The Trump Arlington Cemetery Situation

all right hello everyone welcome to another video this this fine morning uh I'm on my actual Tik Tok today instead of the conservative one and uh there's some wild [ __ ] going on today I guess it started last night but I've been on that conservative Tik Tok so I haven't seen it yet uh but Trump went to Arlington National Cemetery and just I I already got this page pulled up but let's start with the video of J Arlington Cemetery is the media creating a story where I really don't think that there is one there is verifiable evidence there is there is verifiable evidence that the campaign was allowed to have a photographer there there's verifiable they were invited to have a photographer there there's verifiable evidence that the families of these poor people who had their loved ones die three years ago at ABY Road they had me abig gate those 13 Americans a lot of them were there with the president they invited him to be there and to support them that's not an insult to the memories of their loved ones they wanted Donald Trump there and thank God that we have a president who stands with our veterans instead of one who runs away from them it is oh my god did JD Vance start doing the air accordion friends instead of one who runs away from them it is amazing to me who stands with our veterans Trump's teaching him how to do the air accordion anyway that's not the problem JD we're not uh it's not about permission to to it's not about permission it's about something else let's go to his let's go to his Tik Tok doing what are you doing we lost 13 great great people what a horrible day it was [Music] we didn't lose one person in 18 months and then they took over that disaster the leaving of Afghanistan we lost 13 and that's the big thing so I already had this pulled up uh I found a good Reddit uh here it is so special events and demonstrations National cemeteries 12.4 special events and demonstrations conducting a special event or demonstration whether spontaneous or organized is prohibited except for official commemorative events conducted for Memorial Day veterans day and other dates designated by the superintendent and as having special historic and commemorative significance to a particular National Cemetery I don't know what the [ __ ] this has to do with anything why did I click on this one um yeah here we go that was the wrong one I thought that was it I'd already clicked on the link but that was that was the wrong one this is the right one um here it is all Memorial Services all Memorial services and ceremonies within Army National military cemeteries other than official ceremony shall be purely Memorial in purpose and may be dedicated only to the memory of those interned injured or memorialized in Army National military SE cemeteries the memory of all those who died in military service of the United States while serving during a particular conflict or while serving in a particular military unit or units the memory of the individual or individuals to be intered in uh in early or memorialized at the particular site at which the service ceremony is held this is the big one Memorial services and ceremonies at Army National military cemeteries will not include partisan or political activities private Memorial Services may be close to the media and public as determined by the Descendants Prime primary next to Kin so that's not the issue here that's not the issue what's is what's the issue great it's not political in nature for him to show up like that's not the problem this is the problem what a horrible was this right here is the problem that he used it for what is essentially a a political ad uh we didn't lose one person in 18 months and they took over that's the big part right there that they took over that disaster the leaving of this is a political ad so uh it's illegal violation of the Hatch Act the Hatch Act prohibits the use of federal government facilities for political purpos this is filming a campaign ad at Arlington National Cemetery of federally owned property is a direct violation of the Hatch Act uh if you want to read this it's on uh just just King Accord campaign ads at Arlington National Cemetery scroll down there's a Reddit post and there's a bunch of stuff but I'll get off that CU because this is all you need to know uh Memorial services and ceremonies and Army National military cemeteries will not include partisan political activities so the alter JD lied there JD lied here technically not a lie cuz he did film a TV commercial but he did film a campaign ad fun fact I don't know well let me see if he talks about it so yeah everyone's talking about it not only is the add legal but it's uh you see this right here is why veterans are upset because it's so Trump has been blaming Biden for the pull out of a Afghanistan for since it happened uh this man right here he said it a motion because this is an ad this is the ad that came out all the footage that you saw yesterday yeah this is the ad that they put out I'm not going to play the audio you can go look at at his page but this is what they were doing that they weren't supposed to be doing in section 60 do you do you see all that let me tell you why a statement from Arlington National Cemetery federal law prohibits political campaign or election related activities within Army National military cemeteries to include photographers content creators or any other persons attending for purposes or in direct support of a partisan political candidates campaign so for all the Trump Donuts out there that are talking about oh well they had a permit yeah they had a permit for one area of Arlington Cemetery they didn't have a permit to go into section 60 and do all that like can we talk about how disrespectful all these people were while breaking the the law breaking the rules physically assaulting Cemetery employ es like literally standing on other people's grave sites and what is this cuz she doesn't then he talks about whatever they're doing but it doesn't matter but smiling and giving a thumbs up that's a very normal thing to do Donald Trump over the grave of of a a Dead Soldier appears to have violated federal law by holding a campaign rally at a national cemetery here's Trump yesterday at Arlington National Cemetery where he gave the thumbs up and smiled in front of the the grave of a dead US soldier in addition to desecrating their graves Trump staff reportedly got into a physical altercation with the employees at Arlington National Cemetery where our war dead are buried because they tried to let them know you're not allowed to come here and do this specifically Trump's uh photographer was trying to go to a real an area of recent Graves of our recent war heroes which is like supremely off limits they wanted to go and photograph so Trump could get a photo up for the election now why is Trump doing this because Trump was caught calling Are Soldiers suckers and losers for being killed in action and prisoners of War Trump's own Republican chief of staff at the White House Marine court general Kelly said Trump called our soldiers suckers and losers and refused to even visit their graves when he was in France because he didn't want to get his hair wet during a storm Kelly also reports that Trump wanted to have a military parade in Washington but said he didn't want any Disabled Vets there because quote nobody wants to see that um this is why Trump's doing this guys he's trying to make up for it and uh finally he's trying to claim these are the graves of uh some of our soldiers Our Heroes killed in Afghanistan he's trying to claim that Biden's to blame for these guys being killed in Afghanistan guess who's to blame Smiley with the thumb uh it was Trump's proposal it was Trump's agreement that got us out of Afghanistan Trump even put out a statement at the beginning of the B Administration criticizing Biden for not getting out of Afghanistan soon enough he wanted Biden to expedite the withdrawal and lauded him for the withdrawal and now Trump is saying how could you do that he did it Donald because it was your agreement putting that aside could you be any grosser thumbs up over Soldier great and that smile it looks like a force smile too he could have just stood there he didn't have to [ __ ] do that uh and of course his supporters don't care as per usual but it's just gross it's so gross that he he's getting away with this [ __ ] still I mean and that people are still supporting him especially military members after this like not only did he break the law but once again Donal just look at that picture it's just gross bullied his way in bullied staffers of the cemetery and civilian military personnel for his photo up Donald Trump biting a curb 2024 yeah it's just gross uh I wanted to hop on and talk about this real quick cuz I know I just woke up and I saw all this going down and I thought it would be good to talk about a little bit and of course JD Vance a military man who has accused um uh KLA Harris and Tim Walls especially Tim Walls he said a lot of [ __ ] about Tim Wall's military record uh I
