colors and it's here's I have to show this because I was you know having a little fun with good taste and refinement but the article that I was reading it was talking about the fact that brown is like the color like that's the color dour right now and that it it represents good taste and refinement like that's the color that is sort of very Luxe so we have we have oh look at you so we have this in we have this in the color Barn Brown we have Jenny's top for you in natural which is that pretty Ivory we have it in the color um is that Kuma blue oh Kuma oh K Kuma blue I was like is that okay and that's the lake in the area oh is it really and then we have pepper pink pepp which you are wearing yes this is based on the pepperberry trees that line the driveways in s and you can dry the the fruits the pepper berries really grind them into your own pepper if you want to oh that's do you do that too I don't do that say you are just like a you're a Renaissance woman that like that's no but it smells so good when you walk by oh I can imagine so talk to me about the because when I think of Calico and the textile which is what comes to mind as sort of that mhm um is that no this is named after the cat the C cat okay we have just the craziest names for every piece in our collection all of our colors are they mean something to us so we have so much fun naming everything so after the cat this is one of our cats the Calico yeah I love it so tell me about adding the touch of crochet to this blouse and and the and the nice touches with the drawring and the ruffle at the at the neckline yes well we again we love our crocheting so this was a great opportunity for us to add a little something special this little shearing at the top of the shoulder here makes it so fun you know it's just a little subtle Touch of femininity along with the little ruffle around the neckline and the self tie you can tie it like I have it tied you can leave it open we have some bows over here do your own thing you want to pop over we can pop over Let's do let's just so you can see everybody all together I love it let's see which color is so I'll bring this one this is the only one we don't have represented um but so in terms of like because I love it with the skirt the skirt I would imagine that we can find on qvc.com yes this is our our beautiful um What's this called again the Plaid we made this pattern but I'm blanking the right now okay Tony our producer will find find it this is such a fun skirt to wear and uh it has this little hidden zipper over here so it's so easy to pull on and wear and I think that's the beauty like of a blouse that you put it with a skirt and all of a sudden it becomes a more dressier look you put it with jeans and it's a you know it's and this has kind of almost a sort of a boho vibe to to me a little B little bit it's just easy sort of sweet Ranch kind of life you know very casual but you can dress these all of these things up you can dress them down that's what's so great about the collection it's mix and match so yeah I would imagine because you and I love what you said at the beginning that it really is very much about feeling good about what you're wearing so that you just feel good in your skin as you just head out and live life so important to make that first choice of the day about yourself what do you want today yeah and and you know nice clothes and and we're busier than ever you probably got going in a million different directions the last thing you want to have to do is fret about what you're wearing but isn't it nice when what you know what you're wearing looks great and feels great um I do want to share this is 67% cotton 33% poly I love that you pointed out the sleeve detail you've got the Cuffs that also give it a visibility can wear them down or you can yeah squeeze them up and they stay put which is great and even wearing it untucked the way Rebecca and and Meredith have done I like it untucked you can do a little French tuck look at you so nice we have all the versions fully tucked I know tuck French tuck fully tucked untucked like all the we can do all we're showing you everything all right um I do want to mention length too because if you're looking at Rebecca who again is 5'8 she models it for you in the extra large wearing the color Apparently that is one of um Good Taste and refinement brown is like the the color the brown the fall this is our barn Brown yeah that's really great and I love that it does have almost like a a te slub texture you see it it's a very subtle slub knit yeah that's a nice it's we said texture color all of that richness that we love in Fall it's really nice clothes we wear bound I love it oh all right so if you want bar Brown Rebecca is wearing it for you again in the extra large she is 5'8 um Jenny you're in the extra extra small yes I'm 5 five wearing the color pepper pink and then katuma blue is what Meredith is wearing uh in the extra small and by the way we're we're down to fewer than 400 in the pepper pink this is brand new today you're the first to be able to see it presented you have a show coming up I do yes in a little bit later today yes in like a couple hours I never know I'm just like take are you like what time zone where am I what's happening I and it's early um well thank you I'm so glad you came in this morning it was great to see you and listen everybody um Tony can we find out I think is Jenny here
