Joe many congratulations first win ticked off first clean sheet you must be absolutely delighted I'm delighted for the players because they got given a lot of information in a short space of time and it's one thing being given it it's another thing having talented players that can go and execute it and against is an outstanding team that will be right up there come the business end I don't think there'll be many teams that will come here and create the level and the amount of chances that we did on another day it could have been three or four but we're certainly going to get two um outstanding performance outstanding result and a decent bank holiday weekend now it's just the case of trying to build York's two main chances probably came in the first 20 minutes after that it was chances for you all the way really well they're going to create chances because of the way they play manager got them superbly drilled in their shape their rotation very good they create overloads in wide areas commit bodies forward but at the same time sometimes you can use that to your advantage if you find players that are in the right spaces to go and Counterattack quickly but they've got to be able to execute that and they've done it in a brilliant way the front free we're tireless obviously we had to bring Aussie off at half time being on a yellow we just couldn't take the risk then Dylan going up there we know what he's like energized bunny went and did the same job so no really pleasing and Jacob Hazel must be delighted for him two offside goals on Saturday questionably perhaps one of them two chances today and then Third Time Lucky yeah but if you keep getting yourselves in the right positions you're always going to have a chance of scoring a goal and to be fair to Hayes he's worked very hard at his game the last two three weeks particularly done a lot of stuff individually on a training ground to try and work on certain aspects but when he gets between them posts he is a menace because he doesn't leave Center Arms alone and that's why them sort of chances come about because eventually they'll switch off but then you need someone to go and take them but also when you miss a chance to keep your head in the game to make sure that you can go and score is a really handy skill to abon know fair play to him and fair play to Keaton Ward as well probably the outfielder with the the fewest minutes so far but not forgotten in your minds no doubt and a brilliant finish to wrap it all up well we've always said it's a squad game genuinely and and it might be a case if you wait three four games before your chance comes but if you're a collective group and if you're together and if you care about your teammates and want them to do as well as you want yourself to do you come on and do stuff like that because he hasn't sulked he's got on with it and you know when his chances come he's gone to took it we knew he would c a type of lad he is you go through the group everyone's been utilized already up to this point and we're going to need him for the next 42 games like I said before there's 46 games in a season and this season particularly all 46 were going to be underdogs but we know this group will grow and the more they grow the better we're going to be for it only 41 to go but we'll let that one go uh P good Be Ma in you pamy um as well not see much football this weekend but comes on and provides a crucial assist for Kon yeah but like I said before it's a squad game and you know you can't when you've got a talented group there's always going to be times where you've got to sit here and wait and whether you're going to play 5 minutes 15 minutes or a half whatever it might be we need you to make an impact and especially in a game like that they're difficult games to go on in because you got a lot of information there's a crowd around you that are screaming their heads off and you got players rotating all over the place so you've got to be switched on from the minute get go I know credit to all of them and I sound just delighted and imagine it's it's just the start I know you always reflect look quickly look towards the next one and that's sh over at home on Saturday yeah another easy one um man we said before this is a very unforgiving league and we learned that very quickly in the first three games and at that point everyone wrote us off um or a lot did and they should know better with this group and the type of players we've got because they only grow and they only learn they did it last year after 10 12 games we settled into who we are and how we play and we'll do exactly the same this season you know it's going to be a big big challenge every game is difficult you know YoVille another full-time team that were in the league not too long ago but they games to go and embrace and enjoy and we know that if we're at it we give ourselves a good chance of going and getting results but then beyond that I we say as well to have a following like that behind us throughout the whole 90 minutes only helps first the balls on even further some pleased for them but I'm so pleased for this group and hopefully it's a building block for us to go and kick on
