stopped at the 15 so the Georgia Bulldogs offense is going to be backed up thanks to that blackluster return this has an old school feel to it is this running back makes his way onto the field and All Eyes Are Fixed they are BL on him yeah even the old school because nowadays it's usually quarterbacks and the other guys they get all the attention but this guy's so good he is the focal point he's the guy everybody's looking to he's the tone Setter he's the physical Bell cow for this team he will get the rock early and often the thing I like about this slot receiver he's really really intentional in his route running the quarterback always knows exactly where he's going to be on the field they've got great chemistry together you can barely hear yourself thinking here as they're trying to get this defense off to a good start they'll give it to the back surges across the 30 out to the 32 a 6yd run 6yd pickup on first down leaves him with second and four they give it to him again and he's tripped up but not before picking up the first down and the dogs are on the Move they'll ride the running back and leave it with him can't get him to the ground a seven yd pickup up it'll be second and three wi with the running game on first down now back at it got his man quickly they make the tackle but he's got enough to give Georgia a first down here's this offense with a fresh set of downs quick completion to the right makes that one payoff and they finally get him down at the 38 it'll be first down Georgia coming out with with the fresh set of downs from the gun they'll give it on the inside and he's a real Nowhere Man tackled in this no game land fires to the tight end he's brought down but there's a flag on the field let's see what the call is so the decision has been made and the coach will take the penalty after that 5yd loss some work to do now to keep this drive humming at second and 15 that's what you expect from a senior don't give them any extra yards great tackle there nth play of the drive coming up but they'll have to convert third and long to keep it going looking to throw and he needs a chunk play a little screen to the running back didn't have much room to run not a whole lot of help short game there and still plenty of ground to cover for the first down and he's got it counted all the way to 55 never in doubt I know one thing this head coach does every week is he challenges his guys to start fast and it's so important today playing on the road in this kind of environment you saw a nice drive they didn't get the touchdown they would have loved but still kicking that field goal and taking this early lead that's a statement for the visiting team so after the made field goal they'll kick it away and rely on their defense he'll bring it out it's white didn't find any crease in that kickoff coverage and he'll be stopped at the 17 so the Old Miss Rebels offense will get the ball for the first time and here he comes just jogging onto the field what's going fast the heart rates of everybody in this crowd Jesse well this is a special player All Eyes in the stadium on this guy and David you know the defense they're going to have to find a way to try to slow this guy down and he's going to touch it every single play he'll be the main focal point can he handle the pressure can he handle the big moments can he handle this stage and Lead got a lot of running room and they were looking for a chunk play and they got it the explosive picks up more than 30 well after that last play you can see how electrifying this guy is and how special he is after he makes the catch if I'm on offense I'm trying to find a lot of ways to get him touches in this game hit hard just as he released it on first down and just couldn't get it to the receiver back to pass it's D throws to the tight end and it'll be incomplete this is some physical pass defense this drive was clear clicking along but after a couple of misfires threatening to stall out on Third and 10 he took a hit as he threw it and couldn't deliver the football it's incomplete and fourth Down's coming so they're going to send out the field goal unit to try a long way from 56 yds out what a power leg never a doubt about that one [Applause] [Music] and we're all square as he's set to kick it away he thought about bringing that out for a half second but he'll take a knee and they'll bring it to the 25 and Georgia ready to go back to work on offense receiver on the Move gets the touch pass the express way is wide open he's run out of bounds but not before turning in a big pickup and moving the sticks for a first down here's this offense with a fresh set of downs out of the gun they'll run it inside and I think they'll give him two on that one second and eight coming up tried to pound it on first down now back to the line on second down he'll fire finds his man it's etn and they are finding some space in this defense he's got it down to the 25 that is a really good looking throw you think about the expectation level now for quarterbacks at Georgia Matthew Stafford was the number one pick overall STS and Bennett won two national championships imagine the pressure on this guy but when you see throws like that he makes you believe that he can step up and Lead this team to yet another [Applause] Natty the Bulldogs getting set on First and 10 used the play fake now to throw makes the catch he stopped just short of the goal line but they'll have it first and goal from the one and when you're running the ball well QBs love going to play action you get the linebackers starting to suck up closer to the line of scrimmage they're keying on those running backs and just makes pitch and catching and he takes it to the house touchdown Bulldogs and the running back was not going to be denied on that play he had a hole he saw it he put his foot in the ground and that was per he'll try to add another to their lead and they knock through the extra point for the 10-3 lead let's go to the studio now and check in with Kevin Conor Kevin what do you got terrific Showdown this week guys let's take a look at what's going on James Madison is ahead in this one this team plays a fun brand of football there in Harrisonburg but they're a long way from closing this out they're up by seven Over Georgia State we'll Circle back if anything changes is in this exciting college football matchup oh and how about that I know Kevin and those guys will be keeping an eye on it for us and the rebels will hustle to the line deep in the season that crisp air all around you and this feels like a must-win game guys this is a game that will impact the college football playoff it'll have Conference Championship implications and it'll have bowl game implications as well David so much riding on the line this week and you can feel it man you you can feel the energy the players this week they were were on high like you could tell they were ready for the challenge this is going to be an absolute Showdown makes the grab it's Wells and Shore tackling there to keep him from getting to the first down marker fourth down and the punt team sends it the other way no return coming he'll call for the fair catch we're ready to get another look at this Bulldog offense that last Drive really productive David wound up with a touchdown they'll try to do do it again yeah so I don't expect this offense to change too much ree they had a great Drive they got the touchdown everything working I would expect them to keep pushing this ball down there and just imagine if they could put another touchdown on the board right here they could capture so much momentum in this game with backto back TDS looking to pass it's Beck fires to the wide out and he dropped it just didn't look the thing all the way in Here Comes This Home Crow out as the defense tries to get off the field on third down from the gun wants to pass and the quarterback is knocked down back at the 13 yeah the defensive line you know third and long situations I'm rushing the quarterback you bringing the nickel a little bit more speed on the field and the defensive line gets home and gets the sack on third down georgo lining up to pun it away three and out they got stuck in Reverse they hope the punt can bail them out gets off his first one of the day he was called on five times in the victory last week a fair catch taken just inside the 40 yd line oh miss ready to send the offense onto the field from the gun they'll try to impose their running game I'll tell you this is a running back who's very very dangerous and the defense did a good job getting him down there but they got to do a great job game tackling because this is a guy that can break tackles and turn those types of plays into home runs and he has a solid gain before the defense bottles him up let's see if they keep it on the ground here on third down they'll try to run for it he's dropped behind the line of scrimmage that'll be a loss of three the rebels will punt this one away this will be the second time they've had to kick it away he's able to pick his way for just a bit but he'll be stopped at the 18 good job by the punt team a little bit backed up to start this drive from their own 18 yd line snags a quick pass on the left and a good job of coverage by that defense just a short pick up kept it on the ground last time let's see if they go back to it on second down pulls and fires complete tackle is made after the first down let me tell you this senior quarterback can flat fitted in a tight window looking for a crease it's etn pretty good job of running to get two there to the 32 after picking up a couple at second and eight off the bootleg wants to toss it trying to get to to it the Freshman able to get home with the sack this defense they are tenacious and they've got guys up front that are athletic and that are so strong and they could collapse the pocket you saw it right there in that play action attempt somebody needs to make a play here it's third and long from the 26 he is looking downfield to throw going over the top he's got it down the left side open Runway ahead touchdown dogs What A Catch and run for six that was just as simple as playing catch in warm-ups and this offense felt like they could take advantage of this defense down the field throwing the football they've got a lot of speed on the perimeter I feel like they've got some matchups they feel they should be winning one on one you saw a great example of it right [Applause] there lining up to tack one more onto that lead and the extra point will tack another one onto this lead a very efficient five playay scoring Drive they C that one off in style a 74 Y for the score and he takes this from inside the five not a lot of space to be found good Hustle by the coverage team and they stop him at the 21 the Miss offense ready to go back to work trying the left side Jukes his way for more stacked up after gaining a couple to the 23 and the rebels headit it quickly to the line [Applause] the playaction fake and the pass rush is effective and they tackle him at the 19 not exactly the ideal situation for this offense third and long backed up inside their 20 looking to throw it's Dart and a missed opportunity on third down as the defense knocks it free and fourth down is coming up the rebels will bring the punt team onto the field they'll look to pin him deep he'll call for the fair catch here they'll start this drive at the 33 yd line leaves it with the back good job running tough and behind his pads as he gets up to the 38 yd line as they get set to snap it just about to reach the end of the quarter keep it on the ground and a good pick up to move the chain and the clock will expire and that's how they'll be set up to start the second quarter well guys it's Georgia holding the lead at the end of the quarter they came out and jumped on them early in the first let's take a break and look at the first quarter steps just about ready to get things started here in the second we'll see if they continue to flex that muscle he'll put the tight end in motion gets it out quickly they make the stop after the catch and still some work to do to pick up that first down after trying the running game let's see if they do it again on second down they'll leave it with him he gets it past the sticks and Georgia has a first down here's this offense with a fresh set of downs they're going to ride this running back he works his way inside the 30 down to the 29 and picks up a first down and the Bulldogs come to the line with a new set of downs coming out on first down with the play fake and the quarterback will take a sack back at the thir 36 and that's now their third sack of the game this is one of the best units in the entire country getting after the quarterback they have done such a great job recruiting athletes up front and in their front seven they can Blitz they can rush you with four with three but they've got dudes that can beat you one-on-one and you're seeing that in this game this offensive line has just been unable to keep them away from the quarterback now it's second and long looking down the middle reacted well to the tip but just couldn't squeeze the football instead of the turnover it'll be third down looking downfield and he needs a bunch oh what a grab by the defense takes it the other way and he showed off the wheels after using the hands on the pick and he gets it down to the 34 yd line third and half of is extremely difficult when I know it's a passing situation I get to rush the passer and pin my ears back I get to put more DBS on the field to drop back and really play pass coverage you can tell the offense was trying to force it trying to get that first down makes the big [Music] mistake Old Miss ready to send the offense onto the field they had to punt it away on their last possession but man what great field position this time I mean this is awesome like last possession didn't go great now you're set up in an opportunity to get some points start thinking about what plays I like Jesse as I cross the 50 there are a lot of off coordinators out there David and in this position they like to take a shot right away and try and capitalize on this field position third play of the drive and they need to take advantage of this field position by making something happen on Third and long he makes a grab run out of bounds after the long game but they've got it now first and goal and that is a huge conversion on Third and long for the offense I think a lot of people thinking hey we're just going to try to get a couple yards ber into the end zone he goes touchdown Rebels a much needed life from this offense as they tried to cut away at this lead no doubt needed something to go right if you're down you got to make plays you got to get your team back in it great start keep chipping [Music] [Music] away ling up to add another and with the extra point they close it to 1710 and for a quick update let's go to Kevin Conor's in the studio a bit of an under the radar game this week guys but take a look at this Air Force is getting whooped today and at some point this comes down to preparation are you prepared to play clearly the answer today is a big fat no they're trailing by 14 to Fresno State for now now it's back to you fellas but of course if anything changes you'll see it right here thanks for the update on that one Kevin let us know when it goes final he's brought down solid pickup but a little bit short of the first down reads it fires complete a quick tackle made but he's got plenty for the first down here's this offense with a fresh set of [Applause] there just an ill advised play by the defender to make contact with the quarterback after the throw and it cost his team wide receiver now comes in motion with Jet Sweep pass he brought down but he went backwards after that completion not the way they had it drawn up clost one on that last one it's second and 11 trying play action right down the middle got his man downfield he'll work his way down to the 28 well reee you and I were talking about this before the game how is this defense going to be able to deal with all the speed they have offensively you saw them just rip off a big play and Jesse now their head spinning just a little bit give up a big chunk play and it's right back at him and wings it incomplete let's see if they go back to the air on second and 10 from the 28 wide out in motion keeps it on the bootleg and the ball comes out what a disastrous play defense coming up with a huge fumble recovery oh the Big Fellas Gathering steam touchdown oh miss the defense takes matters into their own hands this time it's the defense finding way to put points on the board there is nothing better than being a Defender seeing that ball in the end zone your eyes get big as saucers go jump on that puppy secure it gets you a touchdown [Applause] he'll try to tack on one more bangs it through for an extra point that is a defensive player's dream ball sitting there chance to scoop it up one with it and they don't stop you until the band starts playing he'll bring it out it's Smith I know he thinks he can house every return but sometimes you just have to take a knee as he stopped at the 14 they'll go to the ground they bring him down and he's going to lose a yard on that one didn't get much done on that first play of the drive it's second and 11 back to pass it's back getting some heat and the quarterback goes down all the way back at his four yd line defensively you got him backed up there's two options that they're going to do they're going to run the football and be conservative or they're going to try to take shots down the field they tried to take a shot defense was ready nice pass rush way to get to the QB and get after that sucker listen to this crowd just shaking the girders of this place trying to help their defense the inside handoff and he runs through one tackle and picks up a few Georgia sends out the punt team this will be the second time they've had to kick it away he's got great speed and the returner goes down your Miss offense ready to go back to work this could be a real turning point in the game they scored a touchdown they got a stop and now a chance to break the timee yeah this offense has got it cooking man and how about the defense great job getting that stop getting the football right back to the hot hand now this offense Palmer has a chance to take the lead you can see the offense too they understand the situation right now they were jonesing on the sidelines to get another opportunity to run back on the field they are ready to drive this ball and go score and the rebels want to crank the tempo they'll try to pick it up on the ground that'll be enough for the first down as they stop him at the 43 yd line here's this offense with a fresh set of downs well this offense is sending a little bit of a message here of course we know how much they've struggled on third down all season long they're just never able to seemed to get into a rhythm but after that last running play moving the sticks you just wonder what that does for their confidence lost to fire on second down caught in the back field it's Harris he is stopped behind the line of scrimmage they'll lose yards on that one on third down going up top using the quick game and he's not going to get there the defense Stands Tall and makes the stop a 51 yd field goal is not really unreasonable in terms of range but they'll try to convert on fourth down well they just drained all the suspense out of the fourth down conversion moving the chains easily looking for room it's Bley fights through the pile and picks up a couple down to the 16 picked up two yards on that last one they need eight on second down hand off from the gun runs through a tackle defense is there to make the stop but he's got the first down and they'll have it first and goal with the [Applause] six snap it to the back he'll be brought down at the 5 yd line and this defense is on its heels second and goal coming up the run up the middle looking for the score they bring him down and he's going to lose a yard on that one this is one of those momentum turning points if this defense can force a field goal attempt that is a victory for them feeling some heat it's complete and he was straining for the goal line but the defense stopped him short and as they come to the line of scrimmage here you could take the lead with a field goal goal but a touchdown and he takes it in for the score touchdown Rebels and how about this offense a big situation of fourth and goal and you trust your running back you trust your offensive line you trust the physicality of this unit and they reward that trust and they touch it in for [Music] six they'll try to add another to their lead and the extra point is true and they're on top by seven precise Relentless execution on that 13pl scoring drive and they capped it off with a one- yd plunge on the run from inside his own five he was hoping for something a little more Dynamic but they' get him on the ground at the 20 and Georgia ready to go back to work on offense from the gun running back gets to give on the nasty move and now he's got room and he's brought down at the 40 yd line and that'll be a first down he's going to pass Fire's on the move he makes a catch and they reacted well to the completion but it was too late to keep them from getting the first down so it's not just a strong running game the dogs can be dangerous with those weapons up top and I think when You' seen Georgia really dominate in college football over the last several years it's because they've been more aggressive more willing to throw the football early Downs trust their quarterback not just the ground game we've reached the two-minute warning and we have ourselves a ball game and they have a chance to take the lead here before the half dropping back it's back pressure coming and the defense is all over the quarterback and down he goes quick Tempo no huddle off and second down clock's running he's looking to throw unloads to the wide out got him downfield and he'll be smacked to the ground man this quarterback is having himself a day over 200 yards in the first half it was hard enough for Palmer to get over 200 in a game more or less than a first half debb Rising as the crowd Gets behind this defense on third down pocket starts to collapse using the back as a receiver on the screen he steps out of bounds but he's got enough for a first down the dogs come to the line with a fresh set of downs they'll throw it to the back on the screen and he'll step out of bounds after a very productive play second and short now after that completion he'll just keep slinging it grabbed over the middle it's Thomas good job running that route to get past the sticks because he got nothing after the catch looking to pass inside the Red Zone and that pass picked off going the way he's got room he's at the 40 the 20 the that touchdown oh miss a great return for the touchdown any return for a touchdown is a great one to a defense and they come up with a huge pick six and that is one of the reasons this defense has been so dominant all season long they don't give up big plays but they take the football away and once they do they've got better athletes than you do they're hard to bring down they can flip the game on a DME [Applause] lining up for the Pat the kick is up and good and put one more on the lead and let's check in with Kevin Conor in the studio Kevin all right guys a little update on what else is happening in college football this weekend Cincinnati is trailing right now but let's be honest the program that turned out Desmond Ritter should never be counted out of any game they're trailing by 10 to West Virginia with the catch it's young any big developments in this one we've got you covered with the best studio team in the business gentlemen and how about that one Kevin will be keeping an eye on everything going on elsewhere def defense was swarming around this quarterback and he never had a chance to get it off and down he goes and we will head to today and it' be easy to say these two offenses are glad we've hit halftime based on their respective performances it would also be accurate turnovers and sacks have told the story so far and you got to believe the play calling has been the issue right time to shred those game plans and just get back to basics and with that let's head back to the Grove at our fillers at VA Hemingway Stadium and the dogs will kick it off to start the second half he'll take the return try to get better field position nice job by the kickoff team everybody stayed in their lanes and they'll stop him at the 16 oh miss ready to send the offense onto the field working that left side and they'll finally bring him down after he rips off a huge play the rebels are in the hurry up and I love the awareness by the wide receiver on that play because I'm not sure that route was supposed to be that deep you got to wonder if the receiver decided maybe to adjust the route a little bit to make sure that he got the first down oh he gave him the limp leg oh another great move oh what a big play for this offense as they get it to the 33 yd line I bet that running back's eyes got so big when he gets that hand off going to the right he sees the huge holes yes please the defense just didn't float quickly enough all of the blockers had leverage on their men and that defensive line has to get off the ball a little bit better get some penetration to stop that outside run C in the back field it's Harris they're able to get him stopped just shy of the first down marker Ball's at the 25 they're in field goal range but they'd love to convert this third and short [Applause] got it looking for the first down and he's knocked down immediately but not before he moves the chain from the 22 on First and 10 back to throw it's Dart spits it out to the back caught and they get to him and knock him down to prevent a bigger gain going to work in the Red Zone they can pick up the first down without getting it into the End Zone from the gun the running back tries to hit the hole and he'll be taken down but he does have enough for the first down the offense threatening poose to the end zone now with a new set of downs with the run on first and goal and how about that interior defense stuffing the run for nothing and the D deny them on second and goal the run up the middle here looking for a path to the end zone and he's sprinting he'll take it all the way C down Rebel they want to finish the season strong and man are they doing that here in this week 11 performance Precision blocking up front created the open Lane and the running back followed it beautifully yeah it's pretty easy to follow an offensive line that makes those holes and just gives you a caravan all the way to the end zone what an unbelievable job blocking up front ready to try the point [Music] after and the extra point is true and the lead balloons to 21 almost ready to kick it away after scoring the touchdown coming out with it it's Smith he stopped short of the 20 at the 19 and probably wishes he had just taken the touch back we're ready to get another look at this Bulldog offense trailing by three touchdowns if you're going to get back in it David the time to start is right now got to start now defense and the quarterback caught up two and sacked at the 12 man this poor quarterback he's got no time you got to protect your quarterback you got to find different ways to do it sometimes it's not working with four wide receivers maybe bring in a couple tight ends go Max protection more guys blocking less guys in routes but you got to find something to have success so they'll try to salvage this drive on second and long from the 12 looking downfield it's Beck throws for the tight end what a job to lay out and make the catch and he just continues to put up numbers and that number is now over 300 this guy just throws completions man the ball doesn't seem to touch the ground he's back there he's making the right reads right now he is locked in what this defense is trying to do they'll line up for a second down play he's looking to throw quickly complete and he goes out of bounds after coming up with positive yardage there guys this offense is already reeling down multiple possessions really need to cash in on this drive he gets it to the 38 yd line and they'll pick up a fresh set of downs Georgia going back to work with another first down here's the handoff and will make his way out of bounds after the solid pickup nyd pickup on first down and now they can take a shot on second and short he's looking to throw catch in the middle it's uret and he's brought down after a nice game Georgia ready to dial it up on another first down the run from the shotgun a most efficient pickup of six on first down it's second and four they put this ball on lock down eighth play of the drive coming up they go to the ground and he'll step into the end zone touchdown Georgia and the running back gets his second rushing touchdown of the game you want to continue to feed this guy you could tell he's got a nose for the End Zone knows how to get in there knows how to make things happen now they'll line up for what they hope is automatic and it's up and good about to kick it off after punching it in for the touchdown he'll bring it back from inside to spot and they'll haul down the returner to start us on the next Drive y Miss offense ready to go back to work now they need to put something together to answer that last score there's a lot of pressure too on this offense to have to execute at a high level they've got to score points David but they can't go too fast cuz their defense right now is tied and I think that's the difficulty being a play caller like I have to balance all of those things my defense is a little bit tired I can't put on the field but I got to be aggressive because this is a back and forth type game so a lot to process and think about and this one will be stopped for no game that's a great individual play and I love cornerbacks that don't just take pride in covering guys I like guys that like to put their face in the fan and affect the running game this dude is physical and he impacts the defense because of it and those guys are really hard to find a lot of Corners they're smaller they don't want any part of the physical run game nice job sticking his face in there setting the edge making the tackle fourth down and the punt team sends it the other way slips through the line coverage team gets the job done and they'll Mark him down at the 38 yd line and Georgia ready to go back to work onone offense out of the shotgun they go to the ground a strong tackle and wrap up from the junior didn't get much on first down it's second and nine looking for a man it's back the throw to the outside is complete he steps out of bounds but he's got a first down on the play a new set of downs after the completion off the play fake on first down to throw and that's a mistake you don't expect to see from a senior and he is lucky to get it back that incompletion leads to Second down and 10 he's looking to throw grabed behind the line it's Bell makes the oh and how about that I know Kevin and those guys will be keeping an eye on it for us and the rebels racing to the line in the hurry up the give to the back he's knocked down in the back field he'll lose a couple they line up with some serious work to do if they want to convert this one on third down he drops the throw and that's incomplete a Defender all over him knocked the ball to the ground fourth down coming up the rebels will line up to pun it away and have to pay him overtime he's punting for the fifth time today makes a move he was working his way toward Midfield but they'll stop him at the 46 yd line we're ready to get another look at this Bulldog offense David they'd love to do what they did last time and put this one in the end zone you ain't lying they did a great job the offense was clicking everything went well Palmer they executed and got the touchdown and they really were in a nice Rhythm as well and I'd love to see that here on the next drive too just keep doing what you're doing everything seems to be working and you seem to have this defense on their heels if they can convert here that type of play can really give you a shot of momentum to the air it's back complete to the left putting together a real scoring threat here as they pick up the first down at the 36 got it behind the line it's th and they picked up nine on first down it'll bring up second and short keeps it on the boot leg looking to throw going for it all and he really needed to hold on to that one but it was not loose and third down is coming and now this offense will try to figure out a way to move the chains after that second down incompletion and boy is he Clos to that first down maybe just a couple of inches short and here comes the field goal unit he got it well you're always going to wonder what would could have should have happened on Fourth and inches had they gone for it but with this kicker I like taking three points and putting it on the board [Applause] after putting up the field goal they're set to kick it away he'll start the return inside his five not a lot of space to be found good Hustle by the coverage team and they stop him at the 21 Old Miss ready to send the offense on to the field from the gun they'll try to impose their will and the defense holds firm no pickup at all on that play from the gun the running back has it stacked up after gaining a couple to the 23 and the rebels want to pick up the tempo on third down he'll try to pick it up through the air that is just a sideline credit throw catch tow drag everything you want and they just want to give this guy a chance to make a play on third down and more times than not he is going to deliver he's so good so efficient such a good route Runner got the speed got the complete game so you definitely want to highlight him and especially on those Downs that matter the most if something's not open Quick underneath find him they'll make those contested cancers after picking up a couple at second and eight now they'll run the draw drills him with the stiff arm makes the tackle at the 46 but it's a 15yd gain to get them into plus [Applause] territory the give to the back nice solid form tackle from this sophomore picked up two yards on on that last one they need eight on second down looking to throw it's Dart throws to the wide out fires into traffic picked off and they drag him down after a good return on the interception and the dogs keep playing fetch on these passes channeling their inner Scott Warner or Champ Bailey or key Ringo and making plays just ball hawky making plays and again when you pressure the quarterback and the dogs do that as well as anybody you pressure the quarterback force that ball out the secondary playing great coverage making big time plays in the back end and Georgia ready to go back to work on offense running it to the right a confident tough efficient run gets it up to the 44 got six on first down now a lot of options on second and four the give to the tail back nowhere to run on that when he loses four on the carry on Third and long try to convert through the air makes the grab at the 30 he's loose down the left side touch down dogs they take the lead with the six that's his third touchdown pass of the day the defense has no clue how to respond right now no and the defense has had absolutely no answer he's been on the money he's been on fire making the right decisions and just carving this defense [Applause] up lining up to tack one more onto that lead and the extra point puts him up by a field goal well guys it's Georgia holding the lead at the end of the quarter and as we switch ends of the field let's take a quick look at the national [Applause] rankings one quarter to go and might we have the makings of a classic fourth quarter finish and no chance at a return here they'll start this drive at their own 25 YZ offense ready to go back to work that last Drive was promising for a while but you just can't mess it up at the end with the pick Jesse no you've got to be able to finish drives especially in this game if you're going to win and D but they've got to be able to eliminate the metal mistakes yeah and I don't think you get conservative or play it safe you can trust your guy I think you put the ball right back in his hand and let him do his thing and a really nice run and pick up there before the defensive for a disaster and stopped the really big [Applause] play gets it out fast and they pick up just a few on that completion the rebels moving quickly to the line to the ground with the back and you want to talk about gain tackling everybody on the defense run to the Ball third down after the run look looking downfield it's Dart he's got the back in the middle and the completion gives him a fresh set of downs and keeps this drive moving and the rebels are on the Move yeah and what a nice job finding your matchup Palmer on third down understanding I got a guy that can catch the ball of the Back Field nice angle route getting right there between the linebackers and getting the third down conversion it was a really good job too David of the running back that time setting up like he was going to the flat and the linebacker gets a little bit too excited he then puts his foot in the ground Cuts back to the middle it's an easy pitch and catch and they get the first down a field goal attempt from here would be 54 yds they'd love to pick up a few on third down they go right back to him tough slidding in there picks up a couple but still needs two more on fourth down so on fourth down here comes the field goal kicker in a huge [Applause] spot oh he missed it no good and after the Miss they're still down by a field goal well you got to wonder if the pressure got to the kicker fourth quarter down by three just did not get all of it that's one he'd like to have back we're ready to get another look at this Bulldog offense first play of this drive comes from the 35 yd line off play action on first down and it's taken away by the defense and they desperately needed that turnover and they capitalize not only on the pick but the great return to give the offense tremendous field position you talk about having to have it we needed to force the turnover we had to get the football ball back they're in such a good position to run out the clock try to win no sir our ball first [Music] down a great spot to start this drive for the offense back to throw it's D receiver looks it in it's complete he is going nowhere stopped at the line of [Applause] scrimmage he's back to throw on second down finds his man it's Wells and the defense settled in to stop that one for a short gain boy they'd love to pick up this conversion and go to work with a first and goal trying to move the sticks on third down through the air complete and looking for enough for the first first down a huge pressurized kick coming right now as this game hangs in the balance kick is good the offense has three points to show for the drive and guys we are deadlocked here in the final period Well it's a good news bad news scenario you got the pick and you would have liked to have paid that off with a touchdown but because of the drive stalls out they're still happy to get the field [Music] here comes the kickoff as we are all tied up in the fourth quarter and he'll just take a knee and this drive will start at the 25 and Georgia ready to go back to work on offense after throwing the pick on the last drive need to take care of the ball this time Jesse we're going to find out a lot about this quarterback right here too how does he fight through adversity after that last Drive yeah clear the mechanism move on that's a part of you're going to be a great player you got to learn how reinvent the wheel on offense here what they've been calling is been working just get back to doing what you're good at they're bringing heat just gets rid of the football nobody to throw it to it'll be second down couldn't make the connection last time let's see if they'd throw it again they'll try the Run they finally get him on the ground with a big running play moves to change for the first down the Bulldogs come to the line with a new set of downs fast motion from the offense quarterback touch pass on the Jet Sweep he's right out of bounds but a big play on that one and it'll be a first down here's this offense with a fresh set of downs movement here from the tight end off the play fake on first down wants to throw catch in the middle it's young not a big window and that throw was money and they've got it at the 30 first and 10 for the offense they'll Run play action fires to the middle it's complete and the defense was right there to make the tackle but not before they get it to the 12 and set up in the red zone they'll keep it on the ground trying to milk the clock and they Corral him at the 2yd line going to work on second down in the red zone is still some ground to cover to pick up that first down on the run it's etn and he'll be stopped for No Gain still sitting at the three yard line we've reached a two-minute warning in this offense trying to milk this clock and keep time on their side they'll stick to the ground looking for the marker and he takes it to the house touchdown Bulldogs that'll give them a little more breathing room as they try to push this winning streak to five man oh man what a day his third touchdown rushing showing you he's got a little bit of everything and pading those stats and all you fantasy football guys if you have my man at running back that's a good day getting set for the point after and the extra point is true and they have a two touchdown lead up 14 in the fourth kickoff team lining up to send this one away on the move from inside is five he was looking for some Running Room but not much to be found as he stopped at the 18 Miss ready to send the offense onto the field looking to throw it's D and the physical play there forces the incompletion on first down after misfiring it's second down he's looking to throw Let it Fly wide open downfield the offense gets a quick timeout at this point every second is pressure looking to move it through the air got it in the middle it's Harris they make the stop after the catch and still some work to do to pick up that first [Applause] down wants to throw on second down and that's going to fall to the ground incomplete that was a physical matchup there third down coming looking to throw for it and the incomplete pass will bring up fourth down they'll leave the offense out there to try to get it past the marker and pick up the first he'll pull it on the read and they'll finally get him down after a terrific pickup timeout called by the offense and now they just have one remaining in the half snagged in the middle it's prescor they make the stop if this passing game does some damage and they move the sticks with the first down he wants to throw pulls it in it's Harris nice pitch and catch there and they'll have enough for the first down they'll hurry to the line with the clock still running they'll throw it on first down and he's got it for a touchdown so hold on a second they're not dead yet in fact they're suddenly feeling much better if we had any chance to make this happen we had to score with a little bit of time in the clock now we need a miracle now now we need to kick the onside get an onside kick and somehow someway make a big play they'll try to attack one more on their score and the Pat will draw them one point closer they go 80 3 yds on the drive time is of the essence just under a minute to go as they line up for the onside kick he's able to grab the football and the hands team gets the job done so with the late lead they're ready to just drain the clock in Victory formation and the offense is content with where it is they'll take a knee you want to talk about building confidence coming through with clutch plays making the winning plays that at the right time can really set the course for the rest of the season yeah reys maturity and experience matters and this team has guys that have played a lot of snaps they've seen a lot of looks and they've lost close games like this in the past that wasn't the case today David too many guys out there making big time plays and I think belief is what you build that confidence you know you're going to win you don't think you're going to win you know you're going to make that play in the big moment that continues to build on week to week success and you look up
