uh sinking a little more than they're swimming right now so yeah uh see if the bills can keep this going I like it like what I see all right uh yeah so I think it's what 171 no uh no it's 20 24101 yeah 2410 my bad uh yeah so 2410 bills they're uh kind of taking it over right now but all right with with that being said we're going to jump into some week two action for you all uh with some start gotta give me more positive answers ask better questions welcome to two all right we are here's here here's a better question for you here's a better question for you because when I saw your rankings I had no choice but to put this in there Anthony Richardson at Green Bay or your Homer pick Jaden Daniels vers the Giants Anthony Richardson vs. Jayden Daniels Joe so both uh both very good good matchups here both good quarterbacks for Fantasy at least um you know so if you're looking at the screen here I've got some slides that I made for these I want to explain them real quick to kind of set up for the rest of the show so this is our little versus matchup here a little uh like you know Street Fighter action looking versus so uh I've got the ECR which is from fantasy pros the expert consensus rankings over there on fantasy pros and then we've got our f6p projection uh over there next to it so kind of let you know what what that telling you to go um my answer here though is going to be Anthony Richardson I you it's it's still just um he's too he's too good I love Daniels I love the matchup um but Anthony Richardson seems fairly Unstoppable when he wants to be he's just a big guy man and he's hard to take down so um and you know he is as much as he struggles to throw the ball Daniels was even worse so like at least give me some passing you know Richardson is just like I'm just GNA Chuck it 60 yards down the field slipping at the same time that was insane by the way and it was like perfect so yeah give give me Richardson man that is uh brutal for for the hat that you're wearing but I also would like to start by going round two fight so yeah I'm going Daniels on this one I I hear what you're saying on Richardson um you know the the projections th this really is a coin flip um based on our projections here that you're seeing on the screen you know 0.1 Point difference yeah um is I I think you're yeah you're you're definitely you know good either way but I yes thank you Chris um I'm going Jaden on this I mean I get that Richardson is the bigger you know sexier name in a sense but you know Daniels Daniels has such a good matchup against the Giants hasag suck at Keith I mean you can't not want to go that way um Mike was ready with that one yes I had a locked immediate Richardson and I also changed my name for those of you listening um in the the f6p league to Hash suck at Keith because I beat Keith last week um barely I should not have beaten him but I did so that will be my because he started the wrong defense yeah well would have could have should have okay um not my problem um he's 0 and one I am one and0 so that is that is where that is but yeah Daniels you know 17 for 24 184 yards not anything like super impressive um you know Tampa's got a pretty good defense so it's kind of uh you know in line with about where I thought he would be but six 16 rushes for 88 yards is very nice two tutes on the way too um you know he was only sacked twice he did have three fumbles but he did not lose any of them so that's you know a little worrisome but again it's the Giants I'm not really worried about that defense um I'm going Daniels here all right well interestingly enough we have our first question uh from uh from from sorry is it q q uh that's what I was thinking uh so Richardson or Daniels so we didn't help you there um again coin flip I don't really think you can go very wrong I think they're going to be very close uh Flex likely mcon or M Lauren uh wow that's uh that's a that's a tough one is it is it PPR or half that is a Difference Maker for me so that would be the question for me um so in the meantime we do have another question you could answer oh no he got PPR up PPR okay um so I don't know what what are you what are you thinking AJ it's it's a it's a really close call from me it is mck Lauren yeah I like M Lauren um especially if you're going with Daniels um based solely on my uh expert analysis that just occurred I like the stack play um yes yeah I I think it's muren that one's pretty close too but but I do like mclen yeah it yeah it super super close but um lean me some some muren there so don't don't chase the points with likely quite yet I'm not I'm not there that I think that was a that was a a ceiling you know burst through the ceiling game for for likely uh that's that's probably not gonna happen very often all right all right have any more questions yeah there one is it oh from Albert Albert DJ Moore Brandon iuk um I will go iuk I think he's G have a bounce back game I mean he he could have had a massive game last week if he had just not dropped a touchdown so yeah yeah I I I like more but I mean it could be a massive it could be a shootout between the Bears and Houston but like I need to see Caleb Williams throw more accurate passes a few more times before I'm trusting him we we know that pry and them can do it so yeah yeah I'm gonna go auk same all right Chris said if it matters he's in on Terry all right all right what else we got all right QB this this one will be a fun one uh AJ I'm curious to see where where you go with this one you you got Joe burrow Joe Burrow vs Justin Fields against the Chiefs in Arrowhead or you can go Justin Fields against the Broncos in mile high this one's a this one I thought was pretty fun when I was making it up I I bet you did um ah gross wow yeah do I have to pick either one of them um Jaden Daniels uh I mean realistically I looked at it boys people people who drafted Joe burrow might have went to the waiver wire and got you know some like Justin Fields potentially yeah now they're dealing with this question I mean he was probably picked up last week by a lot more people I feel like but maybe not um I I will I will still go with burrow um not happy about it but I mean he's he's got familiarity playing against KC um and you know I I've gotta think that his receivers are gonna pick it up a little bit more this year or sorry this week um just trying to find out what he did last year oh actually he did not play against casy last year because he was out that's right um yeah I just think Burrow's gota have a bounce back it it is close for me but I I I lean burrow just slightly I mean we're talking like my qb4 and my QB 16 it looks like right now so I mean yeah talking fractional points here I mean yeah Joe burrow is is you just got to Hope Jamar Chase decides he wants to play better and I mean br's got to look better too like it's just last week was such a disaster um so it's got to be better than that I mean look justtin Fields I know like we like the rushing but dude they didn't score a touchdown last week yeah they won this game off of like field goals six field goals I think it was it was gross yes so uh get give me burrow and uh and Dion you're you're asking me an IDP question this is the wrong show uh I I know Steve hung Gardner loves him some J so maybe that but you gotta jump in and Jamie actually Jim's on on in the comments here maybe he can answer uh he knows he knows better than me so um oh yeah Earl which of Dallas tight end do you think will prod in fantasy if Jake Ferguson is injured uh or do you think backup TI I don't know I mean there's probably there's probably better options on the on the wire in my opinion yeah I mean I also don't really know if Ferguson's missing time like it doesn't really sound like he is but yeah I did like sh maker coming into last year but he gross L disappointed while Ferguson you know was was really Dependable um I feel like towards the end of the season sh maker did kind of come on a little bit but uh I don't know I mean I think Dallas's offense is is obviously clicking you know right now but it's still early so I I think I would maybe search the wire see who else is there and I mean if you have enough depth and can pick him up sure take a flyer on him but I don't know if I would want to depend on him yeah that's pretty rough um yeah we've already been hit by some some tight end injuries here early on the joku and and Ferguson yeah and he isn't practicing so far but sounds like it's uh going the in the wrong direction so yeah desperation mode Shoemaker fine I mean we know Dak likes to throw to the the tight end so we'll see um but what I did want to say for burrow last last nugget here two years ago against KC put up 3.82 points in fantasy um at least according to sleeper 25 for 31 286 two touchdowns and 11 for 46 rushing with a touchdown so I don't know if I see him getting all three of those touchdowns again but I wouldn't be surprised if he did either um you know I he definitely has the the the floor to do it but he needs to prove that he can do it right now so all right what's our next uh next I I was gonna say Joe the the comment came on on Facebook and Jamie's on YouTube so he I I realize that I'm asking I'm asking him there and then I will repeat the answer yeah I'm asking Jamie your your your question so we can get you an answer here so just just hang tight all right Joe I got another one for I got another fun one here for you and I know you're you're eager you're eager JK Dobbins against the Panthers or Travis J.K . Dobbins vs Travis Etienne eten versus the Browns I know it wasn't good for etn last week not what we were hoping and Dobbins blew up I'm still going etn um I want to see it more Robins I like going against him that that um that I mean the Chargers offense I don't believe is gonna be very good this year overall you know Gus Edwards broke a couple long runs and I'll be honest though like Gus Edwards like he broke some runs he looked really slow I mean he was getting caught from behind so like that doesn't give me a lot of uh hope that like he's going to be able to break a lot more long runs I mean he just has a massive hole to to run through there so give me etn you know I I I think the the arrow is trending down for him right now because bsby did get a large workload um but yeah I'll still take etn and he didn't fumble his chance away this time in week one oh almost it was close but didn't etn fumble etn did but I'm saying tank tank last year week one tank Bigsby fumbled and that's what led to etn getting all the volume and then the whole shebang happened again this off seon except tank big Bigby didn't fumble this time it was etm got it all right Dion here's your answer he leans Queen slightly since they're facing up B Denver offense with a rookie QB there you go solid logic AJ AJ all right um yeah the the big spe thing um is kind of a thing you know but looking at the numbers here yeah they both had 12 attempts uh Bigsby obviously had 73 yards to to etn 44 um etn was still getting the receptions um and involved in the past game whereas Bigsby didn't get anything um but the bigger the bigger number here to pay attention to is the snap percentage I mean oh yes you saw 70% snap share for etn which is expected compared to bigsby's 32 now obviously Bigsby did a lot on the ground with that smaller percentage I don't know if I can expect that um every week yet um it'll be interesting to see how he goes but yeah like it's I think it's pretty cut and dry here I'm I'm going etn on this one too Dobbins was a really nice week for my bench in a couple of leagues because I everybody's bench not starting him I mean unless you know I had a bunch of injuries or something and he just happened to be the guy he wasn't for me um I do like what I saw out of him and we we've seen bursts from him when he has been healthy I just need to see him stay on the field for about four to five weeks before I feel like I really trust him um exactly and you know and him and Gus Edwards that's going to be a tandem yep I just don't I I I think that's that's more of a a running back by committee whereas etn bsby is not yet yeah I I know it's a little early here you know just being week one but man I I was really high on JK Dobbins this year he's my highest exposed player in Underdog baseball drafts by you know I'm talking player yeah but you're talking in bestas ball man you were getting him Dirt Cheap well you still got him dirt cheap and redraft I get it but in redraft you getting him dirt cheap and you have to make a whether not to dra him so Dirt Cheap that he was actually a top waiver priority in a lot of waiver wire articles this year this week yeah so yeah but I mean I I agree with your logic there in the redraft standpoint um but man if we can see Jak K Dobbins do this you know another week maybe it changes your mind and uh hears no if if he he this well again I mean we we heard good things from this offensive line um and and like the the tape that we saw from the preseason games from this Chargers offensive line it looked really good it totally revamped uh you know run run game here and blocking scheme so you like what you're seeing and we know Dobbins and Edwards both know the system so is it possible it's going to work absolutely is it also possible that after three runs JK Dobbins you know blows another ACL also very possible because that's just what seems to be happening so yeah well maybe he makes another reappearance in in the future weeks but here's you know going on to the next matchup we got this is a first appearance for both of them this week or this year AJ you got Drome Ford Jerome Ford vs Tony Pollard against the Jag or Tony Pard against the Jets who you choosing I was very disappointed with what I saw out of Ford in week one um I do feel like that's a better matchup uh I think that game could be kind of shootout like Cleveland Cleveland is just you know whipped dogs literally licking their wounds right now like after that throttling by Dallas um so I think they're going to come out a little more prepared this week they're going to have to you know really get it together with Ford and you know I don't think you can depend on DeShawn at all right now so I think they're they're going to have to lean on this running game to get this going um and try to not start the season 0 and2 uh so I I do like Ford over over Pard I just don't like the match up for Pard yeah I'm I'm forward over over po as well and I mean AJ I know I know you're looking at like the total yardage for for Ford and like the yards for carry it wasn't good yeah I mean they they shut down the D the Cowboys shut down that that offense big time what you really like to see though and what gives me hope for Ford dude he has targets he caught six of them wasn't great the yardage was bad but that's phenomenal like that is that is great I do I do like Pard I like the fact that he really got a vast majority of the workload there um over Taj Spears so he is most definitely in Flex consideration in most leagues uh but but give me fourth this week I think they're going to lean on him a little bit more and um kind of get this offense back to what we're used to seeing where it's kind of run first build from the Run get a little play action not like let's just let DeShaun Watson step back and just looked stupid the rest of the whole game because that's what that's what happened it was bad um yeah Jamie I'm with you man they should start Winston uh Watson's bad and uh it's th this is gonna be this is GNA be this the typical like Hey we're paying this guy so much money we really can't afford to just bench him I mean at some point right you've just got to cut your losses to like improve your team right you would think I don't disagree with that I don't know man like you know as John lepro said you know bad teams make bad decisions and stay bad you know like that that's what this feels like Time and Time against but uh no this is Jerome Ford this week for sure all right well let's move on to the fun part at least I find it the fun part are you having fun yet because I don't think we've answered your questions the way you want to left it yeah I mean the QBs were fun the QBs definitely were fun but RBS went downhill quickly got a little little triangle action here yeah absolutely oh we got Joe for you another rookie Malik neighbors against your team Malik Nabers vs Brandon Aiyuk vs Nico Collins the commanders Brandon auk at Minnesota or Nico Collins versus the Bears who you sitting who you starting you get two all right so Ju Just to let everybody know I do use my half PPR rankings um when I'm making these decisions um it is going to be for me Nico Collins is is a start for me um I liked now he didn't score but look there's enough passing volume going around and I wrote about this in the users article like it's gonna I think all three guys being there and I said this last week I think is they're gonna cap each other's like ceiling right now of course we had Diggs go off for two touchdowns so that that kind of throws that out the window a little bit but like that's what it's gonna take one of them to do it it's gonna have to be like double touchdown day right but I don't think we're gonna see that very often right but what I did like from Houston was they threw the ball a lot and they really funneled it to those three guys and so all three got a large amount of the targets and enough targets to make them all viable fantasy starters every single week so niik Collins stays in there kind of locked in I like iuk um but I want to see another week of from him if I have to make the choice between him and neighbors neighbors just gets that super tasty match up up uh it Washington's defense is going to be the one of the ones to pick on all year long and even ad Daniel Jones is going to be able to take advantage of this defense they are that bad yeah yeah I think I think Danny dimes needs to have a really good bounceback week this week um you know probably more so than Brandon iuk you know looking at these three receivers he was the one with the least amount of targets last week um he also I believe also had yeah he did have the lowest snap percentage too um you know that that might have bit been part of uh their game script maybe but you know Jordan Mason was was lights out running and in place of CMC so I maybe they they they didn't have to lean on the Run they still lost the game but uh or I'm sorry the they did not lose the game the Jets lost the game so I feel like that's that aided in their ability to to be able to to keep running the ball but I I agree that I think there is definitely uh bounce back in auk this week so I am putting my faith back in him um I I did like what I saw a lot of neighbors you know it five for 66 off of a really shitty Danny dimes performance pretty good uh you know I I compared to some of the other rookies very good so um I do like him this week but I just I think I'm I gotta go Nico you know Nico was still solid 117 yards you know eight targets we know that that offense is going to be clicking I mean it's just going to be going all all year long I mean there's there's so many good talented players that that Stout has at his disposal and including Mixon in the Run game so right yeah how good did Mixon look holy cow yeah aren't you glad I took it from you more reason I was pissed you C I was thinking about that but yeah I think I'm leaning iuk and and colins by the way you're only one against me already this year it's better than what two is doing right now yeah well one against me so hashtag sucker Keith also two of us just dis you know took took your boy neighbors out so hash doubl suck at Keith I pick neighbors but okay all right let's go wa you pick neighbors I mean neighbors over oh Joe's still G to take the chance to say hash suck even though I'm wearing the Hat I still know they yeah no I did hear you say they're shitty defense so I I was there for that but all right let's move on all right out of the next one here for you Davante Adams vs Zay Flowers vs DK Metcalf AJ you get Devonte Adams against the Ravens in Baltimore on the opposite side Z flowers against the Raiders or DK metf against the Buccaneers wait no I don't think maf's bu against bucaneers I gotta fix that they're not um think I didn't put that one on the screen Seattle's going against New Orleans uh not sorry New England not thank you my apologies what are those new teams uh oh I I think I'm going with the head-to head with with Devonte and z uh I I love matf always have but I think that that this game could turn out to be a bit of a shootout weirdly enough um it's in Baltimore so they get to come home and hopefully get their own home ref uh squad on their side but yeah Adams it doesn't matter who's throwing on the ball he's going to get he's going to get his targets he's going to get his points um you know he's he's the feature Talent on this offense we really didn't see any anything out of uh zamir white last week so I expect I I would like to see him bounce back but I still expect Adams to get his so he's he's definitely in and flowers flowers is a stud man um I don't know if he's really made his way into being the favorite Target for Lamar but if if Andrews has another crappy game like he did and you know you see an uptick in in likely's stats I I think you're still gonna see him in flowers too he's gonna stay consistent so two is injured oh no I just see I just saw people commenting about it oh that would be uh disastrous yuck not that he's playing well but no he just had a pick six that's worst case scenario okay all right Joseph well so my answer uh I'm going to vonte I know the the matchup isn't great uh but you know as you said he is the alpha in that offense for sure um you know I you just have to hope it the the targets keep him afloat it's really what it's going to matter the coin flip between Z in DK and I'm going to lean Zay only because like last week the passing game for Seattle was not working and he only saw four targets um you know we we heard all all season that like the Seattle Seahawks were going to be a faster team maaf only ran 26 routes that is not a lot by the way you know like so that tells me they did not have a lot of off off plays you know in comparison Z flowers ran 48 routes right it's not because DK wasn't on the field it's that they just the old offense wasn't on the field um and then they they finally leaned into that running game and that's when they finally started getting going I just uh I I think you know Z flowers is is the clear receiver one for that team yeah um but you know it is going to be a run first team when they can now I do expect them to be to have a lead in this game so maybe he won't get a huge Target share or you know he'll have the target share but he won't have a lot of targets like last week but maybe he has a few more Splash plays last week Z flowers Z flowers had 10 targets last week he caught six but he only had 37 yards so he was kept way in check why am I seeing eight targets I don't know I don't know I I get different numbers but anyway um yeah so it's it's Z and Devante Adams Jameson Williams vs Terry McLaurin vs George Pickens for me um but that's what I got all right all right this one should be the tough one this one I when I looked at your rankings Joe before you updated them they're right next to each other you got Jameson Williams first Tampa Bay tan McLaren at Detroit against the Lions or George Pickins at Denver against the Broncos yeah they are all right next to each other this is the territory with the receivers where I kind of want to go with a little more upside if I'm happen to go with these guys you know these are your your backend receiver threes at this point your um you know your potential Flex guys um depending on who the is on the rest of your roster I'm actually gonna go Jameson Williams Assuming he's healthy um we s like we finally saw the talent like on the field like that was legit um that was not just a good game that is Jameson Williams that is what we expected from him he is that good um Harry mclen and George Pickins I mean it is a true tossup for me kind of want to lean mclen only because it is the good matchup and Pickins has Fields throwing to him but it's not like we you know we haven't seen anything from uh Fields being able to throw to Pickins yet either I don't know I mean it's they're literally back toback for me but um you know I I would say PPR go Terry mcloren maybe half PPR it flips over to Pickins that kind of thing yeah I I'm I'm in agreement with with Williams as the the definite start out of these three um loved what I saw out of him this week and like you said this is what we expected this is what we knew was coming at some point and assuming you know he he does play if he's healthy with the ankle uh he is he's he's a must start um McLaren you know I I was disappointed in his his targets last week but again that game kind of just didn't really work out for Washington you know Jaden did his thing um he was running a lot like I said earlier so I think that if if he can tune that down a little bit like this is a matchup where he can easily just exploit the Giants um so I I do like McLaren I I think I agree I I think I if it's PPR I see an uptick in his Targets this week so I I would lean McLaren pickings yeah if it's half I think I I think you can you can be safe going with him you know six Jamie Jamie Dro of the knowledge here mclen facing a horrible Deontay Banks yeah um you know I'm sure you'll be writing about that in your wide receiver quarterback matchup uh article here that I think drops tomorrow if I if I'm remembering right so um yeah all right man I think we got one last one right yes you are correct and we say fin no the worst the tight was a great question I'm not going to lie I just met by position wise I Isaiah Likely vs Colby Parkinson position wise we saved the worst for last maybe it's the best question for last Joe Isaiah likely versus the Raiders or kobby Parkinson with the puka injury against the Cardinals so very very interesting h I might surprise people uh I'm going Parkinson uh I just again I am not totally in on the Isaiah likely's like the dude now right it was a good game I do think there was a little bit of Mark Andrews was getting over something like he just did not look right you know and I'm not you know I'm not one of those people that like oh Mark Andrews is old now like no no no no no um that's not the case not even 30 no like let's let's get real like it's not happening Isaiah lik's good it is a great matchup um but yeah there's a ton of targets to be had now for uh the the Rams uh you know we're talking about Demarcus Robinson we're talking about midon we're talking about Tyler Johnson kind of getting left in the conversation is Colby Parkinson who stepped in and you know he had five targets caught four of 47 last week not too bad for a tight end um I'm I'm Lena Parkinson I'm thinking you know Andrews kind of takes his roll back a little bit more and um you know likely takes takes a bit of a step back this week yeah this one is this one is close um I think the the downside of Andrews last week that was an anomaly I don't imagine we're going to continue to see that likely still going to be involved in this offense I mean he's proven when Andrews is not on the field that he is a viable consistent and you know safe Target just like Mark Andrews is when he's on the field but you know the the snapshare I feel like is going to start trending back to Andrews as the season progresses as he hopefully continues to like work his way past whatever injury or issue he had in week one um yeah I I think I'm leaning Parkinson on this I I think overall he could he could have a really big game with with puka being out um he's been a Dependable you know player and in his various stops throughout the NFL he's never been like a huge name like household guy that you're gonna just be like oh yeah I got Parkinson in round 86 and I'm freaking stoked man like no you're you're not doing that but he's he's worth a start he's got a a solid quarterback who's knows what he's doing throwing him the ball and he's going to need weapons to throw to so I like what you know the receivers did last week after Nika went out but I just don't I don't know if I can trust cup with 21 targets that was insane I mean you you knew that was happening but like a died from cup is what I was was getting at the the fill in receivers I know I know Demarcus Robinson on the other hand was a disappointment um figuring he would have gotten a little bit more you know leeway and and playing time but he just didn't do much with his opportunities so long and short of it yeah I'm leaning Parkinson on this one too the only caveat would be if the Ravens do end up blowing out the Raiders uh maybe likely getss a little more time but you can't you can't schedule your lineups based on that I mean I I think one of the things you also have to look at right and I said it before is I think Baltimore Baltimore is gonna have a lead in this game right and so what happens when Baltimore has a lead in the game they don't pass they run and run and run more run run run so likely isn't GNA get the opportunities he had last week when they were behind pretty much the entire game so yeah it's bad uh by the way I'm looking at this video uh Keith lot posted it in our Discord of Tua running oh that was just bad like why why did he do that um that was totally on him the hit oh he just his neck like snack like oh I didn't I have the game on and I didn't even see the the replays that was bad so excuse me sorry guys all right well that's it for our start sit portion of the show uh next we're going to jump into just AJ and I riffing a little bit Week 1 Observations about some of our um observations from last week um and and we'll see how this goes you know so basically the idea of this came from I write the usage article um you know that talks about snap counts and targets and Carries and and all that kind of good stuff each week try try to find some trends of course week when there's not a lot of Trends per se to look for but it's very interesting information to kind of take away from you know the first game of the season and kind of see how all these offenses are generally going to be running you know at least hopefully they're show you know they show their hand finally right week one um AJ I'm gonna start with the team that's on television right now and it's the Miami Dolphins now we know most's out but when moer and Anan were both healthy last week this was the Devon hn showed man it moster did not get the workload that I think anybody thought he was getting um I'm looking at 35 snaps to 28 uh nine rushing attempts to five seven targets to three and Anan even got the carry inside the 5 yard line that you would have typically seen go moer last year yep Mo had 21 total touchdowns I think last year led the league some something like that um you know we didn't think that that was happening again this year based on the crazy number that it was but I personally didn't think it would be you know completely far off because this is a high-powered offense and they again like like we've been talking about with a lot of these teams they have tons of Ms to feed and lots of talent um to go around so it's a a great system for offense and I was very disappointed in what I saw in monard um hm looked awesome he's been really good tonight you know he's back up at 90 yards yeah rushing again 20 2 one receiving in the touchdown um only three receptions but that's fine like it works um you know when he's getting that much volume and I think this is going to be something that we're going to continue to see this year um Jeff Wilson huge waiver wire pickup this week because H was also questionable leading up to like hours before the game um I Wilson I mean from what I've seen in the game hasn't been super involved not no neither it's jayen Wright's been was inv a couple of flashes but you know for nine yards so not really um no not yet neither one is doing much of anything this is all Devon aan um you know 21 carries for him it it's interesting you know the one thing I took away possibly as like a reason is that most like for for the most part Miami could not run the ball against Jacksonville yeah they had I believe I wrote In My article a 2.9 yards per carry average with just their running backs two I had like an 11 yard run which kind of skewed it just over three but uh even like if you just look at the running backs like it was bad so you know they were they were using Anan you know out you know in in the flats and out of the slot and you know running little you know running routes with him and he you know he he took advantage of that um I think so there's a little bit of that but then you get a little more worried for moster even more so when you see the fact that he did not get the goal line touch which is like whoa because that's what that that's what carried his value big time last year toward like down the stretch that's what kept Him afloat yeah so um definitely one to watch uh I mean one one of the things that really shocked me was the rookie receivers and just yes how you know up and down they were um you know we're we're talking Marvin Harrison you know borderline first round pick in in some leagues um you know this was this was so such a highly talented he's the next coming of you know alltime rookie receivers he's a special talent don't get me wrong I still think he is I'm not changing from that but this was a bad game very bad game one reception three targets four yards I mean Kyler just did not look good you know Pittsburgh or I'm sorry Buffalo like defense was was in this game and they were keeping them at Bay but the game itself seemed like it was close it was a competitive game and I just don't understand how this happened um for for Harrison you know neighbors we already talked about uh you know five for 66 on a very horrible Danny dimes game that was awesome you know and he had 100% snapshare so he's on the field the entire um you know Harrison was on 90% so not bad uh lad makoni who we we touched on a little bit um pretty solid game you know as far as the receptions and the targets and a touchdown 5 seven and one touch but only 39 yards I mean that that's overall disappointing PPR kind of was okay but that's just because of those receptions I mean if he wouldn't have gotten that touchdown he'd be borderline just as bad as everybody else that I yeah no I I totally agree with you it was weird the uh the whole Harrison thing is like and then there's this quote from Murray like it's not my job to give him the ball it's the OC's job to like game plan and form and he needs to get open and you're like oh buddy like okay not what you want here so hopefully they kind of smooth and Harrison you know needs to run some better routes he wasn't getting separation at all yeah um so that's just Something's Gotta Give maybe it was first game Jitters I don't know it was bad though was possible hopefully but I mean just just looking at at the past and what we've seen you know these these rookie receivers have been such like big time fantasy producers uh and they just really weren't this week that was absolutely we got a question here from uh from George should I drop right for Irving so that would be Jaylen wght for Bucky Irving I probably would um you know I I expect moster to come back uh maybe not next week but soon and even without moster right's not getting any work this and if two is out this offense definitely takes a step back uh and Bucky was was you know pretty he wasn't like massively involved but he was involved to the point where um you know it I I think we're gonna see you know as we've seen with rookie running backs a lot you know if they are getting any work in the beginning of the Season it starts to shift maybe not to where he takes over but enough to where like he could be a good play and then if there's anything that goes aride with uh excuse me with um with Rashad white then byy Irving is is definitely a guy that can plug right in but uh bucky bucky had a very tank Bigsby game but better because he had two receptions on three targets um you know again it's only 14 yards but Bigsby wasn't get anything and you know that he's the next man up in in Jacksonville absolutely thing same thing in Tampa know Jaylen Wright is not the next man up at this point he's you know he's down the pecking order so I don't even know yeah yeah you know one of the other running running game situations that kind of caught my eye and something that we were all looking at in this offseason big big conversation big debate on this team was who who was the man right Cincinnati Bengals was it Zach Moss or was it Chase Brown oh baby it's Zach Moss like almost like double the snap counts triple the carries he saw one more Target he saw the endzone work uh or the Red Zone work like it's uh I don't know if this is like you know lock it in this is gonna happen every week type of thing because I do think Chase Brown is talented but to me this screams they brought in Zach BR Zach Moss to do exactly this and Chase Brown is gonna have his role from last year but the I mean the the one thing I agree with all that and was super excited for what Moss did is he able to do it for a full season like is this finally the season where we see it actually come to fruition um I'm not I'm not cutting brown but it's now I'm for sure I'm not flexing him you know I would keep him keep him as a bench stash for right now um you know keep an eye on the situation if Moss continues to dominate week and week out you know week in week out um I think I think Brown's going to be a heavy drop in a in a lot of leagues in another couple of weeks if that maintains um you know another big thing with the running backs here go ahead Mike throw the counter uph suck at Keith saquan of course he's gonna talk to Philly out the Philly like freaking awesome this this is this is two banners we get a suck at Keith and we get a Philly rant that's right that's right you know it was coming at some point um but yeah it I mean now again I will say I I don't expect this every week out of saquin if it happens great great but you're not going to have him for the playoffs you know you're not going to have him towards the end of season if you do this uh that is I think he's had that many touches it's been it's been a long time I think he might have had it once on the Giants he had that many touches uh but either way 109 yards two Tes one receiving all after the very first play he had in an Eagles uniform was a horrific slip loss for yards and like that that was just such a downer but no one's talking about that because of the game he had nor should anybody talk about it it was it was the first place Jitters and we'll blame the field just like we did for the Super Bowl no so I will say this the one thing that like I really like look we all knew saquon parkley like was going to have games like this with the Eagles we all knew he was the man there like they brought him in paid him that money he's the guy the thing that really caught my eye was the fact that he got two goal line rushes and Herz only got one and Herz did not score on it yeah so he there that tush push is not working even close to the same as last year unfortunately it's gonna be it's going to be interesting to see how it works I mean Jason Kelce was such a huge part of that oh my gosh Jurgens is awesome I I love cam Jurgens you know he was handpicked by Kelsey to be his replacement yes he played guard last year because Kelsey was obviously still here um but I I felt like uh I felt like the tush push they they tried it earlier in the game I think it was third got stuffed and I you know I don't think it's going to have as much success you know maybe early in the season I think once they get it down and practice it enough they're still going to be the best team at it and you have Jaylen who you know squats 500 some pounds you have saquin who squats like 500 per freaking quad so you know he's going to be the pushing them in I think it's still it's still going to work um but yeah so overall I mean that's that's interesting that it just lowers uh hurts his fanty value a lot because that's where he was getting think it will G be okay but it is gonna hurt you know he's not depending on how this year goes and if it's again very small sample size I don't expect sequin I mean there's going to be weeks where sequan gets like 12 touches you know 10 touches they're going to be calling someone else's number because they're goingon to need to um they've got a lot of they got a lot of Talent on that offense but it's it's nice I want to move on to one more last last thing here I'm just looking through like my quick note section in this article the one big thing that called out to me was um sorry I don't know what's going on um I said so much for Kyon Williams not being the bcow and being the punt returner 91% snap share Blake corm didn't even see the field feels like it was a little overblown anybody else anybody else yeah yeah I'm uh got a question here real quick before we move over to the receiver side of the thing Steve Garza start Ford or Mason in the flex this is easy it's Mason you can't you can't sit him after what he did uh no CMC you gotta go for you gotta go Mason of course if CMC miraculously plays you're going you're going forward but uh everything's leading up to to CMC sitting so or you're going CMC if you happen to have him just sitting yeah so over the receiver side the the you know one of the teams that we talked about a lot in the offseason was the other team playing in tonight's game and it is the Buffalo Bills and so we wanted to see how this receiving core was going to shake out I'm not really sure we saw much of anything in week one right they didn't strangely enough they only passed the ball uh what 23 times that's wild slow yeah that's wild for Josh Allen so like nobody was nobody really did anything uh Shakir got Shakir got the ball it got the end zone got the touchdown uh Keon Coleman was on the field long more ran more routes uh got more targets even got an Endzone Target like none of these receivers were drafted in a spot where like you were totally relying on them the guy who disappointed everybody and this is a theme of last week was the tight ends um and dton King K one target just awful uh just buried everybody than that so you know I don't really know if we can take a lot away from it you know but I mean we're looking at tonight's game and it's not a whole lot better you know but they're also they also have this massive lead you know but I mean four four receptions for 42 for Shakir four for 33 for conc so a little bit better but there's still not a lot there Josh Allen still has only thrown the ball 17 times they have a 31 to 10 lead so like whatever this is going to be what you know we're we're going to need to take a a step back and and just be patient with this offense I think you know we we knew going into the season for Fantasy purposes what the hell are we going to do like Josh Allen has nobody to throw to you know it's it's got to be can K and that's it um I mean shakir's been good he was really good in this game so far from what I've seen five4 now actually yeah and canade like you said 4 for 33 so he's having a better game um you know super disappointed in him in week one because I had Pits on my bench it wouldn't have mattered in my matchup but um you know I I didn't expect didn't do much either because he scored you know it was the touchdown that was the Difference Maker for that um but I mean the tight ends in general like it was such a bad week for for Star tight ends you know and Goku's injured uh we talked about concade Pitts didn't do anything other than the touchdown Kelsey was kept in check uh Andrews was non-existent and likely was the unlikely hero of that game all well almost the actual unlikely hero but you know um we we we've always you know not really joked but basically factually stated the tight end is the the catcher of fantasy football yet week one showed it um and and that was that was what was kind of week one was bad week one was bad um you know I I've read about the Ravens we already talked about them we talked about Houston um Kansas City was kind of another one and again you know tight ends kind of in the mix there as well look Kelsey saw a lot of work um just not a ton of targets he was on the field a lot um you know they had a lead they were leaning on that run game and kind of riding their defense a little bit Rashid rice is kind of the guy who caught my eye big time yeah you know it was could he do it again last for what he did last year is he gonna be on the field right it was like all these kind of things right and then they brought in Hollywood well Hollywood gets hurt so there's that so it's the Rashid rice show nine targets um they believe he caught seven or eight of them I don't have that me right the second um the thing that got me though was that his uh his a and average yards per route run were up from last season like almost double uh in one game now granted small sample size one game I get it uh but the fact that they aren't just doing those little bubble screens only to him uh means that they're they're trusting him more in this offense to get a little more down field that's GNA be huge for Rice I don't know everybody wants to talk about Xavier worthy awesome game awesome story uh dude super fast but let's get real it was a super blown coverage and on his touchdown pass I mean like the the corner was just like oh see you later yeah it's like wait I'm covering you [ __ ] oh what happened was ah yeah um and then come on and then like the Run was good that that just showed his speed basically there's a hole he just ran through it and nobody could catch him um those things I mean he touched the ball three times scored twice good luck good luck with that you know like let's let's let's slow down guys um what else what else are you seeing here from from week one that you want to talk about we got probably about five minutes left total yeah um trying to think of like what else Tampa Bay's offense yeah I mean just is it their offense or was it their Commander defense well I prob more which one is Baker the fact that Cleveland is sitting there like oh my God freaking Deshawn Watson and then they're like Baker's just like sitting in their bathroom on a commercial literally taking a dump back in it because that's exactly what what he should be doing right now um yeah I I thought that that you know and and again maybe it is more more Washington's defense but I mean they were one of the highest Baker Baker was Dro as really good and he was he was a popular pickup um I actually picked him up before that game but did started and I'm mad about that too uh yeah I mean I get it you know there was a lot of good matchups last week so was that one but like good um Derek Carr another like forgotten total second quarterback uh or possibly third in the superflex kind of drafted guy had a nice game you know are is is New Orleans back I guess we'll see it's only one week again well so the other thing that got me with New Orleans now that you're mentioning them they scored 47 points ove do you I I'm sure you know this how many targets did he have I actually don't know and I would guess maybe two it was two all right he went I saw the only reason I saw that or I knew that is or guess that way is cuz because I knew that he had a down game and like somebody had a tweet that I saw was like two I mean look that's that's not good but this also wasn't a normal game script right I mean they got out so such a massive lead to the point where they were using Jamal Williams like I know they want to get him more involved this year but they gave him a lot of workor didn't have a big game like it was just it was so bizarre you know Jaan Johnson and uh Maro both scored like we're talking tight ends like both tight ends for the Saints scored uh such a weird game so I'm not panicking I'm not throwing in the towel on a yet um if anything this kind of gives me more hope that if Carr is healthy and can do this without using alive imagine what could happen when they start using him and needing him like a can just blow up now so um you know one of the other one of the other uh offenses that that I was looking at here the Falcons man oh what do we think about them like what happened like you know I I sent out a tweet I was like hey I thought it was the quarterback and the coaching in in Atlanta what what happened I mean maybe it's quarterback right we don't know um maybe it's Kur cousins isn't quite fully healthy coming off at Achilles I yeah I think that's part of it I think he was you know a little gingerly you know what do you want to call not scared but uh timid I think um and of course then you know he gets to face the Eagles on Monday night for the Eagles home opener this week um the the guys on the radio station this morning were just saying like oh yeah it's like you know the NFL does their scheduling and this is like the 18th season in a row where the Eagles play Kurt Cousins as their home opener on Monday night because it's it's happen it's literally happened the last like three or four years does the curse of Kurt Cousins on Monday night follow him to Atlanta probably right um that's that's like the curse that's never going to end uh like it it it has to uh but yeah man this defense or this offense was just yeah not not good I'm hoping you know it's just a little rust gets knocked off because I was really buying I didn't actually get any shares except for one Drake London share in all of my drafts this season I just never but uh and I didn't get any pits um I didn't get any be yeah um couple other quick shout outs and then if you want to have any other last thoughts here so um the Lions uh Aman raw and sa La pora kind of down games considering what we saw so maybe the J Mo show like you know I don't know you know we're not going to get that every week from him but he's going to be a factor and so maybe we have to like pull them down a little bit just slightly the Packers Mike you know uh same old same old right just spread the ball around six targets for do six targets for Reed five for Watson Reed had the dominant day with the with the phenomenal like sports center top 10 plays those were amazing but it's going to be you know bin the roulette wheel you know to figure out which one every week is going to go off right um the Colts you know some big games but nine for 19 for Richardson he's got an electric arm dude but yeah the consistency from the receivers is not going to be there um and then the the last one I had um was oh the Cowboys Brandon Cooks um looking good good in that wide receiver two role man and if we're saying Ferguson's going to miss some time you know we talked about Shoemaker I think Cook's even gets to more more of a Target share you know I know Lam wasn't quite himself but I mean he was enough of himself that they were running like you know a bunch of uh bunch of wide receiver uh um runs with him you know the the end round the end round that that's what I've got you have any other quick thoughtss yeah did you just mention Jordan Reed I'm sorry or Jaylen Reed J Jen Reed Jen J Reed sorry go yes for the Packers yeah yeah okay and it's high yeah he was he was ridiculous in that game um dude it was so fun to watch but uh he dude it was amazing like I'm sure you were cursing him he was very very good not happy at most of the points um but yeah he he was great you know with love going out obviously that's going to be an interesting uh storyline to watch over the next few weeks but you mentioned Cooks how about Alan Lazard oh yeah forgotten Packer turned New York Jet turned you know Aaron roders iasa T mixer turned 27 points uh you know well at least in this one League I'm looking at uh nine targets six for 89 and two touchdowns like that's that's definitely Packers Allen Lazard that we saw very popular pickup this week um we'll see if that maintains or not Mike Williams did get I don't know if he even had a Target um I I dropped him I I did no target 18% snapshare now he like he's coming off the ACL you know still kind of throwing off still still an injury issue potentially shocker would have never guessed that out of him but uh yeah it's um yeah I mean that's that's kind of what I'm looking at like two big big kicking games out of Moody and and Boswell um you know it's fantasy this is this is what we love this is what we hate this is what we stress about and it's week one again we preach it every year let's just relax again with the Aaron roders might as well get a ticker for that um and you know don't overreact don't don't go dropping Marvin Harrison because he did Jack squat um trade him to me if you don't like him I'll take him for their cheap exactly I still believe I still believe but no great for him it's fine you will be much happier you know what guys I I would love to hear your feedback on this little like rant session we had because I kind of think this is good stuff like this isn't really this isn't scripted at all we just literally just ranting about what we're thinking um if you guys if you guys like it let us know we'll keep doing it if not we'll we'll find something else to do um Garrett Wilson or AJ Brown oh uh I'm gonna go AJ
