Paula oh no you can do whatever you want you're a grand slam quarterfinalist [Laughter] so uh about the match crazy 61 62 the score line makes it seem a little more one-sided than it was the first two games were like 17 minutes long you played incredible in the biggest moments saved eight break points you were a warrior today you've got to be thrilled yeah um I think uh the match started uh and it was a battle and I was I I remember seeing uh the minutes I'm like it's only two games and 17 and it's so humid I think I'm going to die here today but um but I knew it it was going to be worth it and and in that moment I remember thinking okay she's tough but I'm tougher and if she and if she has and I have to stay here three hours I will so um yeah I knew I had to step in and uh go for it and and it worked really well I'm with confidence I'm feeling amazing in this court with your support guys it's [Music] unbelievable you've had to show a lot of that toughness in the last couple of years but a title this season your first Grand Slam quarterfinal in three years how thrilled are you especially you talk about the the battle the toughness the fight confidence is pretty high right now and it shows and you obviously seem to be enjoying it more than ever before yeah look I I I don't want to cry because uh last year I was here I had to withdraw I couldn't play the tournament so for me it was really sad and being back here a year after with my best result in Islam it's it's a dream come true I never thought about it and as I said uh in the last interviews um a few months ago I was thinking uh uh to quit this sport because I stopped believing in myself and my injury wasn't responding so being back in in one of the best players in the world it's a dream come true so I hate to do this we want you to enjoy this moment but let's maybe sneak a peek into the future a little bit so Coco goof or Emma Navaro would you be willing to tell us if you have a preference you're 3-2 against Coco you're 1 against Emma honestly do you have a preference about who you face in the next round look I have to say I'm I'm really good friends with both of them I love them both I love how they play coko it's it's amazing and uh she's so inspiring in such a young age and so mature uh I love watching her and she's a champion and we always have battles so it it would be a great match against her and in our to ours that I never played so it's an amazing experience and against Emma she's like so humble and uh amazing talent so it's going to be another battle we had one in in Rome already so I'm looking forward of either and I and I hope today they have a good match and the best one wins but I really love them both uh Paula the last last thing and this has nothing to do with tennis this is just New York's curiosity about paa badosa outside of tennis what is Paula's song of the summer or show of the summer what are you listening to this summer or watching this summer maybe we can steal a recommendation look look guys I don't know if there's a lot of Latinos here but I'm always listening to to regon and uh to get pumped up uh I love this kind of music honestly I listen to everything but that makes me get into the mood of the match so um I love to dance also so um I I think I'm listening to all this Latino music and uh I really enjoy it okay we won't ask you to prove the dancing oh come on New York Paula bza [Applause]
