What can we expect from Jim Harbaugh??

[Applause] with Jim Harbaugh coming into the Los Angeles Chargers there's a lot of different things that are going to go on then that could happen that we're going to be keeping an eye on but the ultimate question is what can we expect from Jim Harbaugh I think overall there's a couple of different things we can expect um first off I think that this offensive line is going to be fantastic for the tour at least vastly improved like joal he might not hit the ground running per se but I think that by the time things are all said and done he's going to have an opportunity to be one of the best young left or right tackles excuse me in the game right now yes you've got Christian Slater or ran Slater excuse me on that left side the line but then you've also got Joe Al on that right side where yes he play he primarily did play on that left side in college at another day but he's got an opportunity to come in get some snaps be a starter right away and he's got all the tools you want right and so I think that yes he's going to this offensive Line's going to be vastly better uh just with the offensive that they have because yes R ran Slater Z Johnson in year three is going to be a lot of fun boseman's a stud um I've loved him for a while now also Trey pipkins I think that guard might be more of a natural fit um and then finally yes Joe Al at right tackle I think it's a great job uh he's going to do a fantastic job um coming in and getting an opportunity to start I think it's going to be awesome to see also you got some pretty good depth Jordan mcfaden as well as Foster surrell Brandon James andar so you got you got your death right you got your STS you got your death um because of that I think that you're lineups in place it's going to be at the very least vastly improved plus uh your running game is going to be better I think like it's going to be more balanced more efficient Gus Edwards JK dobins but kamani Bal is going to be a lot of fun like I do think that he's going to get a lot of run in the pass game and also Jared Patterson like there's going to be a lot of different things going on there Josh Palmer uh I've Loved Josh Palmer for a while I think he's one of the best better young wide receiv receivers in the entire NFL um he's going to be fun l m um I'm so excited for L Maki too he's something I'm keeping an eye on um definitely needs to get more snaps or excuse me he definitely needs to get a lot of targets right away uh cuz he's going to be a lot of fun also DJ CH is nobody to sleep on um Quinn Johnson the former first round pick I think if he can get his things together this is going to be a lot of fun but the offensive line just being better is going to open up so much things for this offense and because of that uh that the next thing I think that we can expect from Jim Harbaugh um is really developing this offense like I think I think top 15 slash like top 10 tops is going to be where this offense lies like I don't think it's going to be good right away um and I mean who knows maybe top get into the top 10 a lot of major statistical categories but overall I do think it's going to take time like vad makoni is that slot guy that he's going to be tough to guard and everything but it really does come down to Quinton Johnson Josh Palmer and the rest of the crew like do we have that wide receiver they can go up and get the football that can stretch the field like L mak's good don't get me run but we need that contested catch guy we need that guy in the slot and then also we need Josh Palmer I love some Josh Palmer so I think the offensive Line's going to be better I think that this offense is potentially going to be a top 10 to top 15 offense and things are going to look really good defensively I think this defense is finally finally going to be playing up to its potential because look at what he did over the last over his last couple of coaching scat you talked about his time at the 49ers that defense took major strides you talked about his time at Michigan that defense one of the best in the nation right like he he has the uh the coaching ability I think to uh really bring this defense to the next level uh I mean if not like he doesn't have talent either uh you know I think guys like Morgan Fox and ammania are both SLP down a little bit Puna is one of the best defensive tackles that nobody talks about I mean it's it's frustrating to me and I think him playing five tech oh boy oh boy that's got to be unfair because you got Joey Bosa and you got CLE back on the outsides after that like kuna Ford and Morgan Fox going to take up blockers and you got uh and you got those guys coming back I'm really excited about that as well but plus you know guys like Dion Henley and Denzel Perman I think are going to be really good in the middle there and even if they don't pan out Junior Coulson is no sludge either and he played with uh Harbaugh as well so and then as far as the secondary goes I like mean Samuel Jr deran James is a good player as well uh also Jer Taylor in the slot yeah I like that a lot so overall uh I really feel like there is a lot of different things going on here uh with Jim harbal and the different things that he's going to do um just in all three phases like from the leadership from the offensive line to really helping out the offense like I think this was a good uh really good pick up by the Chargers I think that he's going to absolutely just transform this team I think they can be a playoff team I really do uh we'll cover that in another video but overall I think that's three
