Bubba Wallace McDonald’s Grimace 2023 1:24 Diecast Review

what's up Gamers welcome back to yet another diecast opening and review and we are here with the 2023 bubble Wallace McDonald's Grimace car that's right uh the McDonald's Grimace car it ran at Homestead in 2023 this is a very popular scheme as many of you probably know they ran it again in 2024 but the gemes are very much worse than they were last year uh except for Red X anyway but Bubba was definitely a lot worse than this one this absolute Beauty right here by the way that was a little bit of like the final part of the unboxing you would probably see in any other video that's because this barely fits in here you can see but anyway this is the box your normal 2023 box you have the render of the car right there with the team logo there at the back you have the 75th Anniversary logo and then you have uh 576 of these were produced anyway let's get it out of the box now I think I can do this part it's a little bit stuck in there that's a little interesting okay never had that situation before going to move on see if I can do it anyway in the camera there we go that will do it that's the best we can do it looks like let's see if anything special is in here nope all right just a common whatever you get in those liner boxes all right let's open it up let me take the car off the base and I will be back all right I've gotten the car off the base and this is what the car looks like out of the base um this is a matte finish it's not like a part of the diecast it's actually how the car was painted it was painted in all these matte black matte purple finish colors whatever and this is how the car is actually supposed to look as you see back here I'm loving it I am loving this right now this is a really good car really good scheme and it sucks they had to downgrade it this year at Iowa but you know whatever they offered those too by the way but I don't think I'm getting that one this year because I don't like those cars the only one I really like is reic but even that I probably wouldn't get I did not get rics of this either because oh my god dude I would I would rather just do a rant on that schem than just to get the diecast and waste my money on it but this is Bubba Wallace's version I think there was a point in this race where they had an onboard of a car and then his car was like right next to the bumper with this face on it was kind of funny I'm glad the diecast was actually made because this is amazing there is this scheme that he ran in Chicago that was all this anime bull crap and I'm not really a huge anime fan but it seems like that's never going to be offered which probably isn't very surprising considered it's anime it's like a TV show thing many TV shows get offered anymore as you see we have D number 450 I don't remember the last TV show card I get offered might have been SpongeBob but I could be wrong there uh when they ran those SpongeBob races a couple years ago let's go over the sponsors and stuff we have the Goodyear logo above the tire uh you have the cup series logo you have the 75th Ann then you have the 23 here as well you have the door Dash logo not with uh Bubba anymore actually fun fact uh then you have Dr Pepper here's McDonald's logo on the side uh on the yeah there we go on the other side there's this McDonald's logo but this one is just the M they should have done both uh they should have done both sides with this one I don't know why they ever put the M on this side but whatever um this team is still amazing uh then you have lios then you have Colombia and then on the name ra you have Bubba Wallace's uh name rail logo thingy with his uh I guess Rock fists I should I should that's what I call those uh then you have Toyota money lion DraftKings mobile one Mac Tools 2311 and then nothing over here where they usually would be and then on the rear you have Toyota Camry I'm loving it uh and the M as well as another big Toyota logo and the 23 as well now I don't know if this is rotated like it was on the car but anyway nothing on the deck lid uh just these parts of flames once again D 450 on the other side like I talked about the other McDonald's logo here uh lios columia Dr Pepper door Dash uh Toyota money lion DraftKings mobile one Mac Tools in 2311 another bubble Wallace on the name rail the 23 the Nascar Cup series logo the 75th Anniversary logo and Goodyear above the tires uh another fun thing on here is these little black black stripes they usually use that for osss trickery um and on the 164 I saw someone's diecast that had the black line and it goes like over the purple line and the purple line still shows up right below that purple line and like oh my gosh I can't do 164s that's why you never see them on the channel anymore because I just don't bother to buy 164s anymore because they're just so terrible anyways on the hood you have Grimace in his face as well uh and then you have the 23 Camry and 2311 racing logo right there that's 12 then on the roof you have just e23 and no McDonald's logo just the rest of the flames and that's it so off the top of my head right now I'm pretty sure he did all right in this race um if anything as much as I can remember maybe a top 20 finish um I'd have to obviously look back I didn't do that before this video the last video was a bit more prepared I kind of edited that in but we don't talk about it I did not see if he did good I'm pretty sure he did he was all right I mean wasn't his best race he hasn't had a lot of great races last two years since he won at uh whatam Mall Kansas in 2022 and I think he's still winless um if I'm correct on that ever since that day he was close to Talladega last year I believe and I think he wrecked with blay um when they were going for the win uh then Kyle wush comes through and steals it for like his second to last win today other than that this scheme is incredible uh if you haven't picked this up I would because I think it's going to be rare soon although there's 576 of them out there they could honestly go really f because this is a great scheme a great collab with the Grimace and McDonald's and you know this is a once in a lifetime scheme really uh besides this year's because this year's is awful like I've mentioned on another thing that I want to say about Bubba he got a penalty in Chicago I think a fine in Chicago for you know bumping up on Alex Bowman uh even Bowman himself said he shouldn't get penalized for doing that because that's ridiculous and the next day you know what he gets penalized he gets fined I think $50,000 if I'm correct on that that's ridiculous I've seen so much worse and after the race and that is just one of the dumbest ones that they could possibly penalize anybody for just don't know that's it for this
