so red day guys red day today down 311 bucks down 45 bucks after hours it's part of the game guys let me tell you guys something if you guys can see your portfolio and it looks similar to mine you're down 2.9 you're down 3% or you know whatever don't get scared Don't Panic sell if you guys see all these people online saying oh sell your stocks sell your stocks the market is going to crash sell all your stocks and that's bull don't sell your stocks guys if you believe in your stocks hold on to them matter effect buy more of those stocks when they're red now I'm not going to buy any Nike shares because I'm up 900 bucks on the shares and it would be stupid if I would buy an average up right now but just keep that in mind guys you always want to keep that in mind I never looked at Apple Apple down it's not even down 1% today but it is in after hours if you add them both together down $152 on the day look at Nvidia it's now down 6.9%
