points on the competition ladder for the way you Pricks played 3 minutes into the game you can see through the heart of the middle of your defense to [ __ ] Lazarus and then you score back you you equalized that's fine Melbourne get get a no try Cowboys go back and score again 126 and then Melbourne score again 12 all and it was just back and forth back and forth you score I score I score you thought he was he's be ready for finals which he's for Broncos Jesus Christ um but um yeah I still think they the team to beat and there's nothing that changes my mind this week to say that Melbourne isn't the team to beat in the competition if anything it reinforced it more for me that they can bring in 11 rats and actually go out there and almost win to concede 30 points to that Melbourne team with just no continuity no Chemistry Between players they're just pulling blocks off different teams in reserve grade and putting them next to each other which I think like a lot of the Cowboys tries probably was just more of a product of the Melbourne outside backs not having any experience defending communicating with each other like T long is one so soft and this just like not even in the frame but honest Chris I have this question for you do you feel like if papy doesn't get injured in this game could actually win could have won yeah which is like really shame B the only player I would take and not never put him in your top 30 again is arir I mean yeah he's just not up to it like just get him pack pack him up wow but everyone else was competent like they play well was the most improved award in the nrrl Wishard should get it hands down and if anything he should get the trophy named after him because two years ago when Wishard was inserted anywhere in the lineup it was if the Pod was turn into [ __ ] um I mean wow just great through the middle of Park and then like you know what and it kind of happened in the the game that we just watched as well with the roosters which was a few hours ago now but my God that I just cannot take that off my mind um it's it's very strange when these SE these teams that are now well I still say the top six because they they're going to be competitive in the finals we hope but I know you have a different point on that but like it seems weird once these teams go behind all of a sudden they capitulate and took the lead and these [ __ ] outside backs were just incredible including the forwards so manly take this into next week and obviously hopefully sharks I'm assuming that they won't play everyone but we'll see um and Manley should be having a home final which [ __ ] whoever goes to Brookville um I genuinely believe these guys are a red hot chance in the finals as well I I truly believe their defense showed that they can repel these [ __ ] retards who can't score which is there's two of them in the top six who one of them we showed today who scored 700 points in our competition but can't score past Raiders and and bulldogs were the exact same scenario Burton out next week now Jerry's out as well suspended one week CR does come back which is huge for for dogs but that left Edge defense of the Bulldogs was probably the first time I've seen them vulnerable and shout out to Manley seagull finally finally putting these Bulldogs down once and for all and Manley keep the keep the um train rolling because you guys have a lot of tough games ahead of you and you really need this offense to be scoring 30 points a game to have any chance cuz I know it looked great against Bulldogs but against some other teams sharks penth against Bulldogs took the lead and Bulldogs didn't even look like coming back um I don't know what everyone Bulldogs fans might be their stunned but I really wasn't surprised that Manley just [ __ ] annihilated them because a pregame I I knew that these guys are just going to score points and dogs probably won't be able to chase it down yeah um probably the most fascinating game of the round in my opinion in terms of how it played out first of all shout out to Matt shout out to Chris G shout out to Gus shout out to K shout out to Jerry shout out to Bon shout out to the whole [ __ ] kennel you went down in this one we came on the preview we came on the Pod we said this is just just a pricing error like Bulldogs to be $150 to manle without Steven cryon was just an error in pricing simply put Manley should have been favorites in this game and I know if these two teams played again tomorrow under the same circumstances Manley would be doll 70 because there's no reason to put these CS $240 against Bulldogs with no Cen and um again a bit of overreaction to the Tigers loss which we saw is just a blip in the radar at this point now what was interesting was I went into this game very confident and obviously the first set of the game Manley holded Bullocks to 20 M gain Bullocks are kicking from their 30 m line and they kick it they get a stupid call they get a six again and 30 seconds later manle are behind their post and they're looking at the scoreboard and they see 6 nil and I'm like well man might quit from you I'm like I'm not worried man's still going to win this game to be honest because what I saw in that first set was mainly accepting the challenge of what Bulldogs have done to every [ __ ] team this season and they were like we might not have the reputation of having a elite forward pack or being good in the middle even Chris and I who are beli say these CTS like they can't be trusted in the middle of the park they went out there and they physically took it to bulldogs and they did not let the foot off the gas until about 65 minutes into this game when the result was already [ __ ] undoubtedly in their favor so that kind of leads me to what conclusion cuz I I know M's a great side and whether they are fifth seventh what first 14th I know they're a great side the Enigma of what we've tried to figure out as the season has progressed is what do we do with this [ __ ] Bullocks team that have just covered every spread covered every spread won every week and just shocked punas fans everyone the whole Rugby League World no one had these Pricks fifth to start the season and they just keep surprising everyone now they actually surprised everyone in the way we [ __ ] wanted them to surprise everyone which I would say borderline they laid an egg in this game and if manly just went out there and played backyard 40 and scored 30 against them and Bullock just couldn't repel their attack that's one thing and I think that would be a bit easier to cop as a bulldog fan in my opinion but to go out there and lose the middle of the field to Manley the way and fashion you lost it after scoring 35 seconds into the first half of this game to go up 60 and never leading again and never really looking like he had a chance to win this game to me would be truly concerning and you've been beating teams off effort and heart and effort and heart and no one's really matched you on that front for the past 3 months but after losing the targets mainly was so pissed off that they were like all right Peak effort maximum Focus spot for us that we're going to just be relentless in our approach of how we're going to play this game and to be honest mainly just had had a gear that the Bullocks didn't have in them the lack of talent finally caught up with them in my opinion and to be out enthusing every team is every single week is one thing but now that that kind of leveled out in this game it showed that Bulldogs are not true contenders they have been up for too long in my opinion and Chris said this a while back that they might have picked too early and in my opinion they have picked too early that all that effort to get them where they are I think is going to be a bit hard to replicate come the finals time where everyone's fighting for every single possession scratching [ __ ] tooth and nail for 80 minutes once that situation is brought up to the Bulldogs they will fall and their ceiling in my opinion is a second round exit yeah well that F will get you you through the regular season you you hear this a lot in the NBA more than anything else but once it gets to real crunch time you know everyone's going to show effort so Bulldogs going to have to pull another strings and Manley were just more talented than them and Manley are more like Nath Brown the one of the Pod favorites they all stepped in and did their parts but I feel like the big dogs really stepped up and and like showed out and show showed up showed out did what they had to do to hand Bulldogs a l now we'll see what the dogs do in terms of a bounceback factor in the next couple of weeks um but in my opinion clock's kind of running on them there is clock running games continue next week with Cowboys who are not as [ __ ] as they are are not going to it's cowb Bo but I don't think they'll slouch on effort and and um you know trying as hard as they can but at keep giving par calls one and two dropping it because when par actually do have the ball extensive period wise they could score which is unlike some teams in the competition which will'll get to them but they actually can get the ball over the line they concerned is where they don't have the ball and a lot of their players when they don't have the ball are idiots ier rege like these morons that when they don't have the ball they're [ __ ] but when they do have the ball they look great competent and you're like you know there was points in the game like why would anyone ever drop SEO like the quitting they've quit back round three [ __ ] me um but like dragons like honestly from that dog's performance where you couldn't score and to be honest like we came on and said you guys are really like pretty unlucky in that game like to go shots on and then give an intercept is like just back breaking which like is not that bad but from that point I I can't defend you C I mean the performance that you put in the last two weeks is just shameful and it just shows why you're not in the eight right and unless there is some Mira miraculous miraculous draw at the hunter Stadium on Sunday next week um which we might be going to two games in one round incredible is it first for the Pod first for the Pod but um I like there is no way you guys can make it and to be honest that's probably where you deserve ninth 10th wherever you are like you beat some good teams you've had some good performances flano shout out to you you've really turned around this club with [ __ ] no players but he's the rest for this week normally I'm a harsh critic of myself but there was no reason for for for [ __ ] dragons to pack it up like this way yeah they packed it up they didn't even the point I want to make Chris I'm going to go game by game quickly and then I'll I'll cc go back to dragons Melbourne had every reason to pack it up those [ __ ] went there with a reserve grade team and they were the
