Intro all right so now we are with Rex and we're going to be working on on on the Ser uh we've been doing a very nice progression he was his start uh when we got him a couple couple months ago he was was starting the Ser very close and and didn't have enough room to kind of go into the motion and from here he was going up not having enough room to accelerate elbow was low and kind of it was it was rotate too much and couldn't gener too much power the toss was low and very like kind of backward so what we trying to do what we did already and he is doing great so we we can see that's awesome so we can see so we change it and he start he started theemotion little here with the weight so with the weight on the left leg that's in a perfect situation now he's going to shift nicely to the back foot so that's going to allow him to align the body and get all the weight on the back leg uh toss the ball and go with a nice the nice uh um space here between Toss the arms elbow up go up to the ball and snap it all right let's do it excellent that's a very good he's only 11 years old so he has a lot of ear to grow and and and improve so we are trying to work on the on the basic what are the basics so what I'm what I'm looking is at the hip rotation how much he's pushing with the back leg the elbow and how much is uh the contact Point how much AB is W let's go about the wrist is Grip going yes he has already a he does a very good job with the grip so that's nothing that we need to change or we need to address the grip is a continental grip he is within the parameters that's awesome that's awesome for all that that Ser is a is a very nice sir very good so also I like to see always the surve from the back to see how much hip rotation we have that was a little bit low the toss so that's something Height that we emphasize because we want him to be able to stretch and make himself taller yes that's awesome and then once we get him on that situation where we doing is and and we start doing more and more is already make him at 11 years old start having the spot and hitting the spot that he is very aware of so excellent so that he get the Wier the t-shir the body ser and then on the next progression when he is he is already PR aware what we what we want is having him moving the hands different way so he's going to have for example I'm going to say Rex give me an slider Y and he's going to Slider get the ball nicely on the side come on slideer y first sir okay a little bit more slide a little bit more on the side yes that's perfect so now give me a kick serve te high with much acceleration yes excellent so now we playing we see him playing with the hands a little bit more looking for the spots playing with the hands so as much as we can keep encourag him and playing and serving with purpose every single point that's something that we are working and we talking a lot playing every serve every point with the serve that regardless of the score regardless of the results it's important that we see that every single time that he practice or he plays matches [Music]
