HIS PLEA TODAY TO THE REDUCED. AN AMENDED NONCRIMINAL CHARGE. THIS TRAFFIC VIOLATION IS CONSISTENT WITH THESE FACTS. AND FULL ACCEPTANCE OF RESPONSIBILITY FOR THEM.
