hi Chris hi Darren what's your thoughts on that half one0 win for the Bas today yeah I thought um well the quality work the greatest today I think it's a bit Scrappy both sides um not many chances I think Saturday for us especially I think played a part into a little bit of fatigue um overall I'm pleased cuz we we've come a one their win and and a clean sheet so I could be any happier um when know we're going to have days like that but we yeah we defended well thought we attacked pretty pretty well in stages but not as fluent as we've been but over I'm happy Dar your thoughts on your goal coming off the side bench as well again yeah it happened on Saturday as well um you know I knew I was going to come on and just you know do what I normally do just press just run and that's how I get my goals and that's what happened today as well so I than for that you want to talk about your goal on Saturday Saturday yeah that that's same thing happened today I came on I was like I want to leave it with something so I run that ball all I wanted to do is shoot so I just saw that position and shot it was a good guy I was say from two angles now I never knew was that far off that was yeah it's got be on for goal of the Season then last I reckon at the moment yeah so what made you come to B United then um last season I was playing like step six and I felt like my ability could could progress so um I saw um Chris you know following me on that let me just get opportunity and he gave me the opportunity to got for the opportunity and just when I took it I just had to work for it and I got the opportunity to to SLE yeah cool so rest of your thoughts on today's game Chris yeah like I said I it was quite tough um I think the subs all played a part today again a little bit like Saturday they've come on uh freshened it up a little bit Yeah bit bit bit identical to the FA Cup game where Ruben's coming he dropped in his put in but Darren worked the the the are work the 45 minutes before he's then come on in Jo Rubenstein go but yeah like I said I thought bit of a scrappy performance but I'll take a one0 win and a clean sheet on a scrappy performance cuz great are no mugs either are they they got a couple old players like Sid bker and Alex as well they Alex M like so like me Eddie and Scott was speaking I think the teams we've played so far I think they're one of the most organized and strongest teams that um that we've played um it was a good test for us I thought yeah like I said I didn't think there many chances in the game they most probably might view it they've been lucky not to Nick Sonic today but yeah where they hit a post at the end there didn't they and George was well beating he was yeah so like I said we roded our luck a little bit towards the end but I thought collectively we defended well as a team so when you defend as hard and as well as that for the game you kind of get get what you deserve in a way um and yeah listen he's G and chased things down and we've ended up nicking the goal so it doesn't that a flu it's hard working it's lad since middle of June yeah he's been working his his sucks off and he's got his rewards with the goals he scored that like I said satday weren't a fluke I think I think Scott was screaming take it to the corner take it could hear you like yeah listen he's he's it that as a forward when you when you exract that you kind of know it ain't a fluke you know it ain't a fluke cuz your intentions are to hit it where it ends up sometimes I end up in the bushes but yeah if you don't shoot you don't score so he took his opportunity again he's come off the bench to score today so might be FS on losing Luke Edgar as well like at the beginning that's a bit of a blow wasn't it yeah he's felt he's felt s in his body a little bit so yeah I think it made sense not to risk it any further we're have most a light week a lighter week than what we've had in previous weeks this week uh ready for the for the FA Cup game so yeah there's a few that most probably need that extra couple of days rest anyway purely because our work the boys worked on Saturday in the journey and today your thoughts on the big old way game as well like it's going to be a tough one isn't it so another another tough test another step four team FA Cup but yeah we' that as humble as I can be like I said to you on Saturday I've got full confidence in the squad and these boys are raring bring anyone on their raring to go you know they're going to as soon as they step over that line they're um they're on it so I think yeah at the moment there's a there's not much fear at all I think we played Bigg as way in the fa vars in 2017 here and we lost two n to him I did like so you got uh hopefully well prepared yes right yeah yeah I think they did they was well prepared that day as well I think they sent someone down to look at Marcus Bowser top Striker at the time and they done a done a job on him they did like so yeah we're be prepared and yeah we just go and put maximum efforts in and hopefully succeed and potentially put on name in hat for the next round okay thanks guys thanks for the sports okay enjoy the rest of your
