THINK ABOUT THAT. DONALD TRUMP AND KAMALA HARRIS HAVE BEEN ATTACKING EACH OTHER FOR THE LAST SEVERAL WEEKS. THEY HAVE NEVER LOCKED EYES FACE TO FACE. SO THAT MOMENT WHEN THEY'RE INTRODUCED BY OUR ANCHORS IS GOING TO BE REALLY THE FIRST TIME THEY'VE SEEN EACH OTHER. IT'S GOING TO BE REMARKABLE IF THEY EVEN SHAKE HANDS. YEAH, THAT'S GOING TO BE THE QUESTION. THAT'S UP TO THEM, RIGHT? THERE'S NO RULES, NOTHING THAT WE'VE PUT FORWARD SAYING THEY HAVE TO OR DON'T HAVE TO. THAT'S GOING TO BE A MOMENT WE'LL ALL BE WATCHING FOR. AND NO AUDIENCE. NO AUDIENCE. AND THAT IS SOMETHING THAT DID HAPPEN IN THE FIRST DEBATE TOO. AND REALLY LISTEN, THIS IS A VERY SMALL THEATER. WE'VE BEEN OUT THERE FOR A WEEK BUILDING THIS STAGE. I'M HEADING THERE IN A COUPLE OF DAYS TO JOIN THE REST OF THE TEAM. IT'S VERY INTIMATE, AND I THINK THAT'S REALLY GOING TO ALSO PLAY INTO IT. >> FOR PEOPLE WHO ARE WATCHING THIS RIGHT HERE LIVE ON CHANNEL SEVEN NEXT WEEK, THE RULES DO SET THE TONE FOR THE NIGHT, CORRECT? BECAUSE WE'VE SEEN SOME OF THESE OTHER DEBATES IN PREVIOUS YEARS, IN PREVIOUS CYCLES WHERE THE RULES WEREN'T SET UP THIS WAY AND WE SAW WHAT HAPPENED, THINGS MAYBE GO OFF THE RAILS. AND THE THING ABOUT THE OLD FASHIONED DEBATE CYCLE, LIKE, LET'S LET ME GO BACK 20 YEARS, THERE WAS THIS WHOLE THING THAT WE SHOULD BE POLITE TO EACH OTHER BECAUSE WE ARE RUNNING FOR PRESIDENT AND WE WANT TO LOOK PRESIDENTIAL.
