well um what did it feel like you got quite a few carries last week probably a big part of tonight give me this weekend's game plan as well just what does this feel like to be getting this opportunity well I'm exciting it's been a long time coming uh you know I'm just looking to help the Cajuns one um as far as ODU they played pretty good defense it seemed like last week what do you see in what role you could play in The Challenge is going to be for your offense against them well I believe it's going to be a physical game so um just hard running and uh you know just helping um cradling when I see a lane hit it and uh just being consistent with it so is that kind of natural for you now like the you know what y'all been talking about and working on since you got here yes sir it's uh it definitely you know I've gotten better at it and I feel comfortable um and confident you know just hitting a hole and pinning my face in there and getting you know some yards what did you like about the way you played in against Northwestern State and what do you still think you need to work on um I like that I was uh decisive and hitting the hole um I feel like I'm just keep being a heart out you know I mean just keep running my legs and being a powerful back it's you know you know still feel like you can help in the passing game where's that in the process I do um I'm gonna lead up to coach this but uh I definitely I definitely feel like I can't help watching the film where do y'all need to get better on office not just you but overall like what what were the things that y'all were really critiquing yourselves more about watching the film I just selling mistakes um just communication and uh just a little things we went back and tried to lock in on the little details that you know um will help us in this next coming game you guys have I think it's more around like six three an ounce uh the other night has there been if this has put on just kind of stringing some place together maybe sort of extending some drives just getting getting kind of in a rhythm in that way of y'all kind of emphasize that definitely definitely and that kind of goes back to what I just said with the little details um it was just little things that caused us to go three and almost you know I mean that we kind of gotta go back to the John Wood and lock in and um so we did that this weekend uh we're still doing it but uh I feel like it was it will show up in uh Saturday's game coach was talking about like maybe even Bill needing to play this week because Draven was questionable what have you seen in him as a guy who's been around and seen a lot of running backs and but what do you see in him in Pride he's a young guy but uh he's definitely powerful he's heavy um he's fast so um I think he has a bright future as well xylin showed how electric can be with the kickoff return and but he fumbled and it was his first game kind of in that room right right did you talk to him or have any advice for him or how did you deal with that exactly my little brother um that's another guy who has a bright future ahead of him um you know just the Jitters and everything um he went back in there and after the phone button uh ran the ball hard and getting some yards so we're not worried about that we you know just got to go back to the basics and uh make sure that we're holding the ball the right way when we um doing Juke moves and everything like that so who's quicker on a 60 plus yard Sprint you or Ben me I'm gonna take me I mean we haven't really asked any of his teammates this but like the dude Hawk that guy down oh yeah oh yeah definitely he's sneaky fast he's sneaky fast um after the play after the summer um you know I think the guy the team Peter was on the field um I think everybody just did a great job of you know hustling after the ball um we had Nate Big Nate running after the ball you know what I mean I thought they was gonna get him but um I just think as a team we did a good job of you know yeah we made a mistake but we hustled and got the guy on the ground and I believe they didn't score that job yeah that was a nice question is caused the turnover they go to go down to defense keeps them from getting any point I mean for you guys as the offense I'm not certainly thinking oh well if we screw up we're fine how comforting is it to know that the defense can if y'all unfortunately put them there yeah I mean we practicing against those guys every day so we know what type of Defense we have and I mean um we have a really good defense and we made a mistake but we had all the confidence and um faith that you know they was gonna go out there and get a stop for us and they did what are you thinking is that you're having some success it seems like I haven't seen ODU on film like y'all have but it sounds like y'all are gonna have to drive it a little more maybe it'll be a little to get as many big plays as y'all think this past Saturday what's the key against them um the little details and uh and uh everybody's been on the same page and um The Backs running hard and getting was there um and receivers you know just been on same page with the quarterback and running routes and getting open
