Oasis Tickets Sell Out - Fans Fume At Resale Prices, Touts & Hotel Price Hikes

Intro you're just robbing the people of wanting to see Manchester you're just depriving fans of their moment really that's a lot of money I think that's just I think that's too much for me I'm still going to get me tickets something like that ask how do you feel about these ticket outs buying the tickets and Ticket Touts selling them for 1,700 tiet touts like that professional touts low life um if you're a f you're just depriving fans of their moment really yeah and um I'm a lifelong concert goer and uh I know how it feels to be locked out of a concert because she didn't get the you know have the cash at the time tickets went on sale um have you got a conscience that's all I'd say to to uh you know deliberate TS like that as much as I want to see Oasis back together I've seen Liam gallager a couple times yeah I don't think I could pay 1.7k that's mad what do you think about tickets outs that do that um I think it's a scummy business I think it's ruining the fun of gigs houses like you're just robbing the people of wanting to see Manchester yeah I think it just takes the fun out of like taking the core audience away of who would uh want to see an artist CU you know not everyone's going to be able to afford these like mad expensive tickets so yeah not something I rate if you had a message to the tickets outs what would Message To Ticket Touts you say uh go yourself stop being knob EDS basically honestly you it for the rest of us grow up honestly you ruin it for the rest of us yeah I can't be bothered with it oh I did that for One Direction tickets actually yeah I did do that once you a scalper I was a scalper but I actually want to repeat what you said off funny though they need to make their money people need to but I mean it's not the best thing to do but it's what they do you agree with that um yeah it's a bit cheeky in a way and it's not it's not ideal but if they make their money through that then fair play to them do you think that maybe Oasis or just general organizers can Should Artists Do More? they do anything to stop this yeah I mean with so many tickets now being sold officially online um you would have thought it's a lot easier now to sort of monitor that those resales um I know there's a you know whole website set up now about exploiting ticket resales how do I feel about not getting tickets for Oasis so far um you know bit defeated but we'll be there we'll still end up being there he Park Manchester we're going to be there what do you feel about hotels that are ra raising the prices canceling Hotel Price Hikes people's prior bookings just to make a load of cash off it I didn't know they were cancel anyone's bookings so there's a few hotels that have canceled people's bookings that they already had and then they've just selling them for about 500 quid more um what do you feel about it if I could swear I would but like uh yeah no that's awful yeah it is you can swear by the way it's fine yeah do you feel like that should be allowed no no absolutely not no if you if you paid a for sales final like you can cancel if you need maintenance or some like that but like no not for like that not so you can up your prices that's crap they blamed it on a technical glitch oh bollocks absolute bollocks no way not a chance in hell so what have they rais it too from what to what so I think people got them for about 80 quid now they're ass sashas which is a all um that's going for 498 a night now F 500 quid to stay here yeah you having a laugh I don't mind the town but like it's absolutely not do you think I get why people want to make money on a situation but shid as a limit because I suppose the only people who are getting priced out is working people who were just trying to go away that's the thing it's like everybody's had a tough couple of years and everything so like I understand from that side of that perspective like everyone needs to make their money but I can't imagine these are small businesses that are missing out if they're still open half the stuff around here closed so like I should imagine if they're still open they're not struggling overall I mean it's just one of them things in it it's hotels they're just trying and get away with whatever they can do and obviously they're using the Oasis gig as a little ploy to be like all right you know what stuff this Oasis are on so let's High car prices up but I mean in the end I feel like they always get away with it anyway so they'll tell it's a glitch now and they say that they're going to refund everyone but how do you know that everyone's been refunded I think I was reading about a guy he he had bought a couple of tickets just for I mean sorry not bought a couple of tickets sorted his room out so he's like right my room sorted and then um ready to get his tickets tomorrow and then Bosch looked on it his reservation was cancelled so I mean it's those people that are losing out and then the big Corporation are winning at the end of the day Oasis banked at 9 you're going to watch it the with the hotel houses
