AT&T customers report wireless service has been down for hours

AT&T customers have been reporting that their service has been down for hours that's why I use Verizon because Verizon goes offline other times but uh it's kind of scary to think that suddenly your phone could just stop working for a few hours or for a few days or for a few years so I don't know why there aren't like so many redundancies but just bunch of people their phones just sto working couldn't call couldn't do anything just SOS
