What $3.5 Million Buys in Fukuoka, Japan | Apartment Tour

apartment in this beautiful area that we're in right now now this apartment is about $3.5 million USD I can't wait to see it now I've linked up with an amazing company based here in F Ora that can I've absolutely as always loved chatting with all of you in the comments below but I say let's go and check out this pment eh [Music] wow this is the lobby area of here just before we go upstairs let's have a quick look so you got a beautiful Lounge area off the right we have a toilet um but this is really nice outside here have a look at this outdoor area just to kind of chill if you don't want to be up in your apartment you want to be out in the sun for the day but beautiful outdoor area with obviously a sink up there so if you want to have some food I guess and have a little gathering down here fantastic but you've also got a little coffee machine so you can come down here and chill maybe have some meetings meet up with a friend but I say let's head on upstairs and uh we're going to check out this apartment let's go and welcome to the 22nd floor now very cool thing check out this right away instead of displaying just a number on here we have a bit of a shadow element coming from the light so if you get in here close and look at this so the number actually underneath here if you have a look it the light reflects down and puts a shadow on the wall of a number very very cool but we're going to head this way and now this is where we are number 2202 let's take a look all right so this is the main genan area which is a very very sizable little room right here now first off we have two cupboards we have one to our left here which is your standard kind of shoe shelving which you have in every kind of Gan but this Gan is massive but let's have a look at this one right here oh my God take a look at the size of all your shoes now if you're filling out this many shoes you're doing pretty well I think but this is incredible size right here tons of space for everything you need and I do like that behind here you actually do have a mirror on your door here too so you can kind of check yourself out before you're leaving or enter him which is your fancy but I say let's jump straight in to checking out this apartment oh my God you are not currently seeing what I'm seeing but this View off to my right here I'm going to leave to the end so you need to wait to the end cuz this is phenomenal I've never seen anything like this view in Fuller and this is exactly what sells this unit this is crazy now first off we're in the living room area here now this space is very large massive so this is where you have your TV set up your dining room table it's an enormous amount of space here but we then move over to the kitchen area now this kitchen area is stunning so so much bench space and everything that you kind of need here now this sink is enormous and you have all your amenities that you kind of normally have in a massive kitchen but this is fantastic tons of shelving tons of space now everything is modern and brand new here and that comes right down to the appliances come over here you have your four burners so all of your amenities now the great thing about this that you don't usually get in Japan is this right here is your hidden uh dishwasher and it's not just a small dishwasher so most dishwashers in Japan are very small but this is a full-size dishwasher which is extremely rare and all the appliances in this apartment right here are all melee including the appliances over here so you have your oven which is pretty phenomenal now I know in here as well you can change this to any language that you want as well and then you come over here and then you've got your pantry so tons of pantry but you may think like wow what if I've got more storage than what I need for this little bit of area here don't worry mate we got you covered we're going to head back here and then we come straight in to even bigger Pantry right here epic now just behind over here you have a massive space here for a huge fridge so everything that you do need but we're going to head back down H let's go through this way because there is a door here leading down the hallway to the bedrooms now this hallway then leads into your two bedrooms at the back we've got our bathroom off to the left here so let's go and check out the bathroom first now this bathroom is ridiculous this is huge tons of storage but straight off the bat you have this incredible lighting bar huge mirror um with storage behind here as well for everything you do need and that's awesome but it's the double sync that gets me this is the big thing here usually you don't get a lot of bench space but having a double sink for that kind of sink when you do need it it's well worth it but this is awesome man now off to the left here you then just have oh yeah you got a space for just like a laundry machine in here um again as much as you need for for laundry but the cool thing is you can hide these doors back in there as well so that's very neat and obviously there's some space for some hanging there as well that we'll close that up but let's go over this way now as we come down to the bathroom area off to my right here first off before we get there we have a door that leads out to a balcony that is links onto this stunning 270° view of f Walker city which is amazing but let's jump into the bathroom here now in the bathroom this is wild straight off the bat you have a huge room with first off we got the bath here which is a jet bath autofilling features that you do get in these modern apartments but then also the Jets on the bottom here line the bottom of the bar so it's like having a massage while you're having a bar I will give anything to give this a go but I'm not getting my hopes up on that one but if you have a look over here as well you've got a double head shower so you've got the overhead rain shower up the top here but then you've also got your handheld one off to the side which is awesome and this is a very cool bathroom now I'm going to close this door for you here just so you get the full gist of what I'm talking about but this is where you'll be having a shower and this is the view you look out on this is just the taste of for the view I'm going to give you later at again with a view of the main balcony but this is awesome M this is phenomenal all right let's get out of here and let's keep having the tour now I'm saying awesome and phenomenal lot because it's worth it this place but this is the bathroom as we kind of come in here the toilet rather which has its own little washlet here you got your storage and your automatic opening sink and it almost I was expecting it to say hello to me because it's so high tech in here tons of storage up top here again very standard bathroom but this is really cool too a lot of detail goes into this this place here so very cool and uh yeah you this is a toilet but I'll take it let's keep going now we're going to get into the first bedroom so as I mentioned this is a 2 LDK but the first bedroom here well this is the main bedroom here but let's go into the first bedroom now this is the first bedroom now this is an 8.2 s m room which is more than enough for a queen bed and any the you're going to need or double bunks if you got kids as well um you have a fantastic view off the off the back end here of the harbor which is insane I can't get over it but then you come back here and you've got a huge walk-in wardrobe check out the size of this wardrobe it's enormous crazy how much space you get in here let's keep going and let's get on to bedroom number two not a bad first bedroom let's get on to the second one wow and now we get into the main bedroom now this bedroom here is 10 sare m now the great thing about this bedroom is you do have access you have a door to the balcony which gives you a bit of view of the harbor and then also the park off to the right there which again I'm telling you wait till later now you do have a ton of natural light that comes in this whole apartment particularly the bedrooms which I absolutely love I think it's super vital in the living space now as you come over here just like the other bedroom there you have your Walkin wardrobe which once again very envious it is a incredibly sizable sizable walk-in wardrobe here and the great thing I actually really like this is that they've thought about the top space so not just installing a railing but you've got your storage on the top end there you've got power points throughout all of these walk-in wardrobes so very cool let's keep going and now we're going to come to the absolute seller of this apartment but just before we get there we do have a quick little living room space down here so this a fantastic little dining room area now the good thing about this little area too is if you really wanted to and you wanted to turn this place into a 3 LDK you could put a wall off here cuz you do have all of your storage here for hanging or you could put in shelving and turn this into a little office snook here as well so this is great you could just even put your dining room table here if you wanted to but you do have access and a lot of natural light coming in here to the balcony but let's get to the Sellar follow me this way because this is what I walked into and saw when I first looked into this now I said let's come over to this way here because this is absolutely incredible take a look at this view this is selling this is like a Manhattan View kind of thing going on here but oh my God the natural light that comes in here you've got a Hy Coen off into the background this is what you wake up to every single morning mate you got me sove mate you got me solved but that's not all that's not all because we have a sizable balcony that's just over this way as well so we come off to this end if I can work out how this door goes turns out the door is unlocked the whole time but this is by far what sells this apartment let me just put my shoes on here is this huge balcony now it's not just the size of this balcony obviously that sells it but it's this view this view is amazing now this is the most famous Park in a for or over here this is again this is kind of like a Manhattan View style thing but honestly waking up to this every morning having me a cup of tea or coffee whatever it may be M this is what sells it for me but that's not all you do get this stunning view but this view is 270° so if you come over this way you get view of the city and the park and and all that stunning scenery but then you come over this way and the balcony just keeps going but you come all the way out and you get views of the entire Harbor out here so if you're getting sick of the park and then you're kind of done with looking at that for the day it's right mate come over this way and we can come over here and we can get a view of the entire ocean and this thing just keeps going like take a look at this not a bad view if I say so so that concludes today's tour guys of this $3.5 million apartment in one of footw Walker's wealthiest but most
