last episode we had a close call loss against the Colts and then a pretty convincing win over the Cardinals we now see ourselves near the end of this season taking on three really tough opponents today we'll have two next episode will be the final game of the regular season along with the stats and awards uh but this game we have the bills and the Chargers the final week will also be the bills definitely a weird scheduling thing but uh three really tough opponents that could result in three straight losses which if that is the case we would miss the playoffs I would think but I will say it's pretty damn guaranteed that if we were to win even one of these games I feel very strongly that we will make the postseason as of right now you can see that the Chiefs aren't even in it uh where are the standings actually so right now we stand as the fifth seed oh wow the Bengals are actually only one behind us at the seventh seed I was thinking we had a two game lead okay so maybe we even need to win two games we definitely I think need to at least win one though but we'll see we'll uh we'll see let's take a look at the players of the week real quick you can see some of our guys on the top of the list we are not number one in passing yards anymore though Joe burrow and Dak for the quarterbacks the offensive players defensively green law and Ward with the defensive player of the week of Ward wins but let's take a look at the potential injuries of these bills team as we obviously haven't played them yet it's a really weird scheduling like I said I'm not really sure why that was done but it was no injuries to the bills uh and maybe they just got off some injuries who freaking knows but let's take a look at uh I guess our roster cuz maybe you're new to the series which if you are maybe uh if you end up enjoying the video maybe leave a like subscribe if you're new uh but a lot of morale as well for uh Drake May unbelievable plus four but this is what the team looks like as of right now there's obviously some things that need to improve but we've also had some uh some kind of unexpected season so far Drake May who is now an 82 overall with the crazy morale boost I mean all of our sliders are on base 100 cu I didn't know how crazy it was going to be maybe they need to go down some uh but let's take a look at that Bills roster through the weekly strategy actually we don't really need to see we know the Bills roster didn't really change much their uh offense not really scoring a lot of points only 19.3 points per game which is weird because they have a really good offense so they must not just finish drives well so when we get into that uh that goal line Red Zone situation maybe we need to be uh you know a little more uh tight cuz it seems like they can move the ball well just not actually scoring and then defensively they're not taking the ball well away but they are playing really well as they are ironically enough the number one points per game defensive team in the league allowing under 17 points per game yards are great seems like they're not as good in the past uh game as I guess they have lost a lot of their uh cornerbacks but they still have Taran Johnson who is really good I am going to go with short throw which we've been doing a lot of run stuff but it hasn't necessarily worked out the this is going to be the plan let's go on in and we have one upgrade before we head on in it's Jayvon Baker who's actually been uh definitely improving week to week we're going to go playmaker CU it's just been so good for us couple of catching upgrades some route running stuff uh he's he's developing well too 7 87 catching traffic now it's going to be hard to drop passes even when there's a guy right on us we are uh we're developing pretty quickly here we are on the road against Buffalo obviously the final game of the season will be played at home against this said Buffalo Bills team hoping to see some snow I know it's not like the bills aren't used to it but I still just want to see some snow I think it'd be an epic one especially if it meant you know potentially one of these teams not making the playoffs because of the results obviously we'll have to see what happens we might end up just winning this game and then the bills just lose the rest of their games and they you know never have a chance or vice versa even but uh we'll have to see obviously want to be on our best behavior this is a really good team that is uh8 and six they need this win debatably more than us so you know they're going to get uh we're going to be getting their best we'll be kicking this ball off first obviously a lot of bills fans in the crowd here today as we are going to be containing that edge and they're going to get to the 27 yd line so not a bad start for the Special Teams unit take a look at how well Josh Allen has played haven't really heard much about this Bills team at all cuz we haven't played them 21 touchdowns five interceptions 3100 yards it seems less Josh Allen Le you know you expect a little bit higher picks because you expect a lot higher touchdowns but either way they are where they are positive over 500 on the season oh switch to the wrong guy there almost almost didn't realize our mistakes and we are going to stop that run dead in it tracks huge hit didn't think he actually gained a yard there last week James Cook 13 rushes for 64 yards and a touchdown Which is I mean okay just not a whole lot of volume from the 28 yd line motion going to go with Bentley got the tight end we're a little late there he's going to be in some trouble that's Josh Allen for you and Jones isn't going to get there Josh Allen's running on the side line try to strip him late couldn't that's a 40 yd run excuse me Jonathan Jones do you mind caught up to him but not until 40 yards that is a huge blown play all right massive blown play is going to set them up at the 32 yd line motion okay they switch but to say I thought it was galani and good defense but still caught it for four is that galani going against a wide receiver switching over to Bentley on the potential swing oh trying to cut up field and it is galani I got too much to cover but we stripped it and he recovered his own fumble the concentration to be able to do that is unbelievable Shakir with the catch the first down the fumble the recover it all right we're going to have to jump this James Cook route I think the middle is so free though and it's not going to be James cook route good hit but a touchdown to the outside Josh Allen using that throw power most quarterbacks in this league aren't getting that ball off in time before a DB hits him so that was a Josh Allen play simply put throwing that ball that quickly over there that far away and still I mean we we got a hit on him it's just he held on starting off at the 30 yd line I would prefer to maybe run this yeah we'll run this with the pulling guard I suppose we're going to cut this back perfect Lane oh my God he got hit hard we gained four not a great week last week but still a good enough performance to help I'm going to go with an out route to pulk I wish it was an actual out though there we go thank you short out good throw that throw power and now not quite Josh Allen like but it's pretty good it's impressive another four yards do we actually trust the stretch play and we will nice blocking great cut six yards we said we want a short play this game so here's the short pass outside there Douglas six yards going to keep releasing that ball quick want to run that out again with pul but I think the the receivers is actually kind of shading that outside a little bit more than normal I should have taken that oh please oh wow Henry just didn't jump for it maybe just didn't expect it cuz he was out of his break still they brought the blitz troubles arrived it's going to be a screen pass on third and four which they're not going to see we just need one block and we barely get it oh my God how are you not smoking that guy in the open field good job ra Andre though play action look Baker across the field do have that post if they uh they lose a step on him they won't the coverage is actually pretty good on that Crosser as well but not good enough it's going to be a DOT of a throw and Baker is going to hold on Stick wide open Hunter Henry who's going to gain eight maybe seven we're seeing the field pretty well so far got to be honest I'm kind of feeling a blitz is coming although didn't they just run a blitz yeah maybe I I shouldn't have believed that Drake May trying to hold off that drive as long as possible that that roll over so I felt like maybe we could have thrown it to someone but couldn't first down speaking of I kind of want to run like a QB sneak Henry it's going to be a tough one and are you kidding me and he doesn't catch it what is I I don't know I don't know why this ball goes up to the moon in the beginning I'm not sure why he's catching like this ju just don't do that and just I don't know what that is he basically threw it in the air and then Teran Johnson just lets it hit him in the head maybe he lost it in the sun I guess the sun is like right there in fairness yeah he probably lost it in the sun I suppose but I don't know what just happened just has his whole ass in the Corner's face I don't really like this run look but I hate the pass looks I don't know what to tell you I think the Buffalo Bills defense is really good this is where their points per game like denial is I mean I guess is our best chance Bell is in oh that's a pretty good route by Baker the throw is not great though fourth and two from the three they already have a touchdown stick has been pretty good for us they've got enough linebackers up to where I can't trust the Run Henry touchdown yes clutch fourth and two conversion I just felt like you know I agree I think it's you got to go for it there a defense that doesn't give up any points who knows how many times we're even going to get down here and they've already scored seven the pressure's on you know you you got to deliver they brought a little bit of a blitz they just left Henry open again though and this one's a lot easier to catch he does tied up game all right we're on par to beat their points per game but they are also on part of beat their points per game we're on the running back and he tries to set that up what a throw back inside it's going to be Keon Coleman the big rookie wide receiver got to say Josh Allen is seeming very comfortable right now even though he's running around a lot but that's good for him I suppose that's a good SWAT I don't know how Hunter Henry didn't jump up for that ra Andre punching rul right in the nose from the 45 yd line oh that was a quick throw out there I thought he was going to throw to the guy we let go either way they're both open for almost a first down seven gain not really seeing a whole lot of struggling from the bills so far they had that one drive and then they got 40 yards on the Run scramble is kind of bait out to keep the inside open oh wow wide open to the outside there Keon Coleman he's a big guy it's kind of hard to believe how we're losing track of him so easily give me motion nice Push by uch will cause the ball to come out quick and a drop from cook 's had a couple of nice plays so far see if barmore wants to join in pretty good job by barmore got the double team it's going to be another throw oh there's nobody there though and Bentley slams him they're going to give him credit for a first down but that was a really good hit first down check here would be real nice if we uh sto letting everybody free like that underneath and he's going to run right into the sack o 11 yards back we kind of contained The Edge a little bit on that one and more importantly cover that underneath that he was probably going to step up and throw as his last uh ditch effort but he really had no one throwing away would have been a grounding penalty and he was just trapped Zone has been a little iffy for us but it's the safest way to Blitz I think so otherwise we'll have no safety help no one back deep the outside and there goes Gonzalez getting burned Again by Coleman we know who so far is the better number two well number zero I should say Gonzalez is playing like number two Blitz oh they fell for and that'll be a touchdown I can't believe they both went after the running back oh my their running back died so they could run Gade wide open TouchDown both of them went for the running back oh that sucks that in a sack they are really stacking the box I got to say but they're also letting Hunter Henry have like a career day as he's still going to the 48 yd line there you go from the 48 yd line looking at the wheel there's I mean they're not covering the short route stuff as Demario Douglas drops a wide openen pass craziest part is he emerged as really our best receiver early on and now he's he is truly number three reading the play and I kind of read that wrong we got slammed oh my God it's weird because I knew to let go the ball let go the button if I wanted to hand it off and I knew that if he stopped we needed to do that and I still just froze in the moment oh no I don't like it throw it away ah I seen Henry sort of and I just didn't feel confident about throwing into that spot I would have had to step up and I felt like we were going to get hit as we threw I should have just taken yeah I mean it's just it's tough T right like you can't throw to any of those receivers on the right even though he commits to the outside you can see that guy steps up he's taking de Mario if I throw it here on that I mean kind of wheel post I don't even know what you would want to call that route to uh pulk I mean that needs to be a perfect throw to get in behind and then for Henry I'd have to wait till right here and that guy inside could still get there potentially that's the only guy I would have had and I did think about it but instead of thinking about it I I kind of sold and that's a pretty good punt I think maybe it's a little far out there no that's a terrible punt wow okay never mind all right that was uh not a good punt sweet fun yay move them all over and that's a screen pass that could have went for a lot it's showing uch who I think got in the way of the lineman who got in the way of the running back but I I truly think they just made a mistake there they should have had that they played it too nonchalantly maybe I don't know who I'm hit sticking there it caused them to slow down and Juke though which is fair enough third and six I think we're giving him too much time to throw there's been a lot of secondary route type of scramble out plays we got to bring the heat and our corner is not looking and there goes uch Blossom that's a loss that's a sack that's a punt and they will be punting this ball doesn't really seem like a great punt there either I thought he fumbled am I crazy to think that looked like he he dropped it either way to the 47 yd line nice return good blocks even though we don't have the tight end lead I'm going to run it left anyways and I did not want to go right we got bounced that way by our own lineman I wanted to angle left while Trucking and there goes Henry again wide open doesn't get the block but also doesn't switch hands either but hey a nice uh massive first down there there is letting Hunter Henry work I suppose two-minute warning let's try to make this the last drive because despite it feeling like we're losing by a lot we really aren't like we're actually not at all and we we kicked the ball first so oh there goes ra Andre well I don't think we're wasting any time now as ra Andre is going to bury him for the touchdown H we had secondary things in our mind thinking about maybe wasting the clock but instead you got a wide open TouchDown you got to take it we are not guaranteed scores and when you have a chance to have a guaranteed score you got to take it runs right through the safety I think it was popped them oh my God Taylor wrap you know pretty good hit power type of safety too got smoked big first down play to start their Drive yeah you would argue that maybe it would be better for us oh never mind with a sack you never know off the edge oou L this Edge group has been pretty impressive I was thinking first round pick is going to be used on edge but these guys have actually impressed and that's with uch being injured he's still having a great season missed like three or four games all right they're going to be wasting the clock but that's fine you know this bill's team is capable of the big play so you got to be careful when calling timeouts which they're not going to call one I feel like they probably will play conservatively here let's go cover four in case got a lot of receivers out there keep our eye on the back field in case they do decide to run play the outside and I knew it I just I knew it huge hit by Dugger but what am I supposed to do you know like it's USC a timeout doesn't affect their Outlook right they have all the timeouts in the world they wouldn't have wasted the clock on the previous play you know it's just it's the first down that happened to work and we cover the other side nice tackle but our Corners cannot cover that side I was going to say it depends on how they score here if they score a touchdown then yeah it was a bad decision to go for the touchdown cuz at worse so we could have wasted the clock kicked a field goal been a four-point deficit to the outside never mind Gonzalez he could score a it is Josh Allen though and tried to spin left and they gave us the wrong way that's a late hit where's my extended yards Christian Gonzalez reaching out hard intercepting him and all of those talks about wasting the clock for the final drive was not necessary that time his throw power was not enough pul that's a little bit late oh good catch though time out they're really going to be having a line but they're probably going to drop that safety yeah they do I mean you got to take that right it's going to be behind them isn't it Baker holds on Taylor ra no it's not even Taylor R I'm thinking of his old number I think he used to wear 24 is that Cole Bishop he was in pretty good position but the throw was better and the catch was even better what a play we've got options could even run the ball if we wanted to I probably won't on the first play but could Douglas okay that's a bad throw I can't blame Douglas on that sure he maybe could have caught it but at the same time you probably don't want him to all right Milano is in the zone I'm not really sure what he's done to deserve that but he is in the zone ra Andre and another bad is it just bad timing on that one like it showed green no you know what I'm going to run the ball I don't know if they're going to be ready for it and we tried to hold it didn't work out you can see one of our guys actually tried to cheat on that he tried to hold and it you know didn't happen got him around the the collar kicked it a little early but that's fine we'll have the three-point lead into halftime with possession though nice little comeback steady defense and one would assume a lead and they're actually going Hail Mary I don't understand the thought process here but we will cover oh my God we're actually not going to cover that well what a job by Dugger there to get a hand on it cuz I mean I know that that play took a long time to come down but if he had seconds he could have caught that and you know maybe they get a chance at a field goal but either way 17 to 14 our Patriots team maybe not looking as strong as before but playing about as usual it's a tougher team so you expect uh struggle still we are winning we are winning and we look like we're winning I think we'll say their offense has looked really strong too but I think our defense has looked a little better at times let's take a look at the Jets versus the Rams jets are not you know everyone else around them is saying their season's over but they don't agree they're trying to go 9 and eight maybe sneak in can they maybe will they I don't know Eagles versus the commanders division rival there and yeah the commander is trying to do the same but it is not looking promising as the 10 and four Eagles are up 28 to Z hero got a lot of ground to make up in that one the Giants versus the Falcons and you have a really close game between a team that is making the playoffs to a team that has no chance at the playoffs so maybe you worry about the uh Readiness of that Falcons team but let's take a look at some of the plays highlight plays really good movement from Stevenson and of course full head of seam I do not envy rap I don't even know why he was there I don't think their DC would even blame him if he would have stepped aside thoron on the return he's got a lot of speed but Wallace has just got the magic for some reason but there you can see the bad blocking if that was Wallace he doesn't get to the 29 I don't think but ra Andre Stevenson still the number one receiver for running backs and of course I believe still the number one rusher in general outside of an injury looking like he's easily going to be hitting 2,000 total yards here we go starting off the second half the Run Lane's looking pretty clean and ra Andre gets blasted out of the bounds to the 45 yd line do got to say though for the most part in this game specifically not really seeing a whole lot of run Lanes but there was one of them see how they want to read this and yeah I I panicked again I saw him step panicked it should have kept it I'm I'm making the wrong reads it's called a read option maybe you need to learn how to read before you try a read option Milano still in the zone as well it's going to be a tough throw Baker holds on and I thought he was going to take it beautiful route great catch solid throw that that's one of those throws that can't really be behind them and it wasn't or if it was it was like minimally behind him cuz you're just not catching that ball if it is it's pretty good coverage and I wanted to throw across that deep in and I we just didn't have the time we did not have the time to throw that and we take the 13 yd sack going to get a block from amandre cuz they are not afraid to Blitz got the comeback route that comeback route's dead but Henry open wide again gains 20 all right another read option we got if they stop I Let Go all right we got the read option inside May takes a hit to the 20 run inside Ram Andre and it's not going to happen o three yards though thought we were going to like slam them we got the Jet Sweep going it's going to be a tough move for Baker can he get out there oh we can't get anyone out there good blocking fellas is that supposed to happen on that play or is it just another Madden where it's just completely bugged and the The Tackle just forgets the block all right we got ourselves a tough throw to Henry not really that tough he caught it easily what to say we have ourselves a Crosser but they cover that pretty quickly last time we threw that Crosser we were a little behind on the throw and it worked out anyways it's a tough throw to pul potentially maybe should have taken that throw it away doing too much there zigg oh that would have been pretty bad I think tan Johnson jumped in front of him last second they're playing really good coverage here in the goal line or I'm just not seeing the field one of the two kind of selling out for this uh this double move inside to Baker maybe should have had it ah we take another sack there's nowhere to go with it though there just simply isn't it's good defense all right kicking that accuracy a little low just so we don't you know whiff It Up by six the bills are still in it we're just not finishing drives like we expected not to Star out at the 42 yd line first and 10 bills decent starting uh range he's going to cut back oh we missed the hit it might have been a fumble forcing level hit good D though barmore cooked up with that one oh we could have had it nice hit with Dugger that's going to deny them the first down he might have fallen forward if not of course this could be like a touchdown setup play but I think you got to just bring the blitz anyways ah we kind of sold that one move him over oh it's a play action oh wide open there goes Keon Coleman he's not that fast come on good job Gonzalez to the 19 Beat Again Keon Coleman's in great for them to be fair we don't know his overall he might actually be halfway decent now don't know about that speed but it doesn't seem to be slowing him down here as outside good teamwork there oou lari with Gonzalez the first one there bills looking to take the lead here last play before the fourth quarter if they hike it and they will not fourth quarter six-point deficit for the bills but they are in position to clear it four receivers out the Run game really hasn't been that good so we can kind of play off of it a little bit I think also they all always have this motion oh I did not expect him to sit not that it matters it's a perfect throw Shakir slides in for the touchdown really good catch there I mean that's it's a pretty good throw to like kind of open up the receiver throwing him open but unbelievable catch and our guy just couldn't get there it's pretty good coverage just a perfect throw what can you do running to the left Against the Grain a little bit the receivers is kind of selling them out hard 12 yds gain good running maneuvering into the blocks perfectly and really good job by the receivers selling it play action nobody on ra Andre again this is why he is the number one receiver as a back number one receiving back in the league 14 yards on that one Drake may not a great performance but not a bad one yeah like I said it's not you know I think the slider in a good spot they got this many players up I don't like to go with a oh my God please does he hold on wow good catch I thought he was going to cover that short out and he didn't ironically enough I tried to save the play by like touch passing it just to give him a chance and it actually almost hurt him as good enough blocks we're not waiting for anybody wow nice hit by Cole Bishop actually kind of sent ra mandre backwards but not enough to stop him from getting the first got some play action going pulk is our main route but they got some uh some players out there yeah I should have known pre- snap what was going to happen here and okay cardinal sin of uh quarterbacking don't throw across your body I can't believe he overthrew that though I even waited as long as I could to try and make that a clean throw and we still just over thre it by a mile it was just a tough angle I mean that's tough I guess we're getting hit as we're throwing too and H short receiver of dearia it was just like a trifect of bad I wanted that sick highlight play I mean no play is really Out Of Reach when you got a quarterback then can run a little bit sometimes it should be Out Of Reach sometimes you live to see another down and said now oh I saw him open too nice hit doesn't fumble uh the bills have the lead with ball keep Dugger up close although the tight end's been cooking Us Alive I mean a and then I miss nice hit again no fumble them I mean what am I supposed to do a lot of dra you know a lot of wheel routes that go all the way down the field and he stops dead and even as a user I couldn't stop quick enough it's tough short out get him out of bounds as well oh he like ran out of bounds he's like afraid and it's going to be a run can't get off there with Bentley and that's going to be a big first down and then some I mean no matter what we're going to have a chance with it on offense to potentially tie it up but not looking good to try and hold them to not need the tie and go for the win running back's open picked right to Bentley it's back to- back weeks now spin into nothing is that not back to back weeks of Bentley just getting like the most blind read thrown right into his hands Josh Allen doing something similar to us but ours was a little more valid our guy was open we were throwing across our body hard mind you and getting hit Josh Allen just made a terrible decision oh that is wide it sucks cuz Baker got open because of a of a bump and then he can't get to the ball because of a he was open for at least 20 there and it's gone it is all gone that that hurts got a big touchdown of Baker was it two weeks ago last week I can't remember Douglas not a great throw but good enough and Milano catches him damn all right the screen pass hasn't necessarily done Us in dirty yet they're bringing a blitz it seems we wait it's clean perfect throw wow I don't know why our guy just missed the block we'll go to bounds why not it's not even really about just the clock there but also the fact that there's no real help around in case he does fumble go to running back ra Andre tough catch holds on once again showing you why he's number one he's got decent hands I can't lie oh God tried to switch it up couldn't and I guess either way we were screwed they just didn't block that was just it's not blocking that's just I don't know what that was two guys came in free outside there Baker good catch first down fumble I'm not too mad about it cuz I think he's down but not 100% certain that' be a really bad fumble if not but I'm pretty sure he is down feel like the the ground actually forced a fumble if anything ooh that's actually kind of close was it not moving early can't really see they're just going to show the recovery they're going to review this I want to see this back I couldn't really tell it almost looked like it was moving early but I think the knee might have been first oo yeah I think the he he like put the ball on the ground and that's why it fumbled which I mean I guess it would be a fumble but his knee was down at that point to minute warning that was a close call that was definitely close at this point obviously just kind of going for the field goal for the win and there goes ra Andre going to pick up a nice block from Henry 87 yds on 13 carries to the 37 yd line clock is almost our friend so I mean I'm going to let this one run read option and I didn't trust that I knew it was going to happen the read option has been so iffy like even when you make the right read or the wrong read it's just like the blocks suck maybe wasted too much clock going throw that in early and he holds on Baker's running to the 15 yd line all right it's it's a now it's now running time I mean it's it's hit the field goal and you win time Baker with another really good performance too honestly don't even think we go for the touchdown if we have it you know I think you just we set up the run that way because at the end we are going to be trying to get to the middle for an easier field goal so you don't mind going left or right hash before you get to that third down pretty good blocking trying to play it about as safe as possible giving them next to no time to to play is fine don't really care too much as long as we get that field goal in there didn't really get that to the left has hash as much as possible but it's still pretty good all right no ice although the the thing is kind of zooming a little bit it's kind of going crazy oh wow it actually is am I crazy or is this like kind of unfair no like would this not be almost impossible if it was a 50 yarder right I mean is it in it is okay I don't know what that that bar kind of got wild though the like The Arrow but it's up I mean I was so distracted I wasn't even hyped for the fact that we likely just won the game like that was kind of insane no like I get it's supposed to be a hard field goal cuz the pressure is on but from 30 from 30 it's that tough like that's what we're doing out here okay if you say so and they don't even want to give me three man deep or some sort of prevent defense like what are we doing like no matter what they do they run the ball I don't care I want to prevent I don't care what their game plan is pitch play Run play doesn't matter matter and clock is done he's going to throw it back across been seeing that a lot from teams lately I don't know if that's just the meta and they've been seeing it work in practice more often but suppose the uh the Deep shot Hail Mary was never going to happen anyways you needed 70 plus which Allan probably does have the arm straight to almost do it but it's just going to be a tough play anyway so you really want to do the pitch play which you can't really do that if you throw it 30 yards down field cuz there's no one behind them well in range unless you're going to pitch it back 20 yards it defeats the purpose you might as well run the ball anyways but of course a really close game lot of uh you know maybe too much do-it-yourself moments where you need to just play to the next down and really both sides had that and if not for that we would be looking at a a potentially different game from you know if one of the sides didn't do cuz obviously like I said both sides did it Josh Allen had a throw across his body that was dumb we had a throw across our body that was dumb comple percentage was obviously higher for Allen he did throw two picks though so you know we had uh almost the same total touchdowns but he had two picks and that was really the difference uh Henry was Great Baker was great anyone else was great PK didn't really have much going on sack totals two for ruch one for rouso one for Oliver one for oilar a pick for rap Gonzalez and Bentley kicking was clean we just had three field goals the field goal game was the winner got a couple of upgrades before we head on to uh the Chargers Josh uch who's been once again very successful this season despite the fact that he's missed quite a bit of games gets two to finesse move and one to block shed putting him at 83 finesse how many sacks has he had this season 11 and a half and he missed like three games he's unbelievable we then have Shawn Wade who is going to be getting a slot upgrade and he will get two overalls that might be a massive upgrade nope just I mean it's not bad three main coverages pretty good but I was thinking if you go up two overalls it's some plus fours in there maybe but not quite and then okaf for one of the positions we definitely need to replace going forward uh maybe we should have used Kaden Wallace but I mean in preseason Kaden Wallace really didn't look that great OK for is probably our best left tackle option maybe you could move Cole strange over but then the left guard would be a problem and that's where we run the ball a lot so it's just like there's no real winning with this current landscape of a roster but either way let's move on to week 17 where we are not going to be seeing any sort of scenarios the Chargers obviously going to try to find their way into the playoffs of the Bengals lose they did that might guarantee us the playoffs am I crazy to think this I'm pretty Dam it does I I'm I'm like thinking I'm like hm the math okay they're eight and seven eight S it literally has an X next to our name we're in the playoffs damn it no matter what we are locked in so winning that game in week 18 is going to mean a lot for us because we might be able to knock the bills out of the playoffs who are obviously a tough team but let's take a look at the Chargers see if they have any injuries take a look at this weekly strategy maybe we have some upgrades and then hop right in to where we're oh Joey Bose is out with a dislocated hit for three more weeks which might be the whole season especially if they can't win this game cuz I think that's going to be it for them playoff wise uh but let's take a look at the weekly strategy as uh you can see they're a middle of the pack offense which I mean they should probably be better than this since they are the Chargers they got some weapons well I wouldn't say they even have some weapons that's actually a lie they have a good quarterback uh looking at the defense they do not defend the Run well pass yards are decent I guess you go inside you know their DT spot has been you inter I in general has been pretty weak for a while and they just haven't found an answer and then for Focus players why break what's working drick wise junior is one of those players with an upgrade points I'm not really sure what I want him to be good I guess we'll go run stopper cuz you know that is his scheme fit on top of it but uh one to finess two to block shed I mean we'll take that block shed we'll take it maybe it's DT that's POS uh not position group but first on the list for uh scouting let's actually take a look at that we haven't really seen that in a while is that two top 10 like interior guys is what it looks like to Me Maybe not dt1 is Mr Henry Ross got a bunch of other DTS they're all two to threes though morency Morenci looks pretty good we got a lot of young players though which is nice a lot of 21 to 22 year olds not looking too bad obviously that's kind of the positional need that we had Edge was up there but we felt like we had more potential there than DT that's why we scouted it further 40% is a little lower than I would have liked to see at at this point but that's fine now looking across the board corner is not super strong which is unfortunate cuz that's a pretty big positional need for us as well safety I mean there a lot of strong safeties holy crap three four five six seven eight players they deem one to two projection obviously that can change but even for that to be like a thing as of right now is pretty insane DT is really strong too though which is nice cuz we obviously need that oine a bunch of one to two tackles no real guards like at all that really sucks that means we're going to have to draft high if we want o line tight end uh we definitely could use a tight end we'll look deeper into that at some point but wide receivers fine running back's fine quarterback's fine so not really a whole lot you need to worry about on offense other than like maybe a lineman or two this actually is probably one of the better drafts you could see for the needs we have would have love to see though some some better guards but for the most part not bad here we are the last two games of the Season we're about to face off against the Chargers for one of two Herbert and Company they need to win even if they win these two next games they might not make the playoffs so obviously losing them is a guaranteed L for their season still no snow game though obviously really cold Prime Time game here in New England but uh still no snow maybe we'll see that in the final game against the Buffalo Bills where a lot is going to be on the line for them of course obviously us we're perfectly fine we're we're happy we're uh content making the playoffs in a season where it feels like a rebuilding year we've definitely exceeded expectations and we're almost playing with house money at this point you know no one expected us to be here whether we win or lose whether we get smoked or we we blow the other team out once again we're playing with not a whole lot of pressure which is is how you want to do it young team starting a lot of young players making the playoffs it's just it's effortless you know it's just you don't have to worry about anything big hit for Dugger is going to start them out of the 5 Y Line the Chargers once again middle of the pack team on offense okay on defense but not really against the Run he's going to be coming in to our home trying to take away a better seating from us obviously we still have a chance at the the bye I imagine I don't really actually see the top uh team win wise definitely have a chance at the division title as well uh but we'll see what we can do if we can win out and really just do what feels like the impossible galani one-on-one is going to easily take down their running back who is going to be Gus Edward uh 20 yards or 20 attempts for 66 yards is a pretty bad performance not really a good run game here for the Chargers unfortunately Eckler you obviously regressed quite a bit really didn't seem like his old self so they let him go and well it doesn't really seem like their situation has improved much and we are oh we went for the quarterback there as they're going to hand it off to Gus Edwards again who's going to gain another four Marte oh we got sold can't get to him that's a good throw wow he's really open Herbert first throw of the game is going to be 21 yards to Hayden Hurst and we're going to see an injury is that from Hayden Hurst there's no way Hayden H already injured One play and he's dead that's unfortunate for them is they going to hand it off no it's going to be another play action and come on Gonzalez he gets beat it's one to one oneon-one makoni is going to put a little hesy move and score lad makoni on the outside burning Gonzalez hard the ball's thrown not a great angle on the tackle really just try to go for the SWAT SL pick out of position not a great decision In fairness and then just like a little hesy move that just caught us cuz I he's not slow Wallace on the return Thorton's gone by the way he he literally like entered their Zone I don't even know if that's legal he literally almost entered the zone that the Chargers were waiting in to to gun it's insane like relax man he should have stayed with us as a fullback basically uh of course looking at the touch on a pick ratio it's not great but the yards are almost at 4,000 he should hit 4,000 easily but uh yeah I mean our picks have definitely climbed a little bit I will say our rushing touchdowns are probably like some of the highest in the league so it's going to look a little worse when you compare them to other guys and there goes Henry perfect throw he's going to catch it and out run Derwin to the 30 yard line of all people to beat durwin James maybe a a tad overrated considering the X Factor but got smoked by old the hunter Henry I don't even know if I would say he's old but he's not young look at Derwin getting torched I really did not expect him to have I mean what a throw In fairness did not expect him to have the the pull away speed it's like Derwin didn't even expect it and we're going to trust the sweep see if the receivers is actually going to get a block oh the tight end actually blocked as uh Douglas cuts that nicely gets blasted by Derwin but gains 14 on the run about time we actually see some blocking especially on that play going to look for slint it's going to be Henry again we actually threw that to the side so he can actually step into the open space instead of stepping into the hit perfect 11 y for another first down they're kind of looking a little open here it's going to be honest that KH Max standing up as Stevenson's got two to beat he won't gain two and even though there's only three down they do have a pretty stacked box so we're going to throw this ah we got a guy running the wrong way that's going to be ground in pulk completely just ran the wrong route he was supposed to run a slant he ran like a zig or some sort of out or something I can tell you what he did not go the right way as we're going to lose 10 on the grounding come back route from pul if he even wants to run the right route we're going to have to take the underneath and even now we can't get over the line as he hits the lineman and that will be a field goal like at best we maybe hit who's that Demario Douglas in behind but it seems like because we were throwing this guy stepped up I don't know if we have that opening in behind if we we hold it longer either way we will get a field goal it'll be 7 to3 Chargers with the ball back on offense and they're not going to hand it off and that's going to be another long TouchDown for Lan makoni Gonzalez is being cooked alive what overall is makoni he's literally destroying him we have single high with peppers and he's not deep enough this defense is getting destroyed I mean he gets his hands on him but it doesn't really do much and he just can't catch him even though Gonzalez is supposed to be so fast he's a 78 overall and I don't know what they want from me can we flip it nice pulk on the play action we going to go underneath just cuz the guy that just got absolutely buried switch hands thank you who got absolutely buried looked like he was going to stay back and even then it was a great play regardless so it doesn't really even matter let's switch this run to the right what is all about leverage and angles can't really go anywhere couldn't go all the way out side they had Tulu palu maybe could have cut it back it's going to be a failed run but that's all right not every play is going to be a success even though it kind of feels like it has been for us this season throw it there good throw power though and Hunter Henry's injured now second and 10 with the inside zone I'm not really even sure what abilities Mac has but I'm still going to double team him as Max still is the one to get us first four yard Gain No Bosa but obviously twoo it's got a lot of potential so you don't hate that if you're them ah I should have not have run it I just felt like the lineup they had wasn't going to work for them yet he blew that up it's going to be a field goal down by eight I mean they're uh they're pulling away from us they're a full touchdown and a two-point ahead of us with possession they're not going for the oh that could be picked it will be Jonathan Jones blows that up good job by Maki though to tackle us cuz a lot of times on that angle that kind of Jump Ahead you see him just completely burn the receiver and just go in for the touchdown bad throw bad read by Herbert and that will give us a chance to rectify our mistakes pretty good blocking too and just I don't know through a late Bell down the field it's actually throw to him it's a really good throw and oh he's got the speed he's in for the touchdown what a play Big in preseason gets one shot at like the main tight end spot and just absolutely destroys the defense Jahim Bell for like 40 safety just standing around instead of blowing up the tackle and that'll be a touchdown two-point conversion will'll tie it is that Mack there's no way Mack can cover Demario on an out it's actually Zone coverage it seems did not think he got that right foot down but we will take the two-point conversion what the hell is up with this first quarter 28 points still the first both teams need to settle in a little bit on defensive seems or the offenses are just go to our defense was getting gutted to be fair but we finally at least forced a turnover got a lot of tight ends and Herbert's going to take off right away and we still get him even with the block from pum I think it was and now Herbert is injured or he was faking I I guess end of the first quarter with a fake injury like that wasn't like a slow to get up type moment he literally looked hurt but whatever you say let's get out to that running back and that's going to be picked off by Gonzalez I don't know what Herbert's doing just out of nowhere they're they're like smoking us and then he's just throwing blind reads joal with his hands up looking like who what are we doing I I thought you were him I guess our guy technically does like hit him but even then Gonzalez blows the well maybe it's not Gonzalez it's Wade's Vault it's an open receiver out there he just throws a right to Gonzalez we can't blame it on Pi cuz ultimately uh well it wasn't open for one and two our guy had the right to be be there he got beat and he was trying to run to him they both collided intention can definitely be decided based on the fact that he's he's chasing a guy that he left open just go to Stevenson not going to be much but it's a first down got a couple of short options here pulk on that deep in and that's a lay throw to the tight end who catches in Oh I thought he was gone I thought he broke the tackle what a tackle there that would have been a lot of yards got a hook from Bell I I know if he can run this kind of route p can p can run that out route pretty cleanly though to the 21 yd line over 4,000 yards on the season that's got to be some XP Milestone great blocking I got to say for the most part though we are handling Mac pretty well and we get some pretty good blocks yet again Douglas gains six seven play action Hooper we don't have enough tight ends right now so Kaden Wallace is in oh they got a little bit of a rush a should have taken Hooper and Mack won't get the first down a I hate us for that that should have been a first down easily we had options it just took too long to throw it so those options closed up they got a lot of players in the line but I like our 101s and that should be a touchdown for Stevenson who wants the contact and nobody does will take the lead being down at one point 14 to3 I believe Herbert and makoni who are off to an amazing start now two picks I believe trying to throw to makoni can't get off the play with mapu we're trying to get there couldn't gain a three for Gus Edwards third and three 10o deficit for them we've climbed back pretty comfortably and we switch the wrong guy we're nowhere near the guys who need to be covering a I left him open cuz somebody was getting wide open on that sideline and I picked my poison like Maki would have been so open if we didn't back up or the tight end cuz I couldn't really tell what Gonzalez was going to do Gonzalez's unpredictability definitely gets him in trouble but also is the reason why he's leading the league in interceptions we're late oh that's not even the guy backup tight end gets it to the 46 will disley galani toi going against Gus Edwards and we get picked up pretty well try to cut in there couldn't slow him down enough though now that it matters cuz Gus is already slow as well 5y Gainer could have been so much worse there's really no help there at all trying to cover the underneath looks like a short play run Short play situation they're going to hike it right before the two-minute warning trying to catch us off guard and I knew he was going to bounce that so we waited baited him out into that cut back and waiting for help you know nobody really came to help they're in two we're going to be coming with the mid to move him over switch over to galani trying to get to the running back if I can and that was a great play by Jonathan Jones knockdown will likely force a long field goal they're going to go for it I guess it's cuz that field goal is long they're going to run it wait I'm so confused I can't run commit cuz you never know but they are going to run it and dogger is going to deny him turnover on Downs is it just me or the Chargers just seem unserious oh wow we got out there surprising and we avoid Derwin smartly for 11 Bell is still in I kind of want to quick throw this Baker not going to happen Bell clean route oh he holds on slips off of a tackle to the 21 yd line I don't know maybe tight end's not a need on this team you know the whole concerns about needing a new tight end would be Hunter Henry becoming a little bit too old for the position but Bell might be the replacement oh there is absolutely no one on Baker and that throw is nowhere near it's the only thing you get so excited sometimes when you have a guy that's literally bought naked and then you you miss the timing up should have taken that oh maybe not we'll make up to it for Baker diving for the End Zone Derwin denies it to the one kind of sucks that diving is less viable than just running through the play Let's waste this clock especially since it looks like a walk-in touchdown this defensive front does not look scary at all oh they got a DB like basically inside of Mack I don't even know how he's going to handle this feel like they're going to mess each other up very strange situation we're going to hike it now and as expected I'm not really sure what that defense is we'll take a two possession lead it would appear that Harbaugh is not enough is it going to be finally it's really early still but is this finally going to be a game where we get to see the backups coming maybe trying to strip them good try obviously we're not going to call a timeout but they mess up on this down maybe we're you kind of paying attention to last game where kind of made a mistake by uh trying to get the ball back running back's open and yeah especially with that catch we will definitely knock all timeout 3 for 128 the first uh makoni catch that isn't a the lions with the other side looking at the highlight plays obviously Stevenson's going to get involved as he does try to truck someone last second they didn't want the contact not really sure what highlight plays are going to show cuz yeah they have a lot of big touchdowns but they've also got a lot of turnovers that are costing them well really the game I mean they're down 11 with us getting ball if we could a touchdown that's a lot of possessions to try and overcome the clock is our biggest enemy so running the ball is going to be our focus and then I think there short to medium- range team so far they've done a little bit better in the medium game so we're going to defend the medium pass deep kick to Mr Wallace I don't know why he just has the magic he has the magic he's so he's literally running in slow motion I kid you not and yet to the 41 he goes receiving yards once again the number one receiver in the league as far as running back goes nearly 600 through the air and of course yes it's not through the air in the sense that like he's running these deep routes but you shouldn't be having that for your uh running back anyways this pulk try to do something crazy with it it's going to be a second and one this is a you know a chance for a highlight play here play action deep is what we're going to be looking not really an under Center type of play action but I like this Douglas looks promising I mean I think you take it pulk big fella good try slightly behind him but in position enough to catch it doesn't hold on though think we're going to have an emotion not coverage sacked oou lari I swear that those two have had a sack when they're on the same field at the same time each time they've each put up at least a sack per game they haven't always been on the like that wasting the clock isn't really going to matter too much at this point so just trying to get into the end zone again is the best bet and there goes Stevenson who beats Derwin for the down to the three I don't know we have the time for this I should have taken the running back ah should have taken Stevenson I was looking at left side cuz I thought somebody was going to make something happen from the three we're going to go for the Run game we're going to try and trick them with a motion from Hooper it usually doesn't work I think we're going to get blown up here at the same time what can we do audibles aren't really going to do us much either see if we can catch him off guard with that and we're going to run straight in and be denied of the one good effort RPO I don't know it's Mac over there so if he's he's hesitant he was hesitant but they actually blow it up anyways that is likely going to be a field goal they're telling us to go for this I don't know yeah I think I play it wasn't even his coverage I don't think we're blitzing the linebackers oh come on oh wow what a truck last minute I was like you know what this looks like a run and I blitzed all and it didn't those like throw it up to the corner type of plays have just been under throws not even just for our own team but other teams it seems going to have Gibson going against the grain here Mack makes a good play but because of that he's out of position we go out of bounds but it's a first down same kind of look this time you have the tight end on the other side to kind of maybe misdirect them a little bit can actually follow the main blocks slow down enough to pick up the block 5 yards gain for Stevenson be pretty hard to deny that a first down probably wins you the game clock Situation's not pretty for them going to waste it down to that 240 mark get us to the two-minute warning as we can really get to the outside slips The Tackle Mack does the best there to stop us a yard gain to the two-minute warning or they're going to call it wait what happened did somebody get injured you've got to be kidding me dude and we couldn't get the ball off I felt like they had it covered so I tried to just outrun them and Chargers did a pretty good job there somebody looked like they ran into the running backs so and it was it was Douglas so they gain or keep one of their timeouts because of Douglas so in theory if they got like a oneplay hitter they don't even need the onside kick to potentially win cuz they have all three timeouts they can actually make another stop and wow I knew that was going to be open too and pretty damn close to one hitter and they call a timeout which I don't know if I agree with I think you can get to the ball you know spike it find a quick look throw instead now they're you know basically holding their uh cards in the onside kick Market although you go for a pass like that and you don't really seem like you're going to have much of a chance anyways that's a lot of clock wasted for no real gain outside one-onone Tackle by Wade keeps him inbounds doesn't even get the first down playing off cuz the clock is the biggest problem and Gonzalez he wouldn't run to the ball we barely even got him to the ball let alone he couldn't pick it somehow jump that pass Herbert's been making bad decisions make him pay make the man pay fourth and one you never know and we try to go far out there Dugger can't finish the play and the fullback whoever it was going to go out of bounds for first down yeah herberts cost him this game without a doubt sure we might have played differently if we didn't have the lead that we did but it's an 11-point game with their ball and he threw like a thousand picks and that will be another one of them cuz Gonzalez is going to close the game out Herbert's pretty fast we're going to try to lead him out there we're not going to get the pick six that would have been great that player of the week either way the New England Patriots are moving on to another Victory 11 wins on the season now and there you have it a 35 to 24 Victory over the Los Angeles Chargers who really early in the game especially to L Maki who I feel like had a perfect game uh looked like a day were Unstoppable and then all the mistakes started to happen and you know our offense is going to Performance like how you know it's always performed of course that Henry play look at him just rolling down he's like are they coming it's like brother brother please of course L makaki like I said just beating everybody I mean the guy just did not play badly he he was perfect you know even the plays that he got picked off on weren't his fault this quarterback's fault referee not calling Pi potentially fault and uh it doesn't matter to us cuz we win the game out what it took to Win It Herbert with four picks more than his actual touchdowns still they're going to call it a 1 11.6 pass which is crazy to me uh May was great rushing we had two rushing touchdowns Stevenson one of his worst yards per carry games yet but obviously a lot of uh you know two possession leads trying to waste that clock down where they're expecting the Run uh looking at the receivers Macky 138 yards three touchdowns yeah quite the performance Palmer was pretty good dley was pretty good pul had some plays Bell had some plays Baker had a big play Henry had some plays and of course we have to look at the defense now who had one sack for oari one for uch one for Drake Jackson two picks for Jones and two picks for Gonzalez and the perfect kicking game beautiful game hey ra Andre with some more upgrade points would love to get him to 90 plus stiff arm but also would like some Juke moves so I'm not really sure what I want to do I'm going to go elusive I think it's our first elusive upgrade for him so why not give us some speed three to spin move one to Juke I actually really love that upgrade I actually like the spin cuz even if your spin move sucks it's about the angle that they're running at if they're running at a really hard angle and they're not really showing any signs of slowing that spin move wins like nine times out of 10 even with Bad spin move players really good upgrade for Cole strange here uh really I mean just some great upgrade three to pass block base which is really rare to get um nothing really showing as far as like you know story lines or anything like that we have lad makaki who I mean look at the game he had I mean the guy is just he cooked but unfortunately for them it would still end there they're going to say that Drake May has a rough rookie season really I mean I get we have a lot of turnovers but that's considered rough I mean he's got the most yards in the league some of the highest touchdowns in the league I don't know I think that's a that's a bit of a harsh statement uh but depending on what the seating is like for the uh future here we'll see if there's even a point in playing because obviously Miami might have all of the uh well point in Playing Our starters we might have some backups in myami might have the tiebreaker and as far as behind us goes you can see that the six seed has zero chance of climbing up and the seventh seed has zero chance of climbing up so if it's actually impossible to catch Miami for the division there's no point in playing starters right so we'll see what happens there um but obviously if we were to win the division and the Colts lose we could even have the first round by this is a really weird year where the Texans suck the Jaguars suck the Chiefs suck the Raiders are leading their division like it's it's a strange one man and uh this is our opportunity to strike our pouncing chance to uh potentially do some damage in the playoffs but of
