[Applause] wow it's a lot of people in here I was 24 years old and had the job of my dream I work as a original manager in one of the world largest fashion company H&M my job was to coach a lot of store manager to run profitable and successful stores and I really love my job I had an income many dreamed of but there was some part of the job that didn't feel good at all I met people daily mostly women who wanted more than they were today they wanted to develop more to earn more and they wanted other our working hours I work in this job for six years and we have a results our results was top-notch but I couldn't give my employees what they want and what they need 6 years later 2010 I forever stumbled into my life and I saw up an opportunity to be able to create a working conditions for many people around me that I could not provide in H&M but my friends were so skeptical they said it's only a few in Forever who succeed so they don't believe in our business but I saw a lot of people around me who need an extra $100 per month so I decided that I want to show that it actually works so now it was up to me to not just recruit but also help them to earn money I'm now going to share with you why me and my team has a such high retention meaning that the FBO and their customer come back to Forever and place order month after month $400 extra per month is at least 4 CC per month and we talk a lot about 4 CC in our team Direct after the start boook and focus on earn $400 already in the first month and we simplify for them we focus on only a few product in the beginning and a few step so everyone think they can do it they can choose one to three dietary supplements what they want to start and with and build their customer base around those customer come back month after month and of course we also work with skin and body care but we do it in a borrow bag so we put our favorite product and uh put it in a borrow bag and let the customer try it uh for at a home in one or two days but I really recommend and my team to start up the customer base with our marine collagen money love our collagen and my experience is that once you're starting using it you never want to stop and Marine collagen is now our number one product in Scandinavia we have create a manual in the team on how to run a 15 minutes of information about our collagen and we call it colan quarters no one has time today but everyone has 16 15 minutes so me and my FBO run this information about Marine colagen together with the friends on FaceTime and we always recommend H three pack of collagen and we do it one a time to make it personal we write down all the results after every meeting so we have a overdue how much they earn and we can see together how the money grows when I see that my FBO sells about one in three customers and that my FBO and can add new name on the list every week I let them test colan quarters themselves being for cc active is the team's most important incentives this is the basics of a long-term business we lift all four CC qualifiers on our team group uh on Facebook every month and we make a post already in the first day of the month we update the list so with the qualifiers during the month so everyone who follows the group can reminded and be inspiring to do the same every month we also talk a lot about why for cc we share different for cc stories short trainings we we we provide all qualifiers uh with exclusive trainings and two times a year we invite all qualifiers to our Scandinavian headquarter to celebrate and train further to the next level we also give ex examples of how you can do for cc and if is there's something special that happened in the team during the month who can help them to reach the goal of course we have also a lot of FBO who do not make for cc every month but many of those who started with forever wanted a change in in some way few have actually never been self-employment before so many are not used to running their own business they need us as a leader and we need them to help make money not only CC because we want to build a longterm business so my question to you is how many in your team do four CC every month or how many in your team do not do it how many want to earn for 100 extra dollar per month I saw early that those who didn't not make money or have fun with us in Forever were the ones who quit in my team and $400 extra per month make big difference to a money over the years I have we have created uh something really strong in our team today I'm convinced that the most important part of a successful and long-term business is culture anyone can make money but culture is something longlasting culture cannot be bought by money with money or just decided in a meeting room culture is something that we create by action and it's people who create actions our create culture in our team is we make money in for cc and we go for every incentives we have fun and we H we leave no one behind I love what I love about our team culture is that we really push and challenge each other sometimes we need that and I can promise you my team also push me a lot they have no Financial gain from each other but a fantastic culture has been created which everyone should hang on and sometimes you have to believe in someone before they believe in themselves working with us in Forever also needs to be really fun if we want to build a long-term business what can we do as a leader to spread some Joy a little craziness engagement and Community everyone should feel a sense of belonging and if they leave or paused forever they should miss us and want to come back so we must build strong relationships is my my team just having fun of course not I work with many Fantastic female ladies female leaders but with a lot of emotions different wills and skills and I'm really exhaust sometimes but I believe in our vision to build strong people both in health and financially with help of forever and I just want to end by saying I'm not I'm quite slow compared to to compare to many of you in here but I'm damn proud that I'm one of you who set Sherman's bonus level two four times with
