RECALLS: Great Value Apple Juice | How We Fix This Issue

what's up soy brothers and soil sisters I might have to switch this around a little bit today is Tuesday I hope y'all are having an amazing day oh my goodness I move the lights and now it's like terrible I hope y'all are having an amazing day today is Tuesday morning I'm see if I can get myself up here so I can see the chat I hope y'all are having an amazing morning um I've been up for a while I always get up early but went for my walk good morning Paula fed the kids just got my husband out the door um he went to work last minute all of a sudden so I had to go and fix him some lunch right quick and get him out the door and I was getting ready to go live and I was like oh we going to work so got him going and now the kids I run around playing um I am I'm gonna explain it in a minute if you're catching a replay hash replay um it's a crazy world out here y'all it's a crazy crazy world out here um if you could be so kind to hit the thumbs up as you come in good morning cherry and peppermint good morning soy family woo Lord my husband called me yesterday when he was headed to the gym and he said did you know they recalled um Great Value apple juice and I said um yeah I did see it but I you know sometime you see stuff and it don't be new and I'm like golly every time you turn around anyhow every time but I got a whole lot to say cuz it's frustrating you know because a lot of people buy these products from the store like I'm telling y'all I'mma tell you how I feel about it but anyhow I started in a minute fasting um again yesterday I have tried keto all this different stuff I don't do diets and what cuz you know you never stick to these things but when I fast which is great for so many things your mental health weight loss your overall health um fasting and you know for the good Lord fasting is amazing it has some amazing benefits my body respond to fasting really really well um so I I'm fasting I started fasting yesterday I just was like let me let me start fasting uh so I'm like in my headache moments so you got to make sure you stay hydrated when you fasting because your body is just like hey you got to feed me what's what's the problem and I refuse to so I only eat from I say from 11 is until by 5 6 o' I want to be done eating I don't want to eat nothing nose it never work out that way for me um you hear them dogs in there account that's the girls cuz Thor always Thor right here the girl that's the girls um yesterday I said oh what did I eat today and I do that all the time and it was like 3:00 or so before I decided Well let me eat and not just sit here and look crazy I need to eat so I'm trying to remind myself to go ahead and break my fast no later than noonish and um and then be finished eating eat my dinner at no later than 5 so I'm working on that and of course your body go through changes when you're going through that but the recalls y'all the recalls I I think it's ridiculous honestly I think it's ridiculous you know they recalled Great Value apple juice what I go in the store even though we don't buy grape V we don't buy apple juice um would I go in the store now today and say oh they got great value on the Shelf but uh apple juice but no I ain't gonna get apple juice because they recalled it let me get grape juice or let me get fruit punch or let me get another one no I ain't getting none of them if you have great value juice especially I'm going to say today if you have great value juice dump it out I mean I don't know they issuing refunds for it I don't know um I would just dump it out it ain't even worth going back to Walmart to get the dollar and some change dump it out I know they give you dates and they'll say oh um if you purchase whatever from this day to this day you can return it for a refund or it's cont contaminated or whatever look dump it out any great value juice I would dump it out all of this stuff is made in first of all all of it is made in a factory do they make white grape juice or grape juice or Peach whatever grape value juice and apple juice in different factories or something like why is it just apple juice are they all in different factories that they make great value apple juice in this Factory and they made um grape juice in another Factory in another state no they all coming from the same place so why is it just apple juice well next week or in two weeks it'll be something else I would dump them out or take them back to the store today um um I to me these [Music] recalls these recalls are ridiculous um the sad part about them is like lettuce they'll recall lettuce and it'll be from last year a batch number blah blah whatever and you bought that lettuce four months ago and now they recalling it how in the world like first of all it don't even sit on the shelf that long and now you recall it after I done fed this to my family apple juice claiming lives for drinking apple juice come on Great Value so where where the other juices being made we give this to our family we buy it because we trust it's convenient um and then you do a recall once I get it home and you'll give me these dates you'll give me a batch number you'll give me this bull crap about it's only this explain to me where they making all these other juices at good morning soy family thank you'all for being here um so so yeah making your own and I know and I always say it does take time it's time consuming to make your own everything anything juicing it take time is it worth it when you start burying your loved ones or sitting in the hospital with them fighting for their lives your kids y'all know how many kids drink this stuff um Wick Wick I I think Wick is Great Value everything it say sugarfree but come on what what they making they don't make these things in different they don't make anything I love how Bobby used to always break down um anything the plants people say don't b b Bonnie buy this plant it's just the name they don't have a Walmart Factory to make um Great Value juice they don't have uh Dove Factory or a Walmart Factory to make great value bar soap it's all the same and they just putting different names in it so does that make all the other apple juice safe do that make all of the other juices safe where all these Factories at where they making all these different brand juices lot of people say oh if you get this brand is better where is it coming from where where are they where they making them at like we got to we got to pay attention to me these are just signs of make make things yourself do we have to do things ourselves they know they got us they know they got us by the balls pretty much um and they know we depend on the store we depend on mass production is convenient for us to be able to feed our family um give these things to our family whatever they know it's convenient but unless you grow all your fruits and vegetables it's still risk it is a risk it is a risk but let me tell you when you cut back from the grocery store and dependent on them we have local farmer markets we have um local farmers we have um Promise Land Farm it's so much in your immediate area you can do to do better you have Orchards go to them a lot of people won't even take the time not only is that an experience for kids to to go and do it's exercise for you it's great for the mind body and soul you getting supposedly organic fruit that you can take home you can juice yourself you can make your own apple pies apple cider vinegar you can roast your apples fried apples apple sauce just apples apple juice whatever you want you know you better off buying or organic if you going to go to the grocery store buy some organic apples juice learn how to juice you'll fall in love with the process um your body will fall in love with you all over again I'm telling you these are all signs that we have to do better they don't even recall the stuff and people start down so why wouldn't a test why don't they run tests to make sure these foods are not contaminated before they put it out for the public to purchase we don't don't even find out that this stuff is contaminated until somebody lost their life that's not fair that's not fair so what do we do about it we have to learn to grow our own and I I understand everybody can't grow their own um there are local farms you can can support go to them support them doing apple season doing peach season doing strawberry season if you can't grow them and I mean go and support them when you go to the store and get them get some some organic something um organic whatever you buying try to buy organic you know you be surprised at the difference yeah a lot of people will say oh I can't afford it or the cost or whatever look at the look at the big picture look at our health look at our health we try our hardest my husband last night I think we were up to about midnight because we want to help people answering questions um emailing back and forth with people trying to help people we try to help as many people as we can to heal yourself we we are not healing you you have to trust in God and you have to do the work so you heal yourself um but we try to help people and guide them in the in the right direction and and encourage them to do these things do better um save yourself and and part of that a it ain't just herbs it ain't just these products behind me it's what we putting in our mouths what we feeding our kids it's not fair it hurt my feelings look at boys's head man boys's head was taking people out like left and right I think two or three people back home in Virginia where I I grew up at passed away from they said from the deli meat they said from the deli meat Boys head most people when they go and buy deli meat the first thing they go for is a high quality a good name brand deli meat Boys head and then they recall boys head and it's like what what come on we got to it's up to us to to take control of Our Lives it's up to us [Music] to not be so dependent on um the grocery store not be so dependent on our n on our our doctors um I say go to the doctor just to hear what's going on with you come home do your research heal yourself trust in God be patient but also you got to be consistent with it you got to stay stay on top of it when you get up in the morning jump on it yeah get up like our farmers's Market is from is it 9 or 10 to 1 9 to one I think it is and most people don't even want to roll out of bed till 11 12:00 and then it's like oh and I gotta get dressed then I gotta go downtown and find a parking and this that and the third I mean I would rather do that than sit here and say I just run to the store and get it later on I I trust that farmer's market I trust the Growers out there um majority of them are organic the honey you know is coming from a local um beekeeper or Farm if we didn't have our own honey that's what it'll be coming from we can get our vegetables our fruit you can get bread you can get um juice so many things out there that farmers market and most of the time it's seasonal whatever is in season that's what you going to get at your farmer's market meat rabbit Quail lamb chicken we get all that beef sausage we get all that at our farmers market and it's coming from a local grower all we have to do is stop being so busy take a few minutes run down there get what you going to get laugh and smile with the people that help you that help you heal that help you stay healthy too meeting like-minded people at the farmers market it's you going to always run into somebody you might be out there talking for an hour I know I do I'm always talking getting up and moving and and letting them see that I got time you know cuz right now they know we don't have time and every time you turn around they throw a recall in our face and I can guarantee you every recall that they throw in our face somebody got something sitting in their house out of all the people that's that's watching me right now all the people that are catch the replay every time there's a recall one of us got something in our house that they done recall and they'll put they'll say oh it's batch number and it was sold from here to there why ate it now what were the chances of your family getting sick that's not fair if you ask me it's not fair I feel the same way about these labels they don't have to put certain stuff on the labels that's not fair I I thought we had the right to know what we consume what we putting in our body I know what if I tried to put these products in Walmart Walmart the FDA then they got the right to know what's all what's in these products I'm going tell you what's in them they all natural you can drink this stuff it ain't going to take you out I don't advise you drinking soap and and lotion eating lotion or I mean uh eating soap and stuff but you can it it ain't going to hurt you it might upset your belly a little bit it ain't going to take you out though but they can put stuff in the stores any day and they don't have to put certain stuff on on the the label I don't think that's fair because I gotta trust this product and it whatever on the label cuz half time you don't even know what the label trying to tell you I got to trust that this stuff ain't going to make myself me or my family sick or take my family out people are burying their loved ones because of a silly recall and then we got to think they recalled great value apple juice that's it I ain't going to say next week or later on the day they ain't going to recall Great Value grape juice I'm just saying make it make sense if they recall apple juice what all the other juices being made and produced at where they bottling these other juices up at it show ain't no Orchard where where's the orange juice coming from they making all this stuff in the same place y'all Great Value and all these other um name brand even the name brand juices where are they making them at are they making them all in different factories like where the factories like it that never dawned on me until a couple years ago when my husband said all these plants come from the same place they just you know people buying them and putting names on them great you got uh Bond now you got expert whoever Walmart brand but where's the where are these different factories all it is is people buying these Brands and sticking a label on it and now we can Mass produce it if you get a bar of Dove soap and the Great Value Dove soap they look the same they smell the same they feel the same like what what's the difference the only difference is the box is in the label that's on the on the the product is all the same place so why did they just recall Apple Juice I think that's what I'm trying to figure out why is it just great value apple juice that's recalled why they a recall all the apple juice cuz most of them made in the same place anyway a recall all the juices because I can guarantee you they don't make apple juice in one one Factory and then 15 states over they make another kind of juice wh why they why they didn't just recall juice cuz I'm sure they all contaminated they only call Apple Juice because people lost their life and and what did the family might have said well they drunk some apple juice or or they finally ran some test and saw that it was contaminated y'all didn't run this test to see it was contaminated before you sold it like y'all don't do a batch test for Every batch like I don't understand so this is why it's important to learn at least learn how to grow your own what you can we need each other especially in times like now um we need each other because what my neighbors can't grow we may be able to grow somebody up the street might be able to raise a pig for us or or a a cow for us we can't raise it here but maybe my neighbor can raise it and we'll grow your Tomatoes we'll we'll we'll try to give you you know enough tomatoes to last you we'll work something out let's barter this is why we need each other it hurt me to my soul when people say I don't need nobody I got this and I'm no you don't have this we do need each other um we need each other we need each other to learn we need each other to to um be each other biggest cheerleaders like when people say I'm hurting I'm going through something I'm always like me and Bob we just trying to figure out what what can we do to help them what can we do to help like it it we need be able to solve problems um and not just complain about the problems we don't want to just keep complaining let's solve them when you go to the doctor I don't tell me how to pacify whatever I got going on let's not doll the pain and then it'll come back later let's not put this monster to sleep and then it'll wake up in a couple years let's cure it let's solve the problem sometime we got to do it ourselves sometime we got got to come to each other to get this done um this is why one reason I love social media social media can be messy messy um I run through some cross some things and I'm like Lord the sad part is that's what get majority of the attention you know we grew slow it man we've been on social media now almost three years next year next month September will be three years um and it's been a blessing the growth the the what we've learned in this um journey of ours it's been an amazing adventure the people we've met learning from each other teaching people whatever we can teach them just bouncing back and forth off each other it's been amazing but then when you scroll through and you see the messy messy and they got millions of followers and let me tell y'all I am so I love watching Brenda Gant when I go on her chat and I see 13 14 16,000 people on her chat that's what that's what I love seeing that but when I go and see something messy oo like four five th000 people watching Miss Netta cook Charles his lunch like what the hell what are you learning what are you learning how to dump sugar and everything salt pepper whatever what are you learning I mean I know drama sell and people love Messi and they they need that drama fix but but that's what's popular that's what's hot you know what about us learning how to take care of ourself how to heal ourselves how to heal each other how to take care of each other when I watch Brenda Gan it's like watching it's it's I feel like I'm in the kitchen with her like she talk to you like she talking to you like you dare with her she trying to teach you and she'll tell you trying to teach y'all something cuz y'all don't know how to cook I'm trying to teach you how to cook and it's basic simple easy she deserve the views she get but that messy messy oo I'm like golly but then when it come down to real like like people are sick people are hurting people are dying and um every day every day and if we talk about more about how to solve these problems such as how to make your own anything how to make your own I I wanted one of those chocolate Dubai bars but I was like I ain't paying $20 for it and some people paying $50 for them I I refuse to somebody told us they paid $8 for a little tiny bar $8 look I'm going to make them we got a refrigerator full of them right now I got some in the freezer I made so many of them make your own then you can choose what kind of chocolate you want you can choose you can choose Great Value brand you can choose a better brand of chocolate whatever you want it's all in your choice it's all it's all up to you take the time take a few minutes if you have kids you can teach them safely how to cook how to make their own products how to do things and guess what it's going to be in them they may stray away from it we all do that I watch my mom well I've always been a cook I always cook but we watched our parents and grandparents do certain things and we may have gotten started smelling ourselves ain't that what they said we were doing we started smelling ourselves and we strayed away from it but then you get older we we usually stray away when we in our when we get grown when we turn 18 19 20 we like yeah I ain't got time for that we stray away from things that our parents and grandparents have taught us um but when we get grown in real life like when we really get to adulting guess what we come back to my mama told me this or my granny showed me that or I remember when my grandparents used to do this we always come back to it always I'm telling you and sometime God slap you in your face with something and he'd be like okay I'm all right God I got you I'm going to get it together I'm just saying thank you jam thank you for the stars I appreciate you um I caught your live yesterday too but we have to do better as a whole YouTube If y'all can just we just rewinding we just going back but I I said in my when I did um a baking class with the city a few weeks ago I said we we tell our kids stay out of the kitchen I tell my kids stay out of the kitchen cuz they got four legs they four-legged hairy little things they not like human but those are my baby but I don't want them in in my kitchen we tell our kids stay out the kitchen we need to always find ways to invite them in the kitchen you can teach kids how to cook and do things in a safe manner it's it's a little I got to find these kids um it's two two girls and a little boy love watching them I I I run across them on Instagram Mar n then I'm gonna share it when I see them these three kids cook their parents teach them and she tell you how she started with them the knives were not Shar they didn't use they use their gloves um they may need a heat sensitive glove they got a a glove that they can't cut through now that they using real knives and scissors but they teach them how to cook and these are little bitty kids they got to stand up on stools so they can see over the counter little kids two girls and a boy I think it's important for our men to know how to cook also because when the women get down who come who going to take care of us if we if I get sick or hurt I need my husband to cook I don't need my husband to not know how to cook and then all he can feed me is processed junk Oodles of Noodles chicken chicken nuggets my my nephew said his chicken nuggets come from McDonald's but we need our our men need to know how to cook also we got to have each other back you know my husband know how to cook and it ain't because he got to cook for us he know how to cook because he can cook sometime when he want to cook he may want to cook something he might wake up one day and say you know what I want to cook today at least he know how to even if you don't know how to cook I think it is very important for our women to know how to cook it's very important for our baby girls to learn how to cook as they grow up it's no such thing as I don't know how to cook it's too many many videos out here like Brenda G and she slow it down and she teach you how to cook she don't measure nothing but you don't need you don't need a measuring cup you know you don't need a measuring cup listen to the good Lord he'll tell you when you got too much or when you doing something wrong and when you mess up just try it again it's okay it's okay to mess up we all mess up even the best chefs in the world they still mess up Mary said her husband need to learn how to cook yeah he gotta feed he got to be able to feed you Mary what if you don't feel good one day you just want to lay in the bed you need to lay in the bed cuz you don't feel good what are he going to do go in there and boil you some oodles and noodles and that pack of salt going to put in it and feed that to you that soup even the Campell um chicken noodle soup ain't what it used to be so yeah our men need to know how to cook just for for backup just for backup you know so you got to word with men you got to pacify them and and word you got to ease them into things hey songs you got to ease men in the things cuz if you say you got to learn how to cook babe and they be like for what that's your job it is my job but just in case we still got to be able to eat right so if I get sick mom moms get down too Grandma we sometime we don't feel good and we need to rest we need our men to have our back also just like we got they back don't let that man get sick Oh Lord we in there cooking all types of stuff big old pot of soup and we going to start I remember when my mom got sick and she sent me to the store um to get her some chicken breast I came back with boneless chicken breast and my mom was sick but she was she was ready to cook she had a major procedure and she wanted chicken noodle soup but she had to cookie she said go to the store get me this that and the third I came back with that chicken breast I got boneless chicken breast she said uhuh take this back um hey valita she said take this back I need chicken with the bone not this chicken breast I'm like what she said no I don't want this I need chicken with the bone because that's where all my flavor at she made me go back to the store had I I mean had I paid attention I knew that but I was like Hey I'm going to get this chicken breast and we ain't got to worry about the bone it's all me she was like no that's where your flavor at learn at a young age teach them at a young age then you already know so we got to find a way to invite our kids back in the kitchen um because it's sad when we grow up and get our age and we don't know how to cook you teach your wife how to cook yeah I'm telling you Bobby teach me I'm always like babe come fix this gravy cuz I can BT some gravy up real quick um I I remember the first time my father cooked us breakfast steak and eggs it was wonderful we were shocked because we didn't know he could cook I'm telling you my husband cooked better than me I ain't even going try to sugarcoat it or act like I'm the best cook in the world Bobby can cook better than me um when that man smother a pork chop or chicken or something man like I can almost eat myself into a coma you got to control yourself but I think it's important skill to know how to cook um and and it's not it's no such thing as I don't know how to cook we have this internet now and it teach us how to cook Jan way is over on Facebook cooking live I said I got to do more of that live cooking but that's what people want they want to watch you cook they want to follow you around in your kitchen and see how you moving in there and how much of this did you use um you know that it's important to know how to cook is important I love watching um Justin Rose family people always say that you know they say certain things about how the family operate but it's the men the boys are outside milking the cows um switching the the the livestock over from one pasture to the next running the livestock running L fixing things watering that's what the men are outside doing all the heavy lifting hey Jared all the heavy lifting meanwhile Lily in the house I think Lily 9 10 now baking cakes from scratch PS cookies donuts cupcakes breakfast lunch dinner and people say well why a Lily doing this you see her going out the every now and then you see her milking the cow she'll go out and get the eggs why is Lily out there with y'all well she in the house learn how to be a woman she may be young but with Rebecca installing in this child at a young age she learning how to be a woman she is and without somebody standing over her saying come over here and do this come over she just watching her mama the boys outside watching their daddy they learning how to be men they'll always be able to feed their family always be able to feed their family and this is what we have to put back in our kids so that when these recalls come out you can just be like oh man that's sad if we encourage hey Kayla if we encourage more people to grow and raise your own um juice make your own and then you be like oh thank God I juice make your own products or support somebody that make their own products and and offer them people they do um we we got people that right here in Savannah they juice for you all you got to do is purchase it from them is it going to cost you a little bit more yeah but think about all the hard work that go into making these products like it take time to make Castel soap now Castile soap is expensive very expensive if you ask me um I remember when a little bitty Dr BR bottle was like $8.99 this take time to make but I take my time and make it I make sure it's formulated right I make sure it's perfect and it's not contaminated no chemicals no preservatives no nothing in it so yeah when you supporting somebody and you buying something that they done made at home and they took their time and they put their love into it and no chemicals you know this ain't the soapi soap in the world ain't got no chemicals in it no no no chemicals that those soap suds that we all love it's just a chemical got to do your research the soap SS are pointless it's just a chemical they make us feel good I remember when I used to um when I was younger when I would dump soap I wouldn't stop dumping until I saw the soap SS when I had to go to the when I first moved here we had to go to the laundr at um the wash clothes cuz we a have a wash and dryer man I was stand there and dump that washing machine would be gone and I'm at the top of the machine just dumping and dump and I don't stop dumping until I see them soap sus then I feel like my clothes gonna get clean how much soap did I waste because I thought so when you support somebody these small mom and pop shops um home makers that that are making things natural to save your life um think about all the hard work that go into their products I do make a turmeric soap honey turmeric banana or blue butterfly we put turmeric in our soap um that that Castiel soap you can use Castile soap on everything everything you can wash your dogs your baby we're on ARS the kids um you can wash your clothes your dishes everything everything wash your car clean your house with it all natural all natural um safe yeah I was wasting a whole bunch of products I had to see them soap to like I always talk about Bobby washing dishes I'm like how you washing dishes first of all the water coold second of all I don't see no soap no sub it's all you know this is what they put in our head and make us believe it's supposed to be this is why research is important it's a chemical that they use to to create these Suds that chemical in return one day make us sick sadly it make us sick well I know I can go to the store I can go to CVS food line Walmart Target and I can get that same blue Dove looking soap it look like I mean what is it Downey Dawn it's Dawn soap dish detergent I can get that same blue Dawn dish detergent and it can be great value it can be Target brand it could be Food Lion CVS brand they all look the same they going to all s the same where is the CVS Factory for that soap where is the the dawn Factory for that so where all these different where where are all these different factories for all these different products you know we just got to think we got to think because it's costing us our lives it's costing our family it's making us sick um and it's sad people have lost their life for drinking apple juice I would dump out all of it any juice they all produced mass produced in the same type factories in the same places um they said it's the apple juice I'm still puzzled about all the other juices and not just grap V for all the other brands also we got to we got to we got to think for ourselves they only giv us a part of the picture and then later on they'll come back and say oh well now it's all great value juice oh so because I switched from uh Apple to Grape now it's all of them feel so much better since I've been utilizing your soap thank you Vita so the way we solve this problem is we look into Orchards um local Farmer Market and each other You' be surprised that what what some people grow or what they can grow and produce on their property if y'all like I don't know how to knit I keep saying I need to learn how to knit my my grandma was a SE and I I ain't learn how to knit and sew that's one thing I need to learn how to do cuz I I would love to make my own dresses and and tops and and aprons um but there's somebody that can't grow their own food because they don't have enough space so if you could knit my dresses and my aprons how about I give you food in return thank you Kim thank you for the stars I appreciate you so there is a way we can do this um and it start with us I know we still need things from the stores certain things we just got to be mindful of what we purchasing and what we doing um but we can do a whole lot we we just don't give ourselves credit for what we can do and and the extent we can do things to we are a lot stronger than we think I always say when God test us he just showing us how strong we really are um we don't always notice how strong we really are until we go through something we going through something we are going through something um and it's serious because lives are being lost because of whatever we are going through the season we in right now I think it's a test I think you know God is trying to tell us that hey hey remember back way back win we see stories all the time we watch movies and and they talk about back then your your grandparents talked about it your parents talk about it you know what what happened back in the days we all heard about these stories from back in the days and I think God is trying to nudge us and remind us that hey there is an easier way there is a simple way you know sadly with this world we live in today people want to keep up with each other I want to make sure I have the hottest ride I need to have the nicest shoes oh my God me and Bobby went shopping the other day for sneakers that Bobby work out all the time and you know to keep his arch good I'm like you need to I try to buy some shoes from teu they cute and I wear them and he wear them too they cute I'm just like shoot these little 8 shoes they gonna cover our feet when we can get the job done Bobby do need more support he a big guy and he work out all the time so I said let's go buy some shoes shoes $120 $150 and I'm like okay they cute no but no thank you like we just need some decent shoes we put on our feet and keep it moving I I I ain't got nobody to impress with what's on my feet long as they comfortable and they good for our AR and you know that is important because what you put on your feet they going to tell a story and the story going to be in your knees your ankles your hips your back cuz your posture going depending on your feet so you got to make sure you got good support I don't feel like you got to pay $250 for good support but to each his own we choose to live a simple life um long as we comfortable and we taking care of each other we doing what we do um On The Rise Again went to the doctor last Friday and thean staff was wearing mask yep people are starting to wear masks again um this is why that fire cider is important hopefully you got yours Brewing we need I think my chat on YouTube has stopped um we need um to have fire cider in our life the weather is changing so you definitely want to make sure your family is getting a dose of fire cider every day to keep the immune system strong um um we living in some weird times it's unfair what we have to go through what our kids have to grow up and go through so my fire Sider should be ready soon yeah good I'm here can y'all see my oh now I can see it I can see it now um never stop wearing your mask yeah we got to we got to we got to protect ourselves you know we have to take care of ourselves in return we teach our kids how to take care of them also um they just watch and see what you doing they listening they they are it's a sponge and we want to make sure we install good stuff in them don't just think about the little picture um don't just think about Apple Juice that's all they recall don't just think about Apple Juice you know think about the big picture well what about all the other juices think about that and life I'm just using apple juice as an example we got to think about that in life think about life as apple juice what about all the other juices um what is it what is it going to do to my life you know I whatever whatever God see fit for me I want to be here and I want to be as healthy as I can can until he called me home we don't know when that day is or or what that look like but we want to stay as healthy as we can and you know living his word he he provided us with everything we just got to learn what it is and how to use it and that's what we here to try to help everybody learn um how to heal yourself how to keep your your immune system strong how long does it take to brew Fire cider about 6 to 8 weeks I usually keep M about 8 weeks or so and then I'll go ahead and strain it so I do have a video on fire cider it's just a bunch of whole um vegetables and fruit like your onion lemon I put Elderberry in mine that way I don't have to worry about Elderberry ser and fire cider we don't sell fire cider um but what else I got in there cinnamon turmeric garlic ginger black pepper just a bunch of herbs and apple cider vinegar and you let it sit for about 6 to 8 weeks once you strain it I do add honey to mine I put my f i mean my Elderberry in it that way I don't have to take Elderberry serup and fire cider so when I strain it I add my my um I own honey to it horseradish is great to put in there you want to put cayenne pepper or ghost pepper some type of hot pepper in there we put Cayenne in ours and once I strain it I put my honey in it and we take a little bit every single day wondering if fact other products that I made from apples fruit it's it's a possibility um SS that's what I'm saying like we got to think about the bigger picture we got to think about the bigger picture and not just the apple juice itself now we got to think about everything is any of this juice safe um but but everything yeah fruit snacks jams jellies everything we got to think about everything to me it's not fair because I'm I'm consuming this I should know what I'm consuming um I think people should take pride in and their work and be careful like even these restaurants you got to be careful where you eat at cuz these folks don't care they nasty man I see some videos and I'm like oo oh my goodness where would you get the Elderberry probably um Mountain Rose I will probably get it from Mountain Rose Herbs the Elderberry you can grow Elderberry if you catch we what a elderberry plant from Walmart in the spring and it's it's giving us Elderberry already um what they do in these restaurants they just nasty they just nasty apple butter is so good food by faith um Garden to table she make apple butter and she always sell apple butter at soil family Expo and when I saw apple butter on her table I was like oh man it brought back so many memories apple butter on toast I was like oh yeah oh yeah so um Elderberry on your property good Elderberry is good um you know but we got to think about the The Big Picture This is why we created soil family Expo I just dropped all of soil family Expo videos on Facebook so you can check out what that weekend look like um it's an entire weekend of getting to know each other we hang out a lot we eat um we dance have a couple drinks we it's a family event the kids are safe we are Downtown saana Savannah Children's Museum the Railroad Museum um we are working on a a new location this year for one of our events which will be amazing it it'll be a class type of thing um but it's amazing it's an amazing weekend where we meet like-minded people meet each other you know we see each other in these chats but then you end up sitting at the table with somebody having a dinner with them and you get to know each other and you leave with family forever we learn from each other um it's a weekend it's it I mean it does cost to come to Savannah Hotel um dates for soil family Expo is April 5th so it's April 4th through the 6th um that weekend we do start dinners on that Thursday which is the 3rd April 3rd will start dinner at 6: p.m. I think it's 6 p.m. um that Thursday April 3rd so April 4th through 6 is the weekend for soil family Expo we have a new website that we are working on um and there you'll be able to register for soil family Expo you'll be able to register to be a vendor um you'll be able to pay for dinner you can make donations if you like um like we had Grayson fire she sent us a whole box of sunflower seeds one year I mean maybe 75 to 100 bags of sunflower seeds and she had um put them all in little baggies and put her sticker on there and we put them in all the Swag Bags because we give away seeds we gave away hundreds of thousands of seeds this year and it just made our heart happy to be able to send seeds all over the world world with people just we had a free seed table and all they had to do was pick and choose what they wanted flowers herbs vegetables fruit whatever was there it was there for their um you would like to be a vendor okay so once we finish the website it'll be soyf family.com um our new website once we finish setting up everything you'll be able to go on and sign up to be a vendor um we have a bigger space this year outside of the Savannah Children's Museum is in between Children's Museum and the Railroad Museum so you'll have the best of both worlds of all three worlds because soil family Expo will be there in the middle um it's just an amazing time we usually have uh Mayor Johnson popped in this year um commissioner Ellis is always there to give us a proclamation which we have hanging on the wall um the city just open up its doors us discounts Wet Willies usually offer us discounts um savan Candy Kitchen um Savannah B company I think that's the name of it Savannah be company the honey house like so much going on in one weekend but it's amazing live bands just the sights and the sounds of Savanah it it's amazing um meet and greet is free we just downtown on River Street getting to know each other it's a beautiful time it's a beautiful time because we need each other and my husband and I realized quickly that man a lot of these people online with each other for years never met we want to change that and we have been changing that and changing lives and it's it's just amazing to see all the smiling faces walk in on Thursday and Friday when they getting off the train or off the highway everybody excited to see each other and then Sunday when we have breakfast and Pula before everybody get on the road you see a bunch of Tears because nobody want to leave but they happy tears of um a positive weekend getting to know each other and and gaining new family members so Psalms we love to see you and Bean Juice here um and your husband cuz I see you on his account all the time so you got to drag him too so change thought with us um we got to trust God y'all we have to trust in God and stop feeling like we in control of everything we ain't in control of nothing we got we got a God that sit high and look low and and he is definitely in control um he is in the business of healing he can heal help us heal us he provided us with everything we need to heal we just have to get the knowledge we have to use our brain on we got to be careful when we in these stores we are human of course time is money um time mean everything to us but we have to slow down and take the time to to research things and do things for oursel a little bit more because then we can avoid these recalls because they taking us out and it's not fair to have to bury your loved ones because oops the apple juice is poison I think that's silly um just think about something to think about as you go on through your day um how good our God is if you are here you are blessed you are highly blessed if you are here a lot of people didn't wake up this morning some people are suffering because their loved ones didn't wake up this morning um some people are just suffering period And there are ways we can get through um over there in the hydroponic so I'm eating salad and fish I said that's all I'm eating this week and maybe next week we going to see but I have to pray for strength because you know life be life and and when you get used to eating and drinking what you want the way you want even though it might be homemade we still got to cut back somewhere we still got to pray for control so that we can live a healthier life um get your Cayenne shots in they are important that is your energy that's your your blood flow that's your weight loss that's your blood pressure medicine um get your Cayenne shots in so um I did do a live on the Hydroponics I I'll talk about it again because I do talk about it sometime but that's a great way especially now with the weather getting ready to change it's a great way to grow indoor have Hydroponics is great so but we'll talk about it more um I'll go live and show you our system juice watermelon Ry we I like making candy with h watermelon Ry y'all have a blessed day um Cayenne shot recipe is we use A4 teaspoon or so you can use more a little bit less if you're afraid of it of cayenne powder and a little bit of water um and you just drink it and it's great so today I am going to try I'm going to soak my cayenne pepper and chia seeds and some olive oil and I'm going to put that on my salad and see how I like that I don't know if I can drink it but I can probably eat it on my salad and um and tolerate that but do your research you know these things are important see what that cayen andne pepper is all about most people say oh I got stomach ulcers I can't take Cayenne it can actually heal a ulcer um can stop a heart attack it can stop a bleed we know that for sure but it can definitely heal you from the inside out so don't be afraid
