welcome to college football 25 after 11 years it's time for a brand new game and a brand new challenge as this journey will take us to Buffalo New York and start the Buffalo Bulls Dynasty I hope you're all ready for some action on the channel after all these years as I wanted to go to a completely new area of the country that I haven't done a college football series before so we're heading out East to Buffalo in the MidAmerican conference the Bulls are a one and a half star program and the coach that will be taking over to try and take them to the top of the college football world is the one and only Adam Kane a quarterback from my past Denver Broncos franchise and by far one of the biggest busts on the entire Channel but we're going to learn if he is a better coach then quarterback the Bulls program has only been a division one football school since 1999 they would win the ma conference for the only time in school history in 2008 the Bulls best stretch of play began in 2015 when they brought in Lance Leopold who was previously a head coach at division 3 Powerhouse Wisconson Whitewater the Bulls would peak in 2018 with a 10- win season then winning their first first bowl game ever in 2019 Lance Leopold would then leave after the 2020 season to Kansas and buffalo has gone 14 and 23 since then the University of Buffalo is perhaps best known as the school where NFL star khil Mack went this is not a program that's produced a lot of NFL Talent over the years Jared Patterson was their big star a few years ago and they a handful of players from Buffalo that are in the NFL today academic Prestige is by far the biggest recruiting draw to Buffalo right now in college football 25 there is a lot of work to do with this school the year one roster only has one player that is above an 80 overall and the top seven players on the team are all on defense if you choose this school and play now they're listed as a 64 overall offense and recruiting is not going to be easy as a one-star program we have fewer resources than most other teams and the player most interested in coming here is a punter we're going to have to build this program starting with one and two star prospects and maybe the occasional three star punter we're going to have our work cut out for us with an offense starting with such a low overall and a long road ahead of us us on the offensive side if you're excited to see this college football 25 Journey unfold with Buffalo please subscribe to the channel and leave a like on the video that would be extremely helpful and much appreciated I'm excited to get this series underway I know we have a long road ahead of us but this is what dynasty is all about I wanted to spend today introducing the team in this dynasty and next episode we'll get into our very first game which will be against FCS East but look out for our second game on the year against number 10 Missouri they scheduled this game on my birthday I'm worried about this one um mass is our third nonconference game and then we get into more of the max schedule and then independent Yukon shows up in week five as well but these are a lot of schools that I haven't really played against a ton in previous college football game so it'll be fun to see some new teams and new stadiums and get to know a new conference as a longterm goal in this series I'd love to take Buffalo out of the Mac one day when it's more built up and I'm eyeing a move to the Big 10 I know the ACC is more East Coast but I don't think geography really matters anymore in the world of College athletics and I think the Big 10 is just the more interesting conference to join but I know we're not going to be there anytime soon I've already gotten started with the recruiting in the intro and now we're in week zero so there's actually some progress being made here and it's not all good progress for instance I was hoping we could bring in maybe a two-star quarterback and perhaps that's still on the table but we've already been locked out by one of my top targets ens Slade MC Burrows who's locked us out and doesn't want to tell us why you'll notice in the upper right hand corner we only have 400 hours to spend each week I'm doing a series on the second Channel with the Miami Hurricanes they get double that and because our coaching staff is not developed at all we have D minus Prestige coordinators it takes us longer to scout players at a larger school I was easily able to scout players in only three sessions I have to spend 30 points basically to get all their rating information here with Buffalo I have to spend 50 points so I only have partial information on a lot of these players cuz I was just having to allocate resources so much differently a handful of players have already locked us out it seems to be a lot of the twar players that I had been targeting we're getting locked out by players who aren't even ranked in the top 3,000 th000 high school players we'll get more into recruiting after we talk about the roster but I wanted to at least introduce that and show you what kind of a challenge we have but let's talk about the starting point with Buffalo what do we currently have on this team as I mentioned earlier we only have one player that is above an 80 overall and that is senior linebacker sha dolak one might say he's the captain of this defense he has very good run stopping skills he's a good tackler has high awareness play recognition we'll be trying to make sure he can have a chance to have a big senior year if I mess up any names by the way just correct me I want to make sure I get stuff right but outside of dolak we have two more seniors on defense to lead the way safety Marcus fuka is a hybrid archetype player so he's going to have the ability to do a lot of things but he's better at man than Zone coverage so he might be our best tight end racer George wo is a run stopper and we'll need him and dolak to lead the way for stopping opposing running games what I am intrigued with is that there are a few sophomores that have popped up pretty high here on this team including our best cornerback I'm really hoping we can build a defense around guys like Charles McCaren he's 511 160 and he's going to be best it looks like in zone coverage at 160 lbs maybe not the most physical press corner but I don't see us playing a lot of manto man early in this series to begin with but we got to talk about offense now we know it's a low rated unit and at quarterback we have a senior CJ Agana a 72 overall he is a Scrambler archetype with 85 speed 85 throw power and accuracies that are relatively low but good throw on the run in year one we're going to have ogana but I don't know that there is a quarterback we're going to be building around for a few years as a starter on this team unless something big happens with their development there is Richie Watts a current sophomore who has 81 short accuracy but I don't know how easy it's going to be to develop players in this game that don't get on the field I'm so used to ncaa14 playing that game for 10 plus years and having so much Dynasty experience there but now so many systems are different from recruiting to player progression so I don't know yet what to expect from underclassmen who are just waiting for their turn our top running back here in year one is another senior it's jaquez barale a PowerBack you can fully expect this to be a running back by committee as cuz I want to mix in running backs with more explosiveness and pass catching skill and that's what we're going to count on alj Henderson and Lamar Sperling I notice Sperling has the highest catching by far to go with 90 speed and he's only a freshman so I think he's a player we could look to build around on offense and make sure we get him a lot of year one experience I think that we're going to have to look at utilizing our backs in the passing game a lot I think we're going to have some limitations with stretching the field so we got to find different ways to make production and at receiver I do have a couple sophomores here that I'm really looking forward to playing with now JJ Jenkins is the top receiver here a senior deep threat with 89 speed but I want to use these sophomore receivers a lot and here's Nick McMillan 61224 really good size 83 release he can get off the line of scrimmage he has pretty good speed to go with that size at 88 speed 86 acceleration and then perhaps the most intriguing is Chance Morrow from Charlotte North Carolina he is a 66 200lb wide out that I view as a big slot receiver he gets off the line really well so I'm not saying he can only play in the slot but he's one of the best route Runners on the team I think we can play him inside outside and hopefully at 66 you can throw throw it up and the 88 spec catch can take care of the rest a few times on the offensive line there are three more seniors that will start from the center to the entire right side there's a lot of players to replace immediately after year one which was a draw for me to pick Buffalo when I do a team like this I really want the chance to quickly get the players that I recruit onto the field and that usually happens naturally when you're using a one-star school but when you use one that has so many senior starters it's going to be Amplified and this roster is going to turn over a ton after just one year I always like to look at ratings across the entire team as well this is not a fast team overall the only player above a 90 is cornerback Oliver Bridges looking at these receiver ratings chance Morrow has the lead in a lot of different categories and he's only a red shirt sophomore so really excited about him jack Shields might walk into a starting job in season two and he already has the best accuracies at quarterback on the team but doesn't have the same Mobility that CJ Agana does and Agana has a few physical abilities as well including mobile resistance and extender along with magician I have to get to know these abilities there's so much to learn here with this being a new game and everything but his pocket movement pressure resisting on the run those are a couple abilities he has access to oh we can make him the captain here in this menu we got to have the quarterback is our captain does buffalo have a captain's patch I don't see one pass protection could be a problem early on and that usually is for a lot of onear programs but 77 is the best we have there with Tyler Dodie the Right Guard having the best skill set it appears for pass protection their unblocking ratings are actually a little bit low lower not really seeing much into the mid 70s defensively when we try to get to the quarterback we don't have a single pass rush move on this team that is in the 80s power moves at 79 is our ceiling right now so we're hoping for good things out of senior Edge rusher CJ Bazil we have some coverage ratings that get into the high 70s low 80s Jaden Oliver one of our best overall coverage players and one of our man cover specialist looks to be Justin Davis Summers a senior I've taken care of red shirts as well really excited now that red shirts can still have a chance to play in four games and this entire menu now is dedicated to seeing how many games each player has played in but if there was a player that wasn't likely to see playing time even if there was an injury at that position I've put the red shirt on him we'll see if I want to get anybody some reps late in the year we'll see in this series if we can build this program up and rewrite the record books here are the alltime career leaders at Buffalo including khil Max 28 sacks maybe one day we can have somebody that can challenge for Jared Patterson 1799 rushing yards he had back in 2019 but I'd be shocked if we ever match his eight touchdowns he put up against Kent State in 2020 in this Dynasty if you're not familiar with the way I do content over on this channel I will be playing every single game in this dynasty I will not be simulating I consider myself to be a pretty Sim player I try not to exploit the game whether it's on the field or off the field sometimes I put in house rules if there's an area of the game that is too easy to exploit and I am just obsessed with realism in sports games I will be playing this on Heisman difficulty and I'll probably have some minor tweaked sliders but I don't see like big slider sets being a necessity in this game I'm enjoying the way Heisman plays on default just a couple small tweaks I want to make but overall I'm really happy with the way the game is playing I'm probably going to start off with like 12 minute quarters 15sec runoff but I'm aiming for about a0 to 115 play per game game length is the target that's ultimately what is simulated most of the time when you simulate through and see what the other teams are doing so I want to be on an even playing field with them when it comes to scheme and Playbook we're going to start off with Buffalo's offense and their 425 defense I have ideas for how I want to build this offense up and the defense as well but I think as a onear program I really just have to see what is the caliber of talent we're bringing in and we want to make sure we highlight our best players so I'm not really set in stone on a style of play I'm looking to find players we can craft something around and then I always try to match the scheme to the players especially early on right now I'm trying to find a quarterback to develop for the future I have three on the board currently and here we have two star Eric Pacho from Connecticut 85 throw power 77 Short accuracy 88 speed if we want to compete I think we're going to have to give him that scholarship offer here first but I have to be careful with how I spend our time only having 400 hours a week during the season so I'm not going to get a chance to be as aggressive unless I want to only get a handful of players oh you got to be kidding me we have 29 seniors on their way out 13 of those play offense a bunch are on defense including six corners and three D tackles one of our kickers is going to be graduating but we have three kickers on roster thankfully so kicker depth is something they've thought about here in Buffalo 29 players how many players are going to want to come here in the transfer portal at the end of the year there might be a dozen Walk-Ons on this team I've got to get to work yeah I don't know if I'm going to be able to compete with these CC teams for a three- star running back what about two star running back Mike Allison got him 60% scouted we'll look to wrap that up 71 catching 67 spin in a lot of cases here I'm not even finishing the scouting on players cuz like I might need those points and I'd rather like put 10 points into seeing if we could increase the influence over uncovering the last information here that I feel fine about I need some speed here Doug mun 91 speed 66 catching yep we're definitely interested vertical threat tight end with 78 speed here we go and 73 catching 72 power moves that would not be bad now this is a junior college player CJ bars and yeah I'm already going to offer him a scholarship I like what I see here man I have not been scouting these two star players in a long long time the last time I started a big Dynasty on this channel was the end of 2016 with the Callis spell dynasty didn't take long to build them up into a much stronger program I think it's going to be tougher this time around all right there's a three star we actually have a chance we're in eighth place right now for Max Everett 88 speed 72 press 78 Zone coverage let's go we have to offer that scholarship and maybe we'll put a bunch of points into max here I have 55 remaining this is ridiculous and I like what I see here from one star running back Trayvon Roode now I can't offer him a scholarship right now because I'm already out of points let's see how they expect us to finish in the Mac this year they got us in the bottom half with Miami Ohio at the top every week we're going to see the changes with these prospects along with the players that are at risk of possibly transferring away we already have 29 players to replace no one else can leave I can't replace 30 in one year guys we Sim through week zero there are only four games and no major upsets it appears the Sim engine has been one of the things that seems like it needs some work here early on and as I'm recording this video there is no patch yet for the game I was wasn't sure if we'd get one here today or tomorrow possibly but I'll keep an eye out for that but I am excited to get this series underway with our very first game FCS East is on the schedule I really don't know what to expect the good news is that only three more players locked us out this week after like five in the first week and we are working our way up some of these boards now but if I want to get some of these players I'm going to have to offer more scholarships I've only sent out three so far we just took over first place for Eric Pacho that could be one of the better quarterbacks that we have a chance of getting this year of course early on we're trying to figure out what is most important to these players it looks like academic Prestige is one of those things for Pacho and that align with us perfectly but there could be other deal breakers that we don't have much chance of of solving so I'd kind of like to get a lot of info on Pacho early this year to see if he's somebody we can like recruit All Season to try and bring in or if we're going to be locked out I want to learn that quickly as possible three star Isaiah sermans now this one probably isn't as realistic for us to stay like in the mix for and he is a bust as a three star but man 79 power moves would already be one of the best on our team we're in ninth place right now but I think by offering a scholarship and putting some points into recruiting him this week we could probably get over a few of those other teams yeah we'll offer a scholarship to Cameron leer considering he was the player most interested in us in the first place can you believe there isn't a single fullback on the Buffalo roster we might be looking to change that and already running low on ours this week we're going to put everything we can into CJ bars we're in second place so we got to compete with temple but we're in this one I'm excited to get this series underway and as I said earlier I will be playing every game in the dynasty but I've really tried to improve my franchise and Dynasty formula over the last year and I've worked more on improving these Series so you're going to see episodes like the next one where we only go through one individual game but I've learned that not every game needs its own episode especially if you want to cover more years and not have it take months and months to make progress so there are going to be at times two games in a video maybe even more all depends on what I think makes sense for That season but I want us to move at a good Pace there will be different types of episodes and I'll learn as I go what works the best for myself and for those of you enjoying the series so if you're looking forward to more Buffalo Bulls Dynasty please subscribe to the channel and if you want to check out more content my second Channel MR Hurricane LP has a Miami Hurricane Series going on that's a bit different than this one's going to be but also if you'd leave a like on the video I'd really appreciate that here are Buffalo's uniforms by the way I love their helmets first off I think it's one of the best parts of this overall Jersey aesthetic but we got the all blue home uniform to go with the all white Road uniform and then the alternates give me kind of mid 2000's Lions Vibes a little bit I've always liked the black and blue look I think we have pretty good alternate jerseys for this series as well and it looks like we're getting five six different sets but that's going to do it for episode one everybody the Buffalo Bulls Dynasty is underway and I can't wait to see what's on the road ahead of us in this series I'll see you all with our first game later this weekend take care everybody enjoy the game if you're playing and I'll see you next time have a great day
