e where ready roll we are ready we are live yes sir awesome um appreciate everybody being here just got done with uh with seven and uh first time in full pads first time a little bit of tackling did some tackling uh at the beginning part of practice did some tackling at the end of part of practice um man it was awesome competed like crazy we started outside today uh lightning and so we came inside awesome to have have this facility where you can just transition took us about a minute to transition and that part we're thankful for but it's been really really solid in terms of intent energy um you know for us I challenge them and I challenge them again to right after practice the effort has been really really good that that's that's half the battle we play in 20 whatever days the fundamentals the technique being in the right places schematically is is got to be what comes next we've been really really solid at both at on both sides at times and then at times we're harping so much on the effort and running the ball and and straining and finishing get out of position so I think there's been some really really positive things on both sides and probably everybody in the country would tell you the same um and then there's been a bunch of areas for improvement so it'll be really interesting as we we got a low day tomorrow we'll uh we'll get a bunch of uh bunch of tight Zone Red Zone work in tomorrow and then we'll go scrimmage and get coaches totally off the field let the guys go play we've done a bunch of situational stuff up until this point where they've been able to play but to go totally play for 11 10 plays or so it'll be really fascinating to watch but I I I love the intent I'm telling you I walk out and I thought this in the spring but I walk out every day and I'm upset about certain things happening during practice from uh from a execution standpoint but I'm I'm so excited about the effort and the attitude and the energy that these guys continue to bring they're they're so locked in right now on on us growing daily it's been it's been a a breath of fresh air in a lot of ways so it's been energizing questions what area or unit of the team are you the most pleased with so far what's been the story of the camp in your mind you know I I feel like on on offense it's been it's been the offensive line those guys uh and and Coach hoodie is mixing matching a little bit um you know as guys maybe get banged up here and there it's been awesome to see some other guys Step Up um that group has taken a step in terms of physicality in terms of strain uh schematically pass protection they've done a really really good job I've been really pleased with that group been pleased with the running back group that group's got a bunch of competition right now which is is awesome to watch those guys are pushing each other um you know it's been the three older guys I think have stepped up in a big way it's been awesome to see Alan Isaac he you feel like he's not an old not a young guy anymore because he was here in the spring Jaylen Johnson's taken steps scas Young's taking steps that group has got a bunch of depth uh knock on wood it stays that way uh that quarterback room I think bym has taken a step but I think Bryce has taken a step Izzy Carter's taken a step marcelus Tate doesn't look like a freshman anymore that's been exciting to see um you know really receiver groups pushed it's been it's been awesome the tight end group having Payton in there has really pushed the entire group to take another step that's an older guy that's played a ton of ball defensively the secondary has been been flying around that group has now got some depth and got a bunch of competition I think the linebacker group of all the groups maybe on the team as much as anybody that group's got a bunch of older guys with a bunch of depth and they're pushing each other making each other better like Jamie pway stands out as a guy that you know a year ago he got here this time literally after this practice uh now he's comfortable another year in the system he's pushing for time it's been fascinating Lex long has looked like a guy that was here in the spring he's pushing for time so those guys that group has done a really really phenomenal job I just gave you a bunch but just top of my head speaking of the offensive line what does Mike often do so well but you have so much trust to him what does he do well yeah Mike Mike makes it easy you know you trust the guys that you believe in their in their process um you trust that he's going to get you in the right thing so as a play caller um it you know when you maybe are just off a little bit you you feel like he'll get you to the right right spot in ter terms of man the run run call maybe ain't perfect for what you're getting he'll get you to the right deal same thing in the protection world uh he's so keyed into what's going on but that's how that's how he prepares um and obviously physically that's how he prepares that's how he's able to play as much as he played a year ago but mentally he is so locked in and that relationship with him and the rest of those guys in that room um you know there there was a moment last year in Camp uh where he went down and when I tell you that was really the first time it hit me like what the what this young guy means to not just the old line room but the whole offense like he went down and when I tell you it was like they were all looking around like who and Cole best is his backup and Cole plays guard for us as well Cole is totally I'm confident in Cole he prepares the same way but man you could see the entire offense was like man what is about to happen here lost a ton of confidence immediately so that's how you know what he means uh but just the way he goes about his Daily Business the way I mean he same guy every morning shows up hugs everybody wishes everybody in a leap morning H you could tell tired at times he'll he'll create the fakest energy you've ever seen But understands I got to bring the energy and I got to bring the juice and um just like dude you appreciate mentioned that running back dep Teran another example of a kid coming home to his home state it seems like he brings a lot to the table good pair of hands on the back field and perhaps an option on the return game for you too right yeah I think when we were looking you know when Kwan pow went down we were we were stressing a guy that's played a bunch of football um if it was going to be a young man from from the state of Florida that was going to be a bonus he also happens to be Ben knox's cousin which also helps um but man you talk about Pro in terms of how he handles himself that's U that's a guy that he got here he knew he got here late um so he had to catch up he couldn't use fall Camp to catch up but it's a guy that's been through fall for fall camps so he knew that what his summer was was incredible cuz he would work out and then literally he grabed lunch come up and he spend the rest of the day every day up in the coach's offices um every day interrupts her sta meeting coach can I can I grab somebody to meet with uh really really mentally locked in physically he's been through it um from what he brings from what you saw in film at Bowling Green is obviously the return value is special uh which we with with Jaden Alexis you know with losing Matt Hill that's certainly going to help us we feel like we've got a bunch of depth and he's pushing Kelly jiner back there he's pushing Nan Wright Naim Simmons a bunch of guys that were working back there to see who can actually help us um but what he did catching the ball out of the back field at Bowling Green what he did as a between the tackles Runner was the one piece that I think we all kind of had a question on because they didn't use him that way uh but he's been really really impressive been really impressive in the in the past Pro world but again he's 22 23 years old he's physically uh ready and the fact that he came into Camp mentally ready he's pushing for one reps now it's been really impressive he's got a really cool mindset too he knows I got one year left I got one shot to make this I'm so excited to be back home uh he feels at home and not that he didn't up there but I think for him it's he's got a really cool energy about him every day he knows this is my last shot to go get it and he works like that two questions you always got two questions just I like it the first what bothers you more a mistake of commission or a m stake of omission and expand on that when the guy he does the wrong thing but does something as opposed to just completely doing nothing yeah that would be Omission yes I got you try to get me there yeah okay that's fair I I would say the Omission part um you know we we stress really in every phase if you don't know what you're doing go straight to finish the play whatever it is um honestly when guys just stop that's when people get hurt um but our job is to prepare them so that they know what's going on at all times obviously what we do on offense at times will create some Chaos on defense to where it's like guys are maybe out of position at times just go run the ball run the ball get it down make make him play the next play um but that would be it man usually don't get me like that coach I've asked players you know what's the difference between Camp last year and camp how about you how are you different from last year's Camp to this year yeah uh I I think for me way different I've I've grown um you know I I really took the the last six months to to question my process you know in terms of my day-to-day um what what am I doing to help our program on a day-to-day basis feel like I've got wider eyes right now I see more I was so locked in a year ago to just making sure we're going from Station to Station to Station um hammering home effort running to the football running on and off the field just program building foundational things where right now I feel like I could see a lot more I feel like I'm more locked into what's going on defensively more locked into what's going on special teams wise um I trust what's happening in terms of our coaches knowing where to be you know it's the second time you can refer back to hey we did it like this a year ago this is what we're doing I think the structure of practice how we've used the science from a year ago to be able to structure it the right way and actually being through going through it for a year and saying man like there's a better way to do it what is the better way and actually being vulnerable enough to say let's do it a different way than I thought a year ago uh but I think I've I've gone through just like I've asked our players to but I've questioned every single thing that we did that was positive and negative and and have changed it absolutely you see these pro and college teams that have the the do everything Swiss army knife backs that catch the ball run the ball return is that Keith is that who he is he's just you can ask him to do a million things and he does them all well yeah I think he's got the ability to do so we we've really tried to I don't know about take it slow with him but allow him to learn the offense first before before we do a whole bunch of craziness with them I think I think really all of those backs are really unique in their own ways but like Kelly Joiner I think gives you a lot of that as well I think you know alvan Isaac does a lot of that played in the slot played Safety um I think nayquan he's got a ton of career catches he can do a lot of things on the perimeter too I think TK falls into that category as well as well I think you want to have a variet you want to have backs that can do a bunch of different things for us it starts with running between the tackles and pass protection before you get too crazy I think as we get into game plan mode here in in eight practices um I think we'll probably feel more so that way uh we're trying to get him to learn the offense right now which he's done an excellent job before we start saying man we could do this would TK or this would TK um but I think he gives you that ability for sure to expand on your open statement about being able to move inside so quickly being that it was your first full pad practice did it change anything that you were able or unable to do or was it just like seamless no it was absolutely seamless and and we you know we as a staff prepare uh we have a plan outside and because obviously you're going from two fields to one so we have a plan outside and then we have a plan inside we literally go inside plan everybody adjusts and shifts and um from a technology standpoint you've got cameras mounted in here which is nice you literally just go to the indoor cameras and we now have indoor GPS technology so they switch over to the indoor GPS technology and pick it up and go I think the guys were super grateful we got out of the humidity we opened all the garage doors to try to create a little bit of humidity um just to get the work we need the work in the heat we really do and so um we got to continue to get that so hopefully we'll we'll be endorsed tomorrow and then we'll scrimmage outside and we got to continue to get that work outside as we play outside lunch list for comeback Player of the Year Jason Von is on it he was named to it today so obviously losing him was was a blow how did uh how did it affect your defense losing him and what have you seen from him as he's come back to be a contributor again yeah I think we had such high hopes a year ago for Jason you know coming back he was our returning sack leader from the year before he was really the one guy up front that had played a ton and through four games you could tell he was just hurting and hurting and hurting and kind of came to decision after the fourth game where like man what's best for this young guy you know and between him and his family and our doctors was like man we get we should have the surgery and he's got another year he's 24 so he's he's been through the war you know he's he's a grizzled vet um we've been really smart with how we've brought Jason back he really got cleared in July so it's been now getting into football shape and he's done a great job of getting his body he's almost 250 lbs getting his body prepared for camp but it's been a matter of just back in football you know last time he truly played Football was last end of September a year ago so it's been almost a year uh but he's gotten better every day he's he's stack days you could see he's still trying to make sure he trusts that knee all the way uh but he's really really cool energy he's one of the guys right before we went to the fourth quarter today came up to him said you got to bring you got to bring the juice man you went to Bernard Gooden and they certainly dead am Morris Brown is a guy that brings juice and that's his just his personality on the sidelines um what do you what do you see from him not only his ability but his ability to to just be bring that emotion to himself and the team yeah nonstop it's nonstop it's like it just is it almost annoy at times I don't get annoyed cuz I enjoy it but if I'm ever just standing there like trying to have a thought he'll right behind you and Coach you got no juice juice coach where's your juice and his GPS is like a the craziest thing you've ever seen because he never stops literally times like Amar stop like stop moving just moves up and down up and down but he's he picks people up talks smack I love it I love the energy he brings um you know even when he's beat up that's like his own mental mind game with himself he's played for a long time but his own mental mind game with himself to get through the the pain or get through the hurt um and just talks and he's done a great job of channeling that energy to bring those young DBS along and you could see it they they follow his energy the chenel of the world Dal plats of the world like they're following him and he's hard to keep up with man like he must get a ton of sleep cuz he is when I say non-stop it is nonstop in a positive way I think you mentioned last year he just he'll just suggest things on the sidelines or he'll just he just no telling W come out of his mouth right yeah but you know what um yes that's true uh but he he has bought in to continue and to grow like he has grown tremendously within our program I'm really proud of him because it's always positive what comes out of his mouth and he does he's got ideas but again he's done this for a long time he's got ideas I am very very open to guys sharing what they think um and he's one of the guys that'll speak up and it's been really positive thanks awesome have a great day guys thank you graduated yes sir how's everyone doing what was what is your degree and what did it mean to you to graduate uh I I got a degree in General Studies uh it means means everything you know uh to be able to still play and uh go and try to get my masters too as well you know that's a big thing what does it mean uh just in the lock room to have Brian said 19 graduate uh grad students just guys that have played and been through it and maybe other schools as well to have that group in in your life uh that's a good group of guys you know we're the older guys so we try to uh bring our younger guys along and uh show them what's it like that how to work and try to bring them to the highest standard that we have so that's definitely not sure when it was that you when you entered College a few years back but um what would you say to anybody about the journey to walking in the college State getting a degree and you know some some people don't get it a lot of kids drop out I mean how do what's the process that you had to go through and and what do you think you learned about yourself through it all uh you know at first it was like rough I say rocky you know I didn't know too much but I feel as though I always fought through everything I've ever did so as went on I just kept my head down and kept working and as long as uh far as books and on the field so I was always taught to push through anything I'm going to going through and that's what I've been doing I'm asking players the same two questions what's the difference between Camp last year and camp this year uh I definitely I think we got uh a group of guys that know what we have in the locker room um we are trying to take it to the next level you know there no more finding out anything about ourselves we know what we're about to do and uh coming in every day working and trying to build off the next day and uh get better as a group and know team goals are real easy you want to go 12 and0 what's your biggest individual goal this year um really just to show that I can play with the best of them I can play with anybody um I'm a guy that they're going to have to worry about playing and play out um just aggressive guy and I could do whatever you know thanks I know you guys aren't in the same position room but you probably go up against m often from time to time what makes him so effective uh he's just a guy that like um we so we've been going together uh going against each other for a little while now so he's just a a hard worker you know he's sticks into his craft too uh tightens it up just like I do so just to go against a guy that's ready to work uh doesn't back down from anything you know that's good and that's what gets us better dou what would you feel you had to work on most between last year and coming into this year uh I would say definitely um just getting deeper into the Playbook far as um just knowing the ins and outs not only just what I'm doing uh what guys around me are doing um getting my body right uh getting more in shape um getting stronger just things like that could you recap the first practice in full pull pads I'm sure it's a different feel yeah it's definitely a different feel uh I feel like I'm I can actually think things through as no longer just playing and not knowing what's going on or just trying to just get through I'm trying to get better every day and uh reach different heights so definitely you're listed at 322 is that what you'll play at or I'll probably play this year around like 315 uh 310 but uh yeah that's where I was at at the start okay Co talked about how impressed he's been with the energy enthusiasm could you speak to the defensive side involvement in that um just to bring the energy every day uh there's we don't want to have any bad days you know we might come across them but to just be out there and just love what we're doing and Go full force every day you know that's what everyone on the defense is doing and yeah definitely talk what's your observation on what Jason Von means to your defense what have you seen from him as he's made his way back to the field uh it's a guy that works you know uh he came off an injury this last season so he's definitely in a different move right now uh he's our end that you know I think he's a dog so like um to play around a guy like that I think it means everything you know he's somebody that's willing to ride for all of us so that's is he is he one of the key guys that definitely defitely get get to the quarterback definitely one of the key guys for sure what makes him that is it just the the size the speed all of it him effective he he digs deep into his craft too so you know he's not only just a GU that's just out there that pass rush he like he's a he studies the game he does everything right I would say so definitely all right thank you d how y'all doing good to be back so what was what was the root of your physical issue last year and how difficult was it to shut it down um talking me you friended my injury yeah so uh last year first scrimmage of the the first play of the first scrimmage of fall Camp I uh got rolled up on real bad and um ended up tearing my Meniscus uh toward my MCL um had a little cartilage deficit in my tibia but um you know I had STS of the surgery went amazing um the training staff the medical people in the training room were Second To None they made sure I had everything I needed make sure that my rehab was always thought out you know strategized based on what we had you know to do that day or you know they just kept kept good care of me over the course of my rehab and you know within six to eight months I was pretty good to go I don't like to assume anything it was the right n okay and you but you you tried to play through it I played the first four games played the first four games um you knew you had that and yes sir just trying to get through it yeah I was you know I wasn't I wouldn't say I was was trying to get through anything but um I was still working really hard you know even through my injury and U you know the thing that was pushing me was my guys you know my guys like Doug my guys like uh Cheney all those guys just I couldn't you know it was really hard for me to give up on them even throughout an injury so you know I they gave everything I had for the first four games and then you know I thought it was in the best interest of the team for me to red shirt and then get right and come back the very next year 100% did you go to the coaches and say I think I need to shut it down or how uh I had a conversation with with the coaches yes sir um you know made sure that they were on board and you know they I just wanted them to hear where I was coming from and we got on the same page and I right sounds logical but still a hard thing to do yes sir very very hard um very hard to come back from from any injury let alone you know a significant one in your last year you know hypothetically your last year you think you're playing and um yeah it was it was difficult but um you know like the guys around me kept my head up they uh made sure that you know I wasn't being negative and made sure that I was I was still staying focus on on you know our our team goal so how did it feel when you were trying to play on it what did the knee feel like feel a crunching sound um uh I guess the best way I can explain is like it felt like there was shards of glass in my KN you know yeah you know but uh when it comes to the games and stuff like you don't you know the adrenaline kicks in you really don't feel much till a couple days after The Recoil but other than that I was I was good I was I was good so first play of the first practice yeah the first play of the first scrimmage scrimmage yes sir okay so really like you know yeah you just got to be question that right yeah it was it was you know it was a little it was a little demoralizing in in the beginning but um you know that believe it or not my dad was there at the first scrimmage so he seen my injury and he went up there to the training room and you know Tau to me make sure I was I was you know mentally okay yeah it was it was it was okay it was good dou said that you like to study game can you expand on that yes sir um I would say that uh you know I try to sharpen the blade you know my craft every day um there's always something to improve on there's always something to get better at and um I think that in order for me to get to be my best for the team I got to you know stay stay in the Playbook stay studying you know pass rush they studying Tendencies uh play calls anything you name it I'm I'm always locked into the game so you know I think it gives us the best chance to win I think it gives us it gives me the best chance to um you know show what I can do for for my team and that's all I really care about honestly I'm asking players the same two questions what's the big difference between last year's camp and this year's Camp I think the big difference is probably a few things so are I feel like Our intention as a team like as an as a whole is so much more concise so much more um you know collected I feel like we all are on like the same beat and we everybody you know wants the same thing nobody's an individual it feels like everybody you know nobody thinks they're better than the next guy I think that um you know when it gets to that and the team is the team is being more and more LED this year by players than it was last year by coaches so like I think that's huge for you know team morale team succcess and you know holding guys accountable which is another big piece that I think that we improved from last year to this year um it was also like you know a culture shift between two years ago and last year and then now that we have this Foundation that we set the standard that we set we're able to you know build on top of that foundation so I feel like that's the biggest difference that we get to you know every there's a standard that was set and then now we get to build on top of that standard you talk about team goals they're easy you want to go 12 and0 yes sir what's your biggest individual goal this year um win a championship I don't know if that's an individual goal but I know I I get a ring so I think that's that could be that could count but I think my my my biggest goal is to win a championship with this team you're 24 I just turned 24 yes sir's your birthday August 2nd August 2nd yes sir so I think you're probably on the field was some 17y old yeah yeah crazy stat um I think that a lot of these guys were in eighth grade when I was a freshman in college these kids how yeah crazy stat yeah crazy stat but High School class of what 18 18 any of the young so you were on the you you were part of the 19 USF team yes sir yes sir you r No No I um I went to prep school for the first you know as soon as I graduated high school I went to prep school for that fall for 19 18 the fall of 18 and then I graduated well I left the prep school I got accepted on scholarship here and um that was spring 2019 so you you played in the 19th season yes sir okay that was my first season you played for three different head coaches three different yes sir three different head coaches probably five different defensive defensive coordinators yeah yeah yeah a lot it's obviously an interesting experience right long experience is it for sure not what you probably thought it would be no not at all not at all but um you know it's allowed me I I try to see the positive and everything you know my my mindset is always the glass half full so I think that being around all those coaches and being around a bunch of different schemes a bunch of different people you know it I feel like it's more beneficial than it is a negative thing just because you're around so many different defenses you never really get the opportunity to get too comfortable you know what I'm saying so um you learn a bunch of different schemes and I feel like you know the best ability is availability so you know for anybody you know going to the next level it'll be um you know it'll pay its dues there because you're going into a different scheme you've been through this three times you know you don't you don't have any any kind of um uh what's the word probably like contentment with yourself you don't think you're like you know good all the time you always have to you know fight for that spot to be you know the guy and that's with any staff so for to have to do that more than a couple times is testing but you know it shows you a lot about yourself though character-wise what's your position I play a B backer kind what is a b backer it's kind of like a outside linebacker defensive and hybrid type thing depending on our scheme so your deal is getting the quarterback right yes sir yeah getting the quarterback well I wouldn't put myself in the box but getting the quarterback playing a run so you you know you had you know good success a couple years ago doing that what um what do you think you're going to bring to the defense this year would you like to you know up those totals or is that what you're looking to for sure for sure I I um you know I'm looking to just just be a leader on this team um lead the young guys um and I'm not really uh too concerned about stats they'll come with you know the hard work the I'm not too worried about the end result just the process every day getting there slowly building those stacking those bricks and you know let the chips fall where they made you a standup guy or would you rather put your hand in the dirt and go after the quarterback uh uh I would say at this point I'm a standup guy I'm a stand up guy but you know I have played for I in different um defenses I have played uh in a in four-point stance which is probably like my my second favorite believe it or not but I like the four-point I like the two-point I'm I would say I'm a standup guy right now though currently you're a standy always um said people had to make sure you didn't get to to down is there a because you're usually that guy that would do that for somebody else is there anybody in particular um a the whole the whole uh I would say my position group so the B backers um the dline coach KP the coaches um goish they all they all just made sure that I was I was good and made sure that my mindset even being so you know not being able to really like show what I could have done for the team last year but they made sure I was mentally okay and ready to take on the challenges of getting back and being the leader even though you're coming off injury and stuff like that so okay yes sir so there's a comeback Player of the Year and you're on the watch list I heard that means you candidate to win this award yes sir what do you think about that and and would it mean a lot to you to win such an award yeah accolades are amazing um yeah I'd be honored to win an award any award but um I wouldn't say it's my it's my top priority um like I said if I'm worried about you know if I'm worried about the end result I'll never see I'll never see you know I'll be blind to the journey I feel like so if I'm worried about the process and stacking those days um the awards will come what's you at at USF excuse me what's kept you at USF all the changes and everything else what's kept you um I'm just not W to jump ship I think that um you know there's a lot involved with nil and transfer portal and stuff like that but you know I'm an older guy trans reporter wasn't around when I was coming in so like you know there's a sense of loyalty there I feel like um I think I said this in another um media interview but USF took a chance on me even coming out of prep school not having any division one offers out of high school so I think you know it's only right for me to pay that forward and stay loyal to the to the program and you know it's paid its dues in ways that people don't really know um I was able to you know be on scholarship for a few years I was able to get my Master's Degree so that's a good thing um other than that I mean I I just I just feel like this is the place I'm supposed to be at there's a reason I'm here there's a reason that all of you are here you know I feel like there's a reason that we're all here so I think that's probably the biggest thing and Jason you mentioned nil did not exist when you came in yes sir but you've seen a lot of growth within this program this building for example ground wasn't even broken when you first arrived the new locker room and all that so you look at it from that perspective sometimes tooo and say look what's happened to this program during your time here right yeah of course of course I see you know even standing here is a blessing I feel like uh us as a program we've taken huge strides with um you know the indoor the the fields outside even the guys like that have shown up you know the Freshman that shown up the recruiting everything's everything's taken a step forward which is probably the biggest step forward I've seen since since I've been here at least from the inside out so you viewed USF as a destination not a stopping point to go somewhere else right no no no sir no this ain't no stopping point this is where you this is where you should want to play football I feel like this is where you know the sun's out every day it's summer all the time it might rain a few days but you'll be all right you know other than that I mean this is a great place I think you know goish is an amazing coach especially for the um the culture that we're trying to build here and I think that other than you know it it's amazing like I I wouldn't want to go anywhere else even coming in as a freshman right now but you know guys get all this talk and these voices in their head and they think that you know they could just do this and that and it'll be all right but I don't know I'm I'm just I'm just a loyal guy I feel like this is my place this is where I was supposed to be and from from freshman year even even then like watching Greg Reeves and Kirk Livingstone guys that probably a lot of people don't really know about anymore but you know I think about those guys all the time I think about seeing them on the field and how it motivated me to be a better person and now I'm in their shoes at this point I'm even wearing the same number Greg used to wear so it's like um I'm just trying to you know pay it forward as best as I can your first game was Wisconsin it was yes sir I had my first yeah I did first career tackle Wisconsin yes sir that seems like a long time ago it was a long time ago yeah it was a long time ago he was took me back yeah you have your degree yes sir what is it so I have my first my bachelor is in um interdisciplinary social sciences and my masters is in entrepreneurship and technology and what are you are you in classes now uh well I have like one more class technically but kind riding it out yes sir yeah cut your master's degree yes sir yeah what do you when football's done what do you what do you want be doing it's a great question um I've played football since I was like seven years old so I like I've really ever known I mean I love the fact that it's a sport that or just it makes it creates the ability for you to invest a lot in yourself invest a lot in um you know a lot of time and effort into building something for for you and then for like you know a team but you know that's probably why I I like the entrepreneurial route because I like to work for myself be the best version of myself and then Pay It Forward down the line particular field of interest do you have or just leaving all doors open no I'm leaving all doors open you know anybody who wants to get with me get in with me but that attitude a lot people want to get with you yes sir yes sir you know they say you bet the best ability is availability right trying to be a jack of all trades you kind of know a lot of Secrets already man trying man trying thank you Jason than thank you thank you everybody appreciate you see most of you tomorrow some of you tomorrow we'll have H running backs he 6
