Rich Homie Kon and the little teenager the teenager who unived his classmate in the bathroom all right so get you something to drink a relax and chair bed or whatever and chill for a minute and watch topic time breaking news so let me go ahead and change that and put that banner up there as well um we are going to be going over Tariq Hill first okay let's see where this thing is okay so anyway guys I know you guys heard about that incident involving him uh I believe that was over the weekend where he was um stopped by the police and other things things happened that shouldn't have happened um and I think he called up two football mates and one of those one of them I believe got handcuffed as well okay so let's go ahead and go over that story and then we're going to watch a few um probably like maybe three three Tik Tok videos the body camera footage from the um incident all right so let me go ahead and give you some information on this real quick first let me find it I got a lot of stuff on this D on phone Tariq let's see Tariq Tariq Tariq Tariq okay okay so now this is according to news break okay so he who is a Miami Dolphins star wide receiver um he was roughed up in handcuffed by the police during a traffic stop on Sunday morning just outside of the stadium hours before the season opened now recently released body cam video shows the apparent situ you know situation um it shows how the cops got angry when Tyreek closed his car window and did not reopen it quickly enough so I'm going to show you um some videos um from the police the body C I'm going to show you those videos on that so you guys can look at that and you know just see what happened and then you can come up with your own conclusion or whatever the case is so on Monday's on Monday night's edition of CN in the source with Caitlyn Collins Caitlyn Collins ask Tyreek about the moment the stop escalated and asked what he meant when he said things could have gone differently because T Hill said if he wasn't who he was he believed things would have gone differently also I think when he called his two friends you know the football players up and they came out there I think that also played a role in you know how things went I mean it was it wasn't good but it could have been like he said it could have been way worse and we we know about t um heal um the stuff that he got involved in with domestic violence and all that but we're not talking about that tonight which're is basically covering you know the um situation that happened with the cops on Sunday all right so um Miss Collins asked him can you just can you tell us what happened with the moment with you didn't see it there in the video but you're in the car and they are yelling at you throw your window down what was happening there so tyreq said you know what when the officers came up and knocked on my window I let my window down I cooperated and he did he let his window down he just did not let it down far enough um I guess and then he rolled the window back up you know he pushed the window go back up and the police was like let the window down or whatever the case is and he cracked it a little bit okay so he said he gave him his ID and then he said he immediately let his window up which he did he let his window up once he gave that police officer his ID and plus he was talking to him and then he said after that I let back up my window which he did he let his window up and then the police was like you know let your window back down okay so when once he let his window um up then the police came back to the window and he was like let your window down now let your window down now and then tyreq said I let it down and then the police officer said if you don't let your window down I'm going to snatch you out of the car and then tarq Hill said I was like sir my window is down like what do you want and then Tyreek Hill said I am not trying to cause a scene because a if I let my window down like people walking by driving by they are going to notice it's me and they are going to start taking pictures and like I I didn't want to create a scene at all like I I just really wanted to get the ticket and then just go on about my way and then just you know just have a great Sunday you know what I'm saying because really like I really could have just kept going to the stadium but I really just pulled to the side just chilling because I was I was that close to the stadium like I was that close to like our entry level on like I was that close to the players entry level and then from that moment the guy came came from the back he was like hey get out he was like Hey I'm about to snatch you out the car or whatever you know what I'm saying and then it just all unfolded from there because I was going to get out of my car you know you know what I'm saying because they told me to get out because I was getting out of my car by the way that my car is made there's like a dip inside my M laen some 20 years okay so I don't know what he was talking about right there anyway um Miss colins said it happened so quickly I mean it's like right after they direct you to open the door it's like seconds later when they when when you opened it and then you're pulled from the car and I saw that you said if you weren't Tyreek Hill that you feared and then Hill say yes and then miss Collins said this could have ended a lot differently what do you think could have happened he said Tyreek said yes like so the crazy part about it is I hate talking like this man but because I have a kid fan base but the reality of it is it's the truth if I wasn't Tyreek Hill worst case scenario we would have had a different article you know Ty Tyreek Hill got you know sh in front of Hard Rock stadium you know or that's worst case scenario or Tariq heill put in handcuffs and taking in and booked you know but it's crazy that I you know me and my family had to go through this you know and then miss Collins say yes so um he was basically just saying if he's not if he wasn't who he is he felt like he could have got shot un alive or handcuff and take it in all right and I did watch a bunch of videos and I did see where the cop was talking to him and things like that um I don't know what was the cop's problem actually and um Tariq did have the window down and then when he gave the um officer his license or whatever he did roll up that wind he did push the window back up he really did and the police was like let the window down okay and so he didn't let it back all the way down but he you know cracked it a little bit but the cop wanted him to let it all the way down you know just wanted to make sure you know you know how they do anyway then he started threatening him say saying he was going to pull him out the car which I think they did and things like that and just and it just really just escalated from there you know it was a hot ass mess I'm getting ready to show you guys this video in one second just hold on let me read a couple of these comments so um David cing said when the police pull you over and asked you to roll down your window you said yes sir he thinks that because he's an NFL star driving a $1 million sports car Above the Law the police had the right to do what they did Tyreek Hill is accountable for his actions just like everyone else um somebody Sharon said watch the video he had the window down and then um somebody else said watch it again no he didn't at the time he got pulled out of his car that's because he rolled the window back up at the time he got pulled out of the car he rolled the window back up then he cracked it just a little bit I believe okay that's what happened okay so Doug said when you get stopped by the cops you roll your window down you keep your window down don't keep rolling it up and down the cops don't know what they're doing or you're doing inside the car with tinted windows um Bernard said keep giving up your rights soon you won't have any read the book or watch the movie 1984 welcome to your future um Chris said the law states that you do not have to put your window all the way down all you have to do is crack it to pass your paperwork to the officer and he did he had it down then he wrote it back up then he cracked it I don't know like I said I believe to me it just L like that um the cop was just basically doing too much let's keep it real the cop was doing too much that's good young I'm glad you're doing good today okay I'll check it out um let's see what else so Gerald said it could have been different if he being handcuffed too um so I think that's the guy you just saw video if if and when that comes out will answer a lot of questions I I would hope there would be some word about the investigation today about this from Miami dat police it it was an odd scene to see him on the on the ground being handcuffed over a right outside the stadium and then Kus Campbell NFL man of the year uh for Community you know like when people know they got a higher they got a a high position he's he and people just take advantage of that and you know just go over and Beyond and just be doing the most in my opinion that's how the cop was doing I don't even see at this time like in the part of the video I just watched right there Tariq Hill didn't even seem like he was that mad or anything you see what I'm saying um even his teammate when he had the car parked in the wrong place he said he was going to move the car all right he was on the phone talking to whomever and he said that he was going to move the move the car the police wanted him just to just get in the car immediately and move it and he didn't do that you know but he did say he was going to move it I don't know why they feel like they had to put him in handcuffs though I don't they could have just told him move your car you know get it out the way because I mean just get it out the way point blank I don't feel like he should have been you know detained or anything let's see here what people are saying um Matt said they had his ID they told him to roll down the window he did and as he was rolling it down the officer escalated the situation yeah he did he rolled up he had the window down at first he gave his ID then he rolled the window back up the police officer got mad because he rolled the window back up and when he told him to roll it down he wouldn't and then he just cracked it a little bit so he felt I guess the police felt like he wasn't listening to him and he probably think he's all that because he's a big NFL star or something like that however I still believe that the police should maintain you know their professionalism and try to deescalate the situation if he got the window crack just let him keep it crack give his ass his ticket and let him go and then he I thought I heard him say you might run or something like that so he's going to run knowing that he's a a big star and he has a game you know later that day I think he was on his way to the stadium at the time and he what he's going to do leave his car you know right there as much as that car cost I mean come on now and they know exactly who he he who he is you know what I'm saying they knew who all of them were um blue said he had the officer had the ID in his hand he he wanted to heat this situation up with clout he would be fired and they will be sued okay so Jan said I wonder if he takes this time rolling his window down at a drive-thru or to pay a toe at a toe Booth he probably don't I mean you know because he just you know you know he doesn't but the thing is is that you don't have to roll your window all the way down as long as you crack it you know what I'm saying we can look that law up if I can remember to do it you don't have to roll your window all the way down you can just crack your window all right okay so um siw said Cambo um or Cam yeah Campo just checking in on his teammate that's BS that they put him and cuffs he's a good guy that's what I'm saying why give him time I heard him ask him to move his car but give him time to move it I mean it's like they just want soon as he said move your car you know he said whatever else he said he it seems like the cop just wanted him to move that car instantly just get it out the damn way and you better hurry up um this person right here has been racist okay so we're not going to read that uh let's see so Gerald said that command and Obey is BS and crazy they are some control freaks but they wouldn't do that to a rich a rich white person I promise um I'm I might to appeal to the officers with this humanity and the officer responded yeah stop your cry had to do all this [ __ ] never said head to the dophins heed to appeal to the officer saying hey I had an operation recently done on my knee can you give me a second to take see on the curb absolutely disgusting I think about the aspect that power corrupts and absolute power it corrupts absolutely and those police officers on the scene have absolute power and thus they are corrupt they could not see past their their pride they couldn't see the human that they were dealing with and instead I don't know what they saw maybe they saw a dirt cuz they treated him as such absolutely disgusting we have to do something about but in this moment I'm thankful that Tyreek Hill his teammate clus Campbell who showed up on the scene and his teammate jnu Smith who showed up on the scene I'm simply grateful that they are here to talk about it shameful disgusting the body cam footage of Tyreek being detained has been released and it is disgusting here's a few things I know number one Tyreek Hill never tried to use his Celebrity Status to get stop that right there okay so I agree with this dude right here they definitely um Abus their power actually in my opinion I mean they had their knee on the dude's back wait till I show you the video had them in like a I don't know what you call it with the arm around his neck knee on his back um they made him sit down even though he was saying to them that he had just had something done to his knee operation or something like that they didn't even care they was they was pushing him down it was another one came behind him and just pushed him down you see what I'm saying they was just doing too much then then they put the handcuffs on his um teammate for no apparent reason yeah they did say move your car but he was rude from the get-go the officer he was rude from the get-go for nothing okay Point Blank it was just plainly ridiculous the whole entire thing in my opinion you know I mean you guys may have a different opinion or whatever the case is but in my opinion it was just a hot ass mess um I'm not going to read these comments from I'm saying um cardi said them police in Miami act like they are getting off on handcuffing him I think they was on some type of Power Trip about handcuffing um them I I really do you know what I'm saying and probably even little jealous cuz they in that nice car got the opportunity maybe you know they wanted and couldn't have or just the fact that they are rich you know in successful and things like that I don't know um somebody said like dude you could just have giving him a ticket but your ego is so big you have to take him down to the ground and arrest him and harass the other players that's exactly um what they did yeah and the cop did seem like he had a chip on his shoulder um he act like he had an attitude problem we just I'm just keeping it real he really did he was just rude the whole time let me look for the other video real quick just basically doing too damn much in my opinion the police officer was put on administrative so let's watch this real quick I wasn't I wasn't I should tell you everything you need to know let's watch this real quick me she tell you everything you need to know so that's all I'm gonna say about that situation um I'm just glad that my teammates were there to like support me in that situation alone you know and when they showed up um it made like it made me realize that we got a good team this year dog for them to like put they for them to put their their life on the line right I guess the police officer was put on administrative leave were you aware of that and I wasn't I wasn't um that should tell you everything you need to know but that's routine you feel me should tell you everything well maybe not for that right there it's not say about that situation um I'm just glad that my teammates were there to like support me in that situation because I felt alone you know and when they showed up um it made like it made me realize that we got a good team for like put for them to put their their life on the line I guess the police officer the police okay so remember administrative leave they still get paid okay so it's like a vacation okay so the only thing that's going to be hurtful to this police officer or officers is if they put them on the leave without pay and they ultimately either get suspended or fired Point Blank you know because this Pro this thing right here um could have escalated to somebody getting unived or seriously hurt over nothing over a speeding ticket he probably was speeding to get to wherever he had to get to and stuff you know what I'm saying I mean you still hold on y'all you still that doesn't mean that hold on let me turn this off that doesn't mean that you damn I can't turn this off that doesn't mean that you still speed or anything you know break the law okay so they had the right to stop him if he was speeding and to give him a ticket but all this other stuff it was just done in excessive it was just excessive um force in my opinion doing all this stuff throwing people down on the ground doing like almost like a choke hole it wasn't a choke hole I'm just calling it like that because he had his arm around his um eara or neck or something like that I can't remember but we going to watch the video anyway as soon as I find it y'all know how I be up here at night time I just be on a whole another level let's see if this is it right here but yeah just for me like I everything you know all these different cops and stuff I I just believe he's on a power trip um just tripping out you know what I'm saying somebody said is the only cop that escalated everything and decided to be a tough guy and I agree I agree with that that um commenter um somebody said what kind of car is the second driver with the double doors opening different directions let's see uh what kind of car is it a rollsroyce okay and they then and then got the ner time about um don't um you might run now why the hell would they be running leaving those super super expensive cars there and not only that we all know who they are okay they wouldn't get far because you wouldn't even have to chase them you can just wait till the game start tonight that night and then you go arrest them right there during halftime so why would you even even say that why would they even run so um another commenter said the fact that this cop was interfering with the other cop talking with the other here so yeah that was right before that opening game on Sunday when he was um you didn't see what um John that was right before the game when he was um detained by um the police okay and then later on y'all he scored a stellar 880 yard touchdown in a close win over the Jackson Field Jaguars and I wonder if that police officers if all of them watched that game he celebrated the score by putting his arms behind his back with his wrist together in a cheeky nod to his pregame incident but off the field the detention as well as police interactions with two other Dolphin players has led to a public back and forth between the NFL team and local police and has renewed the debate over how law enforcement handles traffic stops and interact with members of the public because if there being that crazy in that rude we better be scared when we get a traffic stop for some of these damn police officers now on Monday night police released nearly two hours of body cam footage showing the interaction with heel and other Dolphin players at the scene a police Union criticized Hill as being um uncooperative now attorneys for one officer who was placed on administrative duties IMM a review called the decision premature and call for the other officer immediate reinstatement um I don't think I think he did cooperate some you know not 100% but I don't think that he he was like they're saying here no I don't think that in turn the dolphin organization the Dolphins organization released a statement criticizing the officer's conduct and Hill's agent called on the officers to be fired heel told CNN he remained confused by the encounter so he said I am still kind of Shell Shocked from it I am embarrassed so let's see so body cam footage shows heel being pulled from his car okay and I'm going to show youall that as soon as I find it okay let's see hold on let me see so it was 105 minutes 33 seconds of body cam all right almost two hours I believe yeah now the footage shows a police officer approaching Hill's car and knocking on the window after he signal for Hill to pull over like I told you before Tyreek Hill Rose down the window when the officer knocks and replies hey no heill rolls down the window when the officer knocks and replies and then heel said hey don't knock on my window like that and then the and I think you know what when heill said hey don't knock on my window like that I think the officer got mad then the officer ask he why he doesn't have a seat belt on now this is very [ __ ] Petty what what maybe he took the seat belt off when he got stopped anyway he'll doesn't answer and repeat repeatedly says don't knock on my window like that then the officer asks why heel had his window up and says he had to knock to let heel know he was there okay that's that's fine but you know okay that's fine okay he said why he had to knock all right um because I guess the tenant windows or whatever the case is I'm I wonder if heill saw him though standing outside of the window now knock on the window one time let your window down and leave it at that then he'll say um don't knock on my window like that you say okay and leave it at that um and then you just goe ask for his license or whatever anyway he'll then said give me my ticket bro so I can go I'm going to be late because he had to get to the stadium and then he said do what you got to do and then he roll his window back up so I the cop probably got offended by that okay let's keep it real he probably got offended by that and feel like this man is acting entitled because he's a football player or whatever the case is and you know probably teed the police off somewhat you know let's keep it real he probably did all right but still the police still needs to maintain professionalism and not do too much you understand what I'm saying don't don't escalate the situation because you are letting this um reach you personally you know what I'm saying H anyway the officer tells him to keep his window down and knocks again see he shouldn't have did that again he just asked him a couple times he just told him don't knock on my window like that because remember this car cost a lot of money okay and um so then heill did not respond at that time then the officer knocks again until tells heel to keep his window down heel rolls down his window slightly and responds don't tell me what to do okay now right here now here we're going to be fair on this channel okay now right here okay when the officer kept on knocking on the window I don't feel like he should be knocking on the window that many times okay you knocked on it and told him to put the window down okay he'll did not respond all right then you knocked again you didn't have to knock again you could just did your hand cuz he can see just because you cannot see in the car good he can see you though know he's looking at you you know he's watching you so all you got to do is is do your hand like roll your window down like they do at times the police are do that hand movement sometimes they could have did it with him put the window down and plus the dude can hear you too so roll the window down all right so then um he'll roll down his window a little bit so the officer should have been like okay it's down a little bit so the officer can go to his car look up his um identification check him out or what ever to check if he has any wor I'm pretty sure he checked that already by the license plates but just check again or whatever else they do um and you know make sure it's the person and all this other [ __ ] and then go ahead and give him his ticket and put give it to him through his window because it was down a little bit anyway the officer then threatens threatens to make he'll get out of the car if he doesn't keep the window down why did he want him to keep that window all the way down okay when was cracked some okay so heel did not roll it down any further he left it like that or either he rolled it back up I don't know anyway the officer then orders heel to get out of the car then another officer came around and opened Hill's car door and starts to pull him out of the car saying get out while heel responds I'm getting out and then heel is heard saying I'm getting out I'm getting out and the same Officer says too late and they start pulling him out then two officers are seen pushing Hill to the ground while another officer stands over Hill and then heel is heard saying I'm getting arrested and then multiple times and then one officer physically restrains him and that Officer says when we tell you to do something you do it you understand you understand not what you want but what we tell you you're you are a little effing confused and then he'll said all right bro take me to jail bro do what you got to do and then the officer says we will now the time from when the officers first knock on Hill's window to when when he is fully handcuffed on the ground is around a minute and a half oh my God the officers then move Hill to his feet and have him sit on the sidewalk as an officer slowly leads him to sit on the ground heill says hold on bro I just had surgery on my knee as he is speaking another officer comes behind him and puts an arm around chest he begins to pull heel toward the ground as heel repeats I just had surgery on my knee the restraining Officer says really what a coin coincidence did you have surgery on your ears when we told you to put the window down and then he said Hill says bro chill now heill was ultimately excited for careless driving in a SE seat belt violation according to citations released by the police the citation note heels vehicle had a visual excuse me a visual estimation 60 miles per hour the actions displayed on the video clearly do not meet the standard we would expect from law enforcement and are deeply concerning that is according to Miami Dade County's chief of Public Safety James re said in a Tuesday statement so let's see what he'll said right here hold on just listen guys sometimes okay actually let me just tell you because this I don't want to do it off of YouTube okay so anyway he said I was I was following rules I wasn't moving fast because you know I got injuries I got things that I go through I play a physical sport I have been doing this for a moment now man so I'm dealing with some stuff so I guess the officers they felt like I wasn't doing it on their timing I was doing it but I'm still kind of Shell Shocked from it I am embarrassed this is what um heill told um Caitlyn Collins on CNNN and then he further uh reflected on the moment that things escalate saying that it started when officers ask him to roll down his window like I said before I think the officer um got offended when he said don't hit on my window like this that man or whatever he said something like that and the officer probably was saying to himself who the f this dude think he is now I'm just being nice he could have said some other things in his brain you know what I'm saying I don't know but I know he probably said I'm guessing he probably said who do he think he is telling me not to knock on the damn window when I'm telling him to do something he needs to do it okay so that's what he probably was saying the officer you know so he said when the officer came up and knocked on my window I let my window down I cooperated gave them my ID then I immediately let them let my window back up and then after that I let back up my window and then he came back to the window and was like let your window down now let your window down now and then I let it down okay so then he went on to say exactly what I told you guys that he said before when I told you about this all right now the 30-year-old was asked about an earlier quote of his about how um the situation could have unfolded differently if he wasn't Tyreek Hill and that's when he was saying that it could have been a worst case scenario if it wasn't him you know he could have got shot in front of the Hard Rock stadium or he could have been arrested also like I told you before um his teammate also was placed in handcuffs um Campbell was also handcuffed when trying to discuss the situation with the officers at the sca according to police so I guess Campbell came there to see what was going on and he it looked like he was trying to figure out what was going on he didn't know what was up he just happened you know like when you pull up to a sit situation like that you don't be thinking about where you parked at and all this type of [ __ ] you just you know jump out your car to see what's going on so that's what he probably did and then the police came over there all rude and [ __ ] telling him to move his car and all this other stuff you know just doing too much I mean you can say move your car but you you need to talk to people a little bit more just tone it down because you're not trying to escalate the situation and make the um situation get out of um hand or out of control or somebody get unive by mistake or something like that you trying to keep everything cool so he should have came over there approached him a different way and gave him time to move that car because he didn't even do that the dude was going to move his car you know now speaking to ESPN on Monday the 38y old defense of lineman recall how he arrived at the scene of the teammate's detention and attempted to diffuse the situation he said he got out of his car with his hands up and approached the police officer officer explaining I am a friend of his you know heill I don't know what's going on here but I think the situation is definitely unnecessary so again he did not know what was going on see I thought he'll called them but he'll didn't they must have saw it from a distance or whatever the case is and came over there to see what was happening because remember everybody is getting ready to go to the stadium in their special at their special interest right and so they probably saw um heill out there and everything and came over there to see what was going on just like he just said so Campbell said he was told to leave with an officer threatening to tow his car if he didn't go away right they wanted him yeah they you heard that on camera they told him to leave and why you can stand out there if you want you can move away a little bit but you can stand out there and you can move your car out of the way and put it safely you know in a safe place area so you won't you know get nobody unived or you won't get yourself alive you know so anyway um hold on so he said he told them I will stand where you want me to stand you tell me how far I need to back up and I will back up but I'm not leaving the scene that's what Campbell said he said this is my friend here this is my friend here I'm here to support him I'm not leaving when he remained Campbell said the officer told him he was under arrest and put him in handcuffs and that's crazy Campbell said Dolphins tight end Johnny Smith was also at the scene as he pleaded with both his teammates don't leave me don't leave me now in his 17th season Campbell has previously won the NFL's Walter Payton Man of the Year award and that's given every year to a player and that's for his Excellence Excellence on and off off the field and this is his first season with the dolphins anyway Campbell told ESPN he was thankful he was there to support heel he said these situations can escalate quickly we see it so many times in America where these things go completely bad this is a big opportunity for us to use this platform to combat police brutality that happens this situation could have been a whole lot worse had we not been there I'm glad they was there because I believe it would have um now after the body cam footage was released the Miami Dolphins released a three paragraph statement criticizing the overly aggressive inv violent conduct directed towards Tariq Hill um Campbell and Johnny Smith by police um officers it is both maddening um and heartbreaking to watch the very people we trust to protect our community use such unnecessary force and hostility toward these players yet it is also a reminder that not every situation like this ends in peace as we are grateful this one did the team said the team said they have a positive relationship with the police and praise the vast majority of officers they also say however as is on Full display in the video released tonight there are some officers who mistake their responsibility in commitment to serve with misguided power while we commend mdpd for taking the right in necessary actions to quickly release this footage we also urge them to take equally Swift and strong actions against the officers who engaged in such despicable Behavior now early Monday Dolphins head coach Mike McDaniel said he was unsettled by the incident he said it's been hard for me not to find myself more upset the more I think about it and that's because of my teammates and trying to put myself in that situation that they described emotionally and then knowing more than that the thing that FS me up honestly is knowing that I don't know exactly what that feels like still he did say that two positive things came from the incident he they he said I'm super proud of teammates being teammates and super proud of our guys understanding the civic responsibility of a platform and intending to do right by it now Hill's agent Drew rosing house described the the incident as heartbreaking upsetting and uncalled for saying he was in disbelief about what took place ahead of the game he said Tyreek was just trying to get to work trying to play a game just trying to do his job for police officers to detain him to put him on the ground like that to put their knee on him to hit him it's just devastating so yeah they did a lot like I said for um this is let me see what they got going on here I can't most you know you just you just give them the damn ticket after you check them out you know let them keep his window cracked okay how how is that hurting him okay um and give him his damn ticket and let this dude go on his way point blank cuz he didn't do anything else once they checked him out they know he didn't have any warrants or anything else so what's the point the point is that the dude the police officer got pissed because he'll said he probably got pissed because he'll said don't knock on my dead on window like that he kept on saying it over and over again some of them don't like speeding toward him behind the wheel they would soon learn Tyreek Hill one officer moves in behind the sports car and seconds later a colleagues camera captures them coming toward him his radar registering more than 60 miles an hour in a 40 speed 30 seconds after being spotted Hill pulls over and remarks about the officer tapping his car window don't knock on my window KN why don't you have your seat Bel the back and forth about the window lasts another 10 seconds get my ticket bro so I can go I'm be late do what you got to do and that's what he should have did still knocking on the damn window off he felt like he was [Music] disrespecting damn he said I'mma break the [ __ ] window I didn't know they said all that he's like break the [ __ ] window that was unnecessary that was unnecessary agent Drew Rosen house over his phone he did call us he call us agent we you do do it understand you when we tell you confused outo late too late do what you got to do we are we will good good by 10:20 after being told to have a seat another officer moves in to force him to the ground I on my [Music] KNE chill at least one of the officers did not know who he was detaining you know who that is right huh you know who that is no it's one of the dolin star players oh yeah yeah that's why it's such a big thing it grew into a bigger thing after teammates approached and officers warned off put your hands behind your back at 1024 detaining one of them cus Campbell because he did not leave the scene as ordered so with true Dolphins cuffed higher ups got to the scene and by 10:38 20 minutes after he was pulled over the handcuffs come off of Hill the other dude is that the coach or the agent or something all right so that's he's getting driving and that's the ticket for caress Ding and for not a seat Bel they have to have the white man coming in let me stop y'all and they changed their conduct then that's a damn shame I was all this time I was wondering who the other dude was okay so we just figure it out so the thing is is that they just used too much assessive force it just it just was plainly ridiculous y'all it was plainly ridiculous the whole entire thing too much weekend I this is a a police officer so let me let y'all see this this is a police officer right here okay lawful stop that's allowed and then he tells the officer to give him his ticket and then rolls his window back up window down but then the officer gets all pissed off and escalates the situation more by demanding that pek roll down keep your window down keep your window down I'm GNA get you out of the car now this is lawful you can demand somebody rolling down their window even though there's no law that specifically states that penssylvania V MIM says that an officer can in the course of their lawful stop order somebody to roll down their window get out me out get out now he rolls down the window again and the officer says you know what let's just get you out look at this this is escalating the issue right what part of reaching in and pulling him out is escalating the issue must been who came so now when really there's way to this it's a traffic violation this isn't murderer they was acting like they they catching somebody who did a real crime a serious crime that is back to the back of the car and notice Tyreek being complain albe a little bit feisty but he's being complain and they're using a lot of force and then watch this this is what gets me the most so they can remove him that's all lawful whether it's right or not it's lawful they have the authority to do this so they handcuff him they put him back she's telling Tyreek to sit down watch this this guy right here that's crazy right there don't do that that's just it's like contemp cop now guys I'm talking to all of law enforcement and people in the world we need to just chill out a little bit sometimes we as officers can escalate things more than they need to be C our goal should be to either not escalate the situation when it's already escalated or deescalate a situation already escalated this honestly although maybe just is it reasonable now I don't have all the facts I don't have all the information however I do have 14 years of experience as law enforcement I'm still actively employed as law enforcement I'm not trying to go against these officers and and brate them because I don't know what they were dealing with however I think this is a training issue I think this is more of a question of authority and a power struggle that these officers are having I feel it's my duty as a public service to reinforce the public of of kind of how I feel and how it should be done and how it should happen because that's how we instill public trust because right now I'm sure there's people out there especially people of a minority community that are feeling a little betrayed or questioning whether you can still trust the police I I just I I think there was a better way to handle it whether it was justified or not it it doesn't feel right right what do you guys think Miami D Police Department just released the body cam footage from over this weekend I have some thoughts this dude comes up here and jumps up and pulls him down to the ground to make him sit down even though the dude said I just had surgery and if he know anything about the game I'm pretty sure when the dude was going into surgery before he had surgery I'm pretty sure they broadcasted it all over um the TV and everything else you know because anytime a a player get injured or something like that they let everybody know and even though one of the cops did not know who he was the other ones did and then they told the cop who he was okay so if somebody tell you they have an injury why would you make them sit down anyway just let them stand up they already had them in handcuffs okay why why make the um the condition worse they're GNA get sued probably we'll see it doesn't even make any sense it doesn't even make any sense and as far as him um the cop said if the police ask you to roll down the window you supposed you they can ask you you're supposed to roll down the window okay um he did roll it down it doesn't say how far you have to roll it down right it doesn't say how far as long as it's it's down enough so the cop can see you and you can get the ticket or or you can give them your license and things like that you know um I think they already had the license at that time and when he came back to the car something I believe that's when that happened so he already knew the dude didn't have a warrant he already knew he already knew who he was when he stopped him but you know he definitely knew once he checked everything okay so when the dude said um stop knocking on my window and all this other stuff so many times he probably got offended by all of that stuff you know because like I said some cops feel like you can't tell them anything because they feel like they're in authority over you so you do what they say do and you don't talk back that's what it sounds like to me you know what I'm saying um and all that pulling them down the other car the other cop comes to the car and pulls him out of the car for what reason and then throws him down on the ground and put his knee have they had his hands around his chest you know I'm glad they didn't put it around his his neck but around his chest and then they you know they put the knee on the back not the you know the neck or anything so that was good you know but I still think all of that is exessive you know they were just stopping him for a speeding ticket and got mad because he was talking back basically let's keep it real because he was talking back to these cops all right and that's what it's all about let's read I'm not going to read these comments right here let's see so I think I showed y'all mostly everything regarding that um what do you guys think about that do you think the cops did um they oversteep their boundaries do they did they use aess of force or do you think that Tariq Hill caused all of this to happen to himself you know um again I think this could have been handled differently by the cops especially um regardless how a person is talking and acting as long as they're not jumping out of the car or getting weapons or acting like they're about to do something to you harmful I don't feel like I feel like the cops should to they should maintain their professionalism okay just do your job get his dude his ticket and let his ass get on his way okay so he can go to his little game or wherever he's getting ready to go and be done with it you gave him a ticket that should be it in the end of it and then to be arresting um Campo just because he said he was going to stay there you know and he didn't move his car quick enough it's plainly ridiculous they wanted him to leave hey Tony how you doing so Tony B said both parties wrong on this situation okay and you know like I said you know um Tyreek Hill you know he wasn't he didn't roll the window all the way back down but he did crack it I did say that um I don't think you have to I mean it would be nice if you be nice to the cop but some people do talk rude to Cops let's keep it real some people do talk rude I have seen it all the time and I have seen other race of people say stuff to Cops and they don't do all that let's keep it real they just don't I can show you many videos like that I showed example of some girls getting um on the beach fighting the cop doing the most and all they did was tased her okay but yet the other person I was comparing it to they actually unived the other person who was black for doing something similar except that person wasn't trying to fight the cops I think they were just talking back saying stuff to the cops I can't remember something like that not complying and just like Tyreek he might not have been complying 100% or anything like I just said before however I don't think that the cops should have you know reacted like they did because you're supposed to maintain your professionalism no matter what unless these people are unless a person is getting you know crazy and trying to you know harm you other officers or other people or even him or herself so again Tyreek said don't be hting on don't be knocking on my window like that okay okay well don't be knocking on this window like that okay because look how much the car cost and so the cop don't really have to listen to that anyway so he didn't so he knocked on it again and again and again you know telling Tyreek to let the window down Tyreek cracked that window a little bit the cop wanted him to let it all the way down but mind you the cop already knew who he was he already had his ID and everything so why did he have to let the window all the way down he had a crack Tyreek said just give me my ticket so I can get out of here so that's what he should have did gave him his ticket no another cop comes around pulls him first of all before they did that they was already threatening him saying they're gonna pull make him get out the car and then he he wouldn't get out the car you know I mean we I can look at this two ways maybe he didn't get out the car because he thought maybe they would you know try to un alive him like they have done so many other you know black people you know what I'm saying or he just didn't want to comply so the police asking him to get out the car because he wouldn't roll his window down even though they already knew who he was they already had the ID and all of that I don't think they had to do that okay and then the other cop comes around out of the and just pull him out the car then he also said he would break the [ __ ] window all because of a speeding ticket and all because he wouldn't roll his window all the way down sh I agree old boy cops be on a power trip he didn't break any laws after he gave him his paperwork right he gave him his ID he knew who he was he knew who he was before he even asked for the ID but you know of course he has to treat him like anybody else he has to look at the ID do a check and things like that make sure he doesn't have any wars and things like that he did that okay right he did it so quickly I mean damn just like when they was asking his teammate to move his car before he could even get in the car good or anything he was already threaten threatening to um lock him up and then he told him to leave you don't you don't have to leave you can stand out there and watch yeah get your car out of traffic but you can stand there and watch and plus that teammate was basically just trying to find out what happened and I'm glad that the team may stay there because if they wouldn't have no tell them what they would have tried to do you know what I'm saying and you know um Tyreek probably was thinking about all the other black people who have been un alived by police officers you know even when they threw him down on the ground thank goodness that they did just put the cop just put his knee on his back versus putting it you know it on his neck or anything like that so I think you know he did all right right there even though I don't think he should have been putting him on the ground in the first place or putting his knee on because it didn't it didn't even call for all that Tyreek wasn't um hitting them or being violent he was just running his damn mouth that's what he was doing he was running his mouth basically talking back just like kids do that's what he was doing you know what I'm saying so the cops is not his parent or anything else all he should have did is told him to calm down if he didn't want to calm down go from there but you don't have to pull him out the car whatever the case is I don't really like he even should have said that I honestly just think the cop should have got his license checked his ID checked everything out to make sure he's good and then give him his damn ticket and let him go okay Point Blank and be done with it and be done with it and as far as being placed on administrative leave um that's just for me it's just like a little vacation because they still pay them Justice will be served if they suspend these cops without pay okay and depending on whatever they did once you um investigate it you know then you either suspend a cop for a couple weeks or something without pay or either you just straight up fire them Point Blank so you said Miami law doesn't say you have to leave your window down not against the law to talk back right and so their ego was just um hurt because they probably figur this you know what in here in this damn rollsroyce and this other luxury ass car I think they all this type of [ __ ] I don't know who these you know what think they are I'm going show them you know what I'm saying so I don't know if that's how they was feeling you know um because they are minorities too you know what I'm saying they Latino right so it was a whole that that entire situation was a hot ass mess in my opinion it really was and again I just think they you know did too damn much let's from the morning that this rapper passed on okay so let's go ahead and go over this real quick and I'm glad that um Tyreek is okay too I'm glad hopefully they did not um injure his knee um further or anything else you know and I'm glad he's okay I know he proba shaking up from the whole situation but I'm glad he's okay in his teammates so anyway let's see so as we know he passed on on Thursday at the age of 34 after his girlfriend found him unresponsive inside their Southwest Atlanta home an incident report posted on Monday by investigators revealed new details from the morning Lamar which is um Rich Homie um Quan's real name uh when he was found unresponsive now an officer who responded to the home spoke with with Lamar's girlfriend and brother at around 3:00 a.m. Lamar's brother said he found the raer asleep on the floor near the kitchen counter asleep he said he advised me that it was very unusual because he had food in his mouth he lifted him up and put him on the sofa the officer wrote in the report Lamar's girlfriend say she woke up around 6:45 a.m. to get the kids ready for school and noticed that he wasn't in their bedroom she spotted him asleep on the couch and left to drop the kids off at school U let's go back here so if you find your brother brother right on the floor asleep that's what he said with food in his mouth wouldn't you shake him to wake him up because you would be scared that he may get choked off of the food right so he lifted him up he lift him up and put him on the sofa okay so at that time it was 3 okay so at 6:45 a.m. his girlfriend woke up notice that Lamar Rich Hy Kon was not in the bedroom so she went downstairs and she saw him sleep on the couch but she didn't even think about going over there to check him and what happened to the food was in his mouth so she just left right out the door and took the kids to school and then go over there and say bye hun give him a kiss um Shake him a little bit to see if he's sleeping or tell him to go get up in the bed or anything she didn't do any of that she just left right out saw him sleep on the couch and just like walked right out with the kids and went to take them to school okay she said when she returned home she saw the rapper was still asleep and she went back to bed what in the same position and everything when you was that a normal thing for him to do sleep on the couch like that that's what I'm asking and then if the brother said he had food in his mouth what happened to that did he did he take the food out of his mouth when he put him on the couch um did his body feel heavier um when he put him on the couch was he walking with him or he was just totally out of it it just seems to be odd to me because you know an unive body feels different than a body that's alive so anyway she went back to sleep when she got back home from dropping the kids off the school and she woke up at around 11:00 a.m. to check on Rich Homie cron and she observed that his body was cold and then she called 911 listen when he was on the kitchen floor with the food in his mouth one can probably tell that he's not alive so his brother just thought he was alive I guess maybe he was alive then I don't know and he took him to the couch okay when she got up and in the morning notice he wasn't in the bedroom again I'm going to say most women will go over there to check on their significant other and be like get up and go get in the bed get in the bed go get in the bed and if she would have felted him she would have felt that he was cool then probably and she could have and they are still trying to find out um his cause and manner of his uning is still a pending but they did say investigators do not suspect file play so let's see if we can get that thing up real kids to school first day of school like this other person just said you would basically be waking up your boyfriend so he can see share the experience with you and just say if you didn't you still going to wake him up and him to go get in the bed upstairs then she came back home he still sleep and she didn't have enough damn common sense to go over there and Shake him to see if everything is okay especially knowing that he has problems with drugs and even if he didn't have problems with drugs you're still going to go over there and Shake him because damn he's been laying like that for the gets on top of his lap Paul part the car the the brother-in-law who actually who actually had a was his brother-in-law actually took him out of his vehicle put him in his vehicle she turned around and followed them about 20 minutes down the road they left him in the car and they kept trying to wake him up and it was so bad I don't know where they get this from I never heard this but they put ice on on on his private parts what so yes I don't know where they heard that from or do it actually work or anything so they knew that he had an ODed no no one asked for help so they went back to the friend's house the friend the friend asked where he was they say well he's in the car sleep about four hours went by a a neighbor walking by the car and saw it and and called the ambulance and and once again it's so hard to prove because all people say well you know he did drugs so after all that they they pull the cameras from Wendy they saw everything that was said was true they found it were ice in the general area and they still did not charge not a single soul damn that is so weird good almost a year ago that is crazy 30 34 years old Dam people do weird stuff man I don't know I mean just react like morally like like morally like and it's like well once again they was like well they didn't break any law cause you know uh because they said the same thing once they got there he told this whole story for about a two minutes and it went until the lady told her to lay him down to where she said that you know he he was foaming out the mouth you didn't try to turn him over before you call now one it's crazy so hated hey most hated um he said their story don't add up at all blogger I know called the mom and the family some of them didn't have no remorse at all like I said him right here went to his name is jayen Prince 16 years old he um shot his 15-year-old classmate Warren Grant on the first day of school in the public in their bathrooms okay that's what he did and this is the little boy he shot and I thought they were supposed to to be friends okay I thought that's what I heard I'm not sure man that's crazy let's see here hold on you know the um the police had went to to coat house like days before about about a week before before he did that they actually got the body cam footage of it out and they like he lied that was and all that and yeah that was a year before oh it was a year before yeah it was a year for before when they went to Che um to crush to him because um on Discord they got a message there saying that he was going to shoot up some schools okay so that was a big old tripped out lie right there because the little boy lied and they and and What kill what trips me out about the FBI or the police they said that it was in uh Russia and then when kids make terrorists threats to schools I think after they investigate though even during the during the investigation they need to put them on suspension I really do believe that and then if they don't find if they don't find any any evidence I mean none then you make and let it go but if you do find anything I honestly think they should just expel those kids from the school immediately I really do because why are you making terrorists threats and his story did not add up it was inconsistent they even said that it was inconsistent and then like I just said um to say that you don't speak Russian and all this [ __ ] you know good and dead going well you can go to the translator on Google and you can do any type of language you want to or you can look look it up somewhere else tell them about this little boy right here so let me recap about this little boy so um Prince shot Grant in the japa Town High School bathroom in Maryland last Friday and the the deadly shooting resulted in Prince not just being charged as an adult with erder but also with first and second degree assault use of firearms and other charges and they also found ammunition under princess bed along with photos of the teen with a firearm leading a judge to order the child to be held without bail so of course this attorney um Prince's attorney is um disagreeing with the order and pleading with the judge to rec consider you know charging him as an adult and all these other things he most definit need to be charged as an adult so they said um according to court documents several witnesses in the bathroom saw Prince and Grant engaged in an alteration Witnesses who were inside the bathroom at the time of the shooting explained that both Grant and Prince engaged in an argument at which time at which time Prince reached into his backpack and fired one shot from a handgun striking Grant damn don't want to believe it they are video games man yeah but also parents need to be parents and and and do what they need to do with their kids because kids first um role models and things like that is the parents they're theye the mom and the dad so as parents we need to make sure that we are on top of top of our kids um you know putting them on punishments and things when they do things and you know Che them book bags shcking them room shcking them phones all of that I agree I agree and that somebody said that same little 15y old was inside of um juie for drugs and other [ __ ] I bragging until the day came when the bluebird pulled up at 4:00 a.m. to hul the next Batch off to TDC and then he started crying of course reality hit somebody you look kids like they tough man I know somebody said ask was he a gang member and then there was another shooting another shooting I think yesterday or the day before that let's see let's see where that is yeah 15year old boy in critical condition after being shot at school this is a whole different one right here this one happened I think the day before yesterday if I'm not mistaken or either yesterday let's see that was on Tuesday and this was inside of Northwest High School it was reported at about 12:23 p.m. and this was in Omaha Nebraska so they got the suspect he was taken into custody at about 12:58 p.m. let's see and this shooting appeared to stem from an incident between two students police said dang so now these kids are not just fighting they bringing weapons like gun to schools and actually [Music] shooting two more shootings since that boy went in there and did all of that stuff in that school Co gray yep so again like somebody was saying I think they need to start um implementing that all kids use clear backpacks Jermaine said that also they need to have metal detectors in all schools and they need to have more security armed and armed security in the schools I agree I agree with that totally you got to have a clear bag to go into a concert you got to have one to go into football games but you ain't gota have one to go to school right that's crazy they kids do too much the kids different these days but yeah okay let's see I think that's about it that I'm going to discuss but yeah let me just take the story off here these damn kids are are just doing too much honestly they really are let me take these stories off real quick okay yeah so that's going to be it for tonight y'all um because it's like three hours on here I went over like an hour but it's cool because we we discussed some really important information we got a chance to listen to the audio again as far as Quan um I still say it's kind of weird that the brother did not try to get the food out of his mouth to wake him up up to get the food out of his mouth if he actually had food in his mouth and as far as the girlfriend coming downstairs send him laying on the um couch asleep you know people handle stuff differently I know I would have went over there and shook him and said babe wake up get up get in bed you know um and went from there you know certainly after seeing him still lay in the same position after I dropped the kids off to school I definitely would have went over there if not before then you know because like the second time when I get ready to take the kids to school I probably would have went over there and shook them because I'm like damn he's still sleeping in the same position but you know some people don't pay attention to all of that you know so it is what it is and as far as um Tyreek Hill again I just you know hope that he does sue them because I I I really do believe that the police just did too much I really do just because he didn't roll his window all the way down the second time for me I just don't see why they start tripping like they were you know just tell him let his window down if he won't let it down just give him his ticket through the window you know you can even put that on the ticket I guess to let the judge know that he refused to let the window all the way down I don't I don't see them doing anything about it but you know the judge would just probably tell them next time roll the window down a little bit further or something you know but why everything else they did it was just plainly just assessive all that pulling him out the D on car door um running up behind him forcing him down pushing him down on the on the ground and sit down even after he said that he just had surgery on his knee throwing them on the ground putting his knee on his back um saying that they would break the [ __ ] window out the car and pull him out and [ __ ] it's just plainly ridiculous and even you know arresting the other teammate and tripping out because he was there showing support for his other teammate that's crazy all of that is crazy plainly ridiculous so hopefully they do what they need to do regarding that as well so you you want to say anything else um old boy before we get out no that'll be thank you for letting me up you're welcome and thank you the car staring at them jacking off in his car and I told my daughters next time some pervert do this call the police okay call the police immediately because he sat there for the longest cuz I was in that basket Robins for at least 15 minutes so he sat there all that time staring at them and jacking off doing the most that's what he was doing so I let them know next time to call the police you know and you know if you can get the the person's license plate number because these type of men need to be stopped that's on everything why are you sitting in the parking lot doing this type of freaky stuff by my car at my daughter's that's weird that's very strange so if you got kids certainly younger ones definitely make sure you be watching them cuz it's some we it's some very perverted ass people out here and this dude was not old I'mma tell y'all that right now white dude around in his 20s all right in his 20s sitting there in the car parked next to my car he waited until I was in that store and he parked over there by that by my car and start looking at my daughter's jacking off and then when I came out of back asking Robin I was walking back to the car he immediately took off pulled something down so you can see his face and took off he went the other way so they couldn't get his license plate number and so like I told them in the future make sure you you know call the police and try to jot down some information you know cuz like something similar not like that but something weird happened to my daughter before we moved from my apartment they was at the store and some another pervert had to be around in his 50s or um early 50s or somewhere around that age he pulls up to my daughter and say Hi how are you doing Blas Blas didn't he ask her do she attend the school the high school not too far from them my daughter said no he asked my daughter how old are you she said um 20 he was like oh okay and then he left because he you know why because when he found out that she wasn't under you know High School like 16 15 17 20 was too old he wanted an underage girl that's why he ask her that she go to the high school across the street and I was like y'all should have got his license plate number and reported him to the police cuz he's a you know what a pedo why are you riding by a high school questioning girls you thought my daughter was under age you run up to her and ask her weird questions you know like showing that you're interested but when she said her actual age then you was like oh okay so when you teach your kids when they when when men do this even women you know to the little boys get these people information like their card license plate numbers and call the police too because they shouldn't be walking around here at schools you know trying to pick up underage girls that's plain or sitting in the car jacking off who does this just very strange so make sure y'all watch y'all kids you know um watch yourself too cuz I told y'all what happened to me um back in 2021 I believe where the dude followed me to the lake and try to kidnap some damn body and stuff so make sure you guys watch your kids you know no matter what their age is are your daughters your sons everything because you got some strange ass people out here and some of these people you know do weird [ __ ] and then it escalates to even more weirder stuff okay so I
