feel first game oh it felt good just being out there with the guys you know been around since the summer just get to know everybody yeah got to go through fall camp and then at the fall Camp just got to get through get to know guys even deeper so just being out there with the guys part best part on that first big run just describe what you saw uh r a little outside Zone saw saw a cut so I made a cut didn't try to do too much just try to get vertical and uh just just run the ball like I usually do how about that first touchdown oh yeah I felt great just uh doing it in front of front of my family was here had my sister here so I had everybody here grandom so it felt good to get first one out the way now just just ready to roll from here on out has it felt like it's been pretty fast you know since high school and you know getting here and now you're already played your first game oh yeah I definitely say it was pretty fast especially coming in in the summer you know I got to to stay home for that spring while some of the other guys got to come up here and experience a CER football a little earlier than me but feel like I adapted well uh and fast just like just like I should just like my coach expected me to so that's czy I that's pretty good you talk about the room with uh you guys right there you know did they whenever you got that touchdown to they Kev and kind of Pat you on the back like brother oh yeah definitely they definitely uh made me feel a lot more comfortable going in this week you know Gavin and jamonte do a great job just bringing us in mentoring us just letting us know how game days go how the game how the game rolls how how we need to be locked in all other stuff so definitely getting up to them you know just just just seeing them on S like kind kind of had a had a big big smile on my my face just kind of like a those my big Bros type thing so yeah how fast is this going for you arriving in June already scored a touchdown now uh really fast you know just just the other day I remember moving in Coach Murray is like oh we're excited to have you so uh just just I like it though I like things rolling I like things uh fast fastpac kind of how we play so kind of kind of how life moves so I I enjoy it you talk to DeMarco yet oh not yet not yet I'm sure I'll get a call later later tonight he's probably looking at some film find find a way to get get everybody better so just just waiting on that text and um you know we we I'll probably watch a little some tonight T shoot him and text to um how I feel about the game and it's cool we talked to freshman all the time they talk about the speed of the game how do you feel like that acclimated denight to you uh I I wouldn't say it too bad I feel like uh you know I'm pretty I'm a pretty fast player myself I like the I like things moving fast I like the fast paac so I feel like just just adapting to that was kind of easy for me that first run kind of get you going oh yeah for sure that that first little tackle that first little scrumble so it was good yeah that 45 yard run I mean that long one what did you see on that play to bur open on uh just just like the other one I just uh be a running back find a hole get vertical make a couple moves and just get as much yards you can and obviously it was a it was a big win but what was the kind of the sentiment from the offense after after the game and and how' you guys feel like you guys play we um I feel like in a ho we did pretty good I mean if you score that many points you're doing something good but obviously there's there's there's a always something to get better you know receivers B their butt off o line bought their butt off you know we still had some misassignments Miss Miss every everybody had some something they can improve on tonight so obviously we're going to enjoy the win we're going to look forward and watch the film but uh there's always something to get better so we'll probably enjoy the win tonight look tomorrow and just get better and look for the next week your first big time college game last time you ran the ball like that you were in high school what' that feel like out there with that crowd that music the lights that team oh it just felt great there's no other place I would rather do it and here you know just all all the people crowd crowd was definitely into it tonight uh Stadium felt felt even bigger when you're on it uh better than when you recruit on the sideline looking in so just when you're on it you just have a burst of adrenaline and you know I I haven't been hit since last year of like November so just getting a getting hit again getting a live action speed again was definitely a great feeling did was there a feeling of feeling of familiarity oh yeah for sure carrying it you look up and there's a hole there and you hit it oh yeah oh yeah definitely uh took me took me a little bit when I in the summer and in the fall Camp to get my groove but once I got that Groove I feel like keep getting better and better and um just enjoy the process also did you bounce one outside was the design to go that way or did you just see the hole there uh I probably just saw the hole I'm sure it was designed inside run linebacker fit fit the hole he supposed to fit I just both both did our jobs find a hole made a play so probably what happen to be a multiport athlete you know you're working on baseball and football is it mostly just football right now are you kind of working out with the uh yeah definitely definitely mostly football you know takes takes a lot of time and patience to be good at this game recovery film Playbook so I'm definitely def pretty locked in on football but I feel like just like I did in high school translate to college when I mean when I when we win a championship somewhere then I go go the next week to baseball get some reps in and just do my thing over there a
