Shaun Nua discusses the rise of Donovan Jeter and Julius Welschof

[Music] jeter finally got into the you know that that comes with a lot of experience and just time uh young men finally realizing oh i can do this you know i can do this at a consistent basis and um his mindset is probably the thing that's changed in everything he does off the field on field you know with his teammates um and once once that happens everything seems to fall into place you know so so he's he's literally took his mindset into a place to where it's like helping him produce at a very very high level and especially at a consistent base and he's he's in a good place uh julius welshkoff has just experienced um the game of football well you know was it instilling him at a young age so the things he needed was a lot of repetition and the covey um time off it was probably useful for him especially again to play books and study and then the next thing next step was to get the feel for for how to play the game just so he get his football instincts um intact but they're both doing a great job of accepting their roles and just executing at a high level right now [Music]
