six protect the yellow Jersey and test how his body reacts I have a small lead on on Primos and a more comfortable lead on on the others so I'm going to try to defend it um I think it's uh pretty easy stage with a with a hard final climb so uh yeah I think um the days that are coming tomorrow and the day after tomorrow are going to be more hard uh in general but I think it's uh already a first big test to see how uh how my uh shape and body is uh to go half an hour all out evole leads roog glitch by 33 seconds with mat Jorgenson a further 31 a drift of course the American and Vima Lisa by counting the cost of Steven kusick and Dylan vanar crashing out I just have seen the last months how hard they've worked to get skinny to get fit and and then yeah uh just lose it all in a second like Descent the ARA Rider and Mason Holman ran into trouble oh crash into the ditch on the left hand side G back on to bridge the gap brilliantly to the Breakaway holyman failed to do likewise the Britain Italian shakuni could follow Remco did make a last ditch effort to stay in yellow but once vlasov launched RIT the sloven in total control rock glitch attacks hard Chone tries to respond but there is is no response rogl fires away the power of Primos is there for all to see swishing his way around the last turn this Rider has been on the deck twice in three days but now he's not on the deck he's on the top step of the podium RIT wins the stage with the two to France it's height a sign of strength for rogich and Bora a new collaboration that's been injury interrupted but 2 months after his first roget finally a second win of the season and even better Victory putting him into doany [Music] yellow finally I mean I win R uh was a while uh and the whole team H I mean yes the the GU showed the commitment uh from from the very start today again they they showed a great performance so yes big thanks and uh we can enjoy it today RIT with a show of strength to win the stage his first in the doofan in four years Chone second while Bora celebrated a 1-3 flof third 2022 Champion RIT now dreaming of a second doy Crown early days but a 52 second swing gives a 34-year-old slender advantage over REM and further cheers as rogich doubled up with the points Jersey Chone will ride in Green tomorrow La took it easy as his team helped protect his King of the mountain status though under threat from rogich and tonei especially with two mountainous stages to come rco only left with the white jersey after failing to respond to bora's play Jorgenson his closest rival the Alpine Trilogy will continue on Saturday with act two one that packs an even bigger punch with an altitude gain of 4,000 M over 145 km
