of you right now so call me dial 84435 Andy that's 8443052675 these parties like who do you get star struck by and I'm truly being honest I do not get that star struck because after you meet a couple celebrities you're like yeah it's okay but Adam Sandler me along with the rest of the world he means a lot to me he's just a comforting person and I think for a lot of us who grew up watching his movies it's just like he's been there for our whole lives and he he makes me laugh harder he's my favorite comedian he's my favorite comedian he's my favorite actor he's my favorite celebrity I am the biggest fan I always watch his movies on repeat growing up with my brother Millennials out there you'll remember you'll remember the VHS tapes remember how you would I mean for me we didn't have Blockbuster in the UK or if we did I wasn't I don't I don't know where the I would go to the library okay on St John's Wood High Street it's still there this library and I would rent the VHS tapes and I would go I would get to go on Friday as a treat and like rent the movies and I would always look for the Adam Sandler movies and I would go home and remember you'd have to like rewind them yeah kids these days they'll never know what we went through anyway I love Adam Sandler and Netflix very nicely asked me if I wanted to go to the premiere of his new standup comedy special directed by Josh safy who obviously uh also directed an jams and don't worry I didn't say that to him that would been really embarrassing but I did see Julia Fox she came too she looked cool she always looks cool we went for different looks but she looked amazing so they asked me you know do you want to come and we're having like a few creators do red carpet stuff and I I mean you guys know me I don't really do like man on- the street interview kind of stuff I I just don't do it and I I was I was like of course but I was so nervous and it was a very small press line because you know was obviously he's Adam Sandler he doesn't need to do any press like everybody's obsessed with him and this is you know his special is amazing I don't know how these interviewers do it who are on the Press line it is so nerve-wracking because it's so loud and you stand in a little pen and you basically have to like ask the celebrities whoever's walking by to come by and obviously I was only there to to do a little content with Mr Sandler himself but I was just like oh my God the my nerves I was like freaking out I was so nervous and then when he arrived you know obviously everyone was going wild he's taking a million pictures and I had three questions that I had approved with Netflix and I was just like practicing over them over and over and Isabella was with me and she was like it's really not a big deal you Yap all day every day day on like that's your job and I was like I know what this is like Adam Sandler and I can't I've never met him before even when I went to see him get the Mark Twain award uh you remember you guys remember when I did that I went to DC and I I saw him do get this really really the most prestigious award in comedy in the United States he got and I got to go to that but I didn't meet him then but it was just like Anyway lot of buildup and then it's like obviously with everything everybody's running late and and it's too hectic and everybody wants to talk to him and I was like at the right at the end the line and so they pulled him like right before he got to me and two other people doing like content cuz you know he did all the interviews whatever and he saw us and and he was like oh is there more like I can do these guys too and you know obviously he has the reputation for being the nicest celebrity and he really is just the nicest guy like truly just the kindest person he made me feel relaxed I'm sure he could tell that I was nervous and of course like I did it selfie style deleted the video thank God I had Isabella doing the backup can you imagine I was shaking so hard whatever but I only got time to ask him one question but I just asked him you're an iconic girl dad what is your favorite thing that you've taught your daughters and he said oh that's a good question and I was like yeah so I'm going to be posting the video of me doing that on socials today so you can go check it out but honestly it really cool and the special is amazing it's so funny classic Sandler it was directed by Josh safy which is cool because I've never really heard of like I mean I guess that makes sense to have someone directing a special but this is just a really cool collaboration clearly they work really well together I was cackling in my seat the entire time and it was just a really really special fun evening just a New York magic moment and I like definitely felt the like magic tingles when I left I was like walking around in my cute dress and my heels and I was like oh this is so magical so very very grateful for that experience um and then this morning I had an amazing ham and cheese croissant so I I mean my life is up I hope I hope everybody else is having an amazing morning too let us start with Ally hi Ally how are you let's talk to Sophia hi Sophia how are [Laughter] you hi guys in the car right now obsessed hi guys what's going on how you doing we're obsessed you we're from Toronto I was at harus and met you there love that was such a fun afternoon what's going on so basically I've been J this guy for like four or five months okay going really well I really like him but in a month I'm moving to Spain for nine months oh that's so sick good for you yes yes thank you um but I'm unsure what to do about with the boyfriend do I like whether do long distance or well are you in love with him um like we haven't said it but I definitely you don't think I feel like if you're like no I feel like if you're like uh that's a no well we haven't said it but I definitely been thinking about it oh okay well if you feel it that's great you're really happy with him yeah I don't know I'm so torn long distance is like and also long distance to Toronto is like I mean Spain to Toronto is no small feet you know that's a hefty long D um well what does he say about it like have you guys spoken about it have you had conversations yeah we have a bit but definitely needs to more but he's mentioned like coming a visit and we do talk as if like in the future being together then I think stay with him I mean it sounds like you're really happy and I think you know if if if you guys if that's what he's thinking about and that's what you're thinking about I mean look long people do long distance all the time is it my favorite no is it anybody's favorite no but can you make it work absolutely you can and in a way it's kind of like you have that part of your life sorted and you feel supported and loved by this person you can concentrate on having the best time in Spain are you going for work or is it a school thing or just a trip or what what's why are you moving working there working there yeah so then I think so then I think go for it and stay with him and if if you know things get tough and the communication breaks down you can always take a break until you get back but I think if you're not like oh I want to go a bunch of Spanish dudes then I think you should just stay with them yeah no exactly and we were talking about it yesterday and I was like like I don't want to like see any other guys there so I'm thinking it's worth trying and like I've never tried long distance like if it's hard you know yeah I think I think you should try it yeah I think you should try it yeah yeah that's so exciting I'm so proud of you that is so cool go have the best time and if it's right it will stick and then you'll have a great boyfriend and honestly sometimes long distance spices it up you know you're going to get get back from Spain with a whole new outlook on the world and you're going to have your sexy know but I'm literally so excited and I actually am going to rewatch the first season like starting tonight because I want to be really fresh on it but I don't know but I'm literally obsessed with them and like that how sexy they are that like my favorite show and the sexiest show so I have no idea honestly I have no idea but I can't wait should I try to get them on the Pod I should try to get Spain and a Visa um I just got back from from mayorca oh fun this is a follow-up call to last week my friend Nicole called you to tell you the story oh my God and she you were going oh my God you're the friend yes I just got back I went you guys I'm dead for anybody who doesn't know wait let me just give them contacts we had a call last week and she said her friend was going to Spain with a guy she met in London and she was like I think the question was like how do how do you stay present because it's like you know when you go on these trips with a guy you're future tripping you're like what am I going to do how am I going to move to but anyway thank you for calling tell us how it was right now um it was amazing I'm so happy that's so sick oh my God like it really has been such a whirlwind experience like obviously this whole story all my friends are like you have to call tanks and call in and tell her this story because it's just really really crazy so yeah you you gave the this the synopsis and met him literally a month ago um we hung out in London we hung out once in Florence like he came to meet me in Florence to take me on our like real first date yeah and then he invited me to mayorca and threw me out there and I just one I wanted to share that it was just the most amazing trip and like I'm so smitten but also I think it was just such a great experience of like through box theory yes so true never felt like I was in someone's date box like I have with him like talk about like if he wanted to he would like he literally flew to Italy to take me on our first date but like has been so straightforward with how much he likes me and how much he wants to beat me and like I I thought I had like maybe experienced that but I think I hadn't frankly until this until meeting him I love that um so now and also speaking of like your last caller now we're dating I guess like it's crazy shut up oh my God wait this amazing with like a will see mentality which is like what said on the Pod like will see like be present like don't think about it and the end of the trip basically like we kind of kicked the can I was like I don't want to talk about anything serious until like the end of the trip like let's just the trip smart and then at the end he was like I really want you to be my girlfriend and I was like that's just kind of crazy because like we live in different places like I don't know if I want to move and you don't know if you want to move like I live in New York you live in London he's like I'm not asking you to move I'm not asking you to marry me like right now like I'm just asking you to like continue seeing me like I'd love to come visit you in New York love you to come visit me in London oh my God I'm chills I'm really enjoying it it's so crazy and so fun it's so true it's like just having that wiy mentality is so powerful and also the feeling of when you're in the date box is so euphoric because it's just like you look back on all the times you were kidding yourself and you were like wow I was complete hookup box denial like this is what it's supposed to feel like it's it's like everything else Fades away like truly the reason why I love box Theory it's because it's like all the other theories out there it's so like I don't know it's just so complicated like box the it's just like when they when they like you you'll know you know and it's uncomplicated and they will literally fly you to mayorca and nothing matters timing doesn't matter and it's just simple and easy and it's like that's the best and that's what you deserve I'm so happy for you oh thank you I'm so so happy and like literally so many of your theories have come have been exemplified and personified in this person and in this experience so thanks so much you deserve all the good things and I'm so excited for your new boyfriend and I'm excited for him to come visit you and for you to just have fun and feel loved and feel like someone really likes you and it's not complicated because that's what everybody deserves thanks tanks thanks for calling us and and letting us uh know I'm and also I have a weird feeling
