Sajam Street Fighter Slam Intel Report

I've been really struggling to think about what team I think is the strongest it's really hard I think all the teams are quite good in the beginning most of the players in each of the teams were around the same level so at the bottom list most of the players are like rookie like had never played before most of them have climbed from Rookie or like bronze all the way up a lot of them are hitting silver and gold the second tier here was like all mostly players who were like pretty new maybe like silverish maybe some low gold right and then now a lot of them are through silver into gold into like hitting plat the third tier here is where things are are cooking we are getting Diamond Gamers and master gamers in the third tier everybody was plat or Diamond Roy hit Master there's a few other people who are getting close to master yes I think that a lot of the people in the third tier here will hit master I know brawl Pro is Diamond listen he's 30 years old which means he can play Ryu he's like legally allowed he's made it but the thing is is like I really hope he plays zangi cuz like come on man you're just not going to play Zang he's a king player like everybody expects him to play zangie you know like I I don't know man and plus like look at like come on man you're you're telling me you're telling me he's not a z player bro come on man he's fighting FDX so that's a fine match up like I don't think that's going to be a problem in fact I would not want to play Ryu against Cammy I would much rather plays Z you should me him here I think he's going to yes kill him my good punish I will say though that his General his General understanding is pretty solid though he's kind of fig SC being burn out against he should do mey drill after this pate the tier one just Dash not winning any matches there has definitely been people who felt real bad when that happened JB stress I feel for him in the first slam sauno was role playing GTA all day and then he locked in and played a bunch at the end and got pretty good pretty fast after he tried and in this slam sauna is a grinder why don't you uh honestly I probably should try ow okay stop stop stop did you see elot and Lily did a lily training session he's like a good vibe to hang out with he knows the character really well he can give you a lot of advice on what to do do you do the sock method uh was that his face this slot even though he was not master he was like diamond two or three or something and then I put him in the tier where every other player was Master cuz I was like yeah you'll be fine I think he just picked up AI also he didn't play AI before the slam oh no he looks real oh not wow back dash medium punch punish oh he could have done heavy kick there if you do Drive Rush Crouch medium kick with aie then um you should you should do heavy kick after as a confirm but his aie looks solid he's looking like an oy player yeah all right oh no he's no longer an oy player I take back everything I say I'm sorry I did that to you that's my fault I can't think of anybody who hasn't dropped like 100 Mr in a day I got on once to play Ed one day I was like 1,700 right and I was like all right today's the day I'm going to just climb up to 1800 real quick I went all the way down to like 1590 I like took a break got back on grinded back up and then I got up to like I think I started at 1710 or something and I ended the day at 1712 I played for like 4 hours and gained 2 Mr it is really funny because so many of them have said that Street Fighter is way harder than which is funny because like if you're a fighting game fan most people tend to say that Tekken is like the hardest game but honestly picking Tekken and mashing buttons and doing cool things with your character is so easy compared to Street Fighter even with modern control modern control helps with that but Tekken is so easy to just like pick buttons and mash and your character does cool stuff and because the game has so many moves and strings there's like things that you'll do that's like probably unique to you and like gimmicky weird strings and stuff that no one knows how to stop that you do and like weird setups where Street Fighter the move set's just way smaller and mashing and Street Fighter does not look cool a lot of them are having that experience which makes total sense endgame of both games is hard because playing a fighting game at a super high level long term is difficult the early game of Tekken I think is easier than Street Fighter the mid game of Tekken I think is nightmarish compared to the mid game of Street Fighter and it's so easy to get stuck for like forever in that mid game I don't even mean a specific rank I just mean like once you've learned the basics of the game and you decided to like take the game serious if you're a fighting game player who picks up Tekken for the first time you immediately skip past the beginning and go right to the mid game so you land in the hardest part about the game it's the same thing with 2x KO if you just pick up the game and fight other people your level mashing light medium heavy I think it's really easy but I think the mid game of that game is going to be really hard versus games have a brutal mid game and high level game but it's so easy to access really strong Tools in that game that everybody feels like a menace very quickly one thing about versus games that the other ones don't have is that when you start to become a better player you feel like you still can always die to the mid game players when you get to a really really high level that's not like a a problem but like you know for short sets or short interactions or whatever like kinds of things can happen in versus games you also have this the first
