Apartment Tour: How I live at 25 in Switzerland

Hello friends and welcome to my apartment this is where I have been living for almost 2 years now at 25 and I wanted to capture my space because this is my first apartment where I've truly lived on my own my first apartment where I've had the space and also some more capacity and also the need to do some decorating some Furnishing some interior design and oh girl I did a lot of that like I changed up the space so much I did so much experimenting and trying out and it was fun this is how it looks today I cannot believe how little I used this room because it actually does look good I have really tried to make my office feel cozy and inspiring as you can see we have art we have art supplies so anyways um I thrifted this I've never used it yet but I hope to bring it with me to my next place wherever that is right now I just have some of my sister's art displayed on there and then we have my standing desk which has gotten a lot of use but maybe in the last year I kind of stopped using it cuz I stopped using this office I think once I started at University and like my workload just doubled or tripled I just couldn't bear being in here anymore I don't know what it is y'all it's kind of weird so let's maybe move on to the rest of my apartment where I spend all of my time just as a little pit stop let's look at my little entrance area this bench is one of my favorite things I've ever thrifted I think it was like 20 bucks it's awesome I rarely sit on it though cuz there's always stuff on it like BB travel bag anyways let's move on and then here we are in my gorana bedroom and yall might have followed my little makeover of my bedroom and changing everything up and let me tell you this is one of my favorite rooms in my apartment because I feel like I have achieved the vibe I've aspired to for my bedroom it feels pretty simple but cozy and fun in the right ways over here I have this little table with some bedroom Essentials I have my lotion here and some lavender oil um and then on my bedside table I always keep my joural and some water some books and some of y'all might remember this salt lamp I've had it for ages and then other things I store in my bedroom are some workout stuff like my yoga mat behind my door and I usually don't like having stuff on the ground cuz it's a pain to clean but it's acceptable I accept [Music] it welcome to my hallway I have some art over here for my sister since we're already here let's talk about my living space which is huge [Music] I feel like we don't need to go too much into detail with my kitchen because I do film over here a lot but this space behind me has gone through it as well I feel like I worked hard on this space and even though it's still relatively simple today I do love it somehow it transformed into becoming an office as well I think it's just the fact that I felt so isolated over in my office that I just wanted to feel less alone and even though I do live alone it still feels more like I'm incorporated into my living space when I work here and I actually feel like this setup right here how I've been living and working in this one room has also made me realize that like I do not need that much space for living because I enjoy having a multi multifunctional table plants makes basis better do we need to say anything else I had this on my balcony and surprisingly it looks amazing in here it's added a pleasant Touch of color in here as well as the green and the red just popping I love it in here I do keep some gardening stuff soil y'all know that I've been happily hosting my online shop on let's keep going and emphasizing that multifunctionality again I've started using this mirror and like this area to get ready every morning I guess I just like spending time in here so I don't get ready in my bathrooms I just sit here and do my makeup up here's my bookshelf and bringing us into the space felt like an achievement in two ways first of all I feel like having my own bookshelf and book collection has always sort of felt like a dream to me and it's just so nice having like my books uh in a shelf and then second of all bringing it into space it just makes the room more cozy I feel like for the most part a bookshelf is just such a game changer and also how do we feel about the rainbow sorting I've gotten a bit insecure about it because I heard people talk about that it's not cool but to be honest for me it's just like an easy way to remember and sort welcome to my living space once again we can maybe go through the iterations a bit uh of my living room setup it has changed dozens of times one big transformation was me painting this wall back here and I've been really happy with it I think it really changed the feeling of deu um from being very white obviously another Big Game Changer in this space was bringing in this carpet uh and also this table right here which I had in my old office it's a bit it's a bit bulky and that's why I hesitated to to bring it in here but because the room is so big and because the carpet fits so perfectly with it I feel like it works and it's a very fun space for me to just sit in the evenings and write draw watch videos it's very cute and speaking of watching I have this TV but like I rarely use it and then right now I am sitting in one of my favorite pieces this seat that I also got from Ikea actually worked with them on this campaign a bit it's so comfy it's so cute uh adoro and then over here I have my little music Corner here's my guitar my amp so at this point I do really enjoy little pops of color which you can see in my dining room but also you know we have this painting we have like a red flower pot which I just feel like is a cute detail welcome to my balcony one of my most cherished spaces of this apartment I've spent countless hours out here bourbon loves sunbathing and so I'm always going to have so many cherished memories about this balcony especially as an introvert it is such a blessing to be able to spend time outside get fresh air get Sunshine from the comfort of your own home [Music] thank you so much for being here and watching until the end I hope you enjoyed seeing
