it's a little bit dangerous just  be careful with and there's all   kind of glass and nails and uh yeah  poor eye because I'm focused on the [Applause] camera good Filipino afternoon  to everybody Derek with two Adventures here   we're in Cordova talking to a PO Captain  over here and there's like a whole bunch   of things going on but I'm going to go grab  a Coke over there it looks like a this some   kind of commotion over there let's go get  a Coke honey let's go get a Coke we'll come   back okay yeah it looks like all these kids in  a Sunday afternoon uh shortly after lunch about   1:00 you know all these kids are just playing  in uh rubbish and stuff like that it's very   different from uh where I come from in La you  know it's just like every all the kids are just   bubble wrapped and playing on the PlayStation  and stuff like that but um just hanging out   in Cordova right here is pretty uh neat you  know to have this observation over here and [Music] uh how are you guys where are you guys  from are you guys from Cordova here no we're   from orach city the city of beautiful people  but I believe it I believe it she say orach   orach right that's lady right yeah yeah and what  what are you guys doing here visiting yes working   family working yeah working on what like uh your  job yeah yeah yeah like do all of you have the   same job yes uh what jobs do you guys do office  retail jewry a jewelry jewelry yeah yeah like   whereabouts at the mall or M mall mall which  mall uh Grand Mall oh they don't want to talk   you guys don't want to talk where are you  guys walking okay fine bit yeah we're going   to go there and explore later anyway so  maybe I'll see you guys but anyway we're   just trying to get a Coke but uh they  were so welcoming hello ma'am of the camera Island mall is that right yeah  oh I recognize that not promoting Coke   better to drink water than sugary stuff but uh   yeah it's just like you know you see  all these people hanging around all the locals yeah yeah and what I'm trying to document over  here is um you know seeing that it's low tide   you know this is Cordova this is where our boat  is parked but our boat is parked a little bit um   over that way and then uh we're just hello he said  hi vog so you know like uh coming up on this you   know we're just driving through and then coming  up on this um tucked away part of uh Cordova you   know I see these people you know building a brand  new boat which of course you know PE my curiosity   that's the process hello guys and then um you  know seeing that it's low tide you know just like   all these boats are lined up and I see those uh  you know that little uh structure right there an   island and then a little bit further because of  low tide there's like a little Sandbar you know   where people just walk out there and enjoy the  sand at the beach so momentarily after I get some   uh cold Coke down my system we're going to walk  uh to these two places and uh just to explore you   know look at all these kids I just saw a little  head popping up over there you know this is like   second nature to them you know just navigating  these uh waterways and you know for kids in   the west you know this is probably not the safest  thing to do you know the unlevel uh steps and you   know like the debris and look at those kids are  just going up there maybe we'll just take the same route all right so we're going to be nosy  over here and follow that uh person's leader   I think that's a kid oh yeah it is a kid  he looks tall so uh we're going to follow   the lead and uh make sure that we're on uh  low tide and walk over there look at how   like you know the steps are big and it's  not wide enough so uh it's a little bit dangerous yeah and there's all  kind of glass and nails and uh   you know the boat Builders they  just throw the stuff on the floor you know look at this yeah poor  eye because I'm focused on the camera yeah I just found out the hard way  yeah yeah yeah yeah yeah I just   found out the hard way yeah I'm  good it knocked the wind out of me oh man that was a hard fall careful yeah or  maybe you should remove your shoes slippery no   it's not slippery anymore but uh my smart ass  thinking that I follow the kid and I'll be okay   but obviously not I landed right on my ribs and broke my gimbal fortunately  it's a made in China cheap gimbal woo luckily I'm 46 and not uh 64 otherwise  I probably would have snap something over here oh [ __ ] I think I probably  bruise my rib H can we go up there it's okay yeah just be careful he said basically  so we'll just uh explore up here and I don't   want to fall on these Jagged rocks  oh look at these little sea lifes wow there's so many of them wooo I should be ashamed of myself  I is like navigating through these   things like uh if it was her backyard  or something oh man look at all this   trash it's so sad woo now I'm  up to this island and then uh so we got a little elevation here you know like  that group right there seems so welcoming up the   camera so we're probably going to go up there  and uh go downstairs disturb them a little   bit let me see you know how to go down no these  steps are bigger it's better than uh to go back down follow down okay is it okay if I go over there it's  okay I go over there it's okay okay thank you yeah we're going to roll  up on strangers and just uh see if we can open up a conversation  there you can here yeah I'll hold yes okay it's a 5 now woo look at that it's like everybody's just   out for a Sunday activity family  activity up here over there okay you know the water despite all the  pollution and the debris that you see   and all the hanging trash bag and it looks  like a piece of the tarp but um the water   is still so Crystal Clear look at that  crowd of people over there we're going   to walk up on them later us as well you know  we're trying to disturb these folks a little bit woo hello guys Hi how are you guys doing  what are you guys doing today like after   church family event yes yes yeah what time was  church over what what time was church done 10:   and you have been here since 10:00 are you guys  are you guys from Cordova over here where abouts   in Cordova are you [Music] from is that okay I'm  a foreigner so I I don't have a reference is that   anywhere close to the fire that happened you know  like a few weeks ago there was a big fire because   some caman yeah are you guys do you guys live  close to the fire no it's far okay yeah I was   trying to get an update actually this ISAT already  just live there oh they just live here okay and   bang Hall oh okay so you don't know anything about  that community that had the fire oh okay so you   guys are just enjoying that is so cool family  picnic yeah family picnic every Sunday or do   you just do this once in a long time long time so  how's everybody related cousins and tias and Tios yeah well thank you for talking to me guys  and I appreciate you welcoming me uh welcoming   me up here I want to go down there and  explore you guys have a good day enjoy okay yeah they were very nice people very  welcoming but um you know to have a stranger   roll up on you know the family like this you know  it's uh it's very common uh but I guess you know   they're they're um a little embarrassed about you  know talk speaking in English to a foreigner like   me and uh the matter of fact you know that young  man that I was talking to that was the very man   that was uh helping me out when I had that fall  over there so very kind of him asking if you yeah yeah these rocks are uh intimidating so hi girls how are you little uh deer in the headlight look   you know like some Filipino people when they see  the camera they're very welcoming some are shy   uh which I understand a lot of people have um you  know exploited these communities uh which I don't   blame their hesitation uh but usually you know  like I don't scrip anything well I don't scrip   anything out at all so I usually um just roll up  on people like that and uh just have a natural   conversation sometimes you know as luck have it  I come across a well spoken person and we get a   great story out of it and a great conversation  natural conversation out of it but sometimes you   know it's just a there's a language barrier and um  it is what it is we just uh go with the flow and uh oh they're asking for the the name of the Vlog  vog Q Adventure Q Adventures you know the letter Q yeah there's a lot of fish because the water  is so clear you can clearly see them but uh as   I was saying you know sometimes you know like  uh people are welcoming and they overcome the   hesitation but you know the language barrier is uh  uh the factor uh but I try to extract as much as I can and then the rest is just editing  and uh make sure that uh oh it looks   like they're was Steep and  I have my cell phone on me yeah yeah so um you know they rely on these banka  boats or these small boats to take them over to   the to the sand so we're not going to do that uh  we thought it was just low tide all the way we're   not going to do that but it's just nice to observe  the area and this is the Cordova Pier I'm guessing hi oh yeah I'm feeling a pulsating pain on my  um rib hello oh yeah there a naked kid over   there but anyway before I tune out over here I  just wanted to um you know make a statement over   here you know my last video update you know of  Ian um there was a lot of uh viewers that were   very disappointed in me and um indicated  that I was uh hello and indicated that uh   I embarrassed the man and uh and I sincerely  apologize and I take full responsibility for   my camera angle and um not to make an excuse but  I'm an amateur I don't have any background in uh   media in uh journalism camera work anything like  that I just simply bought an action camera hello   guys hello you guys are up this barely you guys  are barely starting in the fire yes what are you   guys cooking fish and stuff sharkk baby shark  what let me see that come baby shark oh okay   well enjoy guys uh but I was just saying you know  it's just um it's not my intention you know it's   just like uh I didn't think think that deep uh  I did realize his um attire and it is his home   he lives there and uh that's the man's home  and um I did make a suggestion for him to get dressed but it's his choice because his uh  he's comfortable in the attire that he's in   and uh because of his broken femur for the last 12  months you know it's just hello how you doing um   it's inconvenient for him to put on clothing and  uh just me you know sitting under the exposed uh   Tin Roof you know it's just like the heat was  radiating so I don't blame the man and that's   just how Asia is you know just like kids are  running naked around and stuff like that I know   it's unacceptable in the west but it didn't even  cross my mind that you know like um that was you   know like a bad light that I was um uh that I was  shining on this man and that's not my intention   at all but at the same time I'm not going to  tell the man what to do in his own house so I   sincerely apologize for those who see that I you  know like try to embarass the man that's not you   know that never crossed my mind at all and um I  was just being respectful to the man and to me the   story in itself and the injury that he had that is  unattended to for the last 12 months was you know   like uh something that I want to get to the bottom  of not the man's attire not him being in uh adult   diapers you know it's just like um uh I don't  know what else to say about the situation you   know it's just like I apologize if you're offended  but definitely Ian was very comfortable he was not   offended and uh neither was I you know for being  a person that was sitting in front of him having   that talk with him you know so uh if you took it  as an offense you know I apologize I'll do better   next time uh but for the previous video there's  not much that we can do about it and once again   uh the subject that you know Ian himself you  know was not offended and I was not offended   I was sitting right next to me was not offended  um because you know in Asia over here that's very   normal you know it's about being comfortable it's  not about being presentable uh even myself you   know it's just like I'm wearing the same clothes  over and over and over and I don't have to you   know think about chanels or gues and stuff like  that so it is what it is and uh it did happen   and for those who doesn't accept my explanation  once again I apologize um uh but for those who   have been to the Philippines you would definitely  100% you know like uh uh understand and I've seen   a a lot of comments that came to my defense and uh  I really appreciate that meanwhile you know this   is just a short video of the local community here  uh how life the local life is um going on despite   circumstances you know it's just like obviously  this is not the Beverly Hills of the Philippines   uh but despite whatever it is you know it's just  like family Unity over here in the Philippines is   top priority Sunday after church family gathering  and this is every Sunday you know and everybody's   very approachable uh the first group of folks FKS  from orach you know it's just like uh the ladies   approached us uh seeing that we had a camera and  I guess the the the dudes uh weren't too they're   very jelly but the dudes was I know yeah they back  out and the girls follow them yeah which I don't   blame them I don't want to chase after them and  offend them anyway but it would have been nice   to have a full conversation with the ladies and  you know ask them about their Journey from orach   to here for the purpose of work uh but it is  what it is and uh hopefully we run uh into the   uh into the lady at some point cuz we're most you  know we're we're we're here a lot so um hopefully   you know like we get some nice stories out of  that but until you know thank you for tuning   in to my channel and you're ever
