e [Music] [Music] what okay before you guys come for me I'm not feeling the best this morning so um um please don't come for me for this you know um but I wanted to make sure that I still came on and spoke to you guys um because there's loads to talk about so make sure you guys smash the likes we're here um let me tell everybody else that we are live um but how's everybody feeling first and foremost are you guys having a good day you know we're going to talk about you know Arsenal's potential late moves for um Raheem Sterling and Ivan Tony we're also going to talk about the Champions League draw and the carab about Cup draw so yeah we have lots to get through but I want to know first and foremost how are you guys feeling um you know hopefully you guys are you know having a good day a good Thursday and you're happy and well yeah I woke up this morning in my head was banging and I was like to stream or not to stream that is the question and I was like I'm going to stream but I'm just going to have to roll out of the bed and do it seriously um so yeah Champions League draw is done very interesting new format I'll be honest I like the new format because like from a football perspective like from a fan perspective it's feels a lot more um like it feels like there's a lot more going on from the beginning where like before it's like you had to wait really like a long time for the good games to come around so now it feels like there's just so much more going on from an Arsenal perspective you know it's like a good draw but it's also like not nothing is guaranteed like nothing is guaranteed you know so um you know I know last last year it was oh my gosh we have such an easy draw we have such an easy draw going up against Porto this should be a formality going up against Bayern this is going to be easy and it was not so yeah hopefully we learned our lesson from last time around and even um even without signing anybody are the players that you know played last season in the Champions League for Arsenal um need to up their level you know I think we can all say that you know like listen we were good until we got out of that group stage and then all of a sudden it was like we couldn't kick a ball you know so you know it's all about learning and growing and gaining confidence and so hopefully you know there's no more Jitters because there's no room for Jitters in the Champions League if you don't perform you're out nobody gives a that you're the second best team in the Premier League no one cares that you know your team is worth whatever um people are out here disrespecting the out of us last season Porto was you know we we got by them but it was a sticky situation so yeah definitely need everybody to up said levels you know um just want to transfer stuff because I know that's what you guys really want to talk about and then we'll get into the the draws right but I don't even know if they're panicking or not because if they were panicking we'd see bids going in you know um team news and tick team news and tick said earlier today and I think it's all also Sammy mcbell both spoke about Arsenal's potential interest in Raheem Sterling I have the quote here or I did have it oh it's just magically gone okay um never mind but basically the quote was saying that um Arsenal well Raheem Sterling would be interested in coming to Arsenal shock um and that you know he's willing to take a pay cut to make the move happen um Arsenal the the biggest hurdle is that Arsenal don't want to pay a fee and Chelsea obviously would want a fee so um not quite sure if this is something that will happen but it's being spoken about by in the nose and also Samy mcbell did speak about it too I just have to find the the quote but um yeah Arsenal have been offered Raheem Sterling by the players representatives and he would be willing to take a significant pay cut to join the club Arsenal have said a salary they would be willing to offer which Sterling has accepted so it could just be in the no you know cuz at this stage of the window you know as an in the know you're just trying to get your last little bit of clicks your last little bit of out there and so a very non-committal thing to do would be to say that oh like this could happen this could happen this could happen um but it's really tricky you know so no promises it's like give me something for real like you know what I'm saying but um you know I think um this would be something that Arsenal would at least look at you know artetta has you know worked with Sterling before he's looking for a move Arsenal need a Winger you know I don't really care if ree Nelson is going or staying you know as far as I'm concerned Reese Nelson is not going to be making game day squads anyway you know so it's kind of like who really cares if Reese Nelson is there or not you still like you still need to bring in like Rees Nelson being here cannot be a reason why you don't move for an attacker because at the beginning of the window an attacker it was like Arsenal will be looking at a striker and a Winger then it was Striker or Winger then it was you know backups like trussardi of no no attacker like Arsenal are okay with what they have they cannot be okay with what they have they cannot be like I am so sorry they need to go out there and get an attacker so yeah but I wouldn't be surprised if this is something that Arsenal looked at um but again you know will Arsenal you know do what what Chelsea wants which is give them a fee um I would only want rahem Sterling on a loan with an option I just feel like it's so risky um you know and I know there's somebody shouting in the chat right now saying I can't believe you would say that about Raheem Sterling he's 30 you know I get it like I get it you guys like rahem Sterling but there's a reason why Chelsea don't want him and I think we should take heed you know alone with an option to me is only thing acceptable you know anything other than that I feel like we're getting fleeced um and we are solving Chelsea these problems for them once again so um you know but alone with an option you know he's Champions League level quality experience leader winner whatever you want to call him you know so all there's a lot of positives there um so yeah um Samy Mel said did also say that Arsenal have been offered both Kingsley colan and Raheem Sterling so and I think again like I said at the a couple of days ago I said that once once we get to the um once we get to the final day of the window which to me is basically final day of the window you know today it's pretty much over like what is it 7 o' in the UK now um once we get to the last day of the window if you offer me a sterling I'll take it you know um we just cannot do nothing um and I'm really kind of tired of the attacking signings always being an afterthought um we are jumping for joy to sign every goalkeeper Under the Sun we're like collecting Pokemon and but when it comes to an attacker we can't we can't seem to get it done and so it's unfortunate it's come down to Sterling Coman Tony but that's so much better than leaving the squad as is you know you have Sterling in your game day squad over ree Nelson and you're instantly better you know so that's kind of where we're at um Miguel Delaney saying our store weighing up Mo a move for Chelsea Raheem Sterling just if you're going to do it just get it done like I don't really want to hear anymore about we're weighing up we're considering we're thinking we're you know pull the finger out pull the finger out did you see how many games we're going to be playing in the Champions League there's more games they're hard games like we're going to need more players like we cannot go in with what we have now or else you better be praying to God that nothing happens to Saka um you know just Sterling can play on both sides you know you guys will give me all the positives that you guys POS you guys have positives I know you guys do you guys love Sterling everyone loves Sterling I love Sterling it's just not the summer that was promised you know so you know it has to go down as a little bit disappointing you know um let's see Fabrizio says I'd rather koman than Sterling more of a natural right-winger the main reason why I don't want Coman at Aral is because he has a weird case and we already have somebody in the team with a weird case um you know so if he didn't have that I think I'd be more open but then at the same time like he's also very injury-prone you know K on and so even if he's the better option in terms of what he offers you know I I don't think that there's much between Coman and Sterling if I'm honest but I think in the where they are right now in their care like where they are in terms of how they play and what they can offer I don't think there's much between them but you know one has a weird case and also is injury prone I'd rather take the non-injury prone without a weird case Sterling you know um so yeah I'm not a fan of the Coman thing at all um so yeah yoyo says no xity players in has been good for the most part but now at best a rotational option Gabriel jayus is a flop until proven otherwise um let's see nuances of Fate says we'll be go to the season short how do I know because we do it every summer we do I mean and there's always CU there's there's always Arsenal fans that are eating up the Kool-Aid or drinking the Kool-Aid about yeah well if we don't have our Target then it's best to wait no because it if you don't have your first Target for goalkeeper you're buying another one if you don't have your first choice for a left back we know we're still getting one you know you wanted a a left back this this summer you had H hen Cape H and califi on your list you made sure you had multiple options so you could get it done you know so I expect the same level of you know uh care and thoroughness for an attacker you know you just don't want one you know or you just are not asked like I don't know if they are traumatized from Willian I don't know what it is I don't actually understand why they have such a difficult time time bringing in an attacker of a certain level you know they really do act as though they can only be asked if it's like isach but you're not getting isach I can tell you right now we are not getting isach not now not ever we're not getting him we are never stumping up 120 million for isach we are not so just because you can't get eack doesn't mean you don't get you know whatever other player that's out there you know like we are very arrogant for a club that hasn't won anything you see what I'm saying so um or hasn't won anything in a long time you know but if we get you know a sterling or even a Tony who you know less so I would say the more the less um credible in the nose have been talking about Tony so don't really feel like we need to go too deep into the Tony thing it's Fraz Fletcher and football Insider is like they're that's like franois Plateau you know we talked about franois Plateau the other day these people cosplay as in the nose every freaking transfer window get nothing right but seemingly people still talk about what they're saying um that might be where you know um Robbie is getting his information you know um so yeah um Tony lesso but we need to get an attacker and um it would just be so nice if we just you know did the right thing for once you know did the right thing for once don't leave us short you know um Simon Says hatto stayed to develop as we assume cesco it will be the likes of Zin and Jesus leaving next just a part of the evolution my point about the hotto thing is that if we wanted a left back so bad that we made sure we had multiple options so if we couldn't get calori we we know we would have went for H or h C we were not going through this window without bringing in a left back we weren't you know but when it comes to an attacker all we had was you know what is that guy's name cesco you know and once we couldn't get cesco or Nico Williams it's like up well it's too bad and it's like no you know we need to be a lot more thorough with with this you know if you if they really wanted an attacker they would have gotten one if it was a priority it would have got done they either would have had been able to get their number one target or they had multiple options um and we're getting down to the wire and we're being fed Sterling and Tony from in the nose you know now we haven't heard like um we haven't heard like it's off the table and Arsenal are not looking but we've also seen from like fabito Romano has said that any move for a Winger might hinge on Reese Nelson leaving which for me is just a cop out like ree Nelson is going to play five minutes next season um there's no reason why he should be the player that's keeping us from getting an attacker like nobody allows players like Rees Nelson to stop them from getting an attacker it's just a reason not to do it because you're afraid to just go out there and get an attacker and I don't know why they're shaking in their boots to do it but just get it done like the amount of games that we have you guys spoke about X Factor we play Inter we play you know PSG these are games in which you're going to need X Factor you know where is at so yeah Joe says PSR though right maybe but if that's the case if that's the case if PSR is an issue at the beginning of the window just tell us that it's going to be a nothing window you know don't go out there the day after we lose to Aston Villa at home and virtually L like the title was over and have you know Ed erands and and people like that feeding us isach and Michael ois hopium you know then don't just say from the beginning it's going to be ass like just say we don't have it you know because it does feel like this window has been hindered by our need to sell and the fact that the cronies have not handed you know edu a briefcase full of money I think we've seen seen the limitations of edu if he has to sell and the limitations are very much like ESR leave then you bring in ciori you know and Kia leaves and we bring in Mareno now we need Reese Nelson to go to bring in a Winger like um so yeah but you know but we're still going to get that goalkeeper you know that is not going to not get done we're going to you know we're going to get that Juan Garcia guy that is not going to not get get get done because that is a priority for the club um so yeah but hopefully they just get serious you know and bring in someone at this stage I will take Sterling on a loan with an option where Chelsea's paying a portion of their wages or portion of his wages you know I feel that's the best that we can possibly do at this stage you know that's where we're at so let's see um Samuel says I have a feeling this lot's going to us over I mean I feel like it's already kind of like I mean I'm going to do a deadline day stream tomorrow but it's going to be short like I'm not going to be doing it the whole day because Arsenal don't do anything on Deadline day you know that's not how they that's not really how they they operate you know their whole thing is plan way ahead of time have your targets get them done the last couple of days is about sending kids out on loan or you know whatever our our deadline day signing will most likely be that goalkeeper you know so um I just don't know if Arsenal like care enough to to get it done because I feel like if they did they would have already they would have already done it you know um James says would Sterling improve Arsenal Beyond and Martinelli the squad is strong as is let's prioritize clear upgrades we aren't desperate this is clearly the body language of edu and artetta I just feel like that's so arrogant that's so arrogant for a team that you know went multiple games last season even at home not scoring goals I think that's incredibly arrogant for a team that looked blunt in the Champions League you know knockout stages last season I think that's incredibly arrogant for a team that hasn't won the Premier League in 20s something years that's incredibly arrogant for a team that hasn't won a trophy in four years this you know we we're in this posture of like well if it's not a clear upgrade then we can't you're you're not in that position in your front line in our defense yes we are in a position where only the top 5% of the world's Defenders would improve us that's where we are with our defense only top top tier Defenders would be better than CBA white Gabrielle Timber ciori you know that's where we are with with our defense we are not there with our attack like they were not there like I don't know you know it's just so arrogant like it's just it's it's so you would think we're Man City acting like that you know clear upgrades like it would not take that much to upgrade on Martinelli right now it just wouldn't you know it's he's not he's not like sacka you know so I just it's I don't know but there's this this what James just said no offense to James but this is the exact nonsense that Arsenal put out there for certain fans to gobble up every window to make it okay for us not to do what we need to be doing and then when we miss out on what we're supposed to do the cycle starts all over again you know so yeah it's just weird I I think it's weird you know you would really think that like we won a lot of trophies and like you know we're not good enough to be acting like we can't get players in that front line that can improve upon what we like a couple of days ago we had inet and Nelson in the team like it's not like we have all these worldclass players in the group do you know what I mean so to me it's just it's weird like I don't get it um Fabo says Jess would you rather Tony or sterling sterling sterling yeah Sterling for sure um Philip says Fulham are after Nelson you guys are totally missing out on the Epic window we've had on outgoings I mean Phillip seriously like we've had a good window of outgoings we're not Brighton you know Brighton can celebrate outgoings you know the fact that it's taken us this long to get to a point where we could sell our Academy products at a decent fee you know it's like okay thanks but we're not Brighton Brighton can sell and bring bit first of all Brighton have had a an excellent window of incomings but you know in the past they've all been been about outgoings you know what they've been able to sell good fees where Arsenal like that doesn't mean anything you know especially when basically we're just playing catchup on all the seasons in which edu didn't sell anything and spent a lot of money so for me it's not that impressive to sell players at fees that everybody else can sell there like we're behind you know so to me it's not something to really be like celebrating especially when you haven't gotten what you need to get in like in you know what I mean so if we had gotten if we had calori um Marino and we had brought in you know a good quality Winger and we did the outgoings that we did I'd I'd agree with Phillip I would I'd be like look at the outgoings that we did did but there's just no way to like celebrate that when we're not bringing in what we need to bring in because like what is what is Eddie's 25 million going to do for us on the bench against PSG like it's not going to do anything for us so yeah I get it like but again this is another like thingy that people will you know when we start raing the window I already know people are going to say there weren't any clear upgrades out there but we had a massive window outgoings what are people com complaining about listen you know I'm complaining about not improving that front line that desperately needs at least one or two people you know um Chris says Jess what are what you're missing is that we couldn't sell until just recently our P our players weren't rated I mean you could have sold ineta last summer you could have sold ree Nelson Last Summer these are players that played no minutes last season that we could have sold last summer so again like what we could have sold a meal last summer like I you know you didn't have to wait until the summer in which the Euros were happening in Copa America to sell these players they could have they should have been gone three years ago you know so again it's like there's there's no real way to like wiggle around it to make it make sense like it it doesn't you know it really doesn't like I'm so sorry but like I don't I mean are we Brighton or we arsenal you know are we Brighton or are we arsenal you know we're celebrating outgoings like Brighton when we needed an attacking player that was going to take us to the next level everybody knew that I don't know why everybody's pretending like all of a sudden we didn't need one um I get it you know even like I modified my expectations um you know based on you know not being able to get like a Bruno GES or something like that but I still expect you to improve the squad even if you can't get your number one there's still ways to improve the team especially when you have ree Nelson in your in the group like it's not like you have Liverpool's attack or City's attack if I'm honest you know like for them it's like you know they have what they what they pretty much need they can just add like a here and there person like it's fine you know we're not there yet you know so yeah I get it I really do understand that it's like we have to figure out ways to make it sound okay and like kind of Tamp down the negativity but I just don't feel like this is going to be a summer where it's going to be able to be like okay you know I think there's a valid reason for people to be disgruntled and um I don't begrudge anybody that's disappointed that we're not getting an attacker if we do not get one um because we all said at the beginning of the window that we needed one and now people are changing their tune um and I don't get why Jean Renee says I just got in why is everybody on Tony I don't think the club is scrambling just reacting to the market based on a plan um I mean we would have to see like legitimate movement on that soon like it's what 7 o'cl 7 o'cl or something like that in the UK we have one more day left um if we were working on Tony I feel like we would know it um because that would have to be a permanent sale maybe with Sterling it would be a little bit easier because it most likely would have to be alone um but yeah um Tony sounds good when you don't have when you haven't gotten anything in and there's one day left Tony sounds good um but you know Tony is not somebody that I feel like necessarily like you know is he wouldn't be the best option you guys know I have concerns about Tony but you know last ditch this is all that you can get it's better than nothing you know everything is better than nothing you know that's all um yeah big dead men says when there's nothing sounds good exactly like everything sounds good um TV says loser loser me mentality happening right now I just feel like that's the natural thing for people to do is try to find the bright side or the positive angle to a maybe disappointing situation and so I always expect that whenever we lose or we go through a bad patch or we don't win a trophy or you know we don't get what we need in the transfer window I kind of always expect for there to be an element of trying to figure out the half glass full or the positive angle to something um or for you know to go on to the attack of people that are criticizing but the reality is you guys is we haven't won a major trophy in 20-some years and we haven't won a trophy in four there's a lot of pressure on the club to performed this season we all came into this window saying that we needed a a Defender a midfielder and an attacker at the very minimum and the attacker looks like it's being pushed down the the can is being pushed down the road and our attack is probably the weakest third of our team you know our Midfield and our defense are stronger in my opinion than our attack so for it to be the only thing that's not addressed and for it not to have been addressed for two windows now is disappointing you know so that's all I'm saying I don't know how to spin it into a positive guys I really don't you know I don't know how to spin it into a positive I'm not saying that we're going to lose every single game this season because we didn't get an attacker but I don't necessarily see how we've gotten any closer to where we want to be with Marino and CA Fury and a new backup goalkeeper you know but maybe I can be wrong everything can change this season but I don't know IO says a big fan of artetta thank you so much for your Super Chat by the way uh a big fan of artetta but I'm frustrated with the Reliance on unproven goal scores and the arrogance and thinking that coaching alone can fix everything artetta is always going to back himself I think that's that's probably like one of his best attributes and maybe one of his more frustrating ones because he does always back himself to make a player better he always thinks he can fix somebody he thinks if you just tweaks this and moves that and just you know puts a little sprinkle here a little sprinkle there everything will be fine and it's why he insists on riceing the eight it's why he insists on zenchenko at left back it's why he insists on continuing to back J Zeus it's you know instead of just going with what you know and putting people in positions that are comfortable to them buying the players that would naturally be in those positions you know he makes things I think a little bit more complicated for himself because he always backs himself to get the most out of a bad situation or less than optimal situations and I think it's been a blessing that artetta has been able to coach I think our tus coaching has got us a lot closer than our talent has um I I think potentially with another coach we wouldn't be where we are equally at at some point you just need to have more Talent um and I think that's where we are I think we're at a point where it's time to just buy better players you know buy a better player than zinny we've done that buy a better player than jayus we haven't done that you know just buy better Players Get Talent in that's where we are the more talent you have have it papers over the cracks man and right now I feel like we don't ever have a way to paper over the cracks we do set pieces as our paper over the cracks but without set pieces it's kind of like we have to be perfect in order to do everything we need to do or to get where we want to be where if you just have more Talent sometimes that just gets you over the line and I feel like that's never the answer for Arsenal it's never just get more talented players in attack or just get more talented players in general it's always let's just let's get different but not better you know and I just feel like we're making a meal out of something that we don't have to but again that's not I'm not saying that it's the end of the world and like we're never going to win another game you know I just don't know how to spin a positive around a window that was very heavily Reliant upon or the success of it was very heavily relied Reliant upon bringing in an attacker you know and we went from a striker to a Winger to a backup to a nothing you know very very quickly and I don't know why Brian thank you so much for your Super Chat Brian says our fan base loves Tony but I'm not sure he's much better than kai it would be cool to have him as an option though I'd rather see a starting left Winger Tony I mean he is held in very high regard from this fan base and I'm not quite sure why why um for brenford I mean he went like 10 games last season um at when he came back in not scoring and if Kai HS ever went through a run of form like that they would have his head on a spike he spends 90% of his time at brenford outside of the box um it's a lot of his goals are like penalties um I'm not sure he's the guy that people think he is but because he I think because he Puffs his chest out and he has kind of like this backs himself Arsenal fans I think are drawn to his attitude but I don't think like they're it's he's actually as good as people say he is but um that being said adding him to the squad would not make us worse it probably would make us a little bit better but not like the gains that you would get if you were to bring in maybe isach who I think is better than Tony you know but that's just me again on Deadline day you'll pretty much take anything thing you know so um yeah Tony's not my favorite guy he's really really not um but you know I mean is he better than Jesus you know I guess that's the the question do we think that he's better than Jesus um right now in the form that Jesus is in right now in the last like 12 months of Jesus I don't know you know I don't M says we didn't need H sign calor we have Tony Timber Kor and Zin already there wasted money on a left back once again when we needed a prolific Striker um I would say that you know controversially I think we did need a left back it was just a lower priority than the attacker depending on um Arsenal currently exploring a deal for myam um I think I think we did need a left back I just think it was a lower priority than the midfielder and the attacker I think depending on who you spoke to you either thought the attacker was more important than the midfielder or you thought the midfielder was more important than the attacker but I think all of us were under the same impression that a left back if they were to come in would be the lowest on the list now and the reason why I think we needed a left back is because I'm sorry none of our options were good enough last season I mean we marketed it or we we painted it as having all these great options when in reality none of them were good enough you know I don't think zenchenko was good enough I don't think Tommy was good enough and I don't think Kor was good enough so was it really that we had all these great options or we just had a bunch of guys that actually weren't good enough so we needed a left back I'm happy about califur but it should have been the not the last thing that came in but it does feel like it was the biggest priority for Arsenal than the midfielder because they left it where you know re Nelson which he has no suitors right now except for maybe Fulham maybe um you know we need him to go to bring in an attacker and so I don't think we should have to choose like I don't think I'm I'm not going to be upset about us getting a left back because we needed one I'm upset that we feel like we need to not get other things that we actually do need in order to scr together some pennies to get an attacker that we should be guaranteed getting we should not have to choose this window should have been attacker left back and midfielder no questions asked you know but it feels like we have to always give up one thing and I don't feel like we should we should have had to I don't feel like we should have had to I feel like we needed all of it you know especially after you know the the season that we had last season you think Arsenal would be desperate to make things right I don't think we're desperate enough I think that's the thing it's like I want to see Arsenal desperate and aggressive um and I feel like we're very like if we can um Sky Sports are saying Arsenal are one of many clubs who have explored the conditions of a deal for Kingsley Coman it's understood the club may want to bring in another Winger ahead of deadline I mean that's a lot of if buts maybe kind of maybe a little bit if we can if it suits us if it's cute if the sun rises if the sky falls if it too many ifs for me too many ifs for me so yeah yeah uh too many ifs for me are we doing it or are we not so yeah um Martin Ed says if we act like we're desperate other clubs are going to rip us off well then you shouldn't have left it until the end of the window to get something that you absolutely needed so you know sorry but there's no way to spin it into a Arsenal or doing the right thing by acting too cool for a to get an attacker no way there's no way to there's no way to suspend it this time guys sorry yoyo says our has been very much so involved I spoke about this with goner Lee yesterday it's not artetta it's not edu it's Arsenal Arsenal are collectively making these decisions to not go get a striker to be okay with what they have to trust jayus to trust zenko you know to around with Midfield all year to buy Kai HTS instead of anything else like they're actively all contr like to they're all contributing to us stagnating you know um which you you guys can let me know if you think we've stagnated from our first year in our second year um of challenging because I think we've been pretty much the same you know um we've been different but the same you know um and that's what I mean by the signings that we make don't always make us Mar like better sometimes they just make us different um which I don't think that's the the plan for a signing I think a signing should give you 10% more 5% more and I think argu like deam rice Kai harberts Rya ended up making us different and maybe about 2 3% better you know than the year prior and it should have been way more than that um and this this season I don't know what Marino actually probably will make us a lot better um because our Midfield was atrocious last season it really was especially at the beginning so I think he will make a difference um if artetta decides to just go ahead and rip the B off and start playing him with Dean rice and odard um One champions league is never going to be easy it's never going to be easy so there is no you know there's favorable draws there's favorable draws and there's harder draws but there's never easy draws you know what I mean and like this new this new um system that they're going with makes it so that there's a lot more exciting games at the beginning but also you know it's It's Tricky You Know It's Tricky um I think you know if you if you don't get Real Madrid I feel like as an Arsenal fan you think you've gotten away with it and I think that that's the only team that we view as a difficult team for us to come up against but as we saw last season Porto was a really difficult leg for us it was a very difficult tie for us so I think that this is you know these are nice fixtures in terms of like these are fun teams to play it's going to be you know good away days for some of our fans but by no means do I think that this is easy you know I think we you know based if I if we didn't if we don't if we didn't have not improved from last season this will be hard for for us you know we all assume that we're just going to be better the next season and you're hoping that you know we're hoping that we're better than we were last season but if we were if we're the exact same if we perform the same way we did in The Knockouts last season this will be difficult for us um and that's just the reality you know uh PSG one thing about them is that now they they don't have toxic killi and mbappe they have a lot of really talented players in that team especially in Midfield am I really looking forward to you know our kind of like stiffer slower Midfield against dimentive kind of like low to the ground vitinas and xia neas is no not necessarily you know I'm very much so looking forward to watching that Midfield cook I think that's a great Midfield vtina Xiao Nez and I think is zier emery that's a great Midfield um beyond that you know you know they have Bara he's good um the other attackers are a little sus you know but that being said again like these they still have top quality players in that club you know so that's not easy we're at home but it doesn't matter we get shooketh at home in European competition home means nothing um inter milalan away that's tough um they have so much experience and they have a great coach that's you know LED them to a final before so that's not easy shakar at home should is probably one of our more favorable fixtures Atlanta away another difficult one Europa League winners Dio at home that should be a favorable fixture sporting we don't do well against Portuguese sides we've seen that multiple years in a row whether it's Europa League or champions league and we have to go away I don't know what to tell you Monaco at home balagan you know that still should be a favorable fixture Jona I think is a favorable fixture because they a lot of their players got picked off on the season prior uh so there's some tough ones there's some not as tough ones but I think again Arsenal unless they've improved from last season which we're assuming that they are they have I don't know to what extent no type of draw going to be easy for us you know um again I don't even think we're going to have to play outside of ourselves we're going to have to approach games differently we're not going to be able to just run our patterns over and over and over again this is where that individual X Factor really has to come out and we didn't address that in the window so you have to assume that artetta is going to approach games differently and the players are going to actually perform because I think they were really shook um in those knockout stages they were shooki they were shaking you know so um yeah I'm I'm excited about the PSG game I can't I can't lie to you I'm excited about that game I think playing up against you know we'll get to see you know top players you know at the Emirates so well done um boy says UCL is just for cash in order for artetta to be the guy he has to be somebody that we feel like can help us win the Champions League you know so I think we need to be like at least we need to be much better you know we should be able to go ban for ban with some of these teams you know they can attack us we can attack them we're creating chances we're not looking blunt like we should see like our top players the the competition and that we get to see ourselves up against some of the better teams in the world and stuff like that but in terms of like my expectations for us like winning it I don't think I don't I like last season in The Knockouts they will struggle with this group you know I don't think that that's pessimistic at all I feel like that's very like simplistic you know way of thinking but I think that at this stage right now people want to hear things that they they don't want to hear anything other than we're going to be great in the Champions League this is a great group it's it's an easy group we're going to slap p she we're going to slap so and so and I don't think we are based on how we played last season and that we haven't improved our team you know so yeah and like yoyo saying people have the right to be frustrated fans need to stop policing other fans over their standards and expectations and yeah it's just weird like I don't really understand it like I don't know what um the champions is hard to get excited about when we H like I'll be excited once we're about to play you know I'll be excited because then you can start really like dreaming and like maybe we will win maybe we will but the reality is I I did say that I felt like in order for us to compete in the Champions League we needed to bring in different attacking players with X Factor so I can't go back and pretend like I didn't say that and just be excited for the sake of it you know that's I'm just being real you know but you know there's if these players actually play their game and artetta approaches these games differently we can have better outcomes you know I think we were way too rigid and nervous and we didn't play our we didn't we play we tried to play our game but we were just too stiff you know so yeah um Mar Marley says it can it can be NE it can be negative for fans to not be realistic and over positive um yeah we're just not in the I just feel like we all have our own opinions and our own ways of thinking about things um and like some people glass half full some people glass half empty um and so it's difficult when we're having a moment like this where there is a lot of disappointment around the transfer window for people to accept other views you know I think we've been so happy in this like period of resurgence and rebuilding that it's hard to get out of that stage where there's not really a lot of expectation on you you're rebuilding you know everything is positive and moving in the right direction to the expectation is for you to win and I think there are there's a big group of our fans that are having a really difficult time trans like getting over to that side like they don't want it they want to stay in the rebuilding resurging everything is positive nobody expect us to do anything now that there's expectations it's like they want to stay there and it's like no we've we've graduated away from that and the sloppy is type of Windows that we had when we were resurging we could carry some of those mistakes that we were making because ultimately when you just get more talented players in the team you're going to get better but now we're in a period where like the margins are really fine and we're having having these same things throughout the window where we're just missing very obvious things and I think the frustration is coming from like we're in a win now and we're not not acting like win now we're acting like we still are a team that doesn't have any expectations on them and so there is like a a constant fight you know between the two sides I don't think there's everything that we've done is wrong I don't think everything that we've done is right but I do think the first frustration around transfer Windows is there for a reason because there's a very obvious thing that we haven't done yet that we continuously Miss and that's probably just buying like a world class forward or somebody that has like is more clinical or something and we keep missing it and every season it feels like that's something that hinders us from getting to where we want to be so yeah I think it's I see both sides I really do I personally probably air more on the side of maybe if you want to call me a pessimist maybe you can put me on that side um naturally I'm a little bit more like I need to see it in order to believe it but I'm not like so negative where I'm like trying to make money off of it you know but I want us to win you know I I want us to win and um I just don't see a team that I feel like right now is equipped to do all the things that we want to do and that's frustrating um and that doesn't mean that I think the players that we have now are not good enough I think they need some support from other players that we so and there's there has to be a reason for that I don't know what it is maybe they feel like you know sack Martinelli can do it um and sacka can but you know Martinelli there's questions over you know where he's at so I think there's a lot of trust going into Martinelli and I get that and jayus but I if it was me I wouldn't risk our Season On th those two getting back to form from two years ago um M says we are two players short we need Coman and Tony 100% anyone disagrees can't see why we can't play the false nine especially against Low Blocks it doesn't work um sack says one Chris Wood or sun goal and our attack would be deemed good enough but we didn't get those you know it's like so one if somebody had scored against City then our team our our attack would be good enough okay I think a lot of people think that okay well if we had just won one more game or if City had just lost one more game but it just doesn't work like that you guys we just weren't good enough like and no offense but it's not just about the league it's about the what's this it's also about the Champions League too and I think a big thing about X Factor in the attack was also about Champions League so you know even if magically son didn't miss that chance that still doesn't solve our problem in the Champions League too so yeah I'm I think that's another one of those this if chriswood or sun go our little bit like you know as much as people are trying to make it like kind of shine light on content creators or Arsenal fans that are being hashtag negative just look at the club and try to understand why people are upset you know instead of always trying to put the light back on people that are critical um because it's not going to work this time uh Terence tip says don't worry Justin gotten to this this far in the window and our only choices are loans for Sterling and Coman this has all been manufactured by Arsenal so I mean don't ask me who we should get ask me why we're at a point where the only options we have are Sterling and comom you know um so yeah but look guys if we draw blanks at home against certain teams if we look Toothless in the Champions League we'll come update you know artetta spoke well about Sterling what is he supposed to say that he hates him um and you know we're an option for Sterling now I guess but you know I don't know yeah so no real update tonight one more day left and then the window shuts hopefully we get an attacker if we do not then we do not you know um then then we do not you know so um I says transfer window has been so bad it is who knows if we'll get Sterling or not I think if we wanton him we have to just figure it out and get it done as soon as possible like you know it won't be the best signing but at least it's something it's better than nothing I'd rather get something because you have to actually compete for the season that you have now it's can't always be about this you know the the future but um yeah um Jay says what did drewy I actually haven't been feeling well too so I think the combination of me not feeling well plus the fact that the window um has not been like the most cheery but again I don't know I don't know how to be cheery about a window that hasn't gone the way that we thought it was going to go or at least I thought it was going to go um oh last but not least you guys we did draw um Bolton and wander Wanderers in the champion or no Champions sorry um in the carabel cup round three and so those will be played September 16th and the 23rd um at the Emirates so very fa like this is a this is what I call a favorable draw this the first time in like a long time I feel like we've gotten like a lower lower level team um and so this is a really good opportunity to rest players you know playing against Bolton and these are minutes that should go to Ethan like Ethan should play in this game and should start this game um and you know that would be a perfect opportunity for him so favorable draw in the um carabal cup the champions leag a little bit more you know obviously anything that you I don't think there's anything that's easy in the Champions League so you're never going to catch me saying it's easy um there's some favorable ones in there there's some trickier ones in there there's some tough away fixtures but all in all it looks like a fun you know a fun group like there's going to be some nice away days there for some of the you know Arsenal fans that end up getting a chance to go so you know I'm excited for them and then obviously the matchups are going to be
