$800 million Mega Millions winning ticket inspires other Houston-area residents to keep playing

Uh the land of sugar got a lot sweeter after a convenience store sold a winning mega millions tickets at $800 million. That could do a lot of damage. The jackpot is now the largest Texas lottery prize in history. Here's strike. We with this story tonight, here at this Murphy Express in Sugar Land is where the quick pick ticket was sold making it the seventh largest prize in mega millions history that inspired others to come here to try their luck. There's some mixed feelings towards the unknown mega millions winner. I wish it was me. Beaver. Knighton junior regularly makes his quick picks at this store. I'm in and out all the time going to work to and from, I guess I slipped this time after hearing the news, Robert Nieto was inspired to play. I would probably divided between me and my family. Meanwhile, Knighton has some words of encouragement for the winner. Enjoy yourself. After matching all six numbers, the Texas lottery says the player chose the cash value option, an estimated $404 million before taxes. The winner has 180 days from the draw date to claim the prize. Nieto is not hopeful. He'll be the next winner. I don't believe that. Mhm. I don't, but I'm willing to take a try for six bucks. And other lotto players say they're not giving up either. I'm gonna keep playing. I'm definitely gonna keep playing maybe one day. It might be my turn. But somebody is bliss. I figured I went ahead and bought myself a ticket today.
