TAYLOR SWIFT BECOMES THE MOST AWARDED VMA SOLO ARTIST

hey guys it's Rachel welcome back to my channel and welcome to it is vma's day so I thought it would be super fun to Vlog because anything Taylor related is a freaking blast but as long as I can remember being a Taylor fan I have adored watching Taylor on award shows and celebrating her and seeing so many different Awards get awarded to her like I can remember when she got the Pinnacle Award I can remember when the first time that she got a standing ovation at the Grammys when she was singing mean like all those memories are just so important and so yes I absolutely love to watch the award shows and so I'm going to take you guys Along With Me Taylor has 12 nominations and I am just so excited so first I was like you know what I'm just going to go ahead and start vlogging um I have to go get a couple things in Ulta I am out of my setting spray and I kind of just want to wander around and like look for a lipstick like a fall lipstick um I really need to go to Sephora cuz they carry rare Beauty and I am very true to rare Beauty so I don't know if I'll end up getting a lipstick in here cuz the one I have on is way too pink um but like I want like a mauvey color this one hold on this one from rare beauty is my literal favorite fall but I want like a pinky fall if that makes sense this one is courage oh my God not the one I have on though I probably should have put this one on but I'm just yapping at this point but then there's a TJ Maxx right next door and so of course I'm going to go wander around TJ Maxx and then of course I have to get a little sweet treat for uh for tonight so I'm going to haul myself to Rita's and that is quite the drive but it's okay cuz I can jam out to Taylor and hang out with you guys so anyways let's go in Ulta let's go in TJ Maxx and let's just like prepare for the VMAs a little bit I get to the door and there's a sign that says 50% off because they're having Beauty event this is not good okay so in there I just got my setting spray and then I also got a lip balm in pumpkin spice latte um it's like a lip balm and it was $10 from colourpop but I decided that I'm going to go to Sephora sometime this weekend and I want to find the lipstick Taylor War the first Chiefs game of this season like I need it like her lips looked so good but anyways because Sephora has rare Beauty and Pat McGrath so anyways walking to TJ okay so I'm in TJ and here's the deal I've kind of been looking for a new purse cuz mine's starting to like fall apart um but I found this one and it's so cute and it has a removable strap and it's $20 I kind of really like it you just never know what you're going to find in TJ but look at these little perfumes this is so cute this smells so good oh my God but it's only a roller ball guys look at these sleep shorts they're $12.99 for two like they've got this color these these oh that's funky that's given a Pixar all right I have no idea which purse to get but um chances are I've already bought one but still tell me down below which one you want me to get so I found this true purse it's basic on the side but it has little horseshoes on this side which I think is so cute and I have a new fascination with horseshoes cuz they bring good luck but then there's this little purse and I like it because it zips um and it has like a lot of removable straps on it um and I kind of think it's really cute I like the Quilted material but I kind of really just I like this but it doesn't zip so let me know so I us don't like the Analise I have the St Patrick's Day frog and I have a turkey from last year and there's this turkey with like kitchen utensils that I regret getting not getting from last year and I really like him he's funny okay but like look at him it's giving Long Live to the core okay they have these cargo pants but they're Calvin Klein they look so comfy and they're $21.99 yeah they're really cute I don't know why I kind of like this but it's giving more summery and now I'm ready for fall and I smelled the flower balm by Victor and Rolf something like that perfume and I it's one of Taylor's favorite scents and I piggy Back Off Taylor Swift at all times so yes I did smell it for the 100th time today and every time I smell it I'm like one of these days I'm going to walk into Ulta and Splurge I just know it's going to happen but anyways um I'm going to go to probably a different TJ Maxx cuz I just like feel like walking around and looking around and then I'm going to go to Rita's and get a an icy for the VMAs and then I'm going to head home I'm going to try and watch new heights before the VMAs but I honestly don't know if that's going to happen we shall see but um it might be new heights Thursday instead of Wednesday but I can't wait so like I'm I'm definitely going to start anyways let's go okay um so I'm at my second TJ Maxx and um I've decided I talk to myself on the way here the only way that I'll buy something in here is if they have a football blanket because I told myself no more blankets however I feel like I I need like a football blanket I feel like it would be really cute or a horseshoe necklace I feel like either one I'd be sold on anything else I'm going to pass on I can barely see you guys okay I love how it has the lace but why does it have to say something so goofy so I've been wanting to try this place called iHeart mac and cheese and I have been waiting for the opportunity I was out in this area um it was a hike anyway so I was like you know what what's one more stop so what's better to treat yourself on a night when Taylor's up for 12 Awards so here we go and I'm back so I got my dinner and then I went to Rita's and then I came home and took a much needed relaxing shower and it wasn't hair wash night I did get my hair wet though um but I kind of just did like a little half up me acting like I'm going to the awards I'm doing like a half up girl you're sitting on the couch please anyways I'm going to reheat my dinner and um sit on the couch and cheer on Taylor because that is very much needed and that's what's going to happen so I got my tortured poet's Department shirt on and we're going to go cheer on our girl and I'm glad I have some good food to grub on as well um this is adorable I got the chicken parmesan at iHeart mac and cheese um this looks so yummy I can't wait to reheat this and sit on the couch and wait for Taylor to show up this looks so yummy so I have to pre-show on and Taylor and postmalone just won fortnite song of the summer cheers that's pretty good I don't know what you guys can see cuz I don't have my viewfinder up right now or my my screen cuz she's acting a little fragile at the moment 10 out of 10 I am so excited to go just sit and eat this Taylor's there Taylor's there Taylor's there her hair straight oh my God oh my God what the hell is she wearing stop wait it's so different but I love it the way Taylor can just bring up my serotonin award televised award number one um best collaboration I think Taylor's up for this with post Malone yeah with for fortnite it's fortnite tonight so if Taylor Wins this this will be her second Award of the night um CU they won song of the summer already that one wasn't televised it was on the pre-show that there where you are I feel like they've got it oh that could also be a contender people love that song [Applause] Taylor oh her injected her little handshake a she's taking post with her but you won't pick [Applause] [Applause] up [Applause] a the build [Applause] guys I wanted to say you know waking up this morning in New York on September 11th I've just been thinking about what happened 23 years ago everyone who lost a loved one and everyone that we lost and that is the most important thing about today and everything that happens tonights behind yes ma'am um but is so amazing to have the opportunity to to thank and honor the people who work so hard with me on this video there is a very clear reason why post Malone is everyone in music's favorite person to collabor a and it is because you are so ridiculously talented you are so versatile and you're the most down toe person honestly so unfailingly polite it has taken me forever to get him to stop calling me so do you want to say something [Applause] Austin Taylor is a absolute loss for wordss um absolutely one of the most um kind and talented people I've ever had the honor of knowing and just just the amount of u of work and care and love that she puts into everything she does from the music video to every I watched her um tied up to the like operating table thing in the music video and she was just directing the music video from there and it was pretty badass um but I love them I just wanted to say thank you so very much um for listening and thank you so very much Taylor and I love you very much and have a oh she just handed it to him she's so sweetie too I just I'm I love music like I know this every day of my being trust me but like I just love it like now Katy Perry is getting the Vanguard award and like award shows always remind me like just how gen genuinely much I love music and I grew up on Katy Perry's music too like this is just so fun to like watch I love award shows but anyways Taylor just changed and she I haven't seen any like high quality pictures yet but her dress looks so freaking sparkly and it almost looks like she has like UFO or like a moon or something right here um like I said I haven't seen a clear picture but oh she's so pretty let's run away okay literal Queen o what she singing out is this firework like a plastic bag dting in the wind this is literally what I'm doing on my commercial break um I am eating my s'mores Ras and I'm watching Taylor um cuz they have like other cameras going on and I'm watching her during Katie's performance and damn she was feeling it during Teenage Dream me too I was dancing on my couch so if you're wondering what I'm doing on commercial break it's watching Taylor dance and eating this delicious Rita the s'mores cream ice and the mint chocolate chip the best and the island Fusion the best the elite flavors at Rita good song yeah um espresso okay let's see oh my God they're still listing nominees let's see I think it's Sabrina oh I knew it damn I called that one good for her though I love Sabrina yeah good for her all right so like I just want to say how does Sophia Ma just like graze over the artist of the year artist of the year used to be like the award where like you'd stay up and like your eyes were so baggy and I would be like ready to go to bed cuz I'd have to get up early for school I still have to get up early but um you know what I mean like my mom was like we need to go to bed we need to go to bed like no but artist of the year that's like the prestigious award and they just grazed over it like it was nothing like they did like a whole reel it's like they've maybe announced like four on here it's crazy but anyways I have migrated over to my table because I want to put all my stuff in my new purse look how cute it is it's perfect it's literally so fall it's so perfect um this one is like very full to the brim do you see that and sometimes it's hard to shut because I do carry my camera um with me and she's looking a little pattered one thing about me is like when I get a purse like I I use the purse like I'm not like switching purses every 2 days like I do have my favorite purses um that I enjoy but like I carry them for a while if that makes sense once I change them out so anyways that's what I'm doing right now camil is performing and so I'm just going to enjoy and set up my new purse now wait a minute here I decided to just try the um so juicy colourpop and this is in the shade PSL it was $10 at Ulta and I just decided um I want some new lip products and I decided not to I looked at um Charlotte Tilbury but I just decided I'd rather get like Pat McGrath or rare Beauty cuz I know I like their formulas um especially rare Beauty like I'm a rare Beauty girly but I decided it's $10 I'll try it out cuz I liked it when I swatched it I just tried this on cuz I was like oh I want to put this into my new purse that was a little too close but like it's so pretty and I like how it's not all the way like up you have enough to like put on your lip but it's not going to like smear all over the cap and everything this is honestly a sleigh I love this color why did I decide to put this on I was literally like cleaning out my purse like putting my extra ponytail holders away and like other lipsticks that like aren't really giving fall like that were in this purse like I was putting them all away and I was like you know what I just want to try this on cuz I want to put this in my purse this is gorgeous this is going to be one of my new go-tos um let's do like a little what's in my purse always you guys I got a tide pod stick now I have the shade PSL in the so juicy they discontinued this which is a a travesty and one of the reasons I want a new lipstick because I need to find a dupe for this and I'm pretty sure the shade that Emma wears in rare Beauty will suffice so that's why I need to take a trip to Sephora but this is Sephora lip stories in oui and I'm savoring every last bit of it I have a ChapStick because my number one ick is like when my lips feel chapped oh no no no no like if I'm going to a concert best believe I am bringing chapstick I have a pink Emy board in case I get a hang nail I have two black hair ties in case my hair annoys me um I always usually have a clip too and that's why I like the size purse um cuz I can put my camera and everything in there um rare Beauty Cur is like biggest chef's kiss um I have my eyeliner pencil and I have my rare Beauty nearly Berry lip gloss which is gorgeous as well for fall so those are the makeup products that I keep in there you're like you just shared your whole store yes um but those are like I wanted to put like my favorites for like fall time then I have my wallet and um ibuprofen and my car keys and yeah that's what I got in my purse and I usually keep a charger in my bag as well so there's plenty of room I'm thinking Taylor left I'm going to be really honest I think Taylor hit the road um I'm going to be so honest with you I cannot wait to lay in my bed like is this over yet it's not we've got two more minutes um I'm going to be honest with you I can't believe still that they just grazed over the artists of the year like that um that really mind-boggled me like album of the year and artist of the year were like the most prestigious Awards and the most talked about and the most hyped up in my day and then they just grazed over it I feel like it's all performances now and like as I love that like I like to see the artists like being awarded for their hard work as well you know um but anyways that's what I had to say but I don't know if Taylor's going to go to any After parties or what she's going to do she miss thing has not showed up in like an hour and a half we have not seen her like in an hour and a half I'm checking Twitter to see if there's any updates yeah Miss ma'am is missing from the facilities but I'm going to be honest with you I was for Real about to pack it in um because they grazed over a lot of the other Awards I was like okay this is this is wrapping up I thought it ended at 11: it is 11:07 and they are about to announce video of the year now I'm glad well it's called the video music award so I'm at least glad they're not grazing over a video of the year but I was under the assumption that this was almost over I my bed is calling my name okay it really is um but we're sticking in there because fortnite is nominated for video of the year so we're sat we're sat ladies and gentlemen anything for Taylor I swear like fear of missing out yes so okay my Energy's back back video of the Year okay come on Tay she's back in her seat by the way [Music] please yes [Applause] her seventh VMA of the night that's a legend that's ta [Applause] Legend got a [Music] [Applause] call I love her so much [Music] [Applause] she's telling post to get up [Applause] there aw she's so humble [Applause] [Music] [Applause] she's so loved thank you uh directing this video and putting it together and writing it was the most wonderful experience and that is because of all the people that uh I got to make it with and that includes Ethan Hawk and Josh Charles who were amazing that includes my amazing cinematographer DP Rodrigo Creo who goes out of his way to work with female directors I love that and he's a genius and I can't believe I got to work with him as well as e toan my amazing production designer who I worked with on the AOS [Applause] store Malone who we all love so much and you know the thing is that this video seems very sad when you watch it but it actually was like the most fun video to make and something that I'll always remember is that when when I would finish a take and i' and I'd say cut and we'd be done with that take I would always just hear like someone like like cheering and like like like from across from across the studio um where we were shooting it and that that one person was my boyfriend Travis [Music] [Applause] hello touches turns to happiness and fun and Magic so I want to thank him for for adding that to our shoot and um to the fans I I'm always trying to figure out a way to thank to making my life what it is the becomeing the department what it has become that's all you guys for doing that and for voting for this award so thank you to MTV for giving me this opportunity to thank the F thank you for what you done and the fact that this is a fan voted award and you voted for as I read I think that's I think that's accurate um but anyways so I'll catch up with you guys if she does something else and if this is the end of the VMA Vlog um I love you guys I hope this you entertained you in some way and just thank you for hanging out with me it's my favorite thing um and I am literally already planning coming straight home tomorrow and laying on my couch and watching New Heights cuz I did not get to new heights tonight cuz I got caught up running around tonight and then it was VMA time but anyways I love you guys I hope this video entertained you in some way and I
