For the third year in a row. Taylor Swift dominating the V MA winning video of the year for fortnight MTV celebrated 40 years of the video music awards. It was a big night for women and without a doubt, a huge night for Swift, she took home seven moon men tying Beyonce's record for the most V MA wins ever at 30. She swept the top categories for best pop, best direction, best editing, best collaboration, song of summer and for the second year in a row artist of the year during her speech for video of the year, she also gave a rare public mention of her romantic partner. I would always just hear like someone like, like cheering and like w like like from across from across the studio that that one person was my boyfriend, Travis. People seem to like that Swift also followed up this week's endorsement of Kamala Harris asking people not just to vote necessarily for Kamala Harris, but to vote for someone. Her plea to fans was that if you are over the age of 18, register to vote for something else that's very important. That is the 2024 presidential Election.
