which will it be it's put up or shut up time for the NDP [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Applause] [Music] wow Pierre PV spoke with reporters on Parliament Hill recently talking about Jag meat sing ripping up the agreement as well as the news of Mark Carney coming on to work for the Liberals as The Unofficial minister of Canada as usual he didn't pull any punches let's take a look Jag me Singh who supported all these policies in fact pushed for them to happen says that Justin Trudeau is radioactive and right before the byelections Singh suddenly had a change of heart or so he said publishing a video claim CL that he was no longer in the costly Coalition well let's look at the wording the costly Coalition is called a supply and confidence agreement so if you're pulling out you have to vote non confidence if you don't you're still in the agreement and this is exactly what we said that the conservatives and especially Pier would be throwing this in Jag meet's face at every single opportunity every opportunity and they're not going to stop they are going to just Ram this down his throat then the other interesting thing that you'll notice is the language is slowly changing that the conservatives are are using since Mark Carney was appointed as the official unofficial Prime uh Finance Minister um he didn't mention that the tent cities were called Trudeau towns anymore right he's not calling them the NDP you know Trudeau liberals he's not calling them the Trudeau liberals he's not calling it Trudeau's government for the most part he's calling it calling at the NDP liberal government he has said that you know somewhat before but he was primarily focused on Justin Trudeau because it's a lot easier to relate Canadians to a person and a face rather than an entire party so it's interesting that they're kind of backing away uh from that a littleit as they're they're playing it safe to ensure that if on the off chance that Trudeau ends up resigning before the next election that their platform is going to still be pretty solid in terms of its messaging and they're not going to have to deal with any any difference in communication strategy from well you know you guys said Trudeau was the problem well Trudeau is gone so no problem anymore right so so this is what they're kind of hedging their bets against no matter what your video stunt would have everyone else believe so the question That Jag meet Singh has been asked 31 times in the last week and he has refused to answer is whether he will vote non-confidence to trigger a carbon tax election well at least he's ripped up the agreement those poor staffers that they actually made count every single time that he refused to answer the question uh go and find every single video that he's been in in the last week and count how many times that he's refused to answer the questions so but 31 times when that's significant well especially when you're the one ending it you're the one ending it and duh that's the question that's going to be asked well you know we ripped up the agreement and we know that means an elections more likely okay why is that well let's just in ECT the timing here for a second he did his video two days before voting started in those byelections trying to trick people into thinking he was no longer part of the Coalition the byelections will be held on Monday after which he can just change his mind and go back to voting to keep Trudeau in power so I have an announcement and a challenge I'm announcing that Common Sense conservatives will put forward a non-confidence motion at the earliest possible opportunity and I'm asking Jag meet Singh and the NDP to commit unequivocally before Monday's byelections will they vote non-confidence to bring down the costly Coalition and trigger a carbon tax election or will Jag meet Singh sell out Canadians again which will it be it's put up or shut up time for the NDP wow the man doesn't miss words nope and uh it's it's an interesting you know little wrench he's trying to throw in here because again the conservatives know that they don't have a shot at winning the riding of Lal Amar ver Verdun right so it's it's it's a three-horse race between the Liberals the block and the NDP um now the NDP kind of sabotaged themselves because they dropped Five Points uh in the recent poll so sucks to be them but um I think it's kind of funny if people in that writing are watching and they're watching what Pierre is saying which they're probably not but on the off chance that they are they're like oh oh yeah that would be interesting to see mean isn't going to say anything I think in the Montreal writing it's interesting that it doesn't seem like the conservatives are trying to win necessarily because I think they know that they're the fourth party in this writing but Pier's at least trying to drag Jag me back down to his level oh yeah he's like he's like if you can if I can have it you're not going to get it either so he's just he he he's he's he's just you know being a troll at this point trying to throw a wrench into the NDP election right because um he also wants to see Jag meet you know brought down and and kicked out as leader and and held accountable because right that's the most important part held accountable there will be carbon tax election and in it Canadians will decide whether they keep the NDP liberals in power to tax your food punish your work double your housing cost unleash crime chaos drugs and disorder on our streets will they vote for a 61 Cent liter carbon tax or will they elect a common sense conservative government that will axe the tax build the homes fix the budget and stop the crime and we need to bring them down down now because otherwise carbon tax Carney's agenda will predominate we found out that there's a new F Phantom Finance Minister now they have a lame duck minister right now who Trudeau is pushing aside just like he pushed aside other female ministers and he's bringing in carbon tax Carney uh someone who uh has too many conflicts to hold the real position Trudeau said he offered uh carbon tax Carney the real job but that that that caused a dilemma would carbon tax Carney pick power or money and he said I know I'll have both he keeps the money with his uh chairmanship of a large multinational corporation that's moving investment to China that buys pipelines in Latin America and the Middle East while he opposes them here in Canada he gets to push his radical Davos agenda of you will own nothing and be happy while at the same time he doesn't have to respect any of the cont conflict of interest laws he doesn't have to have his interests and his Investments exposed online like the rest of us he gets all the power and all the money and none of the accountability and My worry is that he's going to push for a higher carbon tax and we know that because when Trudeau relented under my pressure and paused the carbon tax on home heating for oil heated homes carbon tax Carney stood up and said no there should be a tax on home heating right now in other words carbon tax Carney believes the tax doesn't go far enough I have quotes from his book here and I I raise this with you because he was trying to weasel out and keep his position Secret in yesterday's press conference here's what he said in his book the Canadian Federal carbon pricing framework is a model for others one of the most important initiatives is carbon pricing the best approach is revenue neutral Progressive carbon tax these are among the reasons why people are starting to know him as carbon tax caring this is exactly what we said in our previous video mhm mhm he wanted all of the power that goes with being Finance Minister but they didn't want to have to divest anything didn't want to have to give up his cushy job and uh as he said like he as he said in our previous video well my position here is a result of the conversation that the Prime Minister and I had about being Finance Minister I bet it was you know I really really hope that the Ethics Committee can do something about this because this isn't right he's acting in an official capacity for the government of Canada but doesn't have a government job and therefore does not fall under any of our ethics laws and that's Carney I'm talking about yeah uh he's he's not an official public servant he's not part of the public service he's not part of our elected government either as he as he kind of tried to say very weakly in his press conference oh I'm an outsider right an outsider who's not subject to any of the rules rules that the MPS or the Senators are or or even the staff or the AIDS or anybody who works in Parliament um and and those rules are to safeguard Canada and its citizens you like you even have the current Finance Minister Christoph Freeland saying it's great that he's a part of our team I'm really glad to welcome Mark here to our cabinet Retreat he is a real addition to our team and you have carne saying well you know I'm a catalyst for the MPS that are sitting in the House of Commons and he also says I'm looking forward to working with the minister of innovation the Minister of Finance like again like it's just another example of Trudeau and the Liberals trying to Skirt the Rules and do whatever they want carbon tax Carney it's Now official that is his name and he has a radical agenda my message to carbon tax Carney is come in from out of the Shadows we don't need a phantom Finance Minister if you are going to be pulling the strings you should be on the floor of the House of Commons with your massive Financial interests and your foreign interests disclosed to Canadians stop pushing to kill Canadian jobs while you ship the jobs abroad make your carbon tax agenda known and be held accountable for Canadians so that we can choose in the carbon tax election and when we do common sense conservatives will bring home the country we know and love where hard work earns a powerful paycheck that buys affordable food gas and homes in safe neighborhoods where anyone from anywhere can do anything where the Canadian promise is restored now let's bring it home migrants could be ConEd as incendiary and the block do not seem ready to move forward and support your motion to bring down the government are you confident that you can actually Force an election this fall that's up to uh the sellout NDP are they going to put their actions where their words are Jag meet Singh claims that he's torn up the supply and confidence agreement that means he has to vote non-confidence to trigger a carbon tax election and I'm asking him to answer the question he has dodged 31 times will you vote non-confidence to trigger a carbon tax election at the earliest Poss possible time yes or no sellout Jag meat Singh will you vote to keep your friend Justin Trudeau in the costly Coalition in power or will you allow Canadians to choose in a carbon tax election that is the decision I just I love the constant poking now at at Jag meet Singh first about his pension because it's becoming more and more evident that that's the agenda and now because he's pulled out of the agreement like he's made made it 10 times worse for himself he has he really has because now that he's pulled out of the agreement if after these byelections on September 16th he does not vote non-confidence along with the conservatives it's going to be very obvious who Jack me is still supporting and you can hear him say already uh I believe it was vashy he said it too that well you know I think that the Liberals will do less damage than the conservatives or that they're it's kind of like the devil I know versus the devil I don't and I'm paraphrasing obviously he didn't use those exact words but he's essentially choosing the government that Canadians should have he's not allowing us to go to the pools and choose the government that we want the government that we deserve he is single-handedly making that choice for all Canadians in this country well and I would even say it doesn't even matter how the election results turn out in L Maran in that you pulled out of the non-confidence agreement so therefore you shouldn't have confidence in the government anymore you should be voting non-confidence especially especially because he has said that Canadians are done with Justin Trudeau yes we are well and especially because he's going on this rant and he's ranting and raving about uh you know corporate interests and Trudeau supporting his corporate buddies this situation with Carney is yet another example where he's essentially allowing somebody to be like the Phantom sh uh the Phantom Finance Minister as uh Pier has say has has been saying but this person Carney does not have to capitulate to any of our rules or laws surrounding ethics like this is a huge concern this is an example of Trudeau supporting his corporate buddies to the detriment of Canadians what is Ja me sing going to have to say about that [Music]
