wasn't an easy game but you guys got the you guys got the result That's The Villa in the end and now all down to a couple individuals maybe like what's your take on it big test passed that that was that was my initial thoughts after the final whistle was a very very very tough game like from minute one you knew that it was going to gu to Villa Park it's never easy we've seen that the past few seasons going to Villa Park it's always going to be a tough game and they pushed us back for quite a while of that game like they had some massive chances Watkins nearly put him one nil up missed it by God knows how much Ry with an unbelievable save and we it was a case of taking our chances when it mattered and making sure that they didn't put the ball in the back of the net which we did and it was a big big win and those the sort of wins we're going to need if we are going to push on to win the League this season yeah that was a game you did a win last season as well so you can think that even though it's early into the season you lost there last season and you like you can think like Asel are you could probably say just as good maybe we don't know yet but maybe just as good as last season we'll we'll see if they live up to that but as well like going before the game did you think was you confident of a win I was not confident that it would it was going to be uh walk in the park and I knew that coming into the game I thought it was going to be a lot tighter than it than it was I my thoughts before the game were a 2-1 Arsenal win a case of we score they score we score uh but it turned out completely different and overall I'm just happy we managed to get the three points yeah like uh so with the way the game went did you what when Mart when Martin had he start in and we saw the game he had the way he had it it wasn't wasn't great wasn't great at all from Mar like we saw the way TR up came on he made an instant impact um does is Mar's place at Arsenal under Jeopardy we've gone through this past couple weeks with like TR come and instantly scores he always looked pissed off but the fact that he didn't start the way C he was like why am I not starting look what I never ever seen his name I thought they were going to bring on a center back and put conza right back but Emory said he's happy with ker playing Center back this season and all that stuff they brought some random guy right back and Martinelli could have beat him one V one I think the specifically for me was him one V one was like he had no idea what to do he was just going side to side to side to other times where Watkins ain't on it and and sish was like yeah get off we got we got this Rya was great in the second half especially that save that save oh my God you can look at you can look at both way people are debating are is Watkins is it Riot as both Watkins yes should finish that but also the way Ry reacts instantly he's got it he's going straight away so credits a r as well bro there's no denying it it's it's a world class save to be able to to go go from ending up on the floor trying to stop a deflection from hitting the bar and going in off the bar getting up from there and having the reflexes to push the ball away from a from a ahead of the any Striker would be putting putting away you have to admit that that was a world class save oh it was class like it was brilliant like especially at times where Arsenal rown for their great defense but when you're coming up against that attack like Villas and you might not be on your best day that's when you need them them type of saves them goalkeepers to like really get back get you back into the game especially when you're trying to win a league as well those are yeah those are those are saves that that keep you in the race that win you the league and stuff it's like with Edison at man city is a great example because they've won the league for so long like even though we Renown Edison for his distribution Edison actually does always come clutch when it comes to when he needs to be when City's defense ain't all that in a certain game Edison will be there to help them and to to get them over the line when it comes to winning a trophy the perfect example was that Champions League fight against inter I think it was Lukaku he had about 15 chances Edison saved a lot of them like you need them type of Keepers like Riya has come under criticism he's come under credit he's gone up and down in his Arsenal career so far and I think when he first joined he was he looked like it the pressure was just on him it looked like there was too many lights on him I don't think it helped the fact that Ram got dropped and nobody expect and Ryan came in and all the spotl was on both of the goalkeepers but when he eventually settled in like with the defense got used to it you can see that they're all on the same page and it turned out it's turning out to be a very good sighting what do you think of Ry so far Arsenal I think for me there I was amongst the majority of Arsenal fans when Ry come in you're thinking we've got ramsdale we don't need another key number one of course competition for places is always good but at the same time we felt like we had a solid number one in ramsdale he got dropped there was a lot of Arsenal fans shining ramsdell's name while Ry was in goal but on the other hand I feel like the tide definitely turned with the penalty shootout against Porto when he made those two key saves in the shootout I think people started to realize okay maybe maybe Ry is the one that we need instead of ramsdale and he's he's proved it week in week out he's been a fantastic goalkeeper for us and I can't give him enough praise I thought he's been fantastic yeah um I think we can't mention that game without mentioning Morgan Rogers like yeah he was absolutely he made rice and he dropped both of them together and it was like Aston Villa didn't play bad as well like I thought no Aston Villa were actually really good apart from the finishing it was literally that like their press was good they they were defending really well up until Tran came on and then I think he was actually analyzed well match of the day Michael Richard said it the best when the subs came W they made they they didn't come on to track back and all that they came on to make an impact so it just left gaps for us were like okay we can get into this now they don't know the roles like the starters do because despite the ran needed to come on Watkins was cut off them lines well so was Rogers and then Arsenal got into the groove of things but Morgan Rogers was amazing yeah he was I must think that's the best individual performance of the season so far because especially he deserved to be on The Winning Side of that game yeah he he was taking a ball on the turn destroying everyone pretty much like pretty much like get off me sort of thing like pte and Ry aren't slouches they're not weak or happy with that you're that you either like where the positives you want to see long term or with the negatives that worried about that you immediately need to address I feel like when it comes to positives I feel like the main positive is we had a big test and we've come out the other side but I think on the other hand you look at the negatives you think we can't really go to a theti had and see how if he can stay fit or not and by the way I like the ruthlessness because Madrid came off halim and he was like okay I'm getting Netto on now and then you saw the difference Netto Palmer mad and Jackson front four that's a good front four like Jackson is better off their left don't get me wrong but that's a good front four and especially when you got one wigger go around the outside you got one wigger that's cutting in but in fact not even just cutting in madw was going on his right foot as well so they couldn't handle him either way of the pitch that's another thing that that that number 10 role yeah and obviously that could work like you said if you've got if you've got madek Netto Palmer thre in the number 10 and you've got you got Jackson possibly aome if they can get that deal done it could be a dangerous Strike Force but again it all comes down to the defense because we saw it last season there was many times where Chelsea were having to outs schore their opposition just to get a win yeah and we'll see if the setup does any any justice to that and see if they do that again because like obviously they're playing under a different manager we'll see if they can they can control games like the best way to do that is by keeping the ball if you keep the ball people AR going to get chances to get you that's going to take a while we'll see if they field clicks obviously there Lavia was injured again but we'll see it wasn't for anything major and Lavia is going to be key to that system because he knows the system already he's played under moresa as moresa actually at in terms of his whole career as well uh what's it I didn't realize he was a director of football at not County and he didn't take the any money he just tried to get them out of trouble yeah he didn't make a penny from that contract and stuff um but yeah rest in peace to him as well because obviously he was a big part of everyone like in football and stuff as well so we lost we lost a real one but big up to Big up to all the people that paid a tribute as well like we've lost a few real ones in football and it's kind of sad how this happened but at least he got to live like a
