Sil to that's my sis she crazy but y'all already know who that is that's John tail circumstantial Saint y'all already know how we do we play independent music over here couple every day the week every day we do a show I literally play music uh and I want to bring my guest uh Robert Johnson uh crazy wasp on Twitter um and and today we want to talk about you know a couple different things um of course you know every time I bring Robert on I talk about Minneapolis and I talk about Minnesota uh but today I want to bring it a little bit further uh and I want to talk about the ghost of Dread Scott and the nfra and it called Black America in 2024 um you know a lot of people don't know that there was a lawsuit that was filed and they're trying to use the Constitution to get Kamala off the ballot uh this group's been around for years and I do want to play a video I do want to let Robert talk for a minute and uh I'mma shut up uh while I set up this video but I just wanted to be like people really need to do their homework and their research and because we've been through this before we've been through this with Obama and are we going through this with Camala you know what I'm saying so I'm gonna leave it at that and I'm gonna give it to Robert it's not there can hear me yep I can hear you okay good um well so with that the uh the group that was suing it wasn't the the official Republican party it's a affiliate type organization the acronym is NF it's like the National Association of whatever it's it's it's a separate group okay and what they were arguing I is specifically the the birthright citizenship portion okay and there's something called star diis which I'm going to share a screen real quick here give me one second let me get it up uh and that's a legal Doctrine which basically says that the Supreme Court and the courts have to go off of the previous Supreme Court decisions it's a binding Authority so can't just make up stuff if the courts already decided it they can't go back and and say hey I'm I'm just coming up with my own opinion now if things like the constitutionality things like that have changed then definitely they can re it okay but that's where you get like your Miranda Rights and stuff like that so if you throw out star disis or then what you're doing is you're basically saying the court gets to make up whatever and then every single court case that has ever been previously decided can can come back and be challenged again that I'm not sure if that makes sense no and it does but I have a question right so what we call that in let's say I forget the terms we talk layman's terms right you can't re that's unpr what do they call it um un precedence yeah right it's precedence exactly that's what I I want to tell people that you know what I'm saying a lot of things that we're dealing with in America we've never dealt with before because I I feel like and this is me personally this is my opinion you know that it's it's done on purpose you know I think people they don't really want to talk about you know the Willie Lynch syndrome they don't really want to talk about uh uh the miseducation of the Negro they don't want to talk about the makings of a a a negro Christian everything that was those systems are designed to keep us in check the Supreme Court rules on they're trying they usually try to go through look at it what was the legislative intent is it constitutional that type of thing but the thing it is like said the legislature comes up with a law then they they base it that hey you can challenge it on constitutionality but the Supreme Court's Bound by that the Constitutional Amendments the Supreme Court's Unbound by that so as far as uh them trying to the the allegation I've seen was that they're they're trying to get people to be basically slaves again no the an babies right the uh the the amendments to the Constitution that were made after that uh sort of prevent that except for the the one that that me and you both have a problem with which is the the the uh definition of the for a prosecutor like if you got if you got a crime so you can only be a slave if you've done a crime right so limitations well well you can only be a slave if you've done a crime so they outlaw SL right right indented slavery well no they outlawed it except for criminals right so if you do a crime you can still be a slave 13th Amendment same thing same thing with our state constitution we still have it in there that you can be a slave if you've done a crime right so that right there we probably need to relook at that definition okay um and that part can be challenged and probably should be challenged up to the Supreme Court level right is the the allowing of slavery for Crime um but as far as saying that it's just going to revert everybody's status back no it's specifically about the birthright citizens it's not even saying they're not citizens of the United States it's for the qualifications of office it's Birthright right exactly so when you are arguing something I I've I've argued and I've us I've used really crappy cases when I've argued something um that I was getting one specific portion of that case that is good that they ruled on and and it's it's help people does that make sense so when you're going through case law a lot of times they may they may have a the main decision but then they go through and they they explain their thought process right in that decision so if while they're explaining that thought process if they use something and they say something in there that that is then decisive that can help you you can use a bad decision to also help you in your defense oh and that's what I'm saying is like when people don't know the rules regulations because a lot of this [ __ ] was already done and played already before we were alive you know what I'm saying and things do change over time but I do believe like I said yesterday that we gotta understand history to understand where we're going because if we don't understand history I do believe we have leaders who are misleading people because they're misinform exactly and that's that's what even citizenship it was over qualifications for the presidency thank you or the offices that require natural uh n uh was it yeah natural born citizens whatever where you have naturalization right they're they thing on that way and in the AR uh articles I read on it the problem is is that with the definition that they're using is you have to have two parents of US citizenship to be a birth a natural born citizen and even in the Articles it says that this case probably isn't going to go anywhere because like George Washington was a British Citizen and you go down the because us wasn't created yet so using that definition would challenge even some of the original presidents and we probably don't want to do that so I doubt this case is gonna go anywhere but hey you know that's the one crazy thing I don't think it's gonna go anywhere either to be honest and uh I'm going be 100 I don't think it's going to go anywhere you know and that's why I wanted to play play this video but I wanted to say that you know everybody we're we've been hearing Camala is not black right but she's black now when it fits their narrative she's not black when it it fits their narrative but then she's black when it fits you know what I'm saying so I want people to remember that is she's only black when they want her to be and then she's not black when it doesn't work for them but I want to play this so I want people to listen hey morning remember when I said this to you back in 22 in an attempt to weaken the power of the black vote politicians in the state of Louisiana and Alabama are headed to the Supreme Court in order to redefine Blackness and who can be black that's right in 2022 white men are going to the Supreme Court to decide on who can be black in this country and then I said this and if Brown is overturned and enslavement as punishment for crime is not written out of state laws then all that takes us back to Scott V Sanford where the Supreme Court ruled that the constitution does not apply to black people free or enslaved and that the Negro has no rights that the white man is bound to respect and remember historically negro did not just simply mean black people it also included indigenous people as well well yesterday August 25th 2024 the Republican Party came out with this kamla Harris can't be president of the United States of America because black people aren't considered citizens under the Constitution that's right the national Federation of Republican assemblies has cited the infamous 1857 Dread Scott Supreme Court decision which stated enslaved black people weren't considered citizens and they did this to prove that kamla Harris can't be president of the United States and this is the paperwork they filed to do it they just didn't attack kamla Harris they also said the same thing about Nikki Haley and the ramaswami cter music I never thought the leopards would eat my face oh I never thought the leopards would eat my face but they are every nonwhite person who supports the Republican Party supports a party who believes you shouldn't even be a citizen of this country black Republicans especially you and I see you all over the country doctors lawyers nurses friends ex-cons you're supporting a party who doesn't even think you should be a citizen of this country how dare you and you sit there proud chanting make America great again and Let's Take America back to when it to back when it was great you know what's crazy is you know a lot of people don't understand is I don't have no problem problems with the with the Republican party you know what I'm saying because I've done my research I don't fall for everything that they say and I know a lot of the things that they do will hurt me right will hurt my community and a lot of people that don't look like me are I should say look like me don't understand that because they're so tired of the liberal [ __ ] the Democrat [ __ ] but we only have a two-party system to be honest well it it's either the Democrats or Republicans so do you either beat them or do you join them and we see more people that join it than we see beating it now I'm not sure about the first case that he brought up the Alabama one I'd have to go and look at that one to to see on that um but I do know that there's arguments within the black community on who can be black and and and right what the definitions are um right I'm not sure if that has anything to do with it at all um so I don't know enough to speak on that part of it as far as the party system I think that both both sides are very very corrupt uh I haven't I haven't voted Republican for for quite a while and when I the time that I did was only because uh Hillary was threatening uh benefits and we had we had gone through like three government shutdowns where we didn't get paid for months when I was in the military and so like when that happens like quite literally you don't get paid maybe for two months right oh damn so they they they well they they're able to feed you on base in that but like all your creditors and that you have to talk to them and legally they can't do much but like you get back pay then when Congress finally gets the stuff through but they both sides use the funding of the of the military or programs as something to hold over to be able to push agendas and bills right so they they add stuff to these bills that are really crappy like the the na uh what is it uh the ndaa National Defense authorization act with the Patriot Act stuff like that which allows them emergency powers or be able to spy on us and things like that and especially since 2001 both parties have been just pushing more surveillance and it doesn't matter right on so the left wants to surveil the right the right wants to surveil the left but the problem that you have is we all have our rights taken away the federal government just gets more power and that power should be reserved for the states and the local government exactly everything in the Constitution that's not exp explicitly granted to the federal government is reserved to the states and that's because if you have one state that ends up like California you don't have to have those policies throughout the entire us you know what I mean and same should be the same thing with the State Constitution and I it doesn't say say that we should revise a state constitution where all powers not specifically granted to the state is reserved for the counties and the same thing for the counties to the cities but um a lot of people don't they they get their panes in the bundle about the federal elections it's the that's that fear-monger and [ __ ] though because most of the [ __ ] that they talk about doesn't even affect us you know what I'm saying so it's like the [ __ ] that actually harms our community commity are that can change our community is actually more local exactly and if the president has that much power over your life that you're that scared you should stop and think why does a president have that much power exactly you know what I mean we don't the local judges don't run opposed most of the time and and those guys are the guys that have the most power over your life yes they do that is very true um I just want to play this for a couple of minutes I'm going to play this video from Chicago and um there they're talking about the illegals because people don't understand what Sanctuary you know because they they honestly cannot close the border I'm I'm just gonna say that you know what I'm saying everybody wants it closed they can't close it not like how we envision that we want it closed um but I do want to play this because because they talk about you know turning Chicago Red um and I do believe that in certain areas it is going to be hard uh to turn a to flip an area from Blue to Red um just because they they do I'm not going to play the whole 15 minutes probably only be a couple minutes uh but I want you guys to listen and listen to the people not only in just Chicago but also New York New Jersey um and other places so off putting the immigrants over in the police station [Music] and as they started to move them out of the police station they stly started to put them in our neighborhoods well the neighbors the neighborhood didn't want them the residents the citizens we pushed back but the deal was already done and so they were bringing in a lot of military AED men into the community I mean we're not blind we're not stupid we're not obtuse we know what's going on but unfortunately the people who run this city they don't care what the people things so they started putting them into quiet residential neighborhoods like Washington Park middle class black neighborhoods we're still pushing back we don't want them here the crime rate has gone up since they've been here that's a fact nobody wants to talk about it but we live it every day you heard that she said they are putting these illegals in middle class black neighborhoods see a lot of black people like to ignore this they think it's only impacting poor black folks no they are now placing illegal all over the place not just poor black neighborhoods but middle class black neighborhoods too and it's not just black people we all know about the migrant situation in New York City but now New Jersey is involved that's because a new situation in New York that's restricting buses from coming from the south with these migrants on board they have restrictions on when they could get into the city how they could get into the city so what's going on is that these buses are stopping at train stations in New Jersey imagine being so excited because you just bought a house in this neighborhood a house that cost around $250 $300,000 and you decide to go for a walk you go for a walk to the CVS is just right around the corner and look what you run into a bunch of white tents do you know what it means when you see a bunch of white tents those white tents right there are housing probably close to 2,000 e legal immigrants in a neighborhood right here in Chicago how would that make you feel wow I just built the most amazing workflow on monday.com you build your own workflow why there are a bunch of amazing pre-made templates you can just choose from nah I'm a custom made kind of gal I work with a lot of vendors so I made my own if they decided to put these up in your local CVS neighborhood I think where these tents should go these tents need to be moved on over the million dooll neighborhoods where the politicians live move them right over to your neighborhood I went to Mike chago's house yesterday Brandon Johnson I went to his house there were no tents around his neighborhood there was a policeman sitting outside of his house and there were orange cones in front of his house protecting his house is spilling over impacting everybody from legal Hispanics to other legal immigrants black people and white people shout out to numbers USA they spoke to black folks in Chicago to hear what they had to say about the migrant crisis and and how is destroying the black community we're going to get into it but first take a second to make sure you're subscribe to the channel and click the notification Bell for all updates won't waste any time let's go ahead and get into it what policies would you like to see in place that would um limit the um amount of people that are there well listen there are policies on the book in Congress already they need to enforce the laws that are already on the books these people are here illegally again they're not seeking assum if they were seeking Asylum they would have gone to the first country that would have granted them Asylum which would have been Mexico what I would like to see them do if they're here illegally they need to go back to their country of origin and that's immediately we have no allegiance to these folks okay we don't care where they're from this is 100% true we don't owe these people anything yet they're getting thousands of dollars in food stamps free rent education vouchers cash loans back in 2019 I purchased my first food truck it cost me over $25,000 I paid it cash money I worked hard to pay for this truck I'm now selling it because I'm just going to I'm doing other things but I'm selling it I had a guy come to look at purchasing my vehicle or my food truck and he explained to me he's an illegal immigrant he has no credit he has has no money in the bank but he showed me his paperwork that he will receive funds to purchase my food truck I'm thankful that he's buying it but I'm hurt that I work so hard to pay cash for my food truck I have good credit can't even get a business loan because of color my skin I have veterans in my family I'm a veteran I've been self-employed for so long but somebody please tell me how do I work so hard to have somebody who comes to this country not long no credit and he shows me paperwork where they'll be funding him money does the Democratic um wow wow wow wow wow wow wow is really all I can say because you know here here's the one thing that I will say is that you when people put up receipts about you know EBT I ain't never seen no $15,000 in food stamps or no $4,000 in in cash you know what I'm saying for you know what I'm saying resources um but to see [ __ ] like that and people like oh it's not happening I'm sorry people it is happening and it doesn't matter because I sit there and I wonder right most of these states that we talk about where the migrant crisis are ridiculous are Sanctuary cities are Sanctuary States so why are we discussing that because I want to tell people this if it's a sanctuary State like Illinois they're not supposed to work with the federal government but what does that receipts look like that they're working with the federal government because EBT Federal well welfare it's a it's a federal program the money you see on them EBT cards those are federal programs so I don't want to sit here and I I know personally that when I apply for [ __ ] like that that's the federal government that's the state government so that's I know that they're helping people other than that they can help people oh definitely um and on that it gets real interesting because they've been pushing that for a while right here's the other thing look at the states that would be having less uh House Representatives uh representing them due to population right like I don't know Minnesota almost dropped off a c few but they include people that are not citizens in the census so that's how some of the redistricting in that that's how they do it okay and they've been doing that for quite a while uh the US hasn't had a replacement birth rate since at least the 80s and what they've been doing is they've been bringing in refugees and people from other countries in order to uh maintain the facade that's going on because our our entire economy is based on ever expanding right uh consumers right okay we're a consumer-based economy and same thing with all the if you don't have less people paying taxes but then you have all these benefits like Social Security things like that um you need more taxpayers to pay in and if you're not naturally producing those taxpayers in order to keep up the facade of what's going on you sort of got got to replace that um and the way they're doing it I don't agree with the the current organizations like hi uh the Hebrew immigrant Aid Society is behind a lot of it and they are open about it and they're pushing it and uh people thought that the right was just all crazy on this stuff when they were talking about it many years ago I think we're past a point of no return on it the current people coming over though aren't NE necessarily women and children and those women and children are being trafficked okay there's thousands and thousands of kids that have gone missing uh that end up in the system um there's I mean these people get trafficed I don't know how else to say it we used to uh there's a a bombing range out uh east of sorry west of Yuma called the chocolate mountain aerial Gunnery Range it is not a nice place that is where they practice dropping the cluster bombs okay they they practice bombing out there uh there's a a group out there uh near Slab City that's a bunch of crazy a lot of them are are meth heads out out byce lab City and they go out and they they uh they do scrapping out on the Range they'll they have blacked out tail lights and that they'll go out in an active bombing range and actually sit there and wait for the bombs to go off and then go get the tail and stuff like that off of there okay but it's not like a place that normal people would go right when we were doing operations out there I was Med medical coverage for EOD when we go do the range clearing to build the targets again we had problems where they had been shot at before by uh illegal coyotes going through there this is the type of area that they take these people through okay active bombing ranges there we you you find kids clothes you'd find their backpacks you'd find you don't take kids through bombing ranges man and some of those bombs like you you you move them wrong or you touch them wrong it'll blow up right in your face I mean it's it's it's no joke so it's not Humane to being them to be pushed through those types of situations also over by with the very Goldwater bombing range is another area that they come through um and so it's it's really not safe the areas they're taking these people through um I I have friends that have tried to apply for Asylum uh one of them when I was out in Yuma that I met was from Egypt he had been a professor in the college and set up for a political track and he didn't agree with it the state and that and he he wanted Asylum here they refused him and he ended up having to go back his him and his wife had converted actually and they were having death threats and they they they sent him back that saying that uh you know so he I'm not sure what ever happened to his family um I I sure hope they're okay I sure hope they his wife and kid hope they're okay too people like that that probably should have Asylum that could contribute to the US that I mean doctorate level professors right I've seen that um there's a foreign exchange student that we used to host out in Arizona that was from Vietnam and she had went in to Arizona Western College she got her Associates there she went on in New York and she got a double bachelor's degree in hospitality and business management her her uh Visa was going to end less than usually you have six months afterwards to be able to find a job they weren't going to renew it because hers ended Les less than six weeks afterwards and the funniest thing is um guess who ended up hiring her so that way she could stay in the US but with with a job right because she she had skills and that um was actually Trump Resorts is the one that hired her so people want to say whatever about Trump on IM immigration I know an immigrant that had skills that had gone gotten a double major from a college in New York that was able to stay here because Trump gave her a job and and the pay is so much different that's what people do not understand is that our money means more I mean I know people I watch Tik toks from other countries and I see like to do grocery shopping of like it's he spends like $1,000 every time he goes in there and it's not that much but it's not really $1,000 our money because he only spending really like 30 40 bucks but in their money it's way more so I really think you know people you got to understand is that people want to come over here isn't that the American dream you know what I mean so it's like yep right I agree I agree right right the other side of that is they're pushing these guys to be able to become cops right join the military and I I'll tell you what has happened to the military guns licens for guns my last command was Ms one which is a Marine Corps version of Top Gun okay the instructors there are set up for command track meaning that they're going to be commanding officers of a unit after they get done there or they're set up for uh like general staff type type positions okay so General staffs have have people that work underneath them but I mean that's a very good position to be able to get promoted um they had gone to a conference at 29 Palms this is right around 2012 2013 and they were asked if they would fire on American citizens this is well Obama was in office their response was written down I saw quite a few of them getting out of the military and these are guys that had almost retirement time in 17 18 years they gave up retirement to get out of the military because they warned someday the military will fire on American citizens okay you look at covid what was that to do it vetted out the people in the military that would stand up for no we're not we're not going to take this experimental shot that actually had so anybody that'll just go along with the system is who we have now there's a recruiting crisis and we've always had a path to citizenship through the military so that that's not a new thing um I had a friend from from Ghana who had been an administrator of entire school district for the entire State okay um where and where he lived in Ghana and that when he came over here uh because he didn't have citizenship had to be working in warehouses and that and he joined the military to to get citizenship so it's not a new thing but the thing of it is though is if these people that are coming over here aren't beholden to the Constitution of the US they're going to do whatever the government tells them to it's the same thing with the Constitutional sheriffs there's some good parts about that and bad parts about that but you need cops not to violate the constitution you know that's that's the one thing that I've always thought about because you know when they blast these these illegals right these these legal migrants whatever on camera are when they for doing a crime right right they always want to say this and that but I do agree with Ben it's the freeloaders because they labeled them they labeled them as white so what does that do because and then they redistrict them that's why I honestly don't see Chicago turning red you know what I'm saying because they have enough people already in there to overturn an election that they want to use them how many times have we seen stories just this month in the past couple weeks that there had PE illegal are getting they're on vote you know what I'm saying so the stuff that happened up like at the chop in Seattle right like that was allowed to happen and Trump was using federal agents to just whisk people away without a trial right uh and then put them in confinement and then and I was against that because you actually have to do it constitutionally okay and now the the left is saying they're going to use the same tactic against the right and they have been so you're having is a weaponization of the federal government and that's that's my big thing is like again you're thinking that they won't do it um they're setting up people to become those people that have no beholden to the US they're beholden to whoever brought them here and a lot of these people are are probably former CIA um give me one second here I'm going to share a screen um there's something called uh the Western Hemisphere Institute for security cooperation also known as windek okay this used to be called School of the Americas okay this group is is called so America's watch for a reason they shut down the school of the Americas that was who we used for Iran Contra and stuff like that and uh all the CIA coups we actually brought the the uh military people and the the the Hunter and the whatever else the paramilitary troops that that did the the stuff in Nicaragua that did the overthrowing of the government in Guatemala we trained them at Fort bidding Georgia okay it was school of the Americas that's what we used to train our foreign Warriors okay um they shut it down supposedly but no instead what they did I'm going to share a different screen now um is they switch names and it's now called Western Hemisphere ins for security cooperation they're still doing this okay and a lot of the Warlords in Mexico were former military trained at the school of the Americas we have trained these guys okay and so what I'm saying is some of these guys coming across when Trump called him bad ombres he probably W I mean not all of them but some of these guys are trained mercenaries that were proberly trained at the school of the americaas at Fort Benning Georgia wow okay and so if they've been trained to overthrow governments or cause problems because what they do is how clandestine Services work is the CIA goes in there right and it'd be like them going into LA right and they give they give guns to the to the Crips and they say hey as long as you're killing Bloods you're good expecting them not to rob a bank just don't use it at and we've been doing that for a very long time um this school of the Americas was set up quite a while ago um we still have been doing those clandestine operations where we fund bad guys against other people and then why are they bad guys we funded the Taliban we knew they were bad guys and we're like hey as long as you're killing Russians here's weapons man here's weapons same thing with the Kurds we and then we did the Iranians against the the Iraq that was Iran Contra um you know we gave Saddam weapons too so we destabilized regions for corporations benefit Smedley Butler was the one who first called it out Smedley Butler was a two-time Medal of Honor recipient um Who had who is a World War I vet who came out uh right around World War II and he said war is a racket how do I know I've been there I didn't realize it at the time but we were fighting for United fruit company right we were fighting for these companies and it's not anything about America and we shouldn't be sending our kids to go die for corporations well after World War II uh the CIA got started and doulis brothers brought their old uh clients from Sullivan and Cromwell uh things like Anglo-Saxon oil company that was a reason why we did the coup in Iran I mean like quite literally these companies now are then running the CIA and then you have Rand Corporation with Game Theory and Game Theory is basically uh if you've seen the movie A Beautiful Mind what they did is they figured out that if we do not only what is best for ourselves but what is best for others we succeed as a group okay they know that and they use that against us and they divide people and they control what options they put in front of you so they don't necessarily control your mind but they just control the options that are put in front of you and by doing that then their guy gets in whether it be Republican or Democrat the last real President we had was JFK and you saw how that went every president since then been has been selected Not Elected I'm just going to say that right up front okay and it's been to push their goal of more government power and it goes down to the local levels you know and that's the reason why we need to be focusing on our local politicians and our local government government as well is because uh they're seeding power to other entities at your local level your your mayor signing on to these sdgs and they're getting grants for these things so what what they do is that the un uh programs that they have for let's say green energy green energy can be done in a in a very nonsense or sorry very sensical way that is not crazy okay right there's Tech Technologies out there but what they do is they they Dingle a carrot and they say hey it'll cost $100,000 but we'll give you 75 of that to do our little program but then you're spending $25,000 of taxpayer money on a program that a foreign entity is dictating it's not the local government it's not the citizens it's this foreign entity that's dangling this carrot for free money it's it's not free money it's like saying hey a soda is a dollar but you can get two for a150 not saving money by getting two just 50 and that's what they've done and it's the same thing on the social side of it and they've pushed the social side with the judges with the politicians you have these think tanks behind the scenes the think tanks are huge those are the experts they go to and they're non-elected officials so you have these think tanks the Chambers of Commerce you have the the police officers associations you have um the uh business associations you have all these associations that have influence over your local government right that is non-elected that's making decisions for you instead of the people and that you wonder how you have these things pushed with education and everything else it's the teachers unions it's the they're not elected positions you know and it it's gotten away from each person having a voice now the corporations and unions have the voice these think tanks have a voice that weighs what what we have and that's where you get these immigrants flying in and what they do is they say here's some money if you do this plus then you know you'll get you'll get voters and and we'll make them citizens to where they'll vote for you and that's that's how these people stay in these positions of power and it's been going on for quite a long time long time long time and it's sad because people don't even realize you know what is actually being done because they all think in their mind it's a conspiracy theory when it's actually the truth and I want to say something because you were talking about programming and I want to put up the definition of programming um and and I'm doing that for a reason because they do it right there in our face but we don't under words have meaning and we don't understand that people don't understand that so programming is if you if you look at it it is programing now what does programming mean it means in action or process of scheduling something especially radio or television programs now everybody thinks that it's an action that has to do with you know they schedule what we watch on TV they schedule what we look at on social media that's why they call it a lithogr because everything they do it's already it's it's scheduled there's no everybody talks about free no they put in front of I'm gonna show you something right because I just saw this this morning this is about the the the state fair I'm GNA show you the black state fair right this is Minnesota's black state fair from last night and as you can see we had bad storms in Minnesota uh they're asking for um volunteers right uh we all knew the storm was coming earlyer yesterday morning I don't know why they didn't plan ahead I'm not sure um but they're asking for donations they're it was in the caboa I don't remember that it's always been on Chicago um that's why I don't [ __ ] with these people anyways but I just thought this was weird because if you look at the oh it does have sound e sh that's the black state fair so but I want to show what the Minesota State Fair looks like and St Paul so this is in Minneapolis uh the black State Fair is in Minneapolis the Minnesota State Fair is in uh St Paul but this is is how they were yesterday when it was raining these are the difference of you're not seeing people asking for donations and you know not they closed down today they're not asking for donations they're not asking for volunteers because these people get paid part of that difference is how much money's going in there the state fair has a lot of money that goes in there and oh they definitely do they definitely do they definitely got tons of money they probably have a lot of insurance too right you know what I mean if you don't have insurance to cover it then your losses your loses and first of all the people don't help you anyways they'll laugh at you and talk about you before you they ever do anything to uh to to obviously um to help you I thought this was funny though the never walls thing because you know I did go on uh Reverend Tim Christopher's uh podcast last night his show and I I thought I wanted to to talk about the never walls thing is because you know with the Amy kashar my thing of it is is we have enough in the in the community the black community to already beat them right but see there's a point where you have certain people that you know we brought up Walter and AK as examples they they come into our community and and say one thing in person and then go online and say another where regardless if I like them or not that's not about this right it's about how we don't get no real change because if you look at the voter polls the voter roles not the polls the roll whatever um you see that Wards four and five in the worst areas of our state don't have any voters don't have any get whing down there okay Whiting Whiting actually grew up in Louisiana and she ain't she grew up in a bad part okay and she said she ain't afraid to come down there you guys just her getting down there okay um and the reason I say that is she's anti-war by because she is a vet okay she's been she's been in combat and seen this seen what goes on and she she knows that it's just a a racket for companies okay she knows that we're just fodder for the the globalization uh so she's against Foreign Wars you know she's about local power local control um and she'll listen to people man you need to get Whiting down there and I've been telling her to go down there too I know we can get her hooked up with be awesome man um because yeah uh I think that she has some policies that you guys would like um and also pushing the equal and fair right applications of the law and right of the Constitution because most of the people from that I've met from up there aren't talking all this crazy crap they want the cops to come in and deal with stuff they just want it to be equal fair and constit tional right I mean that's shouldn't be a A leftwing or right-wing issue on that it should be I don't know a human rights I mean it's not it's not that hard but again Minneapolis is going to have to deal with their corruption and the stuff that you guys were talking about last night has been going on for quite a while I have some articles here to share with you in a minute um based on what you guys were talking about you have to realize that judge scogan okay judge Cahill Mike Fern stall those are the guys that used to run together in this little group in the prosecutor's office right and uh they were in control of what what happened you realize that in the late 90s and early 2000s that they were only Prosecuting the rough crimes they weren't doing the other crimes just like today you there's the exact same problem exact same so the cops weren't bringing the cases to the prosecutor because the prosecutor would prosecute and that was under hey cloar right you know and then for the the reason I said that about the star diis earlier is if you toss that out they're going to be able to use things in Minnesota okay In Minnesota where they can be able to use that wrong side of the tracks argument again in the early 2000s that was thrown out and they said hey you can't use that you can't just say oh these kids are are are super Predators from the wrong side of the tracks and that and you're closing arguments that's unconstitutional well as soon as judge scogan right and kahill got to be judges from the prosecutor's office they allowed it and hardly anybody challenged it up to the Supreme Court so Fern stall was able to use it in cases like brell uh hes you go down the list and I'm not saying anything about brell's current stuff I'm just saying the original one um and hey I don't know if the kid did it or not but I'm saying that there was issues with the way they process the scenes and cases okay with what they were doing and if I want the Constitution applied to me I can't say that you don't get the Constitution too right people don't get pissed off at that but if they're not doing it constitutional the case needs to be looked at because I want the Constitution applying to me which means it better as hell apply to you too right but people don't think like that they they want special treatment for them and then when they're up there they want it to be different so these these judges though skogan and Cahill have been in for how long long right but yet isn't kahill retiring I'm not sure probably there's Warriors within the black community that would make great great judges Martha Holton dem's not the gal to put up okay uh and I I have nothing against her personally uh I I have looked into her record she did a crap job as a judge she violated supreme court orders to show up to court dream covid for people that were in custody so people that weren't in custody you can do it via like what we're doing now if the person's in jail the judge had to show her ass up so that way the person could see a judge she didn't she refused to I mean stuff like that that it was just she didn't know when I talked with her in person at Shiloh Temple okay we were we were going to back her possibly we talked Spike Moss there okay and and in the in the pastor the bishop Harding Smith right there was only four say Harding Smith there was only four of us in the audience for her for her thing with uh with with with moss okay I asked her afterwards about the read process a the read process the old school interrogation technique that they used which has been tossed out even wicker him Associates which was their main trainer on it tossed said no we're not training on that anymore so I just asked her about her thoughts on the constitutionality of it and she said what what is that I have no clue what that is so a judge and now you're going for attorney and you don't even know the process that the cops use then yeah I have a problem with you being a damn judge you know um marry may not have been the best option but there was only two options it was a lesser of two EVS I mean so then if if people want to they're going to be running Martha again if if you get a third person in there that's decent um they'll probably win but you need somebody that's balanced and constitutional not an activist judge right um You need somebody that's going to follow the rule of law which I mean they not judge an activist lawyer um it's the henen County Attorney right um but also for the judges too you don't want an activist judge um that's going to be uh the do things unconstitutionally you're not applying things equally and fairly either you know but for the for the hien county attorney they have a lot to say on how they prosecute things who gets prosecuted you know what they're not looking into they're not looking into the White Collar criminals okay I thought crazy that there was I heard yesterday that they were gonna run Keith Ellison for that position and I'm like why my eyes the only reason why would be then set him up for governor because a lot of times people go from henen County attorney to to then Amy clar's position right right that's a fern stall was trying to run for governor his first time around and that was okay in 98 when when when they when they were doing the debates uh it was cloar and um oh I forget the blonde lady's name she's real good she's a a really decent balance person I forget her name anyway they were arguing about it and they basically said that that the henin county attorney's position has been just filled by a politician that does jack [ __ ] for uh and that was that was in 98 that they were saying that right now Fern was just trying to be Governor like his daddy not Fern stall sorry uh Freeman Mike Freeman not Fern stall I apologize Mike Freeman was just trying to be Governor right um because his daddy was Orville Freeman Freeman okay and his dad had worked under LBJ and if you don't know about the uh the Billy solest cotton Scandal that they had with yeah so Freeman's dad was involved with the mob and then he went on to the CIA worked for business corporate uh business corporation international which was a CIA front guess who worked underneath him at that Obama that's Obama's ties to the CIA was a business corporation international so you you look at Freeman then wanting to be governor in that well look forward to him on the Amy squeezy complaint right what did he say people got mad about the womanizing stuff that he said or the the gal stuff he said big white men won't rule the world anymore he's talking about the mob okay they don't go after the mob up here they don't go after the white collar criminals they don't go after the people that are running these uh rackets with the slum Lords they know what's you know that they're not maintaining their properties and that they're laundering money and that they're doing things like that um but you don't go after them why cuz those are the people that are donating to your campaigns oh that's another story right there and that's you know what's crazy is because I always thought about that [ __ ] is why don't people you know I sit there and I look at Mayan I look at Marvin and then I look at like [ __ ] Keith and then I look at uh don Samuels I look at Elon Omar and politicians and [ __ ] these are people that really literally affect my daily life and yet some of them say I should have a voice and then some of them say I shouldn't like where do I sit with that [ __ ] because I literally have to go you know that's the one thing why I don't [ __ ] with most people in this this this movement is because a lot of them we don't even see eye to eye when it comes to elections because they believe that Camala and and and wall balls to the walls is going to be our white savior you know what I'm saying I don't believe that I I do I believe it's going to be we the people and I don't believe that Harris or walls or Trump or Vance are going to affect what I'm doing November 6th well a really good job of community organizing okay right and and especi there are open Communists that are teaching in schools here in Minnesota they're teaching I mean I have no problem with it but if you don't want to put if you're going to be teaching communism stuff then the right gets to teach them hey what's the opposite of Communism who did they who who fought them oh wow let's not go there right then did you don't want people to push the rightwing stuff you can't be equal equal opportunity so if you're pushing commi stuff then people get to push the opposite which was basically Nazi stuff okay so that's that that's equal opportunity and freedom of speech if you say otherwise you're restricting it to one side right so and the second part of that is all that the the commies up here have done a very good job and they're open commies okay they they they when I when I was I made a joke about it they're like oh no I am a commi well okay then you're you're a commi you're the one that said it so but what they're doing is they're doing the community organizing with these kids in the schools in the communities they get out there and get local small scale socialism Works what that is and it's voluntary you have to have it be voluntary what that would be is like hey the community owns the school and the community owns maybe some of the businesses right and the community may provide a house for the teachers right so you have to pay them less people provide them with a house that they get to live in while they're teaching type thing and okay that type socialism wouldn't necessarily be bad but when it's the large scale Force socialism especially the communism what happens is these activists if if ay does get in at the federal level and we are a communist state these activists will be the first ones to be called because that's exactly what they do is they use these to get in and then those are the people that would rise up against them so they call them okay but they've done a very good job at Community organizing at the local level the GOP doesn't the GOP just sits back and and makes these quips and these onliners and 1288 The Patriot yet I used to I used to listen back in that day when I had my problem with with Jordan there they laugh me they laugh me the hell away and I grew up in the Republican party I I door knocked when uh who who is uh Pen's lieutenant governor molnau Carol molnau when she was running for the local I knew her kids man you know yeah so like I've been very involved with it you know and they just tossed me aside because they didn't want to deal with a the code stuff and and they didn't want to hear anything about it so that's when I really was like okay I didn't like you before but now I really don't like you really don't like you you know you're just saying one thing but they they like these little quips and these these onliners and these but they have no they have no substance okay the GOP up here the only thing that they have is we're not them we're not them reduce taxes for businesses we're not them what what policies do you have nothing the only thing you have is to sit here especially emmer Emmer's just trying to get into a federal position dude right and he just sits there the guy's not a good guy he's lost too many times he's not even able to run for governor probably because he'll lose again he's tried it before heor rest in peace I about you know Jim heg dor or I think about you know um what's her face uh Jennifer caran you know and it's like Laro right let's go back to Lazaro that's when they were using the college Republicans to uh recruit underage girls they were using the College of Republicans as a prostitution ring right so some of the writers for uh for Alpha news I have some questions about because they ran the college Republicans at their their their uh college right around that same time so I do have some questions for Alpha news especially Lizzy and them you're right right sorry I didn't mean to go off no you're good you're good I was reading a comment but I I do agree with Ben because they it is they both are corrupt and they they will remove you because I've seen that with you know uh they po here's my thing of it is why I don't like the Democrats right and and there's I don't like their policies because they they failed me more than anything they failed my family um but one of the uh one of the reasons is John Thompson you know uh and Hugo he he they were all gung-ho behind him even though he said some very CU I I keep watching that video over and over again and I see the black girl going in the house in the background when he's yelling and spitting whatever and I'm just like damn so you mean to tell me that they got a black girl living in their neighborhood in Bob Crow's neighborhood and she doesn't feel scared she doesn't feel scared an interesting cookie okay so if you go back to the early s part of what made him the way he is is when he was a rookie um and this is just my opinion I may be wrong but when he was a rookie he was out on a response this was right around the time it was right before Hof and that but you know how they had those uprisings about uh uh the like uh mind blank Rodney King in that right and then afterwards up here you had any any arrest that would happen people would get upset well they were doing a valid arrest they were called for like in a domestic or something like that or was an assault you know and uh they they were doing a valid arrest and uh somebody grabbed the pipe and beat the hell out of his uh his partner put him in the hospital in a coma and then uh almost knocked him the hell out like with a with a a pipe okay so after that he sort of decided yeah these guys are all thugs well from his experience dealing with things in the community trying to do response as a law enforcement officer rightfully they had gotten sort of thugged up so if that's what's happening then sharief even said it right it's easy to get jaded if you're doing that even if you come in with the right ideas so I'm not giving him an excuse but I'm pretty sure that's what made Crow right right I definitely agree guy has some good sights to him and he has some bad sides to him he has a really hot temper though I I just think that's like arond you know what I'm saying it's the old ex-chief you know everybody brings up that about Derek shavin but let's talk about aridon because he allowed that [ __ ] you didn't see him speaking out he was ex he was silent he was silent and the crazy thing of it is I think his book's going to sell all because of the name Ronda which is one of the greatest black neighborhoods in Minnesota that has done the most traumatic Minnesota's been the most traumatic too is Rondo so it it it really will this well some of some of the clamp down from the 90s and early 2000s the community was asking for it too right the things that R is saying about how what needs to happen up there is exactly what people were saying and I have articles on it that I can pull up where people were begging them to be bringing in the police uh cracking down on the kids more right and and the curfew stuff but the problem is and they also railroaded kids so kids are going to get railroaded again and this is a it's a pendulum that happens every about 20 to 30 years me of you me and you have gone over this right um starting in up here in 68 then you go back to the 30 Riot so it's actually been happening since early 19 hundreds up here well every 20 to 30 years you have this swing where there's an uptick and crime in that and it's usually facilitated by a response from the cops or city like the 68 riots right A lot of it is when jobs get shipped off and whatever else then anyway you you'll have a laxing of the laws leading up to an allowing of crime leading up to then all of a sudden it gets to a Tipping Point where the community begs them to be more um forceful right and the state begs them to be more forceful then the cops come in they crack down and a lot of times they just round everybody up it doesn't matter who um you're going to get tossed in right we'll figure it out later yep and then and then you have it where it laxes up again and then and then you had that from the 68 you go 30 years that's the early 90s right okay or the late 90s you know 20 to 30 years and then you go 20 to 30 years from that and you have exactly what's going on now so I mean it's it's a pattern that we've noticed by looking at history so maybe we should be like um so let's let's improve the community and not let these outside influences do this because who makes money off that right how much how much money do they make per funeral that they can't even pay for some families can't even pay for it those those Pastors make a lot of money P funeral they also make money out there talking about the marches that they're doing and same thing with the community activists like Spike Moss like like Ellison like mcy those are the guys that that were marching against pays those are the guys that were marching against other people um you know the crazy thing of it is they always want to do something that it it's supposed to be good but it always [ __ ] somebody over man that's the one thing that I will say because that March that they had for Marvin about Marvin um he didn't do nothing he was sitting at home whatever maybe sleeping maybe showering whatever he was doing uh but to call it something that that happened as a historical you know a part of history that our American history and then to know that somebody was railroaded oh very much so that case is so jacked up like cops withheld evidence they didn't look into the first person the first suspect they didn't check his Alibi um you go down the list on that they they withheld evidence of gun guns being at the flower shop okay they uh supposedly uh a revolver now discharges casings no the the gun that they claimed was used was actually used the guys who testified against him all those kids were caught later on that day actually doing an armed robbery of a vehicle and they rolled those kids saying that they were going to go down for the murder too okay and the gun supposedly used at the flower shop was used at the same time almost within an hour whatever over at that armed robbery they have that gun in custody okay that's a gun that they so yeah that's that's how they railroad people but the thing of it is though okay who who was running the The Gangs who has who has ties to the Vice Lords or whatever else these are gang pass when I say that mcy got up and said to the Vice Lords and the Bloods or whatever else at's funeral okay uh Ellison had had these ties he's worked with them Bobby Joe Champion represents them okay Champion I mean Bobby Joe Champion represents them literally so I mean it's not too far to say you know that's the crazy thing because I really feel like you know I was somebody showed me a video the other day about this kid he was practicing doing his homework with his parents talking what mom was asking him what's two plus two or three plus two and they like explaining the eggs and the chickens and and all that [ __ ] right and I'm like no matter how much you explain this [ __ ] to somebody just like me and you were're ordinary citizens right but with the experience of how the system has [ __ ] us but every time we come out and say something that it's our fault we did we didn't do it right not that the system is that fault but that we are wrong so I've always wondered of why when mainstream media comes out with like Agape being ran by Bloods being founded by Bloods they take that as truth but when ordinary citizens say it it's a lie because we've been screaming about that for CH never went down and Teen Challenge was having people deal drugs out of there I have documents that show that that was back in the day but I mean quite literally they were dealing drugs out a Teen Challenge I mean so I mean these things happen and people know it the thing of it is though is let's say me and you are friends right and let's say me and you are part of a club let's just say uh it's the uh Good Old Boys Club of southeast Minnesota right yeah and uh and let's say you get you get get in trouble for something but let's just say I'm I'm I'm uh a community leader right yeah and let's just say you you did a hit and run and you end up killing somebody right and uh I I I have connections in the community so what I do is then knowing that you're guilty I get information from the cops on the crime so that way I can help the community find who did it and instead of saying that it's you I say hey let's say that uh Marcus wasn't a part of our group right and I say oh no it was Marcus and I have the and it was it was this vehicle and whatever else and that's how they I'm just saying that's how they do it they keep their guys out of prison by doing that that was exactly the racket that uh was alleged in the investigation that Keith messed up about that being on a payr role of Taylor Trump Robert hipley is the only one that went down for that right and Bert hipley was one of the officers in the Marvin Haynes case wow so you're saying one of the officers in the Marvin Haynes case was giving information to the gangs to frame people you know what's crazy because uh you know that's this the the crazy part for me right is because I've read a couple of Court transcripts right they might be old but I read them right and and one of them is from a Sergeant's lawsuit with the MPD well I was reading it and Lisa Clemens came up and I was like wait because people really don't know that connection right they think that's all [ __ ] that all of this is is just [ __ ] right but I'm I'm reading the transcripts and and I read Alisa's name right and I'm like wait damn that's Lisa and I was like oh so I was reading more I said so damn what that person was telling me was actually the truth but because I didn't want to believe the person because of I thought they were a conspiracy theorist right because I didn't have no facts I was believing what I was told not doing my own research but doing what I was told like believing what I was told and I was like wow that's crazy as hell you know I'm saying so then there was just new there was other little things that I had heard you know what I'm saying about when I was doing research uh about nonprofits that were taking money or that took money and people go on there say all the time they never took money well that's not what the 990 form say because your pro your nonprofit took money you know what I'm saying so it's like for me anymore I I really don't believe people that they do it out of the goodness of their hearts anymore espe if you're trying to be a nonprofit or you're trying to be something that you don't want the truth because this world is [ __ ] up America history is [ __ ] up we're all you know that's the one crazy thing of it is we're all immigrants we all ain't from here our ancestors ain't from here only ones that is that is from here is maybe the Native Americans and they're ingenuous and I can get you the uh the newspaper articles for what you're talking about I know exactly what you're talking about uh you're talking about in the 90s where uh there was questions on whether or not she was leaking information to um oh with the crack teamed she was let go of the crack team and then and then and then the racist letter she may have wrote herself right yeah FBI came in here the that's the crazy thing of it is the FBI came in here because there was some letters that was going around I think Don said one received one uh Al flowers received another uh but there was like literally like I have the newspaper clippings that we can pull up a different day oh right you know what I'm saying so it's like it it totally baffles me of like what people we either do have a short attention span or we really just don't believe what people go through because I see wasn't just trying to Target these people okay what I did I was working on Marvin's case and I'm like how did this get so screwed up like how was this allowed to happen man and so what I did is I started looking into the people involved including the community organizers and uh the cops the cops have some of those cops have a really rough history and you go down the list and it's like okay so then if you there's a if it happens once it's a oneoff right right like if I hit you once you can you can chalk it up to chalk it up right you know hey just had a bad day or we were gotten an argument now if I've hit you more than once I'm probably a a violent guy and you should probably do something about it right I mean so if you see a pattern of practice you know what I mean uh yeah so that's that's what I I started to do and that's how I ended up coming to these conclusions is like if for 20 years you're working with the gangs and only certain people are getting in and then on those ones that get in in trouble there's really questionable evidence against them right you know what I mean where it looks like you know what CIS are is CIS are are criminal informant they're not confidential informants okay is some what and so like criminal informance criminal informance if I'm out here and they they catch me with some coke because I'm dealing and it's a small amount they'll be like hey give me somebody else right you give me somebody else and I'll let you go and whatever else and then so that's that's what a criminal informant is right in a lot of these cases have criminal informs and a lot of times these people that are on probation or parole and stuff like that they allow them to do bad things and they ENT trp them and then they're like hey give me a give me somebody else or you know and that's that that's usually how they work their way up with these these types of gangs in that um but yeah they they get they get paid and they get benefits sometimes they even get protection where they get free housing food they get moved places one of the uh people that testified in Pepe's case same sort of thing um you know and it just gets interesting because like Pepe and those boys were railroaded they were railroaded they were not the guys they were they were bad kids hanging out with the bad people yeah at the time but they didn't do it there's evidence that they didn't do it there eyewitnesses say they didn't do it it wasn't them you go down the list none of the evidence added up what they did though is they were taking kids down to the river and profane existence wrote about that where there's over over kids they had taken down to the river and threatened them with their lives for information on the case so they made up a case like that you take me down to the river and threaten my life where I piss myself and have to walk home I'm probably gonna tell here eventually you know um and that's how they railroaded the kids and it was Ellison and mcy that got the reward money so to say that they're not still doing it and they're not still protecting their buddies after what case you know that reminded me of the officer Jerry half right there was one case that I remind that there was so mystery around London Bean there was such because I would tell you like this that Crim Stoppers said they paid out but they won't say who they paid to and I always wonder that that it was something um it it was slick because the same thing with numerous cases over the years is that Crim stopper pays but it's the wrong person and then yet we find out that two churches paid for information about the killing in the flower shop but they arrested the wrong person so and we can't get that information so it always makes me wonder what the [ __ ] are we there's no transparency we don't we don't ever want the truth we want what works what my biggest thing on that is that they they withheld evidence that mean over almost 3,000 Pages it's over 2,000 it's 2,700 plus pages of of FBI records of this guy doing illegal activity at the flower shop right and they knew what was going on stanic went there all the time I mean you can't have cops in bed with the mob and then be like oh well we weren never there and all of a sudden all the evidence of them being there disappears and you frame a kid right I have questions on that that should anybody should have questions on that man it's like the whole Gotti thing all over again we have a mob up here they just never got caught because Minnesota protects them yeah they they definitely that's what research I can find they they protect them so we all talk about you know Derek shin and I just want to say this I probably got about another five 10 minutes left but I want to say this is that Shin was doing what he was allowing because he was protecting that's the one thing that people in Minneapolis never want to talk about we get mad about the fall of Minneapolis right we get mad about the content that is in the fall of Minneapolis we get mad at Reverend Tim Christopher because he doesn't believe that lane should have went to prison right I don't believe that this man um did it out of racism right I I think he did it because he was allowed to do it and he knew the cops on that move right man that's why Josh our vice president pick yeah so maybe we shouldn't be having the IDF train cops to kneel on people like that I mean yes you do have to sudo people sometimes people are have a lot of force I I get that but there's a way to do it where you're also protecting yourself and others oh yeah there's tons of ways that you can do it if they're in custody your job is to keep them alive as well I mean once you what are they a threat to once you have handcuffs on them where are they gonna go damn thing you know what I mean now they're in your physical custody before they're in your physical custody if they're trying to fight you whatever okay I get that once you have once you have them physically in your custody it's like a child they are your you are their custodian that's what that means you are their custodian at that point and and look what the custodian is doing right now to the child that he has in custody he's got the same move that he had on George Floyd John Pope well part of that was the the push that they did to crack down on these kids man they they they had wanted that in the in the 90s they trained those guys to do that I mean the community was begging for it the super Predator thing was allowed even even the community was was saying they wanted their guys locked up like that so when you have the cops encouraged to go overboard like that like they were in the 90s and the early 2000s overboard those are then going to be your trainers Dean or Zimmerman uh the uh the old homicide guy you know what's up he's still homicide oh no he got promoted out of homicide did he homicide no more I didn't even know that either that or he's the chief of homicide I forget but he okay he had released evidence in a uh when they were responding to a call they ran into a motorcyclist and killed him and that that motorcycle was supposed to be kep for evidence for a Civil Trial and he got told not to release it he released it to absolve the city of all uh responsibility on so he he got so for tampering with evidence he got a reprimand and he's in charge of homicide don't even get me started on Andrew schroer Linsky I can go I can go down the L that's what I I would never understand because even Gators you know what I'm saying you you see uh um Brian O'Hara's part of his administrative team Christopher Gator is in the news because of they [ __ ] up Edgar bentes they're allowed to Linsky had been yelled at by a federal judge for threatening how he how he he was trying to turn this this guy to be a a CI he was threatening to leave him on the ground bleeding literally you said oh no if he if we were not being nice we would have left you on the ground bleeding and stuff like that the coars this guy to be a CI right like those are the he's the he's the head of operation Endeavor he's ah head of op the Sumer Safe Streets [ __ ] he's their guy man he's thee of that so how can you use a guy that's falsified video evidence falsified other evidence and and literally Co people under threat of leaving them on the ground bleeding that's how you get chin that's how you get that was 2012 that's how you get these guys they're freaking allowed to I'm I'm off on that I'm done on that rant yeah no you good um man that was a lot today um you know I know we didn't really um and I guess we could touch base on that tomorrow uh but there is so many connections with history uh in the past that are that are confusing us in the future that you can literally tie to the Past in our community and I want people to remember that um and I'm gonna give the final words to Robert and then I of course I'm going to close out the show for today and then I will be back tomorrow um with guest uh Robert tomorrow so I'll come back tomorrow and I'm going to let Robert have the the last couple of words just don't Peg everybody that's on the opposite side of you or looks different than you into a hole that's my biggest thing right there um because I I have pretty constitutional views and think that the constitution should apply to all period but that means everybody so I no I'm not going to sit here and say that you know all white people should be locked up or whatever else but I'm not going to say all black people should be locked up either right there there's a there's a balance there you know and I've been I've been called a aami by by the right and I've been called a neonazi by the left you know uh no I'm saying that if there's corruption and um like they've bragged about being corrupt uh and running mobs like up here Thomas pets literally said the sabes family runs it you look back well so they they were with the mob for a long time probably hasn't changed they just happen to be Jewish so yeah uh just saying like if it was Italian I'd say they were Italian I I don't hate anybody but I don't think that uh anybody should have special protections you know people get to say uh derogatory stuff about black and white people so why are other people protected that's it I mean anti-Semitism stuff like no if you get to talk bad about if if you get to talk bad about other people and they do they talk bad about whites and blacks and whatever else and they have throughout history I mean no I there there's a balance there right then people get to talk bad about you that's freedom of speech like when we were in the milit when I was in the military and we were coming back from deployment we were protect we were fighting for their rights now granted the whole military thing is a is a is a scop we weren't protecting anything we were doing it for corporations I get that now but in the whole thought of we were defending Freedom we were defending the freedom also of those people that were protesting us as we were coming back that were protesting the military funerals where we had to have the uh veteran bikers come and stand between them and the families so the families weren't harassed at the funerals that's freedom of speech that person gets to say that they hate me that's what cops need to realize too you're protecting that person sitting there yelling in your face you're protecting their rights because without that we do not have a constitutional republic without that the constitution means nothing we don't have a First Amendment if if you don't get it to offend me but that means I might say some stuff that offends you you know personally I'm sort of middle of the road constitutional I don't think that the government should have as much power as it does and we the people are the solution we always want to here lately we always want a savior to come in and uh take over and and save us from whatever no we the people are the power we need not to be relegating our power to the government we need to be fixing our own communities we need to be coming together as a community figure out what we need to do and determine our own situation and determine where it's going the black community should be able to determine for themselves where they want to go but that means that they need to realize that they have the power to do that right the white Community too we need to we need to not just sit there and say oh we're just going to vote this person in no we need to sit there and say hey what do we want the future to look like what do we want our communities to look like you know the integrated communities too same sort of thing you know there's a balance and we the people are the power we need not to be seceding our power to the government because the more power you give to the government they never give it back and their founding fathers talked about that those that sacrific their freedom for security will have neither so that's that's all I got man it's power to the people and that's how it that's how it should remain as power to the people uh because it's we the people and that's what the Constitution calls for is We the People um but with that being said man we'll be back tomorrow same time same place uh win or fail Freedom or jail Heaven or Hell wish us well y'all have a great day see you tomorrow [Music]
